Important!

This new appliance is easy to use. Nevertheless, to obtain the best results, it is important to read this manual carefully and follow all the instructions before using it for the first time.

The manual provides correct instructions on its installation, use and maintenance as well as giving useful advice.

Warnings for built-in ovens

It is very important that this instruction manual be kept together with the appliance for future consultation. If the appliance is sold or given to another person, make sure that the manual is provided along with it so that the new user understands how to use the machine and the related warnings. These warnings were written for your safety and that of others. Therefore, we ask you to read them carefully before installing and using the appliance.

This appliance was intended for use by adults. Therefore, pay attention that children do not play around it. Any eventual changes to the built-in appliance that are required to install the appliance must only be performed by specialised staff. For eventual interventions, call an authorized Technical Assistance Centre and use original replacement parts. It is dangerous to change or attempt to change the features of this appliance. Always insert the driptray when using the grill or cooking meat on the grill. Pour a little water into the drip-tray so that the burning fat does not produce an unpleasant odour.

Always use oven gloves to remove food from the oven. The ovens remain hot for a long time after they are turned off. Watch children the entire time the oven is in use, making sure that they do not touch the surfaces and that they do not come near the appliance while in use or if it has not completely cooled. Be careful when using spray cleaning products. Never spray the filter (if the appliance has one) and the thermostat bulb.

Make sure that the knobs are on “0” (closed) when the appliance is not in use.

The Guarantee

Your new appliance is covered by a guarantee.

You will find the related Guarantee certificate attached. If it is missing, ask the Retailer for it, indicating the purchase date, model and serial number that are printed on the label identifying the appliance (located in the upper panel of the oven).

Keep the smaller part of the certificate itself and show it if needed to the Technical Assistance Service staff along with the sales receipt or accompanying invoice. If this procedure is not respected, the technician will be required to charge for any eventual repairs.

For hygiene and safety reasons, this appliance must always be kept clean (see instructions). This product was created to cook food and must not be used for other purposes. Do not cover the oven walls with aluminium foil, particularly the lower part of the cabinet itself. Before performing maintenance or cleaning, disconnect the appliance and let it cool. Make sure that the oven grills are correctly in place. In case of repairs, do not attempt to fix it yourself. Repairs carried out by non-specialised persons may cause damage. Contact the nearest Assistance Centre and use only original replacement parts.

CAUTION

The appliance may become very hot during use. Please avoid touching the heating elements inside the oven. The oven surfaces may get very hot when the grill is in use.

Keep children well away

permanently ensuring adequate intake of the air necessary for

proper combustion and the discharge of stale air. If this is the

of at least 100 cm2.

To allow the indispensable intake of fresh air into the room, a

suitable opening of at least 100 cm2 leading directly outdoors

must be provided close to floor level, so that it cannot be obstructed

from the inside or outside of the wall and does not impede proper

burner combustion or the regular elimination of stale air; it must

be at least 180 cm below the level of the discharge opening.

In all other cases (i.e. when there are other gas appliances in the

same room or direct natural ventilation is not possible and indirect

natural ventilation or forced ventilation has to be provided) call in

a qualified specialist, who will install the appliance and construct

the necessary ventilation system in strict accordance with the

requirements of the norms in force.

Pressure regulators for LPG must comply with the norms in force.

Provide a stop tap between the gas supply and the appliance
