CHAPITRE 1. DESCRIPTION GÉNÉRALE
[1] PRÉCAUTIONS RELATIVES A L’UTILISATION DE SOUDURES SANS PLOMB
1. Utilisation de soudures sans plomb
Les cartes d’alimentation "MAIN, JACK, SENSOR, SWITCH, DISPLAY, POWER PWB" de ce modèle comportent des soudures sans plomb. Le symbole LF (Lead Free) signale que les soudures sont sans plomb. Ce symbole est utilisé sur les cartes d’alimentation et les manuels d’entretien. Les lettres placées après LF désignent le type de soudure sans plomb.
Exemple:
Indicates lead-free solder of tin, silver and copper.
2.Utilisation de fil de soudure sans plomb
Pour réparer les soudures sans plomb des cartes d’alimentation, utilisez du fil de soudure sans plomb.Toute réparation avec du fil de soudure classique peut provoquer des dommages ou des accidents dus à des fissures.
Étant donné que le point de fusion des soudures sans plomb (Sn-Ag-Cu) est supérieur de 40 °C à celui des soudures classiques, nous vous recommandons d’utiliser un fer à souder spécial.Si vous ne savez pas comment vous procurer du fil de soudure sans plomb ou un fer à souder, contactez notre centre ou notre filiale SAV le plus proche.
3.Soudure
Etant donné que le point de fusion des soudures sans plomb (Sn-Ag-Cu) est d’environ 220 °C, c’est-à-dire supérieur de 40 °C à celui des soudures classiques, et que ce type de soudure présente une mouillabilité soudure faible, vous devez laisser le fer à souder suffisamment longtemps en contact avec la carte d’alimentation. Toutefois, du fait que la pastille peut se décoller et que la température maximale de résistance à la chaleur risque d’être dépassée, éloignez le fer à souder
de la carte d’alimentation dès que vous êtes sûr de la solidité de la soudure.
Les soudures sans plomb contiennent une plus grande quantité d’étain, et la soudure peut facilement être rectifiée. Vérifiez que vous avez allumé et éteint le fer à souder correctement.
Les soudures sans plomb peuvent se mélanger avec d’autres métaux s’il reste des résidus sur le bout du fer à souder. Nettoyez le fer à souder après chaque utilisation.
Si le bout du fer à souder noircit au cours de son utilisation, frottez-le avec de la laine d’acier ou du papier de verre fin.
Lorsque vous remplacez des pièces, suivez les indications de polarité de la carte d’alimentation.

Précautions à prendre pour le remplacement et l’entretien du capteur laser.
Il est précisé que la LEA (Limite d’émission accessible) de la puissance de sortie laser de ce modèle est inférieure aux exigences de la classe 1. Toutefois, les précautions suivantes doivent être observées lors de l’entretien pour protéger vos yeux du rayon laser.
1)Lorsque le coffret est enlevé, que l’appareil est sous tension sans CD et que le capteur occupe une position externe, le laser s’allume quelquessecondes pour détecter un disque. Ne regardez pas directement la lentille du capteur.
2)La limite d’émission accessible du capteur à l’intérieur de l’appareil et les pièces d’entretien ont été réglées avant expédition.
3)Ne tentez pas de régler la puissance du laser lors du remplacement ou de l’entretien du capteur.
4)Dans tous les cas, ne regardez jamais directement la lentille du capteur.
5)ATTENTION – Le recours à des contrôles, des réglages ou des procédures autres que celles spécifiées ici entraîne un risque d’exposition à des rayonnements dangereux.

Activation du mode test
Pour accéder à un mode test, maintenez enfoncées les deux touches suivantes en mode veille (hors tension). Dans ce cas, seule la touche de l'appareil principal est valide. Même si la fonction ON/STAND-BY de la télécommande est mise sur ON, le mode test n'est pas activé. Ensuite, appuyez sur la touche ON/STANDBY.

•Mode test Volume (TEST 3)
En partant du niveau 23 (par défaut), vérifiez tous les niveaux (0 - 23 - MAX).
•Mode test Minuterie (TEST 4)
À 1:05, l’appareil s’allume pour activer la fonction cassette, puis s’éteint au bout de 90 secondes (ce qui équivaut à 90 minutes sur l’appareil).
•Mode test Affichage (TEST 5)
Lorsque le mode test est activé, l’écran s’illumine entièrement. Quand la touche “PLAY” est activée, la moitié de l’écran s’allume alternativement.
•Test TOUTES LES TOUCHES (TEST 6)
En mode test, maintenez toutes les touches de l’appareil principal enfoncées, puis appuyez sur la touche “ON/STAND-BY”. “OK” s’affiche. Si seule la touche “ON/STAND-BY” est enfoncée, “ERROR” apparaît.
•Test d’effacement du tuner (TEST 7)
Toutes les stations de radio présélectionnées sont effacées.
•Test de réinitialisation (TEST 8)
Toutes les données de la RAM sont effacées.

CHAPITRE 3. DESCRIPTION MÉCANIQUE
[1] DÉMONTAGE
Précautions pour le démontage
Suivez les instructions ci-dessous pour le montage et le démontage de l’appareil afin de garantir sa sécurité et ses performances :
1)Assurez-vous d’avoir bien débranché la prise électrique du mur avant de commencer à démonter l’appareil.
2)Retirez toute bande de nylon ou porte-conducteur gênant lors du démontage. Après intervention, assurez-vous de bien remettre les câbles à leur place.
3)Lors de l’entretien, soyez particulièrement vigilant avec l’électricité statique des circuits intégrés et des autres circuits.

[1] REMARQUES SUR LE SCHÉMA
•Résistance :
Pour différencier les unités des résistances, les symboles K et M sont utilisés : le symbole K signifie 1000 ohms et le symbole M signifie 1000 kohms. Une résistance ne présentant aucun symbole test de type 1 ohm. D’autre part, celle présentant la marque "Fusible" est de type fusible.
•Condensateur :
Le symbole P est utilisé pour désigner l’unité du condensateur : ce symbole P signifie micro-micro-farad. L’unité est de type microfarad si elle ne présente pas cette marque. Dans le cas d’un condensateur électrolytique, l’expression “tension capacitive/de tenue” est utilisée.

(P.P.): Type Polypropylène
