Tray Delivery Cart
Short Form Specifications
Exterior Body is one piece 18-gauge stainless steel, reinforced on sides and back with 16-gauge reinforced channels. Louvered vents on end panels
of cart permit air circulation and heat dissipation. Unit mounted on 6”
(15.24cm) wide high modulas casters, two locking, two fixed. Full perimeter non-marking bottom bumper provided.
Top is constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel, welded, ground and polished into one integral unit securely attached to the body framework. Top is fabricated with square exterior corners with top corner bumpers. Push handle located at rear of unit.
Bottom is constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel with floor kinked to floor drain, plug provided (two drains on double bay carts and one on single bay carts). 14-gauge reinforcement caster channels provided.
Door is constructed of 20-gauge stainless steel mounted to unit on three heavy-duty hinges. Foam insulated to reduce noise and vibration. Door to open on a full 270° swing with positive latching in open or closed positions.
Tray slides to be field adjustable and removable; to accomodate tray
lengths from 16” (40.64cm) to 20.25” (51.43cm) long and up to 15” (38.1cm) wide. Tray slide is 2” (5.08cm) wide with 4.5” (11.43cm) spacing.

•Laminate on all sides (not available for top surface)
•2” top rail (adds 2” to overall height of unit)
