Limited Warranty
Xerox warrants that the Wireless Print Solutions Adapter (WPSA-100) (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year under normal use and service. This Limited Warranty applies to your use of the Product in accordance with applicable documentation. This Limited Warranty is only valid and enforceable in the country in which you purchased the Product and may not be assigned or transferred to any subsequent buyer or transferee of the Product.
Warranty Process
If the Product proves defective during the warranty period, troubleshoot using Product documentation, diagnostics and website support. If the foregoing is not effective, contact Xerox Telephone Support or your Xerox authorized service representative and Xerox will, at its sole election and at no charge to you: (1) repair the Product, or (2) replace the Product with a comparable Product which may be new or remanufactured, or (3) refund the amount paid for the Product, less a reasonable allowance for usage, upon its return as stated below. All returned Products shall become the property of Xerox.
Disclaimer
This Limited Warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure, or damage caused by improper use or installation, unauthorized repair or modifications, use with products not supplied by Xerox, or inadequate or improper maintenance and care of the Product. THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE GIVEN BY XEROX WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT AND ITS RELATED ITEMS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY STATES THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PROVIDED TO YOU. IN NO EVENT SHALL XEROX AND ITS VENDORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS) WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER XEROX
OR THE VENDOR HAS ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS WHETHER ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN WHICH EVENT XEROX’S OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Xerox garantit l’adaptateur Wireless Print Solutions Adapter (WPSA-100) contre tout vice de matériau et de fabrication pendant une période d’un an, dans des conditions normales d’entretien et d’utilisation. Cette Garantie limitée s’applique dans le cas d’une utilisation du Produit conforme à la documentation applicable. Cette Garantie limitée n’est valide et applicable que dans le pays d’achat du Produit et ne peut être attribuée ou cédée à un acquéreur ou cessionnaire ultérieur du Produit.
Procédure De Garantie
En cas de défectuosité du Produit pendant sa période de garantie, tentez de résoudre le problème en vous aidant des consignes figurant dans la documentation du Produit, des informations
de diagnostics et du site Web. Si ces mesures se révèlent insuffisantes, contactez l’assistance téléphonique Xerox ou votre technicien de maintenance Xerox agréé. Xerox s’engage, à sa seule discrétion et à titre gracieux, à : (1) réparer le Produit, ou à (2) remplacer le Produit par un
Produit comparable, neuf ou remis à neuf, ou à (3) rembourser le montant du Produit renvoyé, en déduisant une part raisonnable correspondant à son utilisation, comme indiqué ci-après. Tous les Produits renvoyés deviennent la propriété exclusive de Xerox.

CETTE GARANTIE LIMITÉE EST LE SEUL ET UNIQUE RECOURS DONT VOUS DISPOSEZ. XEROX ET SES FOURNISSEURS NE POURRONT EN AUCUN CAS ÊTRE TENUS RESPONSABLES DE DOMMAGES INDIRECTS, SPÉCIAUX, FORTUITS OU CONSÉCUTIFS (NOTAMMENT LES PERTES DE PROFIT), QUE CE SOIT SUR LA BASE D’UN CONTRAT, D’UN ACTE DÉLICTUEL OU DE TOUT AUTRE PRINCIPE JURIDIQUE, MÊME SI XEROX OU LE FOURNISSEUR A ÉTÉ AVERTI DE LA POSSIBILITÉ DE TELS DOMMAGES ET MÊME SI UN RECOURS QUELCONQUE N’A PAS ATTEINT SON OBJECTIF ESSENTIEL. Xerox garantiza que el Adaptador inalámbrico de soluciones de impresión (WPSA-100) estará libre de defectos de material y fabricación durante un año en condiciones normales de uso y servicio. Esta Garantía Limitada es válida para su uso del Producto de acuerdo con la documentación aplicable. La Garantía Limitada solo es válida y ejecutable en el país donde compró el Producto
y no puede asignarse o transferirse a cualquier comprador o destinatario de la transferencia del producto.
Proceso De Garantía
Si el Producto presenta algún defecto durante el período de garantía, solucione el problema con la documentación, los diagnósticos y el servicio de asistencia de la página web del Producto. Si lo anterior no es efectivo, póngase en contacto con el Servicio de asistencia telefónica de Xerox o con su representante de servicio autorizado y Xerox, a su discreción y sin cargo alguno para usted: (1) reparará el Producto, o (2) sustituirá el Producto por un Producto equivalente que puede ser nuevo o renovado, o (3) devolverá el importe pagado por el producto, menos una cantidad razonable por el uso, tras su devolución, como se describe más abajo. ESTA GARANTÍA LIMITADA INDICA EL ÚNICO RECURSO A DISPOSICIÓN DE USTED.
