The cooker hood can be fitted for two different modes of operation:

Exhaust version

The fumes produced over the cooker are cleaned in the fat filter and taken outside via an exhaust pipe.

Circulating air version

If the structural conditions do not permit an exhaust pipe to be fitted, the exhaust system can be provided with an additional activated carbon filter, which collects bacteria and odours. The clean air is then returned to the cooking area.

The carbon filter (7, 8, 9) is available as a special accessory.

Before using for the first time

Initial pre−cleaning

Clean the outer parts with a cloth moistened with a mild detergent solution to remove possible manufacturing traces.

Warning! Do not use sharp, abrasive cleaning agents, which could damage the surface.
