OTOMAT‹K KAPANMA

Ütüyü ilk defa kullan›rken hafif bir duman yay›lmas› görebilir ve geniflleme plastiklerinden gelen baz› sesler duyabilirsiniz. Bu gayet normal bir durumdur ve k›sa bir süre sonra kesilecektir. Biz ayr›ca ilk defa kullanmadan önce ütüyü s›radan bir bez üzerinden geçirmenizi tavsiye ederiz.
Ütüyü ilk defa kullanmadan önce tavsiyeler
1.Ütünün belirli parçalar› hafifçe ya¤lanm›flt›r bu yüzden ütü ilk defa fifle tak›ld›¤›nda hafif bir duman ç›karabilir. Bu durum k›sa bir süre sonra sona erecektir.
2.Ütüyü ilk defa kullanmadan önce tabandan plastik koruyucusunu ç›kart›n›z ve taban› yumuflak bir bezle temizleyiniz.
3.Taban› çok düzgün durumda tutunuz. Metal maddeler üzerinden geçirmeyiniz (ütü masas›na karfl› sürmeyiniz, dü¤me, fermuar üzerinde geçirmeyiniz).
4.Saf yün fiberleri (%100 yün) tercihen buhar konumunda cihazla ütülenebilir, yüksek bir buhar konumu seçiniz ve kuru ütülemeyi kullan›n›z.
S›cakl›k seçimi
1.Ütülenecek olan malzeme üzerindeki ütüleme talimat›na bak›n›z.
2.Malzeme üzerinde herhangi bir ütüleme talimat› yoksa ancak siz söz konusu kumafl›n türünü biliyorsan›z, afla¤›daki flemay› kullan›n›z.
3.Bir tür cilas› olan kumafllar (cilalama, buruflukluk, kontrast….) en düflük s›cakl›klarda ütülenebilir.
4.E¤er kumaflta birkaç çeflit fiber varsa, her zaman geçerli olan s›cakl›¤› seçiniz. E¤er malzeme %60 polyester ve %40 pamuk içeriyorsa, her zaman polyestere karfl›l›k gelen ve buhar olmayan s›cakl›¤› seçmeniz gerekir.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using your flatiron, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING
1.Use iron only for its intended use.
2.To protect against a risk of electric shock, do not immerse the iron in water or other liquids.
3.The iron should always be turned to “min”,?before plugging or unplugging from outlet. Never yank cord to disconnect from outlet; instead, grasp plug and pull to disconnect.
4.Do not allow cord to touch hot surfaces. Let iron cool completely before putting away. Loop cord loosely around iron when storing.
5.Always disconnect iron from electrical outlet when filling with water or emptying and when not in use.
6.Do not operate iron with a damaged cord or if the iron has been dropped or damaged. To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble the iron. Take it to a qualified serviceman for examination and repair. Incorrect reassembly can cause a risk of electric shock when the iron is used.
7.Close supervision is necessary for any appliance being used by or near children. Do not leave iron unattended while connected or on an ironing board.
8.Burns can occur from touching hot metal parts, hot water, or steam. Use caution when you turn a steam iron upside down – there may be hot water in the reservoir.
9.If the malfunction indicator goes on, the flatiron is not operating normally. Disconnect from the power supply and have the flatiron serviced by qualified service personnel.
10.The iron must be used and rested on a stable surface.
11.The iron is not to be used if it has been dropped, if there are visible signs of damage or if it is leaking.

18.If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer. its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS
1.To avoid a circuit overload, do not operate another high wattage appliance on the same circuit.
2.If an extension cord is absolutely necessary, a 10-ampere cord should be used. Cords rated

for less amperage may overheat. Care should be taken to arrange the cord so that it cannot be pulled or tripped over.

