appareil. Vous avez opté pour un produit
de grande qualité. Veuillez lire ce mode
d‘emploi intégralement et attentivement. Ouvrez la
page contenant les illustrations. Le présent mode
d‘emploi fait partie de ce produit et contient des
instructions essentielles pour sa mise en service et
sa manipulation. Respectez toujours toutes les
consignes de sécurité. Avant la mise en service, vérifiez
si la tension est correcte et si toutes les pièces sont
correctement montées. Si vous avez des questions
ou des doutes concernant la manipulation de l‘appareil, veuillez contacter votre revendeur ou le service après-vente. Veuillez conserver soigneusement

Utilisation conforme
Ce produit est adapté à un usage à l’intérieur et à
l’extérieur. Cet appareil est uniquement conçu pour
un usage domestique privé et non pas pour un usage
commercial. Toute utilisation autre que celle décrite
ci-dessus est interdite et entraîne l’endommagement
du produit. De plus, ceci comporte des risques tels
que par ex. un court-circuit, un incendie, un choc
électrique etc.

dommages matériels ou corporels causés par une
manipulation incorrecte ou le non-respect des
consignes de sécurité !
Toujours tenir les enfants à l‘écart du produit.
Ce produit n’est pas un jouet et ne doit pas
être manipulé par des enfants. Les enfants ne
sont pas conscients des dangers liés à la
manipulation de ce produit.
Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants
de 8 ans et plus ainsi que par des personnes
avec des capacités physiques, psychiques ou
sensorielles limitées ou manquant d‘expérience
ou de connaissance s‘ils sont surveillés ou s‘ils
ont été instruits de l‘utilisation de l‘appareil de
manière sûre et comprennent les risques découlant de son utilisation. Les enfants ne doivent
pas jouer avec cet appareil. Le nettoyage et la
maintenance domestique de l’appareil ne
doivent pas être effectués par un enfant sans
surveillance.
Veiller à ce que le produit soit uniquement
monté par des personnes qualifiées.
ATTENTION ! RISQUE DE SURCHAUFFE !
N‘utilisez pas la guirlande lumineuse dans son
emballage.
Après utilisation, conservez la guirlande lumineuse
dans son emballage pour éviter tout endommagement involontaire.
Ne pas tirer sur le câble de la guirlande lumineuse
et veiller à ce qu‘il soit posé de manière à ce que
personne ne puisse marcher ou trébucher dessus.
Ne pas fixez d‘autres objets sur le produit.
Le montage et l‘utilisation doivent être effectués
de sorte que les salissures importantes ou un
réchauffement excessif soient évités.
Le produit ne doit pas être modifié ou démonté.
Le convertisseur/transformateur est conforme à
la classe de protection II. Le convertisseur/
transformateur ne doit pas être connecté à un
conducteur de protection.
La lampe est conforme à la classe de protec-
tion III et fonctionne ainsi dans une plage de
tension totalement sans risque.
Ne pas utiliser à proximité de chauffages
électriques, de feux ouverts, de bougies ou
d‘autres sources de chaleur.
Tenez la guirlande lumineuse éloignée de
matériaux et d‘objets facilement inflammables !
En cas d‘endommagement quel qu‘il soit, en
ticulier un endommagement du boîtier (étanchéité),
ne permettant plus un fonctionnement sécurisé,
le transformateur ainsi que le câble de raccordement doivent être immédiatement débranchés de l‘alimentation électrique, la guirlande
lumineuse doit être mise hors service et être
mise à l‘abri d‘une nouvelle mise en service !
Si la guirlande lumineuse est utilisée avec un
câble prolongateur, ce câble prolongateur doit
être approprié pour une utilisation à l‘extérieur.
Posez le câble de raccordement et éventuelle-
ment un câble prolongateur de manière à ce
que personne ne puisse trébucher ou tirer
dessus accidentellement.
Veuillez conserver l‘emballage. Il contient des
informations suivantes.
Veuillez considérer que
le matériau d‘emballage n‘est pas un jouet
pour les enfants et que les enfants et petits
enfants sont à tenir à distance.
Ne suspendez pas d‘objets à la guirlande
lumineuse.
Débranchez le transformateur et la guirlande
lumineuse de la prise si vous n‘utilisez pas la
lampe pendant une période prolongée.
Tirez toujours sur le transformateur et non pas
sur le câble.
Ne recouvrez jamais la guirlande lumineuse
avec d‘autres objets.
Le câble flexible externe de cette guirlande lu-
nimeuse ne peut pas être remplacé ou réparé.
Si ce câble est endommagé, la guirlande
lumineuse doit être mise au rebut.
Les lampes LED ne sont pas remplaçables.

