This appliance is intended exclusively for the toasting of slices of bread, rolls and
waffl es in domestic environments. It is not intended for use with other foods or
other materials.
This appliance is intended solely for use in private homes. Not for commercial use!

The appliance is supplied with the following components as standard:

1) Take the appliance and the operating instructions out of the packaging.
2) Remove all packaging material.
NOTE
Check the package for completeness and for signs of visible damage.

► If the delivery is not complete or has been damaged due to defective
packaging or transportation, contact the Service Hotline (see section
Warranty and Service).
Disposal of packaging materials
The packaging protects the appliance from damage during shipment.
The packaging materials have been selected for their environmental friendliness
and ease of disposal, and are therefore recyclable.
Returning the packaging to the materials cycle conserves raw materials and
reduces the amount of waste that is generated. Dispose of packaging materials
which are no longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations.
NOTE
If possible, keep the original packaging of the appliance during the warranty

period so that the appliance can be packed properly for returning in the
event of a warranty claim.

Safety guidelines
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
► Arrange for damaged power cables and/or plugs to be replaced
as soon as possible by a qualifi ed specialist or by Customer
Services.
► Use the appliance only in dry indoor areas, not outdoors.
NEVER submerse the appliance in water or other liquids!
Otherwise there is a risk of an electric shock.
► NEVER insert cutlery or other metallic objects into the toaster slots.
► Ensure that the appliance can never come into contact with
water. NEVER use the appliance adjacent to water or close to
vessels containing liquids.
► Ensure that the power cable never becomes wet or damp when
the appliance is in use. Route the cable so that it cannot be
trapped or damaged in any way.
► After use, always remove the plug from the mains power socket,
this prevents the unintentional switching on of the appliance.
► Avoid using slices that are too big or too thick as these can eas-
ily become jammed in the appliance. If slices of bread become
jammed, fi rst disconnect the plug from the mains power socket.
Release jammed slices of bread with a blunt wooden object (e.g.
a wooden spatula or spoon). Do NOT touch the heater elements.

WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► This appliance may be used by children of the age of 8 years or
more and by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and/or knowledge if they are
being supervised or have been instructed with regard to the safe
use of the appliance and have understood the potential risks.
► Children must not use the appliance as a plaything.
► Cleaning and user maintenance must not be performed by children
unless they are older than 8 years of age and are supervised.
Children younger than 8 years of age must be kept away from
the appliance and the power cable.
► The appliance can become hot when it is in use. Therefore, only
touch the operating elements.
► Use the appliance only on a
stable, non-slippery and level surface.
► Do not use an external timer switch or a separate remote control
system to operate the appliance.
► Unwind the power cable completely from the cable retainer
before using the appliance.

► When toasting very small bread slices, take extreme care when
removing them from the toaster! Risk of burns!
CAUTION – RISK OF FIRE!
► Bakery products can burn! You should therefore NEVER locate the
appliance close to or underneath infl ammable objects, especially
not under curtains or suspended cupboards.
► This appliance may not be used in close vicinity to fl ammable
material.
► NEVER cover the toaster when it is in use.
► The appliance must always be supervised during use.
► To avoid the risk of fi re, empty the crumb tray at regular intervals.

Tips for use
■ Diff erences in bread sorts, moisture content and the thickness of individual
slices have an eff ect on the browning of the toast. Therefore the bread for
toasting should be kept in sealed packaging until required. Always start by
trying out a lower browning level.
■ Use a lower browning level if you are toasting dry bread since dry bread
browns faster than fresh bread.
■ Set a lower browning level if you are toasting less than 4 bread slices.
■ Select a higher browning level for dark bread than for light bread, for example,
white bread.
■ To prevent the toaster from overheating and to obtain an even browning of
bread, wait for about 15 seconds between two toasting processes.
■ You should only use the highest level on the toasting dial 6 for large slices
of dark bread. With this browning level light bread will scorch and become
inedible. In addition, it may cause the generation of smoke. If this occurs,
press the "Cancel" button 3 immediately and disconnect the power
cable from the mains power socket.
Before fi rst use
■ Operate the toaster without bread 3 times at the maximum browning level (7).
■ Afterwards, clean the toaster as described in the chapter "Cleaning".
NOTE
The toasting lever 2 only engages when the cable is connected to a
►
mains power socket.
► With the fi rst usage a slight smell can arise (minimal smoke development
is also possible). This is normal and dissipates after a short time. Ensure
suffi cient ventilation. For example, open a window.

