Vous avez choisi un produit de grande qualité. Le mode d’emploi fait partie de
ce produit. Il contient des remarques importantes concernant la sécurité, l’utilisation et la mise au rebut. Veuillez vous familiariser avec l’ensemble des consignes
d’opération et de sécurité avant l’usage du produit. N’utilisez le produit que
conformément aux consignes et pour les domaines d’utilisation prévus. Conservez soigneusement ces instructions. En cas de transfert du produit à un tiers,
remettez-lui également tous les documents.

Utilisation conforme
Le sèche-cheveux sert à sécher et à coiff er les cheveux humains, et n’est pas
approprié pour les perruques et les postiches en matériau synthétique. Vous devez utiliser le sèche-cheveux uniquement pour un usage privé. Respectez toutes
les informations fi gurant dans ce mode d’emploi, en particulier les consignes
de sécurité. Cet appareil n’a pas été conçu pour des usages commerciaux ou
industriels.
Tout usage divergent ou toute utilisation ne respectant pas les recommandations
d’emploi seront considérés comme non conformes. Aucune réclamation pour
dommages résultant d’un usage non conforme ne sera prise en considération.
La personne utilisant l’appareil est seule à assumer le risque.

Recyclage de l’emballage
L’emballage protège l’appareil de tous dommages éventuels au cours du transport.
Les matériaux d’emballage ont été sélectionnés selon des critères de respect de
l’environnement et de recyclage, de sorte qu’ils peuvent être recyclés.
Le retour de l’emballage dans les fi lières de recyclage permet d’économiser les
matières premières et réduit la formation de déchets. Remettre les matériaux
d’emballage qui ne sont plus utilisés dans les points de collecte prévus par la
réglementation.

Consignes de sécurité
RISQUE DE CHOC ÉLECTRIQUE
► Ne brancher le sèche-cheveux que sur une prise conforme aux
normes, avec une tension de réseau correspondant aux indications données sur la plaque signalétique.
► Ne plonger en aucun cas le sèche-cheveux dans un liquide, ne
pas laisser de liquide pénétrer dans le boîtier de l'appareil. Ne
pas exposer l'appareil à l'humidité, ne pas l'utiliser en extérieur.
En cas de pénétration accidentelle d'un liquide dans le boîtier de
l'appareil, le débrancher immédiatement de la tension secteur et
confi er l'appareil à un atelier spécialisé pour réparation.
► En cas de panne en cours d'utilisation, et avant tout nettoyage du
sèche-cheveux, débrancher l'appareil de la prise secteur.
► Retirer le connecteur de la prise, ne pas tirer sur le câble pour
débrancher.
► Enrouler le câble autour de l'appareil, le ranger dans un endroit
non exposé.
► Lorsque le câble de raccordement de l’appareil est endommagé,
il doit être remplacé par le fabricant, son service après-vente ou
une personne de qualifi cation similaire afi n d’éviter tout risque.
► Ne pas exercer de contrainte mécanique excessive sur le câble
d’alimentation, le brancher en vérifi ant qu’il ne constitue pas un
risque de chute pour les personnes à proximité.
► Ne pas utiliser de câble de rallonge.
► Ne jamais prendre avec des mains mouillées le sèche-cheveux, le
câble d’alimentation ou le connecteur.
► Débrancher immédiatement le sèche-cheveux
de la tension secteur après l’utilisation. Pour qu’il soit totalement
hors tension, débrancher le connecteur de la prise tension secteur.
► Ne pas ouvrir le boîtier du sèche-cheveux, ne pas chercher à
réparer. Dans ce cas, la sécurité n’est plus assurée et vous perdez
le bénéfi ce de la garantie. Faire réparer le sèche-cheveux défectueux uniquement par des techniciens qualifi és.

