To the purchasers of the BP-L40A/IL75/GL65/GL95
The BP-L40A/IL75/GL65/GL95 Lithium-Ion Battery Pack contains concentrated lithium equivalence in a quantity not exceeding 8 grams. This quantity is in compliance with section A45-2* of the Hazardous Substance Standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). The pack is thus suitable for air transport as a non-hazardous article.

Lithium cells and lithium batteries are not subject to these Instructions if they meet the following requirements:
2)For a lithium metal or lithium alloy battery with liquid cathodes, the aggregate lithium content is not more than 1 g, for a lithium metal or lithium alloy battery with solid cathodes, the aggregate lithium content is not more than 2 g, and for a lithium ion battery, the aggregate equivalent lithium content is not more than 8 g.

Der Lithium-Ionen-Akku BP-L40A/IL75/GL65/GL95 enthält konzentriertes Lithium äquivalent zu weniger als 8 Gramm. Diese Menge erfüllt die Auflagen von Abschnitt A45-2* für gefährliche Stoffe der International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). Der Akku ist deshalb als ungefährliches Produkt für den Lufttransport tauglich.

Lithium-Zellen oder -Akkus sind nicht Gegenstand dieser Anleitungen, wenn sie die folgenden Anforderungen erfüllen:
