This appliance is not intended:

Safety guidelines
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Connect the appliance only to mains power sockets supplying a mains
power voltage of 220–240 V ~ / 50 Hz.
In the event of operating malfunctions, and before cleaning the appliance,
disconnect the plug from the mains power socket.
To disconnect the power cable, always pull the plug from the socket, do not
pull the power cable itself.
Do not kink or crush the power cable, and route the cable so that it cannot
be stepped on or tripped over.
To avoid risks, arrange for defective plugs and/or power cables to be
replaced at once by qualified technicians or our Customer Service Department.
Ensure that the power cable does not become wet or moist during use.
Route the cable in such a way that it cannot be crushed or damaged.
Should the appliance, the power cable or the plug become damaged,
arrange for them to be repaired by Customer Services to avoid hazardous situations.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains power socket before filling it
with water, changing accessories or cleaning it.
Use the appliance only in dry indoor areas, not outdoors.Never submerse the appliance in water or other liquids!Never aim the steam jet directly at electrical appliances or equipment
which contains electrical components, such as the interior of ovens.
Never leave a heat-generating device unattended! After use or during work
pauses, always remove the plug from the mains power socket. The appliance
heats up and generates steam pressure continuously when the plug is con-
nected to a mains power socket!
Use the appliance only with dry hands and never without shoes (i.e. not
barefoot). This will help reduce the effect of an electric shock in the event
of a malfunction.
Never aim the appliance at moisture-sensitive objects.This appliance may be used by persons with limited physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that
they are under supervision or have been told how to use the appliance
safely and are aware of the potential risks. The appliance must not be
used as a plaything by children.

Never remove the safety valve Do not operate the appliance with an empty water tank. When the water
reserve is used up, remove the power cable to prevent the appliance from
overheating.
The accessories will get hot during use! There is a risk of scalding!Allow the accessories used to cool down before dismantling them.Use only the original accessory parts for this appliance. Other accessories
may not meet the safety requirements.
The appliance may not be used if it has been dropped, if there are any
obvious signs of physical damage or if it is leaking.
The appliance must be kept out of the reach of children if it is switched on
or is cooling down.
Wear gloves, protective glasses and breathing protection equipment when
attempting to remove substances that could be hazardous to health.
Never direct the steam toward people or animals. Hot steam can cause
serious injuries!

CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
Start by carrying out a test on an unobtrusive area to be certain that the
material is suitable for cleaning with a steam cleaner, for instance:
Painted/varnished wood or leather can be bleached by steam.Unprotected wood can swell up.Protective wax coatings can be dissolved by steam.Plastics can become tarnished from the effects of steam.Soft plastics can deform when exposed to steam.Cold glass or mirror surfaces can crack when sprayed with hot steam.
If you wish to clean windows, you must first preheat them, for instance by
applying the steam over large areas from a greater distance, then moving
in progressively closer.
Acrylics, velvet and silk react sensitively to hot steam, as do plastic fibres.

appliance, pay heed to the following instructions:

If the mains water at your locality is rated as hard, it is recommended that you mix the mains water with distilled water. Otherwise, the appliance could calcify prematurely and clog the steam nozzle

To extend the optimal functioning of the appliance, mix the mains water with distilled water as per the following table.

Areas of application
You can clean either by using steam directly from the steam nozzle 6 or you can fit an accessory.
Do not use an accessory if you want to clean items such as toilets and sinks,
taps and drains, windows, furniture, fabrics, shutters or mirrors. You can easily remove water and dissolved dirt from smooth surfaces after cleaning using the squeegee attachment

If it is dirty, the removable cotton cover 15 can be cleaned in accordance
with the symbols on the label:
The cotton cover 15 is machine washable at 60°C.
The cotton cover 15 can be dried at a low temperature in a tumble drier.
Do not iron the cotton cover 15.
Storage
 Store the cleaned and dried appliance in a clean and dust-free location.

Disposal of the appliance
Under no circumstances should you dispose of the appliance with the normal household waste. This product is subject to the provisions of European Directive 2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance via an approved waste disposal company or your municipal waste disposal facility. Please observe applicable regulations. Please contact your waste disposal facility if you are in any doubt.
Disposal of packaging materials
The packaging protects the appliance from damage during carriage. The packaging materials have been selected for their environmental friendliness and ease of disposal, and are therefore recyclable.
Returning the packaging to the materials cycle conserves raw materials and reduces the amount of waste that is generated. Dispose of packaging materials that are no longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations.
NOTE
If possible, keep the original packaging of the appliance during the
warranty period so that the device can be packed properly for returning in the event of a warranty claim.

You are provided a 3-year warranty on this appliance, valid from the date of purchase. This appliance has been manufactured with care and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.