RISQUE DE CHOC ÉLECTRIQUE
Ne jamais utiliser l'appareil à proximité d'eau, en particulier près
d'un lavabo, d'une baignoire ou d'un autre équipement analogue.
La proximité d'eau représente un danger, même si l'appareil est
à l'arrêt. Pour cette raison, débranchez l'appareil après chaque
utilisation. A titre de protection supplémentaire, nous recommandons l'installation d'un relais disjoncteur contre les courants de fuite avec un seuil de déclenchement impérativement
inférieur à 30 mA dans le circuit électrique de la salle de bains.
Veuillez demander conseil auprès de votre électricien.

► Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants à partir de 8 ans
et plus et par des personnes ayant des capacités physiques,
sensorielles ou mentales réduites ou un manque d’expérience et
de connaissances à condition qu’elles aient reçu une supervision
ou des instructions concernant I’utilisation de I’appareil en toute
sécurité et qu’elles comprennent les dangers encourus.
► Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec l’appareil.
► Le nettoyage et I’entretien par I’usager ne doivent pas être eff ec-
tués par des enfants sans surveillance.
► Ne jamais déposer le sèche-cheveux lorsqu’il est sous tension, ne
jamais laisser l’appareil sous tension sans surveillance.
► Ne jamais poser le sèche-cheveux à proximité de sources de
chaleur, protéger le cordon d’alimentation contre tout risque
de dommage.
► Ne plus utiliser un sèche-cheveux après une chute ou un sèche-
cheveux endommagé. Faire examiner et réparer, le cas échéant,
l’appareil par des techniciens qualifi és.
► En cours d’utilisation, ne pas recouvrir la grille d’entrée d’air.
Nettoyez-la à intervalles réguliers.
► Le sèche-cheveux s’échauff e en cours d’opération.
Lorsqu’il est chaud, saisissez-le par le manche.

► Ne tirez jamais le cordon d’alimentation en dehors de l’appareil plus
loin que le repère rouge
► Tirez toujours le cordon d’alimentation en dehors de l’appareil
jusqu’au repère rouge lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil. Sinon il risque
de surchauff er !

Degrés de chauff age et de souffl age
1) Enfi cher le connecteur dans la prise secteur.
2) Mettre en marche le sèche-cheveux avec le commutateur d’intensité de
souffl age 5.
Le sèche-cheveux est doté de deux contacteurs fonctionnels. Ils permettent de
sélectionner séparément l’intensité du fl ux d’air (commutateur intensité de souffl age 5) et la puissance du chauff age (commutateur intensité du chauff age 6):

3) Après usage, arrêter l’appareil en mettant le commutateur d’intensité de
souffl age 5 sur “O”. Retirer ensuite le connecteur de la prise secteur.
4) Appuyez sur la touche d’enroulement du cordon d’alimentation 2 pour
rentrer le cordon d’alimentation dans l’appareil.

Flux d’air frais
La touche «air frais» 7 G permet de générer un débit d’air frais à tous les
régimes de puissance de souffl age ou de chauff age.
Fonction «générateur d’ions»
Ce sèche-cheveux est doté d’une fonction «générateur d’ions» :
Des charges électrostatiques apparaissent dans les cheveux qui commencent
alors à «se dresser» lors du séchage avec un sèche-cheveux.
La fonction «générateur d’ions» assure la neutralisation et la disparition de ces
charges électrostatiques. La chevelure s’assouplit, devient brillante, disciplinée et
plus facile à travailler.
Séchage et coiff age des cheveux
■ Pour procéder au séchage rapide des cheveux, nous recommandons tout
d’abord de mettre l’appareil pour une courte durée sur une intensité de
souffl age et de chauff age élevée. Après avoir procédé au préséchage des
cheveux, passez à une intensité de souffl age ou de chauff age inférieure,
pour procéder à la mise en forme de la coiff ure.
■ Le concentrateur 1 permet de diriger le fl
sculpter des formes. Mettre en place le concentrateur 1 sur le sèche-cheveux : il est bien fi xé lorsqu’il s’est encliqué.
■ Pour obtenir au séchage une coiff ure particulièrement soignée (réalisation
de «permanentes»), utiliser le diff
concentrateur 1 et mettre en place le diff useur 8 (il doit être encliqué pour
une bonne fi xation).
■ Avant de peigner les cheveux, les laisser se refroidir un bref moment afi n de
maintenir la forme de la coiff
■ Pour rafraîchir la chevelure, utiliser la touche «air frais» 7
de puissance du commutateur d’intensité de chauff age 6.

