J This light is designed for use indoors only, in dry and
enclosed rooms.
CAUTION! Never direct the LED light beam on to reflective sur-
faces or at people or animals. Failure to observe this advice may

result in eye injury and / or loss of sight to people or animals. Even
a weak LED light beam can cause eye damage.
J Do not look directly into the light or its reflection. Do not aim the light
directly at people. This could produce glare, leading to accidents.

f direct or reflected light strikes your eyes, close them and move y
our
head immediately out of the light.
J If the lamp is not to be used for an extended period, e.g. while
you are away on holiday, then it must be pulled out of the mains
socket.
J The bulb becomes hot during operation. Allow the lamp and bulb
to cool before you touch them.
J The LED cannot be replaced.

device for damage before plugging it into a mains outlet socket. A

J Before use, ensure that the mains voltage available is the same as
the required operating voltage for the device (230 V~).

J Dispose of the lamp if the glass shade 5 is broken or cracked.

Bringing into use
j Insert the lamp’s mains plug 3 into an ordinary mains outlet socket
(230 V~).
j Use the ON / OFF switch / dimmer 4 to switch the lamp on or off.
Note: Set the desired brightness by turning the ON / OFF switch /
dimmer 4 clockwise (brighter) or anticlockwise (darker).
j Bend the flexible lamp arm 1 into the desired position using the
lamp pin 2.
Note: Do not turn the flexible lamp arm 1 completely about itself
or the mains lead inside the lamp could be damaged.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Note: The device requires no maintenance. The LED cannot be replaced.

WARNING!
DANGER OF ELECTRIC SHOCK! For electrical
safety reasons do not clean the lamp with water or other liquids
and never immerse it in water.
J Do not use solvents such as petrol and the like, as they could
damage the lamp.
j Unplug the lamp from the mains socket and let it cool down at
least 10 minutes.
j Use a dry, fluff-free cloth for cleaning.

Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials,
which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of the prod-
uct properly when it has reached the end of its useful life
and not in the household waste. Information on collection
points and their opening hours can be obtained from your
local authority.
