Sie können den Aktivitätssensor sowohl mit unserer Beurer BodyShape App nutzen, wenn Sie Ihren Körper formen, sich gesund ernähren und Ihr Wunschgewicht erreichen wollen oder mit unserer Beurer HealthManager App, wenn Sie unser komplettes Gesundheits-Monitoring System nutzen wollen.
Aktivieren Sie vor dem ersten Gebrauch Ihren Aktivitätssensor durch längeres Drücken der Taste.
Synchronisieren Sie den Aktivitätssensor vor dem ersten Gebrauch mit Ihrem Smartphone, um die Grundeinstellungen (z.B. Uhrzeit) auf Ihren Aktivitätssensor zu übertragen.
Der Aktivitätssensor zeichnet ununterbrochen Ihre körperliche Aktivität auf. Dabei werden all Ihre physischen Bewegungen in Schritte interpretiert.
Die Angabe der zurückgelegten Strecke kann daher von der tatsächlichen Strecke abweichen.
Der Aktivitätssensor ist spritzwassergeschützt.
Verwenden Sie den Aktivitätssensor NICHT zum Duschen oder Schwimmen!

G Congratulations on the purchase of your new AS 81 Beurer activity sensor!
You can use the activity sensor with our Beurer BodyShape app if you want to get your body into shape, eat healthily and reach your ideal weight, or with our Beurer HealthManager app if you want to make use of our complete health monitoring system.
Activate the activity sensor before initial use by holding down the button. Synchronise the activity sensor with your smartphone before first use to transfer the basic settings (e.g. time) to your activity sensor.
The activity sensor continually records your physical activity. All your physical movements are then converted into steps.
The information on the distance covered can therefore differ from the actual distance.
The activity sensor is splash-proof.
Do NOT use the activity sensor in the shower or whilst swimming!

Avant la première utilisation, activez votre capteur d‘activité en maintenant la touche enfoncée.

Puede utilizar el sensor de actividad tanto con nuestra aplicación Beurer BodyShape, si desea modelar su cuerpo, alimentarse de forma saludable y lograr el peso deseado, como con nuestra aplicación Beurer HealthManager, si desea utilizar nuestro completo sistema de control de la salud.
Active su sensor de actividad pulsando prolongadamente la tecla antes de usarlo por primera vez.
Antes de la primera utilización, sincronice el sensor de actividad con su smartphone para transferir al sensor los ajustes básicos (p. ej. la hora). El sensor de actividad registra ininterrumpidamente su actividad corporal e interpreta todos sus movimientos físicos en forma de pasos.
Por ello, la indicación de la distancia recorrida puede variar con respecto a la distancia real.
El sensor de actividad está protegido contra salpicaduras de agua. ¡NO utilice el sensor de actividad al ducharse o nadar!

D AS 81 in App auswählen und den Anweisungen folgen. Bei HealthManager: Im Einstellungsmenü der App das AS 81 auswählen und Aktivitätsziel, Schlafziel, Schrittlänge und Gewicht einstellen. Auf Wunsch einen Alarm aktivieren/einstellen.
G Select AS 81 in the app follow the instructions. HealthManager: the app settings menu, select the AS 81 and set the activity target, sleep target, stride length and weight. Activate/set an alarm if needed.