Operation
Adjusting the browning level
The desired browning level can be adjusted infi nitely from "light" (1) to "dark" (7)
using the toasting dial 6.
NOTE
Note that, subject to the thickness of the bread in the toaster, the level of
►
browning can vary somewhat even if the toasting dial 6 has not been
adjusted! The fewer the number of slices inserted, the higher the browning
level. Thus, if you are not intending to toast many slices, always set the
toasting dial 6 a little lower.
Toasting
CAUTION – RISK OF FIRE!
When the appliance is in operation, do NOT cover the toasting slots 9.
►
There will be a risk of fi re! The appliance could be irreparably damaged!
1) After setting the desired browning level, insert the bread into the toasting slots 9.
2) Press the toasting lever 2 downwards. The automatic bread centring device
centres the inserted bread in the toasting slots 9.
3) When the desired level of browning has been reached, the toaster automatically switches itself off and the slices are ejected upwards.
Stopping the toasting process

If you wish to stop toasting, press the "Cancel" button 3 . The toaster switches
itself off and the bread slices are ejected upwards.
Reheat function
The reheat function enables you to warm bread without browning it. As an
example, for toast that has gone cold. The bread is only briefl y warmed.
1) Insert the bread and press the toasting lever 2 down.

Defrost function
By pressing the "Defrost" button 5 frozen bread can also be thawed and
toasted. In this mode, the toaster slowly warms the bread.
1) After setting the desired browning level, insert the bread into the toaster
slots 9.
2) Press the toasting lever 2 downwards.

4) When the defrosting and toasting process is fi nished, the toaster switches
itself off automatically, the indicator lamp in the "Defrost" button
goes out and the bread slices are ejected upwards.

Warming up crusty bread rolls
NEVER place bread rolls directly on the toaster, ALWAYS use the warming rack 1.
1) Press the lever for the warming rack 8 down until it is completely extended.
2) Place the bread rolls onto the rack and start the toasting procedure. Set the
toasting dial 6 to a maximum of level 3. The browning can, however, vary,
depending on the composition and type of bread roll.
NOTE
Place the rolls onto the warming rack 1 in such a manner that they cannot
►
fall through the rack 1.
► After toasting, the rolls will be very hot.
3) As soon as the toaster switches itself off , turn the rolls over to toast the other
side and then switch the toaster back on.
4) If you no longer need the warming rack 1 return the rack 1 to in its starting
position by pushing the lever for the warming rack 8 back upwards.

Crumb tray
When toasting, crumbs that fall from the bread are collected in the crumb tray 7.
1) To empty crumbs from the crumb tray 7, simply pull it out to the side.
2) Tip out the crumbs.
3) Slide the crumb tray 7 back into the toaster.
Cleaning

Disconnect the plug from the mains power socket before cleaning the

appliance.

► Allow the toaster to cool before cleaning it. Risk of burns!
CAUTION – PROPERTY DAMAGE!
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents. These can damage the

surfaces of the appliance.
■ Clean the appliance housing using only a dry or lightly moistened cloth.
■ To avoid the risk of fi re, empty the crumb tray 7 at regular intervals.

You are provided a 3-year warranty on this appliance, valid from the date
of purchase. This appliance has been manufactured with care and inspected
meticulously prior to delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the event of a warranty claim,
please contact your Customer Service unit by telephone. This is the only way to
guarantee free return of your goods.
NOTE
The warranty only covers claims for material and manufacturing defects,
►
not for transport damage, worn parts or damage to fragile components
such as buttons or batteries.
This appliance is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty shall be deemed void in the case of misuse or improper handling,
use of force and interventions which have not been carried out by one of our
authorised Service centres.
Your statutory rights are not restricted by this warranty. The warranty period
is not prolonged by repairs eff ected under the warranty. This also applies to
replaced and repaired components.
Any damage and defects present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking, but no later than two days after the date of purchase.
Repairs eff ected after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to charge.

Furnitura
În mod standard, aparatul este livrat cu următoarele componente:

1) Scoateţi aparatul şi instrucţiunile de utilizare din cutie.
2) Îndepărtaţi toate materialele de ambalat.
INDICAŢIE
Verifi caţi dacă furnitura este completă şi dacă prezintă deteriorări vizibile.