Indicaţii de siguranţă
PERICOL DE ELECTROCUTARE
Conectaţi aparatul numai la o priză instalată corespunzător, cu o tensiune
a reţelei de 220 - 240 V ~ / 50 Hz.
În cazul defecţiunilor de funcţionare şi înaintea curăţării aparatului, scoateţi
ştecărul din priză.
Când scoateţi cablul din priză trageţi întotdeauna de ştecăr şi nu de cablu.Nu îndoiţi sau striviţi cablul de alimentare şi pozaţi-l astfel încât să nu
devină o piedică în calea dvs.
Pentru a evita pericolele, solicitaţi imediat înlocuirea ştecărelor sau a cablu-
rilor de alimentare deteriorate, de către personalul de specialitate autorizat
sau de către serviciul clienţi.
Evitaţi contactul cablului cu lichide sau umezirea acestuia în timpul funcţi-
onării aparatului. Ghidaţi cablul astfel încât să nu poată fi deteriorat sau
blocat de alte obiecte din jur.
În cazul în care aparatul, cablul de reţea sau ştecărul se defectează, acestea
trebuie înlocuite de specialişti din cadrul departamentului de service clienţi,
pentru a se evita orice fel de pericole.
Înainte de a umple aparatul cu apă, de a-l curăţa sau de a schimba acce-
soriile, scoateţi ştecărul din priză.
Utilizaţi aparatul numai în încăperi uscate şi nu în spaţii libere.Nu introduceţi niciodată aparatul în apă sau în alte lichide!Nu orientaţi niciodată jetul de abur spre aparatele electrice sau instalaţiile
care conţin componente electrice cum ar fi interiorul unui cuptor.
Nu lăsaţi niciodată nesupravegheate aparatele care generează căldură!
După utilizare sau dacă întrerupeţi lucrul cu aparatul, scoateţi întotdeauna
ştecărul din priză. Aparatul se încălzeşte şi generează aburi atât timp cât
ştecărul este în priză!
Utilizaţi aparatul numai dacă aveţi mâinile uscate şi dacă purtaţi încălţă-
minte (niciodată desculţ). Astfel reduceţi curenţii periculoşi în cazurile de
defecţiune.
Nu orientaţi niciodată aparatul spre obiecte sensibile la umiditate.Acest aparat poate fi utilizat de persoane cu abilităţi fizice, senzoriale sau
mentale reduse sau fără experienţă sau fără cunoştinţe necesare dacă sunt
supravegheate sau dacă au fost instruite cu privire la utilizarea sigură a
acestui aparat şi au înţeles pericolele cu privire la acesta. Copiilor le este
interzis să se joace cu aparatul.

Nu utilizaţi aparatul cu rezervorul gol. După epuizarea apei din rezervor,
scoateţi ştecărul din priză pentru a evita supraîncălzirea.
Accesoriile se încălzesc în timpul utilizării! Pericol de opărire!Înainte de a demonta accesoriile, aşteptaţi ca acestea să se răcească.Utilizaţi numai accesoriile originale ale acestui aparat. Alte componente
ar putea fi insuficient de sigure.
Aparatul nu trebuie utilizat după ce a căzut, în cazul deteriorărilor vizibile
sau dacă nu este etanş.
Aparatul nu se va lăsa la îndemâna copiilor atunci când este conectat sau
în curs de răcire.
Când încercaţi să desprindeţi substanţe periculoase pentru sănătate, purtaţi
mănuşi, ochelari de protecţie şi mască respiratorie.
Nu orientaţi niciodată jetul de aburi spre oameni sau animale. Aburul
fierbinte poate provoca răniri semnificative!

Respectaţi indicaţiile de siguranţă!
ATENŢIE - PAGUBE MATERIALE!
Încercaţi mai întâi într-un loc ascuns vederii dacă materialul pe care doriţi să
îl curăţaţi poate fi curăţat cu ajutorul aparatului de curăţat cu aburi, de ex.:
lemnul lăcuit sau pielea se decolorează din cauza aburului.Lemnul netratat se poate umfla.Straturile de protecţie de ceară se pot desprinde din cauza aburului.Materialele plastice se pot topi din cauza acţiunii aburului.Materialele plastice moi se pot deforma din cauza acţiunii aburului.Suprafeţele de sticlă sau oglinzile se pot sparge la contactul cu aburul
fierbinte.
Dacă doriţi să curăţaţi ferestre, acestea trebuie preîncălzite, de exemplu,
începeţi curăţarea de la o distanţă mai mare şi continuaţi din aproape în
aproape pe suprafeţe tot mai mari.
Acrilii, catifeaua şi mătasea sunt sensibile la acţiunea aburului fierbinte,
la fel şi fibrele sintetice.