ANTI-CALC SYSTEM
A special resin filter inside the water reservoir softens the water and prevents scale build-up in the plate. The resin filter is permanent and does not need replacing.
Please note:
Use tap water only. Distilled and/demineralised water makes the anti-calc system ineffective

by altering its physicochemical characteristics.
Do not use chemical additives, scented substances or decalcifiers. Failure to comply with the above-mentioned regulations leads to the loss of guarantee.
ANTI-DRIP SYSTEM
With the anti-drip system, you can perfectly iron even the most delicate fabrics.
Always iron these fabrics at low temperatures. The plate may cool down to the point where no more steam comes out, but rather drops of boiling water that can leave marks or stains. In these cases, the Anti-drip system automatically activates to prevent vaporization, so that you can iron the most delicate fabrics without risk of spoiling or staining them.
AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF
The automatic shut off device trips after the iron has been left for approx. eight minutes in the upright position or unused for approx. Thirty seconds in the horizontal position. The light comes on to indicate that shut off has tripped. As soon as you move the iron, the device turns off and the iron starts working again.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
When using the iron for the first time, you may notice a slight emission of smoke and hear some sounds made by the expanding plastics. This is quite normal and it stops after a short time. We also recommend passing the iron over an ordinary cloth before using it for the first time.
Suggestions before using the iron for the first time
1.Certain parts of the iron have been lightly greased therefore the iron could give off a little smoke when plugged in for the first time. This will cease after a short while.
2.Before using the iron for the first time, remove the plastic protector from the base (if it has one) clean the base with a soft cloth.
3.Keep the base very smooth. Do not run it over metal objects (such as against the ironing board, buttons, zips etc.)
4.Pure wool fibres (100% wool) can be ironed with the appliance in the steam position by preference ,select a high steam position and use a dry ironing cloth.
Selecting the temperature
1.Check the ironing instructions on the garment to be ironed.
2.If the garment does not have any ironing instructions but you know the kind of fabric in question, use the chart below.
3.Fabrics that have some kind of finish (polishing, wrinkles, contrasts….) can be ironed at the lowest temperatures.
4.If the fabric contains several kinds of fibres, always select the temperature applicable, if an article contains 60% polyester and 40% cotton ,you must always choose the temperature corresponding to polyester and without steam.
5.First classify the articles to be ironed according to the most suitable ironing temperature: wool with wool, cotton with cotton, etc. as the iron heats up as fast as it cools, start by ironing the articles requiring the lowest temperature such as those made of synthetic fibres. Progress towards those that require the highest temperatures.
6.Turn the temperature control until it is in front of the appropriate signal according to the following:

How to fill the water tank
1.Unplug the iron.
2.Set the steam ruler to dry ironing.
3.Fill the tank through the filling hole.
4.If you have hard water, it is advisable to use only distilled or demineralized water. - do not use chemically de-limed water or perfumed
5.Do not store the iron with water in the tank.
Steam ironing
1.Fill the iron as described in the section “how to fill the water tank”.
2.Plug the iron into the mains.
3.Steam ironing is only possible when the highest temperatures shown on the temperature control are selected.
Otherwise, water may escape through the soleplate.
4.Wait until the pilot light goes out, which indicates that the selected temperature has been reached.
5.Turn the steam button to the required position.
6.When the ironing is finished and during breaks in ironing place the iron in its upright position.
7.Disconnect the iron from the mains supply. Pour of any remaining water and leave the iron to cool off.
Spray
1.The spray can be used in any position, either in dry or steam ironing, as long as the water tank is filled with water.
2.Press the spray button for this function
NOTE: This button has to be pressed repetitively to start this function for the first time.
Shot of steam
Shot of steam give extra steam for removing persistent wrinkles.
1.Place the temperature selector at the “max”position and wait until the pilot light goes out
2.Wait for a few seconds for the steam to penetrate the fibre before pressing again.
NOTE: For the best steam quality, do not use more than three successive bursts each time. Several pumping actions are needed to start this function.
Excessive use of this feature will cause the iron to cool, ensure that the pilot light is out, before operating the shot of steam control
Cleaning
1.Disconnect the appliance from the mains, before cleaning.
2.Do not use solvents or abrasive products to clean the iron, clean with a damp cloth.
Defects and repairs
Do not attempt to replace a defective mains lead. The appliance has to be returned to an authorized service centre for repair.

Faults-reasons and solutions Iron emits an odor or smoke
Iron gives off an odor when turned on for the first time. Oils used during manufacture need to be burnt off allow ten minutes for odor to disappear.
Iron does not heat
The iron should be plugged into a 230Volt, AC electrical outlet only. The temperature dial must be set at the desired temperature.
Iron does not steam
The water tank many be empty. Turn the steam valve to “0” and add water .Allow the iron to heat, and then set the steam dial to the steam setting.
Burst of steam feature does not work
The water tank must be at least 1/4 full .Temperature must be set to steam position. Iron should be in the horizontal position. Prime pump briefly. Allow a short pause between shots. Be sure to fully depress the burst of steam button.
Spray mist feature does not work
The water tank must be at least 1/4 full. Fill the iron as described in the section “how to fill the water tank”.
Iron is leaking
The variable steam dial must be set on ” “,until the iron is hot . The temperature setting is too low to produce steam. Shot of steam used too much, allow iron to re-heat.