► Dacă furnitura nu este completă sau dacă există deteriorări rezultate în
urma transportului sau a ambalajului defectuos, apelaţi linia telefonică
directă de service (a se vedea capitolul Garanţia şi service-ul).
Eliminarea ambalajului
Ambalajul protejează aparatul împotriva deteriorărilor în timpul transportului.
Materialele de ambalat sunt alese conform compatibilităţii acestora cu mediul
şi aspectelor tehnice privind eliminarea, fi ind astfel reciclabile.
Reintroducerea ambalajelor în circuitul de materiale contribuie la economia de
materie primă şi reduce cantitatea de deşeuri. Eliminaţi ambalajul de care nu
mai aveţi nevoie conform prevederilor locale în vigoare.

În caz contrar, există pericol de moarte prin electrocutare.
► Nu introduceţi niciodată ustensile sau alte obiecte de metal în
fantele de prăjire.
► Asiguraţi-vă că aparatul nu intră niciodată în contact cu apa.
Nu utilizaţi aparatul în apropierea apei sau lângă recipientele
care conţin lichide.
► Nu permiteţi contactul cablului cu lichide sau umezirea acestuia
în timp ce aparatul este în funcţiune. Ghidaţi cablul astfel încât
să nu se blocheze sau să se deterioreze într-un alt mod.
► Scoateţi întotdeauna ştecărul din priză după utilizare, pentru
a evita pornirea neintenţionată a aparatului.
► Nu utilizaţi felii de pâine prea mari sau prea groase, deoarece
acestea se pot lipi foarte uşor. Dacă feliile de pâine se lipesc,
scoateţi mai întâi ştecărul din priză. Dezlipiţi feliile de pâine cu
un beţigaş de lemn (de ex. cu coada unei pensule). La această
operaţiune nu atingeţi fi lamentele.

AVERTIZARE! PERICOL DE RĂNIRE!
► Acest aparat poate fi utilizat de copii începând cu vârsta de 8 ani,
cât şi de persoane cu abilităţi fi zice, senzoriale sau mentale reduse
sau fără experienţă şi/sau fără cunoştinţe necesare, dacă sunt
supravegheaţi sau dacă au fost instruiţi cu privire la utilizarea sigură
a acestui aparat şi au înţeles pericolele cu privire la acesta.
► Copiilor le este interzis să se joace cu aparatul.
► Curăţarea şi acţiunile de întreţinere destinate utilizatorului nu se
vor efectua de către copii, cu excepţia cazului în care aceştia au
vârsta peste 8 ani şi sunt supravegheaţi. Copiii cu vârsta sub 8 ani
nu trebuie să se afl e în apropierea aparatului şi a cablului de
conexiune.
► Componentele aparatului pot deveni fi erbinţi în timpul utilizării.
De aceea, nu atingeţi decât elementele de comandă;
► Utilizaţi aparatul doar pe suprafeţe stabile, plane şi antiderapante.
► Nu utilizaţi temporizatoare externe sau sisteme separate de
comandă de la distanţă pentru a opera aparatul.
► Desfaceţi complet cablul de alimentare de pe suportul de înfăşurare,
înainte de a utiliza aparatul.

din prăjitor există Pericol de arsuri!
ATENŢIE - PERICOL DE INCENDIU!
► Aparatul se poate aprinde! De aceea, nu aşezaţi niciodată apa-
ratul în apropierea obiectelor infl amabile, în special sub draperii
şi dulapuri suspendate.
► Aparatul nu trebuie utilizat în apropierea materialelor infl amabile.
► Nu acoperiţi niciodată prăjitorul atâta timp cât îl utilizaţi.
► Nu lăsaţi niciodată aparatul să funcţioneze nesupravegheat.
► Goliţi la intervale regulate de timp tava de fi rimituri pentru a evita
pericolul de incendiu.

