Problem:
Motorola is aware of a potential field return issue on the Moto G (2nd Generation) product related to below customer complaints. Engineering analysis identified that this issue was manufacturing assembly issue where BTB (board to board) connector was not fully seated. This may cause any, none, or all below functionality not work depends on the degree to which the BTB connector was unseated.
