How to use
Wearing the headphones (see fig. )
Wear the earpiece marked in your right ear and the one marked in your left ear. There is a tactile dot on the unit marked to distinguish the left side (see fig. - ).
Using the supplied cord adjuster (see fig. )
You can adjust the cord length by winding the cord (see fig. - ) on the cord adjuster and then push the cord into the slot hole to secure in place (see fig. - ).
(The cord can be wound to the cord adjuster up to 50 cm. If you wind more, the cord comes off from the cord adjuster easily.)
Note
Do not wind the plug or split section of the cord, as it will strain the cord and may cause a wire break.
Using the cord slider (see fig. - )
Move up and down to change the split position of the cord.
Installing the earbuds correctly (see fig. )
If the earbuds do not fit your ears correctly, low-bass sound may not be heard. To enjoy better sound quality, change the earbuds to another size, or adjust the earbuds position to sit on your ears comfortably and fit your ears snugly. If the earbuds do not fit your ears, try another size. Confirm the size of the earbuds by checking colour inside (see fig. - ).
When you change the earbuds, install them firmly on the headphones to prevent the earbud from detaching and remaining in your ear.

To detach an earbud (see fig. - )
While holding the headphone, twist and pull the earbud off.
Tip
If the earbud slips and cannot be detached, wrap it in a dry soft cloth.
To attach an earbud (see fig. - )
Push the parts inside of the earbud into the headphone until the projecting part of the headphone is fully covered.
To clean the earbuds
Remove the earbuds from the headphones, and wash them with a mild detergent solution.

Precautions
Please keep your headphones clean at all times especially inside the rubber earbud (see fig. ).
If any dust or ear wax is inside the earbud, you may experience some listening difficulties.
Listening with headphones at high volume may affect your hearing. For traffic safety, do not use while driving or cycling.
Do not put weight or pressure on the headphones as it may cause the headphones to deform during long storage.
The earbuds may deteriorate due to long-term storage or use.
Install the earbuds firmly onto the headphones. If an earbud accidentally
detaches and is left in your ear, it may cause injury.
Note on static electricity
In particularly dry air conditions, mild tingling may be felt on your ears. This is a result of static electricity accumulated in the body, and not a malfunction of the headphones.
The effect can be minimized by wearing clothes made from natural materials.
Optional replacement earbuds can be ordered from your nearest Sony dealer.

Utilisation
Port des écouteurs (voir fig. )
Portez l’écouteur marqué sur l’oreille droite et l’écouteur marqué sur l’oreille gauche. L’écouteur gauche, marqué , porte un point tactile pour le distinguer (voir fig. - ).
Utilisation du système de réglage du cordon fourni (voir fig. )
Vous pouvez régler la longueur du cordon en l’enroulant sur le système de réglage du cordon (voir fig. - ) ; insérez ensuite le cordon dans la fente pour le maintenir en place (voir fig. - ).
(Le cordon peut être enroulé jusqu’à 50 cm sur le système de réglage du cordon. Si vous l’enroulez davantage, il se détache facilement du système de réglage du cordon.)
Remarque
N’enroulez pas la fiche ou l’embranchement du cordon, car cela le soumettrait à une tension susceptible de briser un fil.

Déplacez-la vers le haut ou vers le bas pour modifier la position de division du cordon.
Installation correcte des oreillettes (voir fig. )
Si les oreillettes ne s’adaptent pas bien aux oreilles, vous risquez de ne pas entendre les sons les plus graves. Pour profiter d’un son de qualité supérieure, utilisez une autre taille d’oreillettes ou réglez la position des oreillettes afin qu’elles s’adaptent bien à vos oreilles et soient confortablement installées.
Si les oreillettes ne tiennent pas dans les oreilles, essayez une autre taille. Vérifiez la taille des oreillettes en contrôlant la couleur à l’intérieur de celles-ci (voir fig. - ).
Lorsque vous changez les oreillettes, tournez-les pour les installer fermement sur les écouteurs afin d’éviter qu’elles se détachent et restent dans les oreilles.

Tout en tenant l’écouteur, tournez l’oreillette et détachez-la.
Conseil
Si l’oreillette glisse et ne se détache pas, entourez-la d’un linge doux et sec.

Enfoncez l’intérieur de l’oreillette dans l’écouteur jusqu’à ce que la partie saillante de celui-ci soit complètement recouverte.

Détachez les oreillettes des écouteurs et lavez-les avec une solution détergente douce.