Sfaturi pentru utilizare
■ Diferitele feluri de pâine, feliile mai moi sau mai groase, infl uenţează gradul
de rumenire. De aceea, pâinea pentru prăjit ar trebui păstrată într-un ambalaj
închis. Încercaţi prima dată un grad mai mic de rumenire.
■ Utilizaţi un grad mai mic de rumenire, dacă rumeniţi pâine uscată, deoarece
aceasta se rumeneşte mai repede decât pâinea proaspătă.
■ Setaţi un grad mai mic de rumenire, dacă doriţi să prăjiţi mai puţin de 4 felii
de pâine.
■ Alegeţi o treaptă mai mare de rumenire pentru pâine neagră decât pentru
pâine mai deschisă la culoare, de exemplu cea albă.
■ Aşteptaţi cca 15 secunde între etapele de prăjire pentru a evita supraîncălzirea
aparatului şi pentru a obţine o rumenire uniformă a pâinii.
■ Ultima treaptă de rumenire 6 se utilizează doar pentru felii mari de pâine
neagră. Pâinea deschisă la culoare s-ar arde dacă aţi folosi această treaptă
şi nu s-ar putea consuma. În plus, s-ar putea produce fum. În acest caz, apăsaţi imediat butonul „Stop” 3
şi scoateţi ştecărul din priză.
Înaintea primei puneri în funcţiune
■ Utilizaţi prăjitorul de 3 ori fără pâine, la gradul maxim de rumenire, setarea (7).
■ Curăţaţi apoi prăjitorul conform descrierii din capitolul „Curăţare”.
INDICAŢIE
Butonul de operare 2 rămâne în poziţie de funcţionare numai dacă cablul

de alimentare este conectat.
► La prima utilizare se poate forma un uşor miros (de asemenea, este posibilă
degajarea de fum). Acest lucru este normal şi dispare după scurt timp.
Asiguraţi o aerisire sufi cientă. Deschideţi, de exemplu, o fereastră.

Operarea
Reglarea gradului de rumenire
Gradul dorit de rumenire, de la „deschis” (1) la „închis” (7) se poate regla fără
trepte cu ajutorul butonului de reglare a gradului de rumenire 6.
INDICAŢIE
Reţineţi că, în funcţie de încărcarea prăjitorului, gradul de rumenire se modi-
►
fi că chiar şi în cazul aceleiaşi setări a butonului de reglare a gradului de
rumenire 6! Cu cât introduceţi mai puţine felii, cu atât gradul de rumenire
este mai mare. De aceea, în cazul în care prăjiţi mai puţine felii de pâine,
reglaţi butonul de reglare a gradului de rumenire 6 la o valoare mai mică.
Prăjirea pâinii
ATENŢIE - PERICOL DE INCENDIU!
Nu acoperiţi fantele de prăjire 9 în timp ce aparatul se afl ă în funcţiune.
►
Pericol de incendiu! Aparatul se poate defecta iremediabil!
1) După setarea gradului de rumenire dorit, introduceţi pâinea în fantele pentru
prăjire 9.
2) Apăsaţi butonul de operare 2 în jos. Funcţia automată de centrare a pâinii
poziţioneză feliile în centrul fantelor pentru prăjire 9.
3) La atingerea gradului de rumenire dorit, prăjitorul se opreşte automat, iar
feliile de pâine sunt ridicate.

Întreruperea procesului de prăjire
Dacă doriţi să întrerupeţi procesul de prăjire, apăsaţi butonul „Stop” 3 .
Prăjitorul se opreşte, iar feliile de pâine sunt împinse în sus.
Funcţia de încălzire
Funcţia de încălzire vă permite să încălziţi pâinea fără să o rumeniţi. De exemplu,
dacă pâinea prăjită s-a răcit. Pâinea este încălzită numai scurt timp.
1) Aşezaţi pâinea înăuntru şi apăsaţi butonul de operare 2 în jos.
2) Apăsaţi butonul „Încălzire”

Prin apăsarea butonului „Decongelare” 5 chiar şi pâinea congelată poate
fi dezgheţată şi prăjită. În acest scop prăjitorul încălzeşte încet pâinea.
1) După setarea gradului de rumenire dorit, introduceţi pâinea în fantele pentru
prăjire 9.
2) Apăsaţi butonul de operare 2 în jos.
3) Apăsaţi butonul „Decongelare”

4) După ce s-au încheiat procesele de decongelare şi prăjire, prăjitorul se
opreşte automat, becul de control de la butonul „Decongelare”

Nu aşezaţi niciodată chifl ele direct pe prăjitor, utilizaţi întotdeauna suportul
pentru chifl e 1.
1) Apăsaţi butonul „Suport pentru chifl e” 8 în jos, până când ajunge complet
în poziţia corespunzătoare.
2) Aşezaţi chifl ele pe suport şi porniţi procesul de prăjire. Setaţi butonul de
reglare a gradului de rumenire 6 cel mult pe treapta 3. Gradul de rumenire
poate fi totuşi diferit, în funcţie de textura şi tipul chifl ei.
INDICAŢIE
Aşezaţi chifl ele pe suport astfel încât 1 să nu poată cădea prin 1 suportul

pentru chifl e.
► După prăjire, chifl ele sunt foarte fi erbinţi.
3) Imediat ce prăjitorul se opreşte, întoarceţi chifl a pe partea cealaltă pentru
a se rumeni şi porniţi din nou aparatul.
4) Atunci când nu mai aveţi nevoie de suportul pentru chifl e 1, aşezaţi suportul
pentru chifl e 1 înapoi în poziţia iniţială, prin glisarea în sus a butonului
suportului pentru chifl e 8.

