Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Die Lautsprecher sind Geräte der Informationselektronik und sind
ausschließlich zum Anschluss an einen PC, ein Notebook oder ein
Audio-Gerät* (z.B. MP3-Player) mittels 3,5 mm-Klinkenstecker vorgesehen. Dieses Gerät ist ausschließlich für private Zwecke und nicht für
industrielle und kommerzielle Zwecke vorgesehen. Eine andere oder
darüber hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß.
Ansprüche jeglicher Art wegen Schäden aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung sind ausgeschlossen. Das Risiko trägt allein der
Benutzer.
* Wenn die Lautsprecher mit einem Gerät ohne USB-Anschluss ver-
bunden werden sollen, ist ein externes Netzteil mit USB-Ausgang
erforderlich (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten). Das Netzteil sollte
folgende Spezifikationen haben: 5 V

Sicherheit
In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Sicherheitshinweise im Umgang
mit dem Gerät. Dieses Gerät entspricht den vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch kann zu Personenund Sachschäden führen.
Grundlegende Sicherheitshinweise
Beachten Sie für einen sicheren Umgang mit dem Gerät die folgenden
Sicherheitshinweise:
■ Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor der Verwendung auf äußere
sichtbare Schäden. Nehmen Sie ein beschädigtes oder heruntergefallenes Gerät nicht in Betrieb.
■ Bei Beschädigung der Kabel oder der Anschlüsse lassen Sie es
vom Kundenservice austauschen.
■ Fassen Sie die Anschlusskabel immer am Stecker an. Ziehen Sie
nicht am Kabel selbst.
■ Stellen Sie keine Gegenstände, Möbelstücke o.ä. auf die Anschluss-
kabel und achten Sie darauf, dass sie nicht eingeklemmt werden.

■ Machen Sie niemals einen Knoten in die Anschlusskabel und binden
Sie sie nicht mit anderen Kabeln zusammen. Die Anschlusskabel
sollten so gelegt werden, dass niemand darauf tritt oder darüber
stolpern kann.
■ Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber sowie
von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen oder
mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen
benutzt werden, wenn Sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die daraus
resultierenden Gefahren verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem
Gerät spielen. Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht von
Kindern ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.
■ Lassen Sie Reparaturen am Gerät nur von autorisierten Fachbe-
trieben oder dem Kundenservice durchführen. Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer
entstehen. Zudem erlischt der Garantieanspruch.
■ Eine Reparatur des Gerätes während der Garantiezeit darf nur
von einem vom Hersteller autorisierten Kundendienst vorgenommen
werden, sonst besteht bei nachfolgenden Schäden kein Garantieanspruch mehr.
■ Defekte Bauteile dürfen nur gegen Original-Ersatzteile ausgetauscht
werden. Nur bei diesen Teilen ist gewährleistet, dass sie die Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllen.
■ Versuchen Sie nicht das Gerät zu öffnen. Es befinden sich keine
zu reinigenden oder zu wartenden Teile innerhalb des Gerätes.
Nehmen Sie keine eigenmächtigen Umbauten oder Veränderungen
am Gerät vor.
■ Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von offenen Flammen
und stellen Sie keine Kerzen auf oder neben das Gerät.
■ Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Feuchtigkeit, Spritz- und Tropfwasser
und dem Eindringen von Flüssigkeiten. Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Gegenstände (z.B. Vasen) auf oder neben das Gerät.
■ Wenn Flüssigkeit in das Gerät eingedrungen ist, schalten Sie das
Gerät aus, trennen Sie die Stromversorgung und lassen es von
qualifiziertem Fachpersonal überprüfen, bevor Sie es wieder in
Betrieb nehmen.
■ Warten Sie nach dem Wechsel von kalter in warmer Umgebung
mit dem Einschalten, bis das Gerät die Umgebungstemperatur
angenommen hat (ca. 2 Stunden).
■ Bei Verwendung eines USB-Netzteils muss die verwendete Steck-
dose immer leicht zugänglich sein, damit in einer Gefahrensituation
das USB-Netzteil schnell aus der Steckdose entfernt werden kann.
Beachten Sie auch die Bedienungsanleitung des USB-Netzteils.
■ Wenn Sie am Gerät Brandgeruch oder Rauchentwicklung
feststellen, trennen Sie sofort alle Steckverbindungen.

