APPLE CARPLAY & ANDROID AUTO INSTALLATION - SDLAA
Models: NX300 (AGZ10/15) & NX300h (AYZ10/15)

BACKGROUND
This Service Bulletin has been issued to advise that a Service Campaign has been introduced for a complimentary retrofit of Apple CarPlay
and Android Auto to eligible NX300 & NX300h vehicles sold in Australia.
DESCRIPTION OF CONDITION
Some vehicles were delivered to Lexus Owners prior to the installation of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A complimentary software
update is now available in Dealers to install Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for eligible vehicles.
INVOLVED VEHICLES
Vehicles involved in this campaign are listed in the table below.
OWNER NOTIFICATION
Owners of NX vehicles that are eligible for complimentary installation have been contacted to advise they can make a booking with their
preferred Lexus Dealer for installation.
ELIGIBILITY
Vehicles listed above that do not have Apple Car Play or Android Auto installed are eligible for this campaign.
INFORMATION FOR OWNERS
Owners who experience the condition described above are advised to contact their local authorised Lexus dealership. The dealership will
need to verify the condition and vehicle eligibility.
Owners are advised to have their VIN available when contacting their Lexus Dealers.
If their vehicle is eligible for this Service Campaign, a Lexus Dealer will make an appointment to confirm/complete this activity on their vehicle.