Précautions
Veillez toujours à maintenir vos écouteurs propres, particulièrement l’intérieur des oreillettes en caoutchouc (voir fig. ).
Si de la poussière ou du cérumen pénètre à l’intérieur de l’oreillette, vous risquez de rencontrer des difficultés à l’écoute.

Remarque à propos de l’électricité statique

Tragen der Kopfhörer (siehe Abb. )
Tragen Sie das mit markierte Ohrstück im rechten und das mit markierte im linken Ohr. Der mit gekennzeichnete Ohrhörer weist zur Unterscheidung der linken Seite einen fühlbaren Punkt auf (siehe Abb. -).
Verwenden der mitgelieferten Kabeleinstellvorrichtung (siehe Abb. )
Sie können die Kabellänge anpassen, indem Sie das Kabel um die Kabeleinstellvorrichtung wickeln (siehe Abb. - ) und dann das Kabel in die Aussparung drücken, um es zu sichern (siehe Abb. - ).
(Bis zu 50 cm des Kabels können auf die Kabeleinstellvorrichtung aufgerollt werden. Wenn Sie mehr aufrollen, löst sich das Kabel leicht von der Kabeleinstellvorrichtung.)
Hinweis
Wickeln Sie nicht den Stecker oder die Kabelverzweigung auf, da dies eine Belastung für das Kabel ist und zu einem Kabelbruch führen kann.

Wenn die Ohrpolster nicht richtig im Ohr sitzen, sind tiefe Bassklänge unter Umständen nicht zu hören. Sie können die Tonqualität verbessern, indem Sie Ohrpolster einer anderen Größe wählen oder die Position der Ohrpolster korrigieren, so dass diese gut sitzen und fest anliegen.
Wenn die Ohrpolster Ihnen nicht passen, versuchen Sie es mit Ohrpolstern in einer der anderen Größen. Die Größe der Ohrpolster erkennen Sie an der Farbe im Inneren (siehe Abb. - ).

Tipp

Drücken Sie die Teile im Inneren des Ohrpolsters in die Kopfhörer, bis der vorstehende Teil des Kopfhörers vollständig bedeckt ist.
So reinigen Sie die Ohrpolster
Nehmen Sie die Ohrpolster von den Kopfhörern ab und waschen Sie sie mit einer milden Reinigungslösung.

Wenn Sie bei hoher Lautstärke mit Kopfhörern Musik hören, kann es zu Gehörschäden kommen. Verwenden Sie Kopfhörer aus Gründen der Verkehrssicherheit nicht beim Fahren von Kraftfahrzeugen oder beim Fahrradfahren.
Setzen Sie die Kopfhörer nicht Gewichten oder Druck aus, da diese sich andernfalls bei längerer Lagerung verformen können.
Der Zustand der Ohrpolster kann sich bei langfristiger Lagerung oder Nutzung verschlechtern.
Bringen Sie die Ohrpolster fest an den Kopfhörern an. Wenn sich ein
Ohrpolster versehentlich löst und im Ohr verbleibt, kann es Verletzungen verursachen.
Hinweis zur statischen Elektrizität

Utilización

Nota

Si las almohadillas no se adaptan a sus oídos, pruebe otra talla. Compruebe la talla de las almohadillas según el color de su interior
(consulte la figura - ).
Cuando cambie las almohadillas, colóquelas firmemente en los auriculares para evitar que se desprendan y permanezcan en sus orejas.

Precauciones
Mantenga los auriculares siempre limpios, en especial la parte interior de la almohadilla de goma (consulte la figura ).
Si la almohadilla contiene cualquier partícula de polvo o de cera, es posible que experimente dificultades para escuchar el sonido.
El uso de los auriculares con un volumen demasiado alto podría dañar sus oídos. Por razones de seguridad vial, no los utilice mientras conduzca o vaya en bicicleta.
Durante los períodos de almacenamiento prolongados no ponga ningún objeto que pese o que ejerza presión sobre los auriculares, ya que podrían deformarse.
Es posible que las almohadillas se deterioren con el paso del tiempo a causa de las condiciones de almacenamiento y del uso.
Coloque las almohadillas firmemente en los auriculares. Si una almohadilla se
desprendiera accidentalmente y se quedara en su oído, podría causarle lesiones.
Nota sobre electricidad estática
En condiciones de aire especialmente seco, es posible que sienta un ligero cosquilleo en sus oídos. Esto se debe a la electricidad estática acumulada en su cuerpo, no a un funcionamiento anómalo de los auriculares.
Puede minimizar este efecto si elige prendas de vestir confeccionadas con materiales naturales.