La prăjire, fi rimiturile care cad se adună în tava de fi rimituri 7.
1) Pentru a îndepărta fi rimiturile, trageţi tava de fi rimituri 7.
2) Îndepărtaţi fi rimiturile.
3) Împingeţi din nou tava de fi rimituri 7 în prăjitor.
Curăţarea

Garanţia şi service-ul
Pentru acest aparat se acordă o garanţie de 3 ani de la data cumpărării.
Aparatul a fost produs cu grijă şi verifi cat cu rigurozitate înaintea livrării.
Păstraţi bonul de casă pentru a dovedi cumpărarea. În caz de defecţiuni în
perioada de garanţie, contactaţi telefonic centrul dvs. de service. Numai astfel
poate fi asigurată o expediere gratuită a produsului dvs.
INDICAŢIE
Garanţia acoperă numai defectele de material sau de fabricaţie, nu şi

deteriorările rezultate în urma transportului, piesele de uzură sau deteriorările apărute la componentele fragile, de exemplu întrerupătoare sau

Lieferumfang

1) Entnehmen Sie das Gerät und die Bedienungsanleitung aus dem Karton.
2) Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial.

► Bei einer unvollständigen Lieferung oder Schäden infolge mangelhafter

Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoff e und
verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.

► Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzkabel oder Netzstecker sofort von

► Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur in trockenen Räumen, nicht im
Freien.
Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere
Flüssigkeiten! Andernfalls besteht Lebensgefahr durch
elektrischen Schlag.
► Führen Sie nie Besteckteile oder andere metallische Gegenstände
in die Röstschächte ein.
► Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät niemals mit Wasser in Berührung
kommen kann. Betreiben Sie das Gerät niemals in der Nähe von
Wasser oder neben Gefäßen, die Flüssigkeit enthalten.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass im Betrieb das Netzkabel niemals nass
oder feucht wird. Führen Sie es so, dass es nicht eingeklemmt
oder anderweitig beschädigt werden kann.
► Ziehen Sie nach Gebrauch immer den Netzstecker aus der Steck-
dose, um ein unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten zu vermeiden.
► Verwenden Sie keine zu großen oder zu dicken Scheiben, da sich
diese leicht verklemmen. Sollten sich Brotscheiben verklemmen, ziehen Sie zuerst den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose. Lösen Sie
verklemmte Brotscheiben mit einem stumpfen Holzstab (z.B. einem
Pinselstiel). Dabei die Heizdrähte nicht berühren.

Tipps zum Gebrauch
■ Unterschiede in der Brotsorte, Feuchte und Dicke der einzelnen Scheiben
beeinfl ussen die Bräunung des Toastbrotes. Daher sollte das Toastbrot möglichst in einer geschlossenen Verpackung aufbewahrt werden. Probieren Sie
immer zunächst einen niedrigeren Bräunungsgrad aus.
■ Verwenden Sie eine niedrigere Bräunungsstufe, wenn Sie trockenes Brot
bräunen, da trockenes Brot schneller bräunt als frisches Brot.
■ Stellen Sie eine niedrigere Bräunungsstufe ein, wenn Sie weniger als 4
Scheiben Brot toasten.
■ Wählen Sie für dunkles Brot eine höhere Bräunungsstufe als für helle Brote,
beispielsweise Weißbrot.
■ Um eine Überhitzung des Toasters zu vermeiden und eine gleichmäßige
Bräunung des Brotes zu erhalten, warten Sie zwischen zwei Toastvorgängen
ca. 15 Sekunden.
■ Die höchste Stufe am Bräunungsregler 6 sollten Sie nur für große Schei-
ben dunklen Brotes verwenden. Helles Brot wird mit dieser Bräunungsstufe
anbrennen und ungenießbar. Außerdem kann es zu Rauchentwicklung kommen. Drücken Sie in diesem Fall sofort die Taste „Stopp“ 3