N‘essayez jamais de fixer une lampe à incan-
descence séparée dans un filetage E27.
Attention ! Produit en verre et donc fragile !
Les ampoules ne doivent pas être démontées ou
fixées sur des douilles de la tension du réseau.
Veuillez à ce que le transformateur et le câble
secteur ne soient pas endommagés. En cas
d‘endommagement, la guirlande lumineuse ne
doit plus être utilisée.
Avant chaque utilisation, contrôlez le bon état
de la guirlande lumineuse.
ATTENTION ! La guirlande lumineuse est
alimentée par le transformateur à basse ten-
sion de protection. Ne branchez jamais la guir-
lande lumineuse directement à l‘alimentation
électrique sans le transformateur. Au moment
du montage, retirez toujours le transformateur
et en même temps le câble de raccordement
de la prise de courant.
Prévention de risques mortels
par électrocution
Assurez-vous avant l’utilisation que la tension
de secteur à disposition correspond à la ten-
sion de service nécessaire pour l’appareil
(230–240 V∼).
Avant chaque raccordement au secteur, contrô-
lez le bon état de la guirlande lumineuse et du
bloc d‘alimentation.
N‘utilisez jamais la guirlande lumineuse si vous
détectez le moindre endommagement.
N‘ouvrez jamais les composants électriques, et
n‘insérez jamais des objets quelconques dans
ceux-ci.
Protégez le câble secteur des arêtes tranchantes,
des contraintes mécaniques et des surfaces
chaudes.
Ne pas fixer avec des agrafes acérées, ni des
clous.
Avant le montage, le démontage ou le nettoyage,
débranchez toujours le bloc adaptateur d’ali-
mentation de la prise de courant.
Ne touchez jamais la prise, ni la guirlande
lumineuse elle-même si vous avez les mains
mouillées.
La guirlande lumineuse ne doit pas être raccordée
électriquement à une autre guirlande lumineuse.
En cas d‘inutilisation prolongée, débrancher la
guirlande lumineuse du réseau secteur.
Si vous avez des questions ou des doutes
concernant le produit, renseignez-vous auprès
d‘un électricien.
Utiliser la guirlande lumineuse uniquement
avec le bloc d‘alimentation fourni. Sous peine
d‘annuler tous droits de garantie.
Cette guirlande lumineuse est protégée contre
les projections de liquide (IP44). Cet indice de
protection est uniquement assuré si la prise de
courant utilisée est au moins conforme à cet
indice de protection.
ATTENTION ! RISQUE D’ELECTROCU-
TION ! La guirlande lumineuse est protégée
contre la pluie ou les projections d‘eau (IP44),
veuillez malgré tout ne pas l‘utiliser à proximité
de l‘eau ou d‘autres liquides ou à des endroits
où de l‘eau ou d‘autres liquides pourraient s‘accumuler. Ne plongez pas la guirlande lumineuse
dans l’eau. Veuillez respecter une distance de
cinq mètres environ de piscines ou d‘étangs.
Protéger le transformateur contre l‘humidité.
Pour tous les travaux, également les travaux de
nettoyage, le port de bijoux conductibles ou en
métal tels que colliers, bracelets, bagues ou
objet comparable est interdit!
Mise en service
Montage
Brancher la fiche de la guirlande lumineuse 1
dans la prise du bloc d‘alimentation
Tourner le filetage de fixation 4 du câble sec-
teur dans le sens des aiguilles d‘une montre
pour fixer le branchement.

Mise en marche et arrêt
Mise en marche :
Branchez le bloc d’alimentation 2 sur la
prise. La guirlande lumineuse est allumée.