Modalità d’uso
Inserimento delle cuffie (vedere fig. )
Mettere l’auricolare contrassegnato da sull’orecchio destro e quello contrassegnato da sull’orecchio sinistro. Sull’unità è presente un punto tattile contrassegnato da una che indica il lato sinistro (vedere fig. - ).
Utilizzo del dispositivo di regolazione del cavo in dotazione (vedere fig. )
Per regolare la lunghezza del cavo, avvolgere il cavo stesso (vedere fig. - ) sul relativo dispositivo di regolazione, quindi spingere il cavo nel foro a incastro per bloccarlo (vedere fig. - ).
(Il cavo può essere avvolto sul relativo dispositivo di regolazione fino a 50 cm; se lo si avvolge ulteriormente, il cavo viene via facilmente dal dispositivo).
Nota
Non avvolgere la spina o dividere la sezione del cavo, poiché ciò metterebbe in tensione il cavo e potrebbe causarne la rottura.
Utilizzo del cursore del cavo (vedere fig. - )
Muovere verso l’alto e verso il basso per modificare il punto di diramazione del cavo.
Installazione corretta degli auricolari (vedere fig. )
Se gli auricolari non si adattano correttamente alle orecchie, i toni bassi potrebbero non essere uditi. Per ottenere una qualità audio migliore, sostituire gli auricolari con auricolari di un’altra misura oppure regolare la posizione degli auricolari in modo che siano inseriti comodamente e si adattino in modo corretto alle orecchie.
Se gli auricolari non vanno bene per le proprie orecchie, provare con un’altra misura. Controllare la misura degli auricolari facendo riferimento al colore all’interno (vedere fig. - ).
Quando si sostituiscono gli auricolari, ruotarli per installarli saldamente sulle cuffie ed evitare che si stacchino e rimangano nell’orecchio.

Precauzioni
Mantenere le cuffie sempre pulite, specialmente l’interno degli auricolari in gomma (vedere fig. ).
Se si sono depositati polvere o cerume all’interno degli auricolari, è possibile che si riscontrino difficoltà di ascolto.
L’uso delle cuffie ad alto volume può incidere sull’udito. Per la sicurezza stradale, non utilizzarle quando si guida o si va in bicicletta.
Non collocare pesi e non esercitare pressione sulle cuffie: ciò potrebbe deformare le cuffie durante periodi di inutilizzo prolungati.
Gli auricolari potrebbero deteriorarsi in seguito all’uso o all’inutilizzo prolungato.
Installare in modo saldo gli auricolari sulle cuffie. Se un auricolare si stacca
accidentalmente e rimane all’interno dell’orecchio, potrebbero verificarsi lesioni.
Nota sull’elettricità statica
In condizioni di aria molto secca, si potrebbe avvertire una lieve sensazione di formicolio nelle orecchie. La causa è l’elettricità statica accumulata nel corpo e non un problema di funzionamento delle cuffie.
L’effetto può essere ridotto al minimo indossando abiti realizzati in tessuti naturali.
È possibile ordinare auricolari delle cuffie opzionali sostitutivi dal proprio rivenditore Sony.

Hoe te gebruiken
De hoofdtelefoon dragen (zie afb. )
Draag het oordopje met de markering in uw rechteroor en het oordopje met de markering in uw linkeroor. Het oordopje gemarkeerd met beschikt over een reliëfpunt om de linkerkant te kunnen herkennen
(zie afb. - ).
De bijgeleverde kabelregelaar gebruiken (zie afb. )
U kunt de kabellengte regelen door de kabel rond de kabelregelaar te winden (zie afb. - ) en vervolgens de kabel in de kabelopening te drukken om deze vast te klemmen (zie afb. - ).
(U kunt tot 50 cm kabel rond de kabelregelaar winden. Als u de kabel verder rond de kabelregelaar windt, raakt deze sneller los van de kabelregelaar.)
Opmerking
Zorg ervoor dat u de stekker of het gesplitste deel van de kabel niet rond de kabelregelaar windt; hierdoor wordt er te veel druk op de kabel uitgeoefend, die vervolgens kan breken.
De kabelschuif gebruiken (zie afb. - )
Verplaats de kabelschuif omhoog of omlaag om de positie waar de kabel gesplitst is te wijzigen.
De oordopjes correct bevestigen (zie afb. )
Als de oordopjes niet perfect in uw oren passen, is het mogelijk dat u lage tonen niet hoort. Om te kunnen genieten van een betere geluidskwaliteit, gebruikt u een ander formaat oordopjes of past u de positie van de oordopjes aan zodat deze comfortabel in uw oren passen.
Als de oordopjes niet in uw oren passen, probeert u een ander formaat. U kunt het formaat van de oordopjes controleren aan de hand van de kleur aan de binnenkant (zie afb. - ).
Wanneer u de oordopjes vervangt, draait u deze stevig op de hoofdtelefoon om te verhinderen dat een oordopje loskomt en in uw oor achterblijft.

