Rack Mount Kit

Replacement Instructions

The brackets and scre ws necessary to attach an Xserve to a rack are enclosed. You need
to supply medium-sized and very small Phillips screwdrivers for the installation.

Instructions for installing the rack mount kit are included in Chapter 3, “Installing Your
Server in a Rack,” of the
covers instructions for both four-post and two-post racks.