► Avant de nettoyer l'appareil, retirez toujours le connecteur de la prise secteur.

■ Utiliser un chiff on doux légèrement imbibé d’eau savonneuse pour le net-
toyage du boîtier et des accessoires.
■ Bien sécher avant de réutiliser l’appareil
Nettoyer la grille d’entrée d’air
ATTENTION - RISQUE D'INCENDIE !
► Nettoyez régulièrement la grille d'entrée d'air 3 à l'aide d'une brosse
douce.
Tourner légèrement la grille d’entrée d’air 3 pour la retirer du sèche-cheveux.

2) Nettoyer les ouvertures de la grille d’entrée d’air 3 avec une brosse souple.
3) Remettre en place la grille d’entrée d’air 3 sur le sèche-cheveux : les languettes
de la grille d’entrée d’air 3 doivent être engagées dans les évidements sur
le boîtier du sèche-cheveux. Tourner légèrement la grille d’entrée d’air 3
jusqu’à ce qu’elle s’enclique pour sa fi xation sur le boîtier.

► Emballez et transportez le sèche-cheveux uniquement lorsqu'il est refroidi.

Réparer les dysfonctionnements
Si votre sèche-cheveux ne fontionnait pas comme prévu, retirer le connecteur
de la prise secteur et laisser l’appareil se refroidir pendant quelques minutes.
L’appareil est doté d’une protection anti-surchauff e !
Si l’appareil ne fonctionne toujours pas, adressez-vous au point de service aprèsvente mentionné à la rubrique «Service après-vente».

Mise au rebut
L’appareil ne doit jamais être jeté dans la poubelle domestique
habituelle. Ce produit est assujetti à la directive européenne
2012/19/EU.
Remettre un appareil hors d’usage dans un des points du réseau de collecte
pour déchets type DEEE. Respecter la réglementation en cette matière. En cas
de doute, contacter les services techniques de la mairie.
Garantie
Cet appareil bénéfi cie de 3 ans de garantie à compter de la date d’achat.
Tout appareil fait l’objet d’une fabrication soignée avec un contrôle avant sa
distribution.
Veuillez conserver le ticket de caisse en guise de preuve d’achat. Dans le cas
où la garantie s’applique, veuillez appeler le service après-vente concerné.
Cette condition doit être respectée pour assurer l’expédition gratuite de votre
marchandise.
REMARQUE
► Cette garantie ne couvre que les vices de fabrication, elle ne couvre
pas les pièces d'usure ou les dommages subis par des éléments fr
(commutateur, etc.).
Ce matériel est destiné exclisivement à un usage privé et non commercial. La
garantie est suspendue en cas de manipulation incorrecte et inappropriée, d’utilisation brutale et en cas d’intervention qui n’aurait pas été réalisée par un centre
de service après-vente agréé.
Cette garantie ne constitue pas une restriction de vos droits légaux. Une prestation
au titre de la garantie ne prolonge pas la période de garantie. Cette disposition
s’applique également pour les pièces remplacées ou réparées.
Signaler sans retard toute anomalie éventuelle sur le matériel (casse, pièce
manquante, etc.) au moment de l’achat, au plus tard deux jours après la date
d’achat.
Toute réparation fera l’objet d’une facture après l’échéance de la période de
garantie.
Indépendamment de la garantie commerciale souscrite, le vendeur reste tenu des
défauts de conformité du bien et des vices rédhibitoires dans les conditions prévues
aux articles L211-4 et suivants du Code de la consommation et aux articles 1641
et suivants du Code Civil.

