Up to 1,000 user boxes can be set up with flexible access rights and boxes defined as public, for group use or private. Especially convenient is the direct Box to USB capability that lets users transfer documents from their box to a USB stick and vice versa. This open system enables users to take advantage of the bizhub’s multifunctional communication capabilities without requiring a PC.