LIRE TOUTES LES INSTRUCTIONS AVANT D’UTILISER L’APPAREIL
1.Ne pas utiliser le fer à repasser hors de son but
2.Ne pas immerger le fer à repasser dans l’eau ou toute autre liquide afin d’éviter le choc éléctrique.
3.Positionner le fer à repasser à la position “min” avant de le brancher ou de débrancher. Ne pas tirer la prise par son cordon, saisir par la fiche et tirer lentement.
4.Ne pas toucher les surfaces chaudes. Laisser l’appareil refroidir avant de le ranger. Ranger le fer à repasser en enroulant lâchement le cordon autour du fer.
5.Débrancher le fer à repasser de la prise de courant avant de le remplir avec de l’eau ou de l’évacuer et lorsque vous ne l’utilisez pas
6.Ne pas utiliser l’appareil si le cordon d’alimentation est endommagé et ne pas faire fonctionner le fer à repasser s’il est tombé par terre ou s’il a été endommagé. Afin d’éviter le choc éléctrique, ne pas démonter les pièces du fer à repasser, contactez votre service agrée pour toute la réparation et l’examination. Une faute reinstallation des pièces peut causer le choc éléctrique lors d’utilisation.
7.Une surveillance proche est nécessaire lors d’utilisation des appareils près ou par des enfants. Ne pas laisser le fer à repasser sans surveillance au cas où l’appareil est branché à la prise de courant ou quand il est sur la planche à repasser.
8.Le contact avec les pièces métalliques surchauffées, avec de l’eau bouillante ou la vapeur d’eau peut causer des brûlures. Soyez prudent lorsque vous inversez le fer à repasser à vapeur, le réservoir du fer à repasser peut contenir l’eau bouillante

1.Afin d’éviter le surcharge du circuit, ne pas faire fonctionner d’autre appareil de grande puissance électrique sur le même circuit.
2.Si la rallonge est absolument nécessaire, utilisez un câble de 10 ampères. Les câbles utilisés pour moins d’ ampérage peuvent se rechauffer excessivement . Faites un arrangement attentive afin d’éviter le cordon à être retiré ou serré.

SYSTEME CONTREDÉTARTRAGE
Dans le reservoir d’eau ,il existe un filtre en résine spéciale qui adouci l’eau et prévient la formation de dépôt sur la base. Le filtre en résine est permanent et ne nécessite pas de changement.
Attention:
Utilisez uniquement l’eau de robinet.L’Eau distillée et purifiée des minéraux, neutralise le système anti-goutte en changeant les propriétés physico-chimiques.

SYSTEME ANTI-GOUTTE
Vous pouvez parfaitement repasser tous les tissus même les plus délicats avec le système antigoutte
Repassez toujours ces tissus à basse temperature, les points dont le vapeur n’arrive pas assez, la base peut refroidir et en plus les gouttes d’eau bouillante peuvent causer des taches ou des traces.Dans de tels cas, le système anti-goutte devient active pour empêcher l’évaporation et vous pouvez repasser même les tissus les plus délicats sans le risque de dégouttement ou de tache.
ARRÊT AUTOMATIQUE
La fonction d’ arrêt – automatique devient active environ dans huit minutes si le fer reste verticalement sur son talon après le repassage. L’Appareil s’éteint automatiquement dans 30 secondes à la position horizontale. Le témoin lumineux clignote pour afficher l’arrêt de l’appareil. L’Appareil devient actif et remet en marche lorsque vous l’agitez légèrement.

CONSEILS AVANT LA PREMIERE UTILISATION

3.Maintenir la semelle lisse, ne pas la gratter avec des objets métalliques ( étageres de planche à repasser, boutons, fermeture éclair )
4.Les tissus de laine pure ( 100% laine ) doivent être repassés avec le fer à repasser réglé à vapeur. De préférence, sélectionner la position de vapeur haute et utiliser le repassage sec.
SÉLECTION DE LA TEMPÉRATURE
1.Chaque fois, vérifier les instructions de repassage sur les vêtements
2.Si les informations de repassage sont absentes mais vous connaissez le type du tissu, voir le tableau suivant.