■ Betreiben Sie den Toaster 3 mal ohne Toast bei maximaler Bräunungsgrad-

Bedienen
Bräunungsgrad einstellen
Der gewünschte Bräunungsgrad von „hell“ (1) bis „dunkel“ (7) kann mit dem
Bräunungsregler 6 stufenlos eingestellt werden.
HINWEIS
Beachten Sie, dass je nach Beladung des Toasters, der Bräunungsgrad bei
►
gleichbleibender Einstellung des Bräunungsreglers 6 variiert! Je weniger
Toastscheiben Sie einlegen, umso höher ist ihr Bräunungsgrad. Stellen Sie
daher den Bräunungsregler 6 bei wenig Beladung immer etwas herunter.
Toasten
ACHTUNG - BRANDGEFAHR!
Bei Betrieb des Toasters die Röstschächte 9 nicht abdecken. Es besteht die

Gefahr eines Brandes! Das Gerät kann irreparabel beschädigt werden!
1) Nach dem Einstellen des gewünschten Bräunungsgrades legen Sie das Brot
in den Röstschacht 9 ein.
2) Drücken Sie die Bedientaste 2 nach unten. Die automatische Brotzentrierung zentriert das eingelegte Brot im Röstschacht 9.
3) Ist der gewünschte Bräunungsgrad erreicht, schaltet sich der Toaster automatisch ab und die Brotscheiben kommen wieder nach oben.
Toastvorgang unterbrechen
Wenn Sie den Toastvorgang unterbrechen wollen, drücken Sie die Taste „Stopp“ 3
. Der Toaster schaltet sich aus und die Brotscheiben kommen nach oben.
Aufwärm-Funktion
Die Aufwärm-Funktion ermöglicht Ihnen, das Brot zu erwärmen ohne es zu
bräunen. Zum Beispiel, wenn geröstetes Brot wieder erkaltet ist. Das Brot wird nur
kurz erwärmt.
1) Legen Sie das Brot ein und drücken Sie die Bedientaste 2 nach unten.
2) Drücken Sie die Taste „Aufwärmen“

Auftau-Funktion
Durch Betätigung der Taste „Auftauen“ 5 kann auch eingefrorenes Toastbrot
aufgetaut und getoastet werden. Der Toaster erwärmt das Brot hierbei langsam.
1) Nach dem Einstellen des gewünschten Bräunungsgrades legen Sie das Brot
in den Röstschacht 9 ein.
2) Drücken Sie die Bedientaste 2 nach unten.
3) Betätigen Sie die Taste „Auftauen“
liegende Kontrollleuchte leuchtet.
4) Wenn der Auftau- und Röstvorgang beendet ist, schaltet sich der Toaster
automatisch ab, die an der Taste „Auftauen“
erlischt und die Brotscheiben kommen wieder nach oben.
Brötchen knusprig aufwärmen
Legen Sie Brötchen niemals direkt auf den Toaster, sondern verwenden Sie immer
den Brötchenaufsatz 1.
1) Drücken Sie die Taste Brötchenaufsatz 8 nach unten, bis dieser vollständig
ausgefahren ist.
2) Legen Sie die Brötchen darauf und starten Sie den Toastvorgang. Stellen Sie
den Bräunungsregler 6 dafür maximal auf Stufe 3. Die Bräunung kann jedoch, je nach Beschaff enheit und Art des Brötchens, unterschiedlich ausfallen.
HINWEIS
Legen Sie die Brötchen so auf den Brötchenaufsatz 1, dass sie nicht durch
►
den Brötchenaufsatz 1 hindurchfallen können.
► Die Brötchen sind nach dem Röstvorgang sehr heiß.
3) Sobald sich der Toaster ausschaltet, das Brötchen zur Bräunung der anderen
Seite umdrehen und den Toaster wieder einschalten.
4) Wenn Sie den Brötchenaufsatz 1 nicht mehr benötigen, Bringen Sie den
Brötchenaufsatz 1 wieder in seine Ausgangsposition, indem Sie die Taste
Brötchenaufsatz 8 wieder nach oben schieben.

Krümelschublade
Beim Toasten sammeln sich die abfallenden Krümel in der Krümelschublade 7.
1) Zum Entfernen der Krümel ziehen Sie die Krümelschublade 7 zur Seite
heraus.
2) Entfernen Sie die Krümel.
3) Schieben Sie die Krümelschublade 7 wieder in den Toaster.
Reinigen
STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR
Ziehen Sie erst den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gerät

reinigen.
Tauchen Sie das Gerät niemals in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten! Andernfalls besteht Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Schlag.
