1. INSTALLATION

Put 2X 1,5V AAA batteries inside the battery compartment to activate the display of the telephone. Take the following steps to install a battery :

1.Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment.

2.Put the batteries inside the battery compartment.

3.Close the battery compartment carefully.

When you install the batteries, the telephone line must be pluged out of the phone.

3. OPERATION TELEPHONE

3.1. Handsfree calling

It is possible to make a handsfree telephone call with the Allure 130:

•Press the Handsfree button to activate/deactivate the handsfree function.

•Enter the desired telephone number

Note :The volume of the speaker can be set by means of the Handsfree Volume buttons.

3.2. Setting the ringer volume

The ring volume switch is located at the bottom of the phone. You can choose between

high ( ) or low ( ).

3.3. Flash (R)

Press the Flash button (R) to activate certain services as ‘Call Waiting’ (if this service is provided by your telephone company); or to transfer phone calls when you are using a telephone exchange (PABX).

You can set the desired flash time by means of the Flash time switch at the bottom of the phone. You can choose between 100, 300 and 600 ms.

3.4. Last number redial

If you want to call back the last dialled telephone number, pick up the handset and press the Redial button .. The telephone number will be dialled automatically.

3.5. Conversation on Hold.

It is possible to deactivate the microphone during a conversation by pressing the Hold button. You can now talk freely without the caller hearing you. The caller will hear music on Hold. Press the Hold button again if you want to resume your conversation.

3.6. Setting the time.

•Press the Clock button , the hours indication blinks

•Adjust the hour using the Time Adjust button .

•Confirm the hour by pressing the Clock button .

•Adjust the minutes using the Time Adjust button and confirm with the Clock button .

3.7. Memory numbers

You can program 10 indirect memory numbers (0-9) (max. 16 digits) and 7 direct memory numbers (M1-M7) in the phone’s memory

a.Programming a memory number

•Pick up the handset and press the Program button.

•Enter the telephone number.

•Press the desired Direct Memory button (M1-M7) or the Program button followed by the desired indirect memory location 0..9 (numerical buttons).

•Put the handset back on the phone.

b.Calling a memory number

•Pick up the handset.

•Press the desired Direct Memory button (M1-M7) or the Memory button followed by the number of the memory location (0-9).

•The programmed number will be dialled automatically.

4.WARRANTY

This equipment comes with a 24-month warranty. The warranty will be honoured on presentation of the original bill or receipt, provided the date of purchase and the unit type are indicated. During the time of the warranty Topcom will repair free of charge any defects caused by material or manufacturing faults. Topcom will at its own discretion fulfil its warranty obligations by either repairing or exchanging the faulty equipment. Any warranty claims will be invalidated as a result of intervention by the buyer or unqualified third parties. Damage caused by inexpert treatment or operation, and damage resulting from the use of non-original parts or accessories not recommended by Topcom is not covered by the warranty.The warranty does not cover damage caused by outside factors, such as lightning, water and fire, nor does it apply if the unit numbers on the equipment have been changed, removed or rendered illegible.

Note: Please do not forget to enclose your receipt if you return the equipment.

1. INSTALLATIE

Plaats 2X 1.5V AAA batterijen in de batterijruimte om de display van het toestel te activeren.Om de batterij te installeren, gaat u als volgt te werk :

1.Gebruik een kleine kruisschroevedraaier om de batterijruimte te openen.

2.Steek de 2 AAA Alkaline batterijen in de batterijruimte.

3.Sluit de batterijruimte voorzichtig.

!!De telefoonlijn mag niet aangesloten zijn als u de batterijruimte opent.

3. WERKING TELEFOON

3.1. Handenvrij telefoneren.

U kan met de Allure 130 handenvrij telefoneren :

•Druk op de Handenvrij-toets om de handenvrij functie te activeren.

•Vorm het gewenste telefoonnummer.

•Druk op de Handenvrij-toets om de handenvrij functie uit te schakelen.

Opmerking :Het volume van de luidspreker kan geregeld worden met de volumetoetsen.

3.2. Belvolume instellen.

De belvolumeregelaar bevindt zich aan de onderzijde van de telefoon. U kan kiezen tussen

een hoog ( ) of een laag () belvolume.

3.3. Flash (R)

Druk op de Flashtoets (R) om bepaalde diensten te activeren zoals “2de oproep” (indien deze functie door uw telefoonmaatschappij aangeboden wordt); of om oproepen door te verbinden als u gebruik maakt van een binnenhuiscentrale (PABX).De flashtijd kan ingesteld worden door middel van de Flashtijd-schakelaar onderaan op het toestel.U kan kiezen tussen 100, 300 en 600ms.

3.4. Herkiezen

Druk op de herkiestoets om de het laatst gevormde telefoonnummer opnieuw te kiezen.

3.5. In wacht plaatsen

Wanneer U de correspondent in wacht wenst te plaatsen zodat hij uw gesprek niet kan horen drukt U op de wachttoets . De correspondent hoort wachtmuziek.

Druk nogmaals op de wachttoets om het gesprek verder te zetten.

3.6. Instelling van de klok

•Druk op de kloktoets , de uuraanduiding knippert.

•Verander het uur met de klok-programmatietoets.

•Selekteer de minuten met de kloktoets en wijzig indien nodig met de klokprogrammatietoets

•Druk de kloktoets ter bevestiging.

3.7. Geheugennummers

U kan 10 indirecte geheugennummers (0-9) (max. 16 cijfers) en 7 directe geheugennummers (M1-M7) in het geheugen programmeren.

a.Een geheugennummer programmeren

•Neem de hoorn van de haak en druk op de Programmeertoets .

•Vorm het telefoonnummer.

•Druk op de gewenste directe geheugentoets (M1-M7) of de programmeertoets gevolgd door het indirect geheugenplaats 0..9 (cijfertoetsen).

•Plaats de hoorn terug op het toestel.

b. Een geheugennummer oproepen

•Neem de hoorn van de haak.

•Druk op de gewenste directe geheugentoets (M1-M7) of de geheugentoetstoets gevolgd door het indirect geheugenplaats 0..9 (cijfertoetsen).

•Het geprogrammeerde nummer wordt automatisch gevormd.

4.GARANTIE

De garantieperiode bedraagt 24 maanden. De garantie wordt verleend na voorlegging van de originele factuur of betalingsbevestiging waarop de datum van aankoop en het toesteltype staan vermeld.Gedurende de garantieperiode verhelpt Topcom kostenloos alle defecten die te wijten zijn aan materiaalof productiefouten. Topcom kan, naar keuze, het defecte toestel ofwel herstellen ofwel vervangen. De garantieclaim vervalt bij ingrepen door de koper of onbevoegde derden.Schade te wijten aan onoordeelkundige behandeling of bediening of aan het gebruik van wisselstukken en accessoires die niet origineel of door Topcom aanbevolen zijn, valt niet onder de garantie.Niet gedekt door de garantie is schade ten gevolge van externe invloedfactoren: bliksem, water, brand e.d. of wanneer het toestelnummer op het toestel werd gewijzigd, verwijderd of onleesbaar gemaakt.

Opgelet: Als u uw toestel terugstuurt, vergeet uw aankoopbewijs niet mee te sturen.