Der Haartrockner dient zum Trocknen und Frisieren von menschlichen Haaren,
keinesfalls für Perücken und Haarteile aus synthetischem Material. Sie dürfen den

Informationen in dieser Bedienungsanleitung, insbesondere die Sicherheitshinweise.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht für gewerbliche oder industrielle Zwecke konzipiert.

Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoff e und

STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR
► Schließen Sie den Haartrockner nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig
installierte Netzsteckdose mit einer der auf dem Typenschild
entsprechenden Netzspannung an.
► Sie dürfen den Haartrockner keinesfalls in eine Flüssigkeit tauchen
und keine Flüssigkeiten in das Gerätegehäuse des Haartrockners
gelangen lassen. Sie dürfen das Gerät keiner Feuchtigkeit aussetzen
und nicht im Freien benutzen. Falls doch einmal Flüssigkeit in das
Gerätegehäuse gelangt, ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker des
Geräts aus der Netzsteckdose und lassen Sie es von qualifi ziertem
Fachpersonal reparieren.
► Ziehen Sie bei Betriebsstörungen und bevor Sie den Haartrockner
reinigen den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
► Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, ziehen Sie nicht
am Kabel selbst.
► Wickeln Sie die Netzanschlussleitung nicht um den Haartrockner
und schützen Sie sie vor Beschädigungen.
► Wenn die Netzanschlussleitung dieses Gerätes beschädigt wird, muss
sie durch den Hersteller oder seinen Kundendienst oder eine ähnlich
qualifi zierte Person ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
► Knicken oder quetschen Sie die Netzanschlussleitung nicht und
verlegen Sie sie so, dass niemand darauf treten oder darüber
stolpern kann.
► Sie dürfen keine Verlängerungskabel verwenden.
► Fassen Sie den Haartrockner, Netzanschlussleitung und -stecker
nie mit nassen Händen an.
► Trennen Sie Ihren Haartrockner sofort nach dem Gebrauch vom
Stromnetz. Nur wenn Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose
ziehen, ist er vollständig stromfrei.
► Sie dürfen das Gerätegehäuse des Haartrockners nicht öff nen
oder reparieren. In diesem Falle ist die Sicherheit nicht gegeben
und die Gewährleistung erlischt. Lassen Sie den defekten Haartrockner nur von qualifi ziertem Fachpersonal reparieren.

Heiz- und Lüfterstufen
1) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Netzsteckdose.
2) Schalten Sie den Haartrockner mit dem Lüfterstufen-Schalter 5 ein.
Der Haartrockner ist mit zwei Funktionsschaltern ausgestattet. Mit diesen können
Sie Stärke des Luftstroms (Lüfterstufen-Schalter 5) und die Heizstufe (HeizstufenSchalter 6) separat wählen:

3) Nach dem Gebrauch schalten Sie das Gerät aus, indem Sie den Lüfterstufen-Schalter 5 auf „O” stellen. Ziehen Sie danach den Stecker aus der

4) Drücken Sie auf die Taste Kabeleinzug 2, um das Kabel in das Gerät
einzuziehen.

Kühlstufe
Mit der Kaltluft-Taste 7 G können Sie bei jeder Lüfterstufen- und Heizstufenkombination einen kalten Luftstrom erzeugen.
Ionisierungs-Funktion
Dieser Haartrockner ist mit einer Ionisierungs-Funktion ausgestattet:
Durch das Trocknen der Haare mittels eines Haartrockners laden sich Haare
statisch auf und beginnen zu „fl iegen“.
Die Ionisierungs-Funktion sorgt dafür, dass die statische Ladung der Haare
neutralisiert und aufgehoben wird. Das Haar wird weich, geschmeidig,
glänzend und leichter zu frisieren.
Haare trocknen und stylen
■ Zum schnellen Trocknen der Haare empfehlen wir zunächst für kurze Zeit auf eine
hohe Lüfter- und Heizstufe zu schalten. Schalten Sie nach dem Antrocknen der
Haare auf eine niedrigere Lüfter- sowie Heizstufe herunter, um die Frisur zu formen.
■ Mit dem beiliegenden Konzentrator 1 können Sie den L
Stylen einsetzen. Setzen Sie den Konzentrator 1 vorne auf den Haartrockner auf, so dass er einrastet und fest sitzt.
■ Wenn Sie Ihre Haare besonders schonend trocknen möchten, oder bei
sogenannten „luftgetr
Diff usor 8. Ziehen Sie hierzu erst gegebenenfalls den Konzentrator 1 ab,
und setzen den Finger Diff usor 8 so auf, dass er einrastet und fest sitzt.

