Addendum to User’s guide

x Sending a command number during a sound test (page 18)

AIBO will not respond to commands beginning with 0 or 8 .

xTo play AIBO curling (page 29) or Hunt the ball (page 32)

Set AIBO’s command type to B (page 12). If the command type is set to A, you will find it hard to make out the triumphant call of the winning AIBO.

xTo restore AIBO to the game choice standby mode (page 16)

If AIBO is in jam or pick up mode, set AIBO to the crouching position (step 5, page 11) before pressing the touch sensor for five or more seconds. If AIBO is on the station, after removing AIBO from the station set it to the crouching position (step 5, page 11).

xFile sizes of the user tunes for the Song and dance game (page 22)

When registering user tunes with AIBO Performer Kit, the changes you make will be reflected in only three of the motion files. However, the “Memory Stick” will store the personality file containing all motion files (86 files). Therefore, make sure that the user tunes do not exceed the maximum personality file size designated by AIBO Performer Kit.
