Introduction

Familiarise yourself with the product prior to assembly. Carefully read the following
assembly instructions and safety tips. Only use the product as instructed and only
for the indicated field of application. Keep instructions in a safe place. Submit all

documents to a third party if distributing the product.

Proper Use

The product is designed for opening and closing doors. The door handle set is intended only
for private use indoors. Any use other than that described or any modification of the product is
not permissible and may result in injury and / or damage to the product. The manufacturer is
not liable for damage caused by improper use. The product is not intended for commercial use.

Note: When you are unpacking the components make sure that you do not unintentionally

throw away any of the assembly materials.

Please check immediately on unpacking that the delivery is complete and that the product and
all parts are in perfect condition. Do not under any circumstances assemble the product if the
delivery is incomplete.

in which you are working. The scope of supply includes a number of screws and other

small parts. These may prove life-threatening if swallowed or inhaled.

Safety advice / Assembly

CAUTION! DANGER OF INJURY! Please ensure that no parts are damaged and that

all parts are correctly assembled. Incorrect assembly or fitting may lead to injury. Damaged
parts can adversely affect safety and proper function.

CAUTION! Do not leave children unattended. The product is not a climbing frame or toy.

Make sure that nobody, especially a child, lifts themselves up by the product. This may

result in injury and / or damage.
Make sure that the product is only assembled by competent persons.
Please check the stability of the product before use.
You should perform regular checks to ensure that all connections are intact and tighten the

screws at regular intervals.

Prevent damage to property!

Before assembly, check that the selected door is suitable for mounting the product to.

You may have to consult a specialist.
Before assembly, find out about suitable assembly material for your door. For the purposes

of the assembly, we have included assembly material that is suitable for conventional doors.

Assembly

Push the spindle 1 through the follower (see Fig. A).

Note: Please note that the recess in the spindle must point downwards.

Push the drilling template over the spindle 1 and align it vertically (see Fig. ).

Note: Make sure that you use the correct drilling template for the model in question.

CAUTION! RISK OF INJURY! Consult the directions for use that came with your drill.

Now drill the holes for the supporting cams at the places marked.
Repeat this step on the other side of the door.
Now place the door handle and plate 2 onto the spindle 1 (see Fig. B).
Place the threaded bushing 4 into the pre-drilled holes on one side of the door (see Fig. B).

Note: the following working step applies for alternative mounting options only.

Secure the door handle and plate 2 into position by turning the screws 3 into the

threaded bushings

using a crosshead screwdriver (see Fig. B).

Assembly / Cleaning and Care / Disposal

Tighten the grub screws on the lower sides of the handles 2 using a hexagon socket screw

Note: Regularly check that all joints are intact and regularly re-tighten all screws.

Cleaning and Care

Do not under any circumstances use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents.
Use a slightly dampened, non-fluffing cloth to clean the product.

Disposal

(see Fig. C).

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose
of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to dispose of your
worn-out product.

Set kvaka za vrata

Uvod

Prije sastavljanja, upoznajte se sa proizvodom. Za to pomno pročitajte slijedeće
uputstvo za sastavljanje kao i sigurnosne upute. Upotrebljavajte proizvod samo kako
je opisano i za navedene namjene. Dobro pohranite ovo uputstvo. Ako proizvod

prosljeđujete trećim osobama, predajte također svu pripadajuću dokumentaciju.

Namjenska uporaba

Proizvod je namijenjen otvaranju i zatvaranju vrata. Kvaka za vrata je isključivo namijenjena
za uporabu u privatnom unutarnjem području. Drugačija uporaba osim prethodno opisane
ili promjene na proizvodu nisu dopušteni i mogu prouzročiti ozljede i / ili štete na proizvodu.
Proizvođač ne snosi nikakvu odgovornost za štete nastale kao posljedica nenamjenske uporabe.

Napomena: Pri raspakiranju vodite računa o tome da ne bacite nehotice montažni materijal.

Odmah nakon raspakiranja uvijek provjerite opseg pošiljke na potpunost kao i besprijekorno
stanje proizvoda i svih dijelova. Ne sastavite proizvod ni u kojem slučaju ako opseg pošiljke
nije potpun.

Prije montaže, zatražite informacije o prikladnom montažnom materijalu za Vaša vrata.

Za montažu priložili smo montažni materijal, koji je prikladan za obična vrata.

Montaža

Umetnite zatik kvake 1 kroz otvor na bravi (vidi prikaz A).

Napomena: Pripazite da je udubljenje na zatiku kvake okrenuto prema dolje.

Navucite predložak za bušenje preko zatika kvake 1 te ju poravnajte okomito (vidi prikaz ).

Napomena: Pripazite da koristite predložak za bušenje koji odgovara modelu.

OPREZ! OPASNOST OD OZLJEDA! Za to pratite upute Vaše bušilice.

Izbušite sada rupe za nosače na označenim mjestima.
Ponovite korake na drugoj strani vrata.
Stavite sada kvaku sa štitom 2 na zatik kvake 1 (vidi prikaz B).
Stavite čahure za navoj 4 s jedne strane vrata u unaprijed izbušene rupe (vidi prikaz B).

Napomena: Sljedeći korak vrijedi samo kod alternativnih mogućnosti pričvršćivanja.

Učvrstite kvaku sa štitom 2, na taj način da zategnete vijke 3 pomoću križnog odvijača

kroz unaprijed izbušene rupe u čahure za navoj
Zategnite crv vijke na donjoj strani kvaka 2 pomoću imbus ključa 5 (vidi prikaz C).

Napomena: Redovito provjeravajte besprijekorno stanje svih spojnica i redovito pritežite vijke.

Čišćenje i njega / Zbrinjavanje

Čišćenje i njega

Ni u kojem slučaju nemojte upotrebljavati nagrizajuća ili abrazivna sredstva za čišćenje.
Koristite za čišćenje lagano navlaženu krpu bez sitnih vlakana.

Zbrinjavanje

Omot se sastoji od materijala koji ne ugrožavaju okoliš. Zbrinite ga u lokalnim
spremnicima za reciklažu.

Mogućnosti zbrinjavanja istrošenog proizvoda možete doznati u nadležnoj općinskoj ili
gradskoj ustanovi.
