Subject: Correction of the Firmware via DFW (D&M Firmware Writer).
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom: 1) Crackling noise on surround back speakers during playback of
DTS-HD-MSTR 6.1 disc.
2)There is the case that a sound does not out from subwoofer when turn on the power of the unit in the state that Multi EQ is Enable.
3)The unit can not off the "Audio MUTE" depending on a timing of "MUTE demand signal "from HDMI Receiver.
3-1) problems (no sound) with the new firmware update (DZ09-213)
3-2) HDMI-interoperability issue with Humax Foxstat DVR. 3-3) HDMI-interoperability issue with HUMAX Foxsat STB 3-4) loss of audio output from the 2310
4)The sound of HD audio part is not output by combining BD-C6900 (by
Samsung) and AVR-3310.
Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
METHOD OF UPDATE The firmware via RS232C.
We will supply the following program files for updating the subject models.