Arrêt :
Débrancher le bloc d‘alimentation 2 de la
prise de courant pour éteindre la guirlande
lumineuse.
Entretien et nettoyage
ATTENTION ! RISQUE D’ELECTROCU-
TION ! Toujours commencer par débrancher le
bloc d‘alimentation de la prise de courant.
ATTENTION ! RISQUE D’ELECTROCU-
TION ! Pour des raisons relevant de la sécurité
électrique, ne nettoyez jamais l’appareil à l’eau ou
avec d’autres liquides, ne le plongez pas dans l’eau.
N‘utilisez ni solvants, ni essence, ni autres pro-
duits similaires. Ceci endommagerait la lampe.
Pour procéder au nettoyage, utilisez unique-
ment un chiffon sec, non pelucheux.
Mise au rebut
L‘emballage et le matériel d’emballage
se composent exclusivement de matériaux non polluants. Ils peuvent être éliminés dans les conteneurs de recyclage
locaux.
Le symbole de poubelle rayée sur les
roues signifie que dans l‘Union Euro-
péenne, ce produit doit être mis au rebut
séparément. Cela vaut pour l‘appareil ainsi que
pour tous les accessoires caractérisés par ce symbole. Les produits ainsi désignés ne doivent pas
être mis au rebut dans les ordures ménagères, mais
dans un centre de collecte pour le recyclage des
appareils électriques et électroniques. Le recyclage
permet de réduire la consommation des matières
premières et de préserver l’environnement.

Indépendamment de la garantie commerciale souscrite, le vendeur reste tenu des défauts de conformité du bien et des vices rédhibitoires dans les

qualité minutieux. Pendant la durée de la garantie,
nous réparons gratuitement tous les défauts de
matériaux ou de fabrication.
Si toutefois vous constatez des défauts pendant la
durée de la garantie, veuillez envoyer l’article à
l’adresse S.A.V. indiquée en mentionnant la référence
d’article suivante: 3208-100L. La garantie exclut
les dommages dus à une manipulation incorrecte,
au non-respect des instructions du mode d’emploi
ou à une intervention par une personne non autorisée, ainsi que les pièces d’usure (par ex, ampoule).
La durée de garantie n’est aucunement prolongée
ou renouvelée par une prestation de garantie.

neuen Gerätes. Sie haben Sich damit für
ein hochwertiges Produkt entschieden.
Bitte lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung vollständig und sorgfältig durch. Klappen Sie die Seite mit
den Abbildungen aus. Diese Anleitung gehört zu
diesem Produkt und enthält wichtige Hinweise zur
Inbetriebnahme und Handhabung. Beachten Sie
immer alle Sicherheitshinweise. Prüfen Sie vor der
Inbetriebnahme, ob die korrekte Spannung vorhanden ist und ob alle Teile richtig montiert sind. Sollten Sie Fragen haben oder unsicher in Bezug auf
die Handhabung des Gerätes sein, setzen Sie sich
bitte mit Ihrem Händler oder der Servicestelle in
Verbindung. Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung bitte sorgfältig auf und geben Sie sie ggf. an Dritte weiter.

