•Minimize yourtimelisteningtoloudsound. At maximumvolume,listening to musicon the device withheadphonescanpermanentlydamageyourhearingin15minutes.
•Evenlower volumescan damage hearing ifyouareexposedformanyhours.
•All ofthesoundthatyouareexposedto during aday addsup.Ifyouareexposedtoother loudsound,it takes less time listeningat high volumestocause hearingdamage.

Seizures mayalsocauseloss of consciousness or convulsions thatcanlead toinjuryfromfalling downor strikingnearby objects.
Immediately stopplaying andconsulta doctor ifyouexperienceanyof thesesymptoms.Parents shouldwatch foror asktheirchildrenabout the above symptoms — children andteenagersare morelikely than adultstoexperiencetheseseizures.
