!Category of linen: Small flat items

-570 x 1000 mm maxi.

-450 x 450 mm mini.

!Hourly production: 900 to 1300 pieces / hour, according to dimensions of items.

Operation:

!This folder can be used alone with manual feeding or can be installed behind an ironer or a folder (COMPACT or MAXI-FOLDER, already equipped with small flat item by-pass). Its simple design for the folding of small items gives a high production and a constant good folding result.

!Length folds (longitudinal) are done according to the “French fold” standard (1/3) (dimension of folded items 190 mm).

!Cross folds (transversal) can be done according to two standards:

-“French fold” standard (1/3) (length fold dimension 190 mm or 330 mm).

-“Traditional” standard (1/2) (maximum length fold dimension 500 mm).

!The individual vacuum maintains item on the folding flap.

!Automatic stack on the reception table by flaps with clamps. Clamps bloc the item and over turns it on the previous folded item. Stack’s height is automatically set by photocell detection.

Features:

!Easy to use control system managing up to 6 folding programs. Two working modes:

-Manual: the operator selects the best program according to the items’ dimensions.

-Automatic: the machine detects the items’ length. It automatically selects the best program and manages stacks on the conveyor belts.

!Folding vacuum table.

!Folding and stacking systems by rotating flaps.

!Direct flaps’ speed management from the pneumatic control panel, located at the backside of the machine.

!Number of stacked items can be fixed on the control system.

!Conveyor belts collector dimension 1,20 m with buzzer alarm to empty the line.

Options:

!Moving frame for item rejection device (only with NTC and FLIP-FLOP-CONVEYOR).