VORSICHT! ÜBERHITZUNGSGEFAHR!
Betreiben Sie die Lichterkette nicht in der
Verpackung.
Bewahren Sie die Lichterkette nach Gebrauch
wieder in der Verpackung auf, um ungewollte
Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.
Ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel der Lichterkette und
stellen Sie sicher, dass es so verlegt ist, dass
niemand darüber laufen oder stolpern kann.
Befestigen Sie keine zusätzlichen Gegenstände
am Produkt.
Die Montage und Benutzung muss so erfolgen,
dass starke Verschmutzungen und zu starke
Erwärmung vermieden werden.
Das gesamte Produkt darf nicht verändert bzw.
umgebaut werden.
Der Konverter / Transformator entspricht der
Schutzklasse II. Der Konverter / Transformator
darf nicht an den Schutzleiter angeschlossen
werden.
Die Leuchte entspricht der Schutzklasse III und
arbeitet somit in einem völlig ungefährlichen
Spannungsbereich.
Nicht in der Nähe von Gas- oder elektrischen
Heizungen, offenen Feuern, Kerzen oder
anderen Hitzequellen betreiben.
Halten Sie die Lichterkette fern von leicht ent-
zündbaren Materialien und Gegenständen!
Bei Beschädigungen aller Art, insbesondere
am Gehäuse (Dichtigkeit!), die einen gefahrlosen Betrieb der Lichterkette nicht mehr zulassen, ist der Transformator samt Anschlusskabel
sofort vom Stromnetzwerk zu entfernen, die
Lichterkette außer Betrieb zu nehmen und
gegen erneute Inbetriebnahme zu sichern!
Wird die Lichterkette im Freien unter Verwen-
dung eines Verlängerungskabels eingesetzt, so
muss dieses Verlängerungskabel für Außen
geeignet sein.
Verlegen Sie das Anschlusskabel und eine
eventuell benötigtes Verlängerungskabel so,
dass niemand darüber stolpern bzw. unbeabsichtigt daran ziehen kann.
Bitte Verpackung aufbewahren, da sie wichtige
Informationen enthält.
Beachten Sie, dass Verpackungs-
material kein Kinderspielzeug ist und deshalb
von Kleinkindern und Kindern ferngehalten
werden muss.
Hängen Sie keine Objekte an die Lichterkette.
Ziehen Sie den Transformator samt Lichterkette
aus der Steckdose, falls Sie die Lichterkette
längere Zeit nicht benutzen.
Ziehen Sie stets am Transformator, nie am
Anschlusskabel.
Bedecken Sie die Lichterkette nie mit anderen
Gegenständen.
Das flexible Anschlusskabel dieser Lichterkette
kann nicht ausgetauscht oder repariert werden.
Falls das Kabel beschädigt ist, muss die Lichter-
kette verschrottet werden.
Die LED-Lampen sind nicht austauschbar.
Versuchen Sie niemals, eine abgetrennte
Glühlampe in einer E27-Fassung zu installieren.
Achtung! Produkt aus Glas und zerbrechlich!
Glühlampen dürfen nicht abmontiert und in
Netzspannungsfassungen montiert werden.
Achten Sie darauf, dass der Transformator und
das Anschlusskabel nicht beschädigt werden.
Bei Beschädigung darf die Lichterkette nicht
mehr verwendet werden.
Überprüfen Sie vor jedem Gebrauch die
Lichterkette auf etwaige Beschädigungen.

ACHTUNG! Die Lichterkette wird über den
Transformator mit Schutzkleinspannung versorgt.
Schließen Sie die Lichterkette niemals ohne den
Transformator direkt an das Stromversorgungsnetz an. Bei Installation ziehen Sie bitte immer
den Transformator samt Anschlusskabel aus
der Steckdose.
Vermeiden Sie Lebensgefahr
durch elektrischen Schlag
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Benutzung, dass
die vorhandene Netzspannung mit der benötigten
Betriebsspannung des Gerätes übereinstimmt
(230–240 V ∼).
Überprüfen Sie vor jedem Netzanschluss die
Lichterkette und das Netzteil auf etwaige Beschädigungen.
Benutzen Sie die Lichterkette niemals, wenn Sie
irgendwelche Beschädigungen feststellen.
Öffnen Sie niemals eines der elektrischen
Betriebsmittel oder stecken irgendwelche
Gegenstände in dieselben.
Schützen Sie die Netzleitung vor scharfen
Kanten, mechanischen Belastungen und heißen
Oberflächen.
Nicht mit scharfen Klammern oder Nägeln
befestigen.
Ziehen Sie vor der Montage, Demontage oder
Reinigung immer das Netzteil aus der Steckdose.
Berühren Sie weder den Stecker der Lichter-
kette noch die Lichterkette selbst mit nassen
Händen.
Die Lichterkette darf nicht mit einer anderen
Lichterkette elektrisch verbunden werden.
Bei längerer Nichtnutzung trennen Sie die
Lichterkette vom Stromnetz.
Wenn Sie Fragen zum Produkt haben oder sich
nicht sicher sind, fragen Sie einen Elektrofachbetrieb um Rat.
Verwenden Sie die Lichterkette nur mit dem
mitgelieferten Netzteil. Ansonsten erlöschen
jegliche Gewährleistungsansprüche.
Diese Lichterkette ist spritzwassergeschützt
(IP44). Diese Schutzart bleibt nur erhalten,
wenn die verwendete Steckdose mindestens
diese Schutzart erfüllt.
VORSICHT! STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR!
Diese Lichterkette ist regen- und spritzwasserge-
schützt (IP44), dennoch benutzen Sie diese
nicht in der Nähe von Wasser und anderen
Flüssigkeiten oder an Standorten, an denen
sich Wasser und andere Flüssigkeiten ansam-
meln können. Lichterkette nicht in Wasser tau-
chen. Halten Sie einen Mindestabstand von
ca. fünf Metern von Schwimmbecken oder Tei-
chen ein. Schützen Sie den Transformator vor
Feuchtigkeit.
Bei allen Arbeiten, auch bei der Reinigung, ist
das Tragen von metallischem oder leitfähigem
Schmuck wie Ketten, Armbändern, Ringen o. ä.
verboten!