3.Les tissus avec toute retouche (dorure, gaufrer a plis )peuvent être repassés de la meilleure façon à des températures plus basses.
4.Si le tissu contient des fibres diverses, choisissez toujours la température applicable, si le tissu contient 60% de polyester et 40% de coton, vous devez choisir la température correspondante au polyester et le repassage à vapeur.
5.Prenez premièrement les tissus selon leur température de repassage: les laines avec des laines, les cotons avec des cotons.Le fer à repasser se réchauffe plus vite qu’il refroidit. Par conséquent, commencez repasser par les tissus qui nécessitent une basse température tels que les tissus comprenant les fibres synthétiques, ensuite continuez avec la haute température
6.Tournez le contrôle de réglage de la température jusqu'au signal approprié selon ce qui suit :
•position pour le nylon et l’acétate

Remplir le reservoir d’eau
1.Débrancher la fiche de la prise murale.
2.Régler le réglage du vapeur au repassage sec
3.Remplir le réservoir par l’orifice de remplissage
4.Si l’eau est dure, il est recommandé d’utiliser uniquement l’eau pure ou déminéralisée. -Ne pas utiliser l’eau détartrée par voie chimique.
5.Ne pas stocker votre fer à repasser avec le réservoir en plein d’eau
Repassage à Vapeur
1.Remplir l’eau dans l’appareil selon les indications à la partie “ Remplir le reservoir d’eau “
2.Brancher l’appareil.
3.Repassage à vapeur est seulement possible au cas de choisir les températures les plus élevées indiquées au côntrole de réglage de température.Sinon l’eau peut goutter par le fond de l’appareil.
4.Attendre pour s’éteindre la lumière pilote qui montre l’atteint de la température sélectionnée.
5.Tournez le bouton de vapeur à la position requise.
6.Laisser le fer à repasser en position verticale lorsque le repassage est terminé ou pendant une pause.
7.Débrancher l’appareil de la prise de courant. Évacuer l’eau et laisser refroidir le fer à repasser
Pulvérisation
1.Que ce soit le repassage sec ou à vapeur, si le réservoir est plein d’eau, la pulvérisation peut être utilisée à n’importe quelle position
2.Appuyez sur le bouton pour utiliser cette fonction.
REMARQUE: Cette bouton doit être appuyé répétitons à démarrer cette fonction pour la première fois.
JET VAPEUR
Jet vapeur fournit la vapeur puissante pour éliminer les plis durs
1.Tournez le bouton de réglage de la température à la position “max” et attendez jusqu’à le voyant lumineux s’éteint.

2. Attendez quelques secondes avant d’appuyer à nouveau pour que la vapeur passe à travers la fibre
REMARQUE: Pour obtenir la plus haute qualité de vapeur, ne pas faire plus de trois jet vapeur en continu. Quelques actions de pompage sont nécessaires pour commencer cette fonction. L’Utilisation excessive de cette fonction entraine le fer à repasser refroidir, assurez vous que le voyant lumineux s’éteint avant d’exécuter le jet vapeur.
Nettoyage
1.Avant de commencer le nettoyage,mettre fin à la connection de réseau de l’appareil.
2.Ne pas utiliser les produits solvants et corrosifs pour nettoyer l’appareil. Nettoyer à l’aide d’un chiffon humide.
Pannes et Réparations
Ne pas tenter de changer le câble d’alimentation endommagé. L’appareil doit être renvoyé au centre service agrée pour toutes les réparations.
Les Erreurs, Causes et Solutions
Le fer à repasser émet une odeur ou de fumée
Lors de première utilisation, l’appareil émet une odeur. Les huiles utilisées pendant la fabrication doivent être brulées. Attendez 10 minutes pour la disparition de l’odeur.
Le fer à repasser ne se réchauffe pas
Le fer à repasser doit être branché uniquement au prise de courant alternative de 230V AC . Le bouton de température doit être réglé à la température souhaitée.
Le fer à repasser n’émet pas de vapeur
Le reservoir d’eau peut être vide. Placez le bouton de vapeur à “0” et ajoutez l’eau et puis réglez le bouton au réglage de vapeur.
Fonction du jet vapeur ne fonctionne pas
Au moins 1 /4 de réservoir d’eau doit être rempli.La température doit être réglé à la position de vapeur.Le fer à repasser doit être à la position horizontale. Activez –le en faisant le pompage court.Attendez un peu entre les pulvérisations. Assurez vous d’appuyer correctement sur le bouton de jet vapeur.
Pulvérisation de vapeur ne fonctionne pas
Au moins 1 /4 de réservoir d’eau doit être rempli.Remplissez le fer à repasser tel que décrit à l’article “Remplir le réservoir d’eau”.
Fuites du fer à repasser
Le bouton de vapeur variable doit être réglé à “ “ jusqu’au fer à repasser se réchauffe. Le réglage de la température est si bas qu’il ne puisse pas produire du vapeur. Le vapeur est trop pulverisé, attendez se réchauffer l’appareil.