Das Gerät wird standardmäßig mit folgenden Komponenten geliefert:

♦ Entnehmen Sie alle Teile des Gerätes und die
Bedienungsanleitung aus dem Karton.
♦ Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial.
HINWEIS
► Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare
Schäden.
► Bei einer unvollständigen Lieferung oder Schäden infolge man-
gelhafter Verpackung oder durch Transport wenden Sie sich an
die Service-Hotline (siehe Kapitel Service).
Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden.
Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und
entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb
recyclebar.

Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf
spart Rohstoffe und verringert das Abfallaufkommen.
Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien
gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.

► Heben Sie, wenn möglich, die Originalverpackung während
der Garantiezeit des Gerätes auf, um das Gerät im Garantiefall ordnungsgemäß verpacken zu können.

Anforderungen an den Aufstellort
Für einen sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb des Gerätes muss der
Aufstellort folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:
■ Das Gerät muss auf einer festen, flachen und waagerechten
Unterlage aufgestellt werden.
■ Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in einer heißen, nassen oder sehr feuchten
Umgebung oder in der Nähe von brennbarem Material auf.
■ Stellen Sie das Gerät so auf, dass es nicht direkter Sonnenein-
strahlung, starkem Kunstlicht und Heizungsluft ausgesetzt wird.

Bedienung und Betrieb
In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zur Bedienung und
Betrieb des Gerätes.
Systemanforderungen
▯ Computer mit Soundkarte und USB-Anschluss
oder
▯ Audio-Gerät mit Audio-Ausgang (3,5 mm-Klinkenbuchse) und
USB-Anschluss (alternativ mit externem USB-Netzteil).
Lautsprecher anschließen
♦ Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Drehschalter 4 in der Position
„OFF“ steht.
♦ Stecken Sie den 3,5 mm-Klinkenstecker
oder Kopfhörer-Buchse Ihres Audio-Gerätes (z.B. Notebook,
MP3-Player). Über diesen Anschluss werden die Tonsignale
übertragen.
♦ Stecken Sie den USB-Stecker
Audio-Gerätes (alternativ in die USB-Buchse eines externen
USB-Netzteils). Das Netzteil sollte folgende Spezifikationen
haben: 5 V , min. 500 mA. Über diese Verbindung wird
die Spannungsversorgung der Lautsprecher 6 hergestellt.

► Ohne USB-Verbindung funktionieren die Lautsprecher 6 nicht!

Die Lautsprecher dürfen nicht geöffnet werden!
► Es befinden sich keine zu reinigenden oder zu wartenden Teile
im Inneren. Ein Öffnen der Lautsprecher führt zu irreparablen
Schäden am Gerät.

Reinigung
Sicherheitshinweise
ACHTUNG
Mögliche Beschädigung des Gerätes
Eindringende Feuchtigkeit kann zu einer Beschädigung des
Gerätes führen.
► Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Reinigung keine Feuchtigkeit in
das Gerät eindringt, um eine irreparable Beschädigung des
Gerätes zu vermeiden.
■ Reinigen Sie das Gerät ausschließlich mit einem leicht feuchten
Tuch und einem milden Spülmittel.
Lagerung/Entsorgung
Lagerung bei Nichtbenutzung
Lagern Sie das Gerät in einer trockenen Umgebung.
Gerät entsorgen
Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den
normalen Hausmüll. Dieses Produkt unterliegt der europäischen Richtlinie 2012/19/EU
WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment).
Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelassenen
Entsorgungsbetrieb bzw. Sammelstelle für Altgeräte
oder über Ihre kommunale Entsorgungseinrichtung.
Beachten Sie die aktuell geltenden Vorschriften. Setzen
Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung

Einsendung Ihrer Ware gewährleistet werden.