die Zungen am Luftansauggitter 3 in die Aussparungen am Gehäuse des
Haartrockners greifen. Drehen Sie das Luftansauggitter 3 ein wenig, so
dass es einrastet und fest am Gehäuse sitzt.

RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
► Connect the hair dryer only to a correctly installed mains power
socket providing electrical energy at the level detailed on the
rating plate.
► Under no circumstances may the hair dryer be submerged in fl uids,
or fl uids be permitted to enter the appliance housing. Do not
expose the appliance to humidity and do not use it outdoors.
Should liquids enter the housing, disconnect the appliance from
the power source immediately and arrange for it to be repaired
by a qualifi ed technician.
► Disconnect the hair dryer from the mains power socket if defective
operation is apparent and before cleaning it.
► To disconnect it, pull only on the plug itself, not on the power cable.
► Do not wrap the power cable around the appliance and protect
the cable from being damaged.
► Should the power cable of the appliance be damaged, to avoid
potential risks it must be replaced by the manufacturer, his customer
service or by a qualifi ed technician.
► Do not kink or crush the power cable and lay it in such a way as
to prevent people from stepping on or tripping over it.
► Do not use extension cables.
► Never touch the hair dryer, the power cable or the plug with wet
hands.
► Disconnect the hair dryer from the power source immediately after
use. The appliance is completely free of electrical power only
when you unplug it.
► You are not permitted to open or repair the housing of the hair
dryer. Should you do so, appliance safety can no longer be assured and the warranty will become void. Arrange for the hair
dryer to be serviced and repaired only by qualifi ed specialists.

1) Insert the plug into a power socket.
2) Switch the hair dryer on with the blower level switch 5.

Cooling level
With the cooling level button 7 G you can produce a cooler air fl ow with
every combination of blower and heat levels.
Ionisation function
This hair dryer is equipped with an ionising function:
When drying the hair using a hair dryer, the hair takes on a static charge and
begins to “fl y”.
The ionisation function ensures that this charging of the hair is neutralised and
cancelled. The hair becomes soft, supple, shiny and easier to style.
Drying and styling hair
■ For quick hair drying, we fi rst recommend using a high blower and heater
setting for a short period. After slightly drying the hair, switch to a lower
blower and heater level to shape the hair.
■ With the supplied styling jet 1 you can apply a dir
and style your hair. Place the styling jet 1 on the front of the hair dryer such
that it engages and is seated fi rmly into place.
■ If you want to dry your hair very gently, or use the dryer with so-called “air-
dried perms”, attach the fi
it is fi tted, and then attach the fi nger diff usor 8, such that it engages and is
seated fi rmly into place.
■ Before you comb your hair out, allow it to cool so that the shaping and styling

Cleaning the housing

► Clean the air intake grill 3 at regular inter
1) Turn the air intake grille 3 slightly so that it can be removed from the hairdryer.
2) Clean the openings of the air intake grill 3 with a soft brush.
3) Replace the air intake grille 3 back onto the hair dryer so that the lugs on
the air intake grille 3 engage in the slots on the housing of the hairdryer.
Turn the air intake grille 3 slightly so that it engages and is fi rmly seated on
the housing.
