AD6488 is a highly integrated Analog Front End (AFE) that continues the tradition of unparalleled integration, performance, and flexibility of the Eagle and Pathfinder family of CPE chipsets.

When coupled with Eagle or Pathfinder product families , this device performs all physical layer functions needed to implement standards-compliant Category 1 and Category 2 ADSL+ CPE modems. In addition it is qualified on the emerging ADSL2 standards now prominent in the industry.

The AD6488 AFE enables communication devices to operate at higher data rates as specified in the new ADSL2+ standard
