Phenomenon
It was confirmed in the field that the service part main charger unit could not be installed in the drum unit frame.

Cause
The hook was compressed in the vacuum pack which caused the plastic deformation. Accordingly, it might not be correctly latched to the drum frame.
Corrective Measures
The packing material was changed in order to prevent the hook from being deformed.
(1) The shape of the packing material was changed to where the hook was compressed.
(2) A spacer was added to the inner side of the hook to prevent the compression in the vacuum pack.