Aus Gründen der elektrischen Sicherheit darf das
Gerät niemals mit Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten gereinigt oder gar in Wasser getaucht werden.
Benutzen Sie keine Lösungsmittel, Benzin o.ä.
Die Leuchte würde hierbei Schaden nehmen.
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung nur ein trockenes,
fusselfreies Tuch.
Entsorgung
Die Verpackung und das Verpackungsmaterial bestehen ausschließlich aus
umweltfreundlichen Materialien. Sie können in den örtlichen Recyclingbehältern
entsorgt werden.
Das Symbol der durchgestrichenen Abfalltonne auf Rädern bedeutet, dass das
Produkt in der Europäischen Union einer
getrennten Müllsammlung zugeführt werden muss.
Dies gilt für das Produkt und alle mit diesem
Symbol gekennzeichneten Zubehörteile. Gekennzeichnete Produkte dürfen nicht über den normalen
Hausmüll entsorgt werden, sondern müssen an
einer Annahmestelle für das Recycling von elektrischen und elektronischen Geräten abgegeben werden. Recycling hilft, den Verbrauch von Rohstoffen
zu reduzieren und die Umwelt zu entlasten.

(wie z.B. Leuchtmittel). Durch die Garantieleistung
wird die Garantiezeit weder verlängert noch erneuert.

uct. Please be sure to carefully read the
complete operating instructions. Fold out the page
with the illustrations. These instructions are part of
the product and contain important information on
setup and handling. Always follow all safety instructions. Before using this product for the first time
verify the correct voltage and that all parts are
properly installed. Should you have any questions
or you are unsure about operating the product,

Intended use
This product is suitable for indoors and outdoor
use. This device is only intended for use in a private
domestic environment, not for commercial use. Any
use other than that described above is prohibited
and will result in product damage. It is further

Damage due to failure to comply with these operating instructions will invalidate the guarantee! We

comply with the safety instructions!
Always keep children away from the product.
This product is not a toy and should be kept
out of the reach of children. Children cannot
recognise the risks that arise through use of the
product.
This appliance may be used by children age
8 years and up, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities,
or lacking experience and/or knowledge, so
long as they are supervised or instructed in the
safe use of the appliance and understand the
associated risks. Children should not be allowed
to play with the device. Cleaning and user
maintenance should not be performed by
children without supervision.
Make sure that the product is only assembled
by competent persons.
CAUTION! RISK OF OVERHEATING! Do
not operate the light chain inside the packaging.
Store the fairy lights in the packaging after use
to prevent accidental damage.
Do not pull on the light set lead and always
ensure others cannot walk or trip on it.
Do not attach objects to the product.
The product must be assembled and used in a
way which prevents large amounts of dirt.
Never modify or convert any of the product.
The converter/transformer corresponds with
Protection Class II. Do not connect the con-
verter/transformer to the earth conductor.
The lamp corresponds to Protection Class III,
thus uses a completely safe voltage range.
Do not operate near gas- or electric heaters,
open fire, candles, or other heat sources.
Keep the fairy lights away from flammable
materials and objects!
In the event of damage of any type, particu-
larly to the housing (tightness!), which no
longer allows the fairy lights to be operated
safely, immediately disconnect the transformer
and connecting cable from the mains, put the
fairy lights out of serve, and secure from being
used again!
When using the fairy lights outdoors with an
extension cable, the extension cable must be
suitable for outdoor use.
Route the connecting cable and any extension
cable so people cannot trip over it or accidentally pull on it.
Please keep the packaging, as it contains
important information.
Please note, packaging materials
are not a toy and must therefore be kept out of
the reach of children.
Do not hang any objects from the fairy lights.
Unplug the transformer and fairy lights from
the socket when not using the fairy lights for
extended periods.
Always pull on the transformer, never the
connecting cable .
Never cover the fairy lights with other objects.
The flexible connecting cable of these fairy
lights is not replaceable or repairable. If the
cable is damaged, the fairy lights must be
disposed of.
The LED lamps are not replaceable.
Never attempt to install a disconnected light
bulb in a E27 socket.
Attention! This product is made from glass and
fragile!
Never remove light bulbs and install them in
mains voltage sockets.
Be sure not to damage the transformer and the
connecting cable. Discontinue use if the fairy
lights are damaged.
Check the fairy lights for damage before every
use.
ATTENTION! The transformer supplies the
fairy lights with safety extra-low voltage. Never
connect the fairy lights directly to the mains
without using the transformer. Always discon-

