Problem is caused by software bug
Bug fix by software update to V87
If you have this issue with product before serial number listed below, update the firmware. V87 software, history and procedure please download from PanaNet. (V87_UpdatePack.zip)
*Note: Before update, check the actual firmware version first.
In case that the firmware version is V87 or higher, don't carry out the update because it will be downgraded.