Tijdens het gebruiken van uw platte strijkijzer moeten de basis veiligheidsmaatregelen altijd nagekomen worden inclusief de hieronder genoemden:
DE HELE RICHTLIJN LEZEN VOOR HET GEBRUIK
1.Het strijkijzer alleen gebruiken voor de ernaar strevende gebruiking.
2.Voor de bescherming tegen het risico van de elektriciteitsslag het strijkijzer niet in het water of in een een of andere vloeistof bedrukken.
3.Het strijkijzer moet altijd op de “min” positie genomen worden tijdens het doen in de krachtuitgang of tijdens het trekken uit de krachtuitgang. Om van de uitgang de verbinding te verbreken het snoer absoluut niet ineens trekken; in plaats van deze door te grijpen de stekker ervan trekken.
4.Niet de warme oppervlakten aanraken. Voordat u het strijkijzer verplaatst verzorgd u dat het helemaal koud is geworden. Tijdens het opbergen het snoer ervan ongespannen omwinden aan de omgeving van het strijkijzer.
5.Tijdens het vullen of leegmaken met water of als het niet in gebruik is het strijkijzer altijd trekken uit de krachtuitgang.
6.Het strijkijzer niet gebruiken met een beschadigde snoer of als het strijkijzer is laten valen of beschadigd is niet gebruiken. Om te vermijden van het risico van de elektriciteitsslag niet het strijkijzer demonteren. Voor de controle en reparatie behandelingen neemt u het naar een ervaren service personeel. De onjuiste opnieuw montage kan het risico van elektriciteitsslag veroorzaken als het strijkijzer niet in gebruik is.
7.Er is van dichtbij toezicht nodig voor de apparaten die door de kinderen of dichtbij de kinderen worden gebruikt. Als de stekker van het strookijzer in het stopcontact zit of als het strijkijzer op de strijkplank staat dan het strijkijzer niet verlaten.
8.Er kunnen verbrandingen ontstaan door de aanraking aan de warme metalen stukken, warme water of aan de stoom. Tijdens het naar beneden draaien van uw stoomstrijkijzer moet u voorzichtig zijn – er kan warme water zijn in het reservoir.
9.Als het storingwijzer brandt, betekent het dat het platte strijkijzer niet normaal werkt. De verbinding van de krachtbron verbreken en u moet verzorgen dat er een service gedaan wordt door een ervaren service personeel aan het platte strijkijzer.
10.Het strijkijzer moet gebruikt en gelaten worden op een vaste oppervlakte.
11.Als het strijkijzer is laten vallen, als er sporen zijn omtrent dat het beschadigd is of als het water laat druppelen moet het niet gebruikt worden.
12.Zolang er geen toezicht wordt verzorgd over het gebruik van het apparaat door een persoon die verantwoordelijk is voor de veiligheid ervan of zolang er geen richtlijn wordt gegeven is dit apparaat niet voor het gebruik door de personen (inclusief kinderen) die tekort lichamelijke, perceptiele of geestelijke geschiktheden hebben of die tekort aan ervaring en kennis hebben.
13.Er moet een toezicht verzorgd worden om zeker te zijn van dat de kinderen niet met het apparaat spelen.
14.Het strijkijzer moet niet verlaten worden als het verbonden is aan de basis leidingbron;
15.Voordat het reservoir vervuld wordt met water moet de stekker getrokken worden uit de stopcontact-uitgang;