cable from the socket when installing.
Avoid the risk of fatal injury
from electric shock
Before use, ensure that the available mains
voltage is the same as the voltage required for
operating the appliance (230–240 V∼).
Before connecting the light set to the mains,
always check it and the mains adapter for any
damage.
Never use the light set if you discover that it is
damaged in any way.
Never open any of the components of the
electrical equipment or insert any objects into
the same components.
Protect the mains lead from sharp edges,
mechanical stress and hot surfaces.
Do not secure with sharp staples or nails.
Always unplug the mains adapter from the
socket before assembling, disassembling or
cleaning.
Never touch the plug of the fairy lights or the
fairy lights itself with wet hands.
Never electrically connect the fairy lights to
other fairy lights.
Disconnect the fairy lights from the mains when
they are not being used for extended periods.
If you have any questions about the product or
are unsure about any of its aspects, please
seek the advice of an electrical equipment
specialist.t.
Only use the fairy lights with the included
mains adapter. Otherwise any warranty claims
will be void.
These fairy lights are splash-proof (IP44). This
protection class will only be maintained, if the
electrical socket used also complies with at
least this protection class.
CAUTION! RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
These fairy lights are rain- and splash-proof
(IP44), but do not near water or other liquids,
or in locations where water and other liquids
may collect. Do not immerse the fairy lights in
water. Maintain a minimum distance of
approx. five metres from swimming pools or
ponds. Protect the transformer from moisture.
Never wear metallic or conductive jewellery
such as necklaces, bracelets, rings, etc. when
performing any work, including cleaning!
Start-up
Assembly
Plug the plug of the fairy lights 1 into the
socket of the mains adapter
Turn the connecting thread 4 of the mains
lead clockwise to fix the connection.

Switching on and off
Switching on:
Plug the mains adapter 2 into the socket. The
fairy lights are on.
Switching off:
Unplug the mains adapter 2 from the socket
to switch the fairy lights off.
Maintenance and Cleaning

First of all pull the mains adapter out of the mains
socket.

For reasons of electrical safety the device must
never be cleaned with water or other liquids or
immersed in water.
Do not use solvents, benzene or similar
substances. They could damage the light.
Only use a dry, lint-free cloth for cleaning.

Disposal
The package and packaging materials
consist entirely of environmentally
friendly materials. They can be disposed
of at your local recycling facility.
The symbol of the wheelie bin with the
line through it means that, in the European
Union, the product has to be disposed
of in a separate refuse collection. This applies to
the product and to all components bearing this
symbol. Do not dispose of products bearing this
symbol in your normal household waste, but instead
they must be taken for recycling to a collection site
for electrical and electronic appliances. Recycling
helps to reduce the consumption of raw materials
and protects the environment.

Warranty
You receive a 36 month warranty on this product,
valid from the date of purchase. The appliance has
been carefully produced under strict quality control.
Within the warranty period we shall rectify without
charge all material and manufacturing defects.
In the event of a defect arising during the warranty
period, please send the device to the listed Service
Centre address, making reference to the following
article number: 3208–100L. Wear parts (such as
bulbs) and damage caused by improper handling,
non-observance of the operating instructions or
unauthorised interference are excluded from the
warranty. The performance of services under the
warranty does not extend or renew the warranty
period.
