Congratulations on purchasing this high-end bicycle halogen light set. For safety reasons we ask you to read the instructions for use and the safety notes contained therein carefully and to keep them in a safe place. They can be used as a reference in case you experience any problems with your bicycle halogen light set. The instructions are an integral part of this product and must be passed on to third parties along with the product.

INTENDED USE:
Pursuant to Road Traffic Licensing Regulations, this halogen light set for bicycles has been approved in Germany for racing bikes under 11 kg; approved without restrictions as additional lighting. Other types of usage or changes to the product are considered not in accordance with the intended use and can result in risks such as injury and damage. The distributor is not liable for damages that result from incorrect use. The product is not intended for commercial use.

Batteries / Charger:
Please read the instructions for use and the safety notes carefully before using the product.
Make sure you insert the batteries into the headlight with the correct polarity. Use only rechargeable (NiMH) batteries for the headlight.
This device must be protected from moisture.
This device is designed to be operated at a maximum environmental temperature of 25° C.
The connected load must not exceed the values listed on the rating plate.
The wall socket must be located near the device and must be easily accessible.
For use in dry rooms only.
The wall socket must be installed and protected in accordance with applicable regulations.
New rechargeable batteries must be fully charged before they are used for the first time. Batteries may only be charged by adults. Only use the charger with rechargeable NiMH batteries. The charger is for domestic use only. The charger is not suitable for long-term commercial use.
Persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capacity must not use the charger unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or are receiving instructions by this person on how to use the charger.
The charger is not a toy. Keep the charger out of the reach of children. Dispose of discarded packaging or store it in a safe place. It poses a suffocation hazard for small children.
Never short-circuit the contacts on the rechargeable battery or charger.

If the charger is damaged, you must stop using it and purchase an original power supply. The charger is only intended for use with this set of lamps. Do not use the charger for other devices. Do not charge this set of lamps with other chargers. Do not use the charger outdoors. It is only suitable for indoor use.
Do not use the charger right away if the lamp set has just been moved from a cold environment to a warm one. Under adverse conditions, condensate may damage the lamp set. Let the lamps warm up to the ambient temperature.
Avoid operation under adverse ambient conditions, such as excessive humidity, dampness, dust and flammable gases, fumes, benzines, solvents and high ambient temperatures
(up to +25º C) or strong vibrations. These could damage the electronic circuits of the charger or of the lamp set and pose a hazard to the user.
Do not cover the charger while it is in use. The charger may heat up during usage.
Do not use the charger if it is not functioning properly, has been damaged in a fall or has fallen into water or if it has been stored under unfavourable conditions for any length of time. If any of these occur, please contact customer service. Do not take the charger apart; it does not contain any parts that can be repaired by you. Do not attempt any repairs yourself.
Batteries / Rechargeable batteries
Do not take batteries apart, toss them into the fire or shortcircuit them.
Leaking or damaged batteries/rechargeable batteries can cause chemical burns if they come in contact with the skin.
Do not handle the batteries with your bare hands. Batteries should not be stored where children can reach them.
Please see a doctor immediately if you have swallowed a battery. Only use batteries made by the same manufacturer. Insert the batteries into the compartment provided according to their polarity.
Do not use a combination of old and new batteries or rechargeable batteries.
Store your batteries where it is cool and dry, not damp. Never throw batteries into the fire.
Do not short-circuit batteries.
Primary batteries lose some of their energy during storage. Empty batteries and spent rechargeable batteries must be disposed of properly. Batteries should not be loaded.
Rechargeable NiMH batteries must be used until they are completely discharged before they are charged again. Please note that new rechargeable batteries do not perform at full capacity until they have been charged and discharged several times. Rechargeable batteries lose some of their charge and capacity over time, even when they are not being used.
Rechargeable batteries must be charged before use if they have been stored for any length of time.
Store charged rechargeable batteries or primary batteries separately from discharged ones to avoid confusion.
Only use rechargeable batteries of the same capacity and type. The use of different rechargeable batteries can damage the batteries and the headlight.

BATTERY DISPOSAL:
Batteries and rechargeable batteries must not be placed in household trash containers. You are obligated by law to return used batteries and rechargeable batteries. They can be dropped off at our shop or at other locations near you (e.g., other businesses or municipal collection points). Batteries and rechargeable batteries are marked with a crossed-out dustbin and with the chemical symbol of the toxic substance, i.e. „Cd“ for cadmium, „Hg“ for mercury and „Pb“ for lead.
ATTENTION!
If the LED (battery indicator) lights up,
the battery must be replaced in order to maintain road safety! Rechargeable batteries and batteries are not covered by the guarantee!
APPROVAL:

The entire light unit must be replaced if the light bulb or LED fails.
The light-emitting diodes correspond to Class 1 of EN 60825-
