The country of manufacture may be determined by the Serial Number. Boom Lifts manufactured in the USA will have a serial number prefix of 03 (i.e. 03XXXXXXXX), Boom Lifts manufactured in Belgium will have a prefix of 13 (i.e. 13XXXXXXXX) and Boom Lifts manufactured in Romania will have a prefix of E3 (i.e. E3XXXXXXXX).
