1.1 NOTE ON REPLACING THE SD CARD AND FLASH MEMORY

Be sure to replace the SD card (VXX3366) and flash memory (IC3501: VYW2422) at the same time.

1.2 HOW TO IDENTIFY THE DRIVE ASSYS

Before repairing, identify the model number of the DRIVE Assy to be repaired.

The BDV-104-XA/XV/5 and BDV-201-XA/XV5 DRIVE Assys are the same in shape. Distinguish them by their labels and the

shape of the tray.

1.3 NOTE ON REPLACING THE TRAY PANEL

• When replacing the Tray panel, check the following points.

The bottom side of Tray Panel shall be

in line with the bottom side of Front Lens.

Front Lens

Gap between the front lens and tray panel must be the same on the left and right sides.

(Reference value : 1.2 mm)
