Adapter for GP-M Series Precautionary Points When Installing
NOTICE It indicates a situation which, if not avoided, could result in product damage as well as property damage.
NOTICE Always use the O-Ring included with the sensor unit.
1 Fit the O-Ring included with the sensor unit to the groove in the adapter as in the diagram on the right.
When using the G1/4 Female convertible adapter (OP-87283), attach the O-Ring
NOTICE included with the OP-87283 to the groove of the piping connection part (the G1/4 screw portion) of the adapter.
2 Connecting the sensor unit/adapter/piping
After installation, the body may be rotated horizontally to 330°. When rotating, hold the clasp in place with something such as a wrench.

Piping
For adapters other than the cheese adapter (OP-87286/87644), a separately sold throttle (Minimum width ø0.5 mm) to lessen vibration and surge pressure can be installed. Especially for the GP-M100/M250/M400, installation of the throttle is recommended.
•OP-87311 (Corresponding adapter: OP-87280/87281/87282/87284/87285) is installed to the sensor unit installation part (G3/4 female screw).
•OP-87312 Corresponding adapter: OP-87283) is installed to the piping installation part (G1/4 female screw). Install each with a flathead screwdriver. (Recommended tightening torque: 1.2 N•m)
•The recommended tightening torque when installing an adapter to the Sensor unit is 20 N•m.
It is recommended to apply grease to the G3/4 male screw part of the sensor main unit to prevent scorching.
•If the O-Ring is damaged it is possible that liquid will leak, therefore please purchase the following optional attachment. O-Ring for the GP-M001/M010/M025: OP-87287 O-Ring set for the GP-M100/M250/M400: OP-87288

•When replacing the O-Ring, ensure that there is no debris on the surface to come in contact with the O-Ring.
