LONG PERIODS OF STORAGE

If the machine is to be out of use for more than 30 days, drain the fuel from the engine to prevent sticky deposits from forming in the fuel intake system or in vital parts of carburettor. To avoid this procedure, it is possible to save fuel in storage up to 12 months by using an appropriate fuel stabilizer. Add the such additive to the fuel in the tank or in the fuel container. Run the engine for a while to let the stabilizer get into the fuel system. Important: if the engine is fed with petrol containing alcohol, drain the fuel tank and run the engine until there is no fuel left.

TRANSPORTING THE MACHINE

If the tiller has to be transported on a lorry or a trailer, fasten it to the vehicle using ropes or cables.

IMPLEMENTS

FURROWER

The furrower (fig. 12) has been developed to perform both seed and irrigation furrows. It has to be fitted at the place of the spur and it works together with the rotary tiller.

TILLER EXTENSIONS

The G Z2 tiller can be equipped with a tiller extension kit to increase working width up to 800 mm (side discs included). This kit can be mounted to replace the tiller and shorten therefore the working width (350 mm side discs included). IMPORTANT: always firmly tighten the fixing screws.