Houd de hoofdtelefoon vast en draai en trek het oordopje eraf.
Tip
Als het oordopje uit uw handen glijdt en u er niet in slaagt het los te maken, draait u het in een zachte droge doek.

Druk het binnenste deel van het oordopje op de hoofdtelefoon tot het uitstekende deel van de hoofdtelefoon volledig bedekt is.
De oordopjes reinigen
Verwijder de oordopjes van de hoofdtelefoon en reinig deze met een mild zeepsopje.

Voorzorgsmaatregelen
Zorg ervoor dat uw hoofdtelefoon altijd hygiënisch is, vooral aan de binnenkant van de rubberen oordopjes (zie afb. ).
Als er zich stof of oorsmeer in de oordopjes bevindt, is het mogelijk dat geluiden minder goed hoorbaar zijn.
Wanneer u de hoofdtelefoon gebruikt bij een hoog volume, kan dit gehoorschade veroorzaken. Gebruik voor uw veiligheid de hoofdtelefoon niet tijdens het rijden of fietsen.
Plaats geen gewicht op de hoofdtelefoon en oefen er geen druk op uit; dit kan er namelijk voor zorgen dat de hoofdtelefoon vervormd raakt wanneer deze lang wordt opgeborgen.
De oordopjes kunnen verslijten na lang gebruik of een lange opbergtijd.
Bevestig de oordopjes stevig op de hoofdtelefoon. Als een oordopje per
ongeluk loslaat en in uw oor achterblijft, kan dit letsels veroorzaken.
Opmerking over statische elektriciteit
Bij een erg droge lucht is het mogelijk dat u lichte tintelingen voelt op uw oren. Dit is het gevolg van statische elektriciteit die in uw lichaam wordt opgebouwd en duidt niet op een defect van de hoofdtelefoon.
Dit effect kan worden geminimaliseerd door kledij te dragen die gemaakt is uit natuurlijke materialen.
Optionele vervangende oordopjes kunnen besteld worden bij uw dichtstbijzijnde Sony-handelaar.
Verwijdering van oude elektrische en elektronische apparaten (Toepasbaar in de Europese Unie en andere Europese landen met gescheiden inzamelingssystemen)

Como utilizar
Utilizar os auscultadores (ver fig. )
Coloque o auricular com a marca no ouvido direito e aquele com a marcano esquerdo. Existe um ponto táctil na unidade com a marca para distinguir o lado esquerdo (ver fig. - ).
Utilizar o regulador de cabo fornecido (ver fig. )
Pode regular o comprimento do cabo, enrolando o cabo (ver fig. - ) no regulador de cabo, e, em seguida, pressione o cabo no sentido do orifício da ranhura para fixá-lo no lugar (ver fig. - ).
(O cabo pode ser enrolado no regulador de cabo em até 50 cm. Se enrolar um comprimento superior, o cabo sai do regulador de cabo facilmente.)
Nota
Não enrole a ficha ou a secção dividida do cabo, uma vez que colocará o cabo sob tensão, podendo quebrá-lo.

Colocar correctamente os auriculares (ver fig. )
Se os auriculares não encaixarem correctamente nos ouvidos, pode não conseguir ouvir os sons graves. Para desfrutar de uma melhor qualidade de som, utilize auriculares com outro tamanho ou ajuste a posição dos auriculares de modo a ajustarem-se confortavelmente aos seus ouvidos. Se os auriculares não encaixarem devidamente nos ouvidos, experimente outro tamanho. Confirme o tamanho dos auriculares, verificando a cor do interior (ver fig. - ).
Quando mudar de auriculares, instale-os firmemente nos auscultadores para evitar que os auriculares saiam e permaneçam dentro do ouvido.

Se houver pó ou cerume no interior do auricular, pode ter dificuldades em ouvir.
Ouvir com o volume dos auscultadores muito alto pode afectar a sua audição. Para uma maior segurança rodoviária, não utilize os auscultadores enquanto conduz ou quando andar de bicicleta.
Não coloque peso ou exerça pressão sobre os auscultadores, pois pode deformá-los durante um armazenamento prolongado.
Os auriculares podem deteriorar-se devido a um uso ou armazenamento prolongado.
Instale os auriculares firmemente nos auscultadores. Se um auricular se soltar

Nota sobre electricidade estática
Em condições de ar particularmente seco, pode sentir uma ligeira comichão nos ouvidos. É resultado da electricidade estática acumulada no corpo e não é uma avaria dos auscultadores.

Słuchawkę oznaczoną symbolem należy założyć na prawe ucho, a słuchawkę oznaczoną symbolem należy założyć na lewe ucho. Na urządzeniu znajduje się wypukła kropka oznaczona literą , która wyróżnia lewą stronę (patrz rys. - ).
Jak używać regulatora przewodu (wchodzącego w skład zestawu (patrz rys. ))
Długość przewodu można regulować, nawijając przewód na regulator (patrz rys. - ) i dociskając przewód do otworu tak, aby się nie ruszał (patrz rys.- ).
(Na regulator można nawinąć maks. 50 cm przewodu. Nadmiar przewodu łatwo spada z regulatora).
Uwaga
Nie należy nawijać wtyku ani rozgałęzienia przewodu, ponieważ powoduje to naprężenie przewodu i może spowodować jego przerwanie.

Środki ostrożności
Słuchawki powinny być zawsze czyste. Dotyczy to zwłaszcza wnętrza gumowej wkładki dousznej (patrz rys. ).
Jeśli wewnątrz wkładki dousznej znajdują się kurz i woskowina, mogą wystąpić problemy z odsłuchem.
Słuchanie przez słuchawki muzyki o wysokim poziomie głośności może mieć szkodliwy wpływ na słuch. Ze względu na bezpieczeństwo ruchu drogowego, nie wolno używać słuchawek podczas jazdy pojazdami lub rowerem.

Használat
A fülhallgató használata (lásd ábra)
Az betűvel jelölt fülhallgatót a jobb, az betűvel jelöltet a bal fülébe tegye. Az jelölésű egységen található tapintható dudor segít a bal oldal megkülönböztetésében (lásd - ábra).
A mellékelt kábelhossz-beállító használata (lásd ábra)
A kábel hosszát (lásd - ábra) a kábelhossz-beállítóra felcsévélve lehet beállítani, ezután a hasítékba nyomva rögzítse a kábelt (lásd - ábra). (A kábelhossz-beállítóra legfeljebb 50 cm kábelt lehet feltekercselni. Ha ennél többet tekercsel fel, a kábel könnyen letekeredhet a kábelhossz-beállítóról.)
Megjegyzés
Ne tekercselje fel a csatlakozódugaszt vagy a kábel hasított részét, mert a kábel megfeszülhet és elszakadhat.

Óvintézkedések
Kérjük, a fülhallgatót, különösen a gumi füldugó belsejét mindig tartsa tisztán (lásd ábra).
Ha a füldugóba por vagy fülzsír kerül, a hangminőség romlik.
A fülhallgatót nagy hangerővel használva halláskárosodást szenvedhet. Forgalombiztonsági okokból járművezetés vagy kerékpározás közben ne használja a fülhallgatót.
A fülhallgatókra ne helyezzen súlyt és ne gyakoroljon nyomást, mert hosszú tárolás esetén a fülhallgatók deformálódhatnak.
Hosszú idejű tárolás vagy használat után a füldugók minősége romolhat.
A füldugókat szilárdan rögzítse a fülhallgatóra. Ha a füldugó véletlenül
leválik és a fülében marad, sérülést okozhat.
Megjegyzés a statikus elektromosságról
Elsősorban száraz levegőben előfordulhat, hogy enyhe bizsergést érez a fülében. Ez a testen felhalmozódott sztatikus elektromos töltés és nem a fülhallgató hibás működésének eredménye.
Ez a hatás természetes anyagokból készült ruházat viselésével csökkenthető.
Tartalék vagy cserefülpárnát a legközelebbi Sony-forgalmazónál lehet rendelni.