► Die Garantieleistung gilt nur für Material- oder Fabrikations-
fehler, nicht aber für Transportschäden, Verschleißteile oder
für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter
oder Akkus.

Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer

Utilisation conforme
Les haut-parleurs sont des appareils électroniques d'information
exclusivement conçus pour être raccordés à un PC, un ordinateur
portable ou à un appareil audio* (par ex. un lecteur MP3) à l’aide
d'une prise jack de 3,5 mm. Cet appareil est exclusivement conçu
pour un usage privé et non à des fins industrielles et commerciales.
Toute utilisation autre ou dépassant ce cadre est considérée comme
non conforme. Aucune réclamation pour des dommages résultant
d'un usage non conforme ne sera prise en considération. Seul l'utilisateur est responsable des risques encourus.
* Si les haut-parleurs doivent être connectés à un appareil sans port
USB, un adaptateur externe avec sortie USB est nécessaire (non
inclus). Le bloc d’alimentation doit présenter les spécifications
suivantes : 5 V

Consignes de sécurité fondamentales
Veuillez vous conformer aux consignes de sécurité ci-après, afin de
garantir une utilisation en toute sécurité de l'appareil :
■ Avant d'utiliser l'appareil, vérifiez si celui-ci ne comporte aucun
dommage extérieur apparent. Ne mettez pas en service un
appareil endommagé ou qui est tombé.
■ En cas de dommages sur les câbles ou les raccordements, faites-les
remplacer par le service après-vente.
■ Saisissez toujours le câble de raccordement au niveau de la
fiche. Ne tirez pas sur le câble même.
■ Ne posez pas d'appareils, de meubles ou assimilés sur les câbles
de raccordement et veillez à ce qu'ils ne soient pas coincés.

■ Ne faites jamais de nœud dans le câble de raccordement et ne
le liez jamais avec d'autres câbles. Les câbles de raccordement
doivent être acheminés de telle manière que personne ne marche
ni ne puisse trébucher dessus.
■ Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants à partir de 8 ans et
plus et par des personnes ayant des capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales réduites ou un manque d'expérience et de
connaissances, à condition d'être surveillés ou d'avoir reçu des
instructions concernant I'utilisation de I'appareil en toute sécurité
et d'avoir compris les dangers qui en résultent. Ne pas laisser les
enfants jouer avec l'appareil. Il est interdit aux enfants de nettoyer
ou d'entretenir l'appareil sans surveillance.
■ Confiez les réparations de l'appareil exclusivement à des entreprises
agréées ou au service après-vente. Toute réparation non conforme
peut entraîner des risques considérables pour l'utilisateur. À cela
s'ajoute l'annulation de la garantie.
■ Toute réparation de l'appareil pendant la période de garantie
doit être confiée exclusivement à un service après-vente agréé
par le fabricant, sans quoi tout dommage consécutif ne sera plus
couvert par la garantie.
■ Les pièces défectueuses doivent être remplacées impérativement
par des pièces de rechange d'origine. Seules ces pièces garantissent le respect des exigences de sécurité.
■ N'essayez pas d'ouvrir l'appareil. Il n'y a pas de pièces à nettoyer
ni à entretenir à l'intérieur de l'appareil. Ne procédez à aucune
modification ou réparation de votre propre chef sur l'appareil.
■ N'utilisez pas l'appareil à proximité de flammes nues et ne placez
pas de bougies sur l'appareil ni à côté de celui-ci.
■ Protégez l'appareil de l'humidité, de la projection ou des gouttes
d'eau et de la pénétration de liquides. Ne posez pas d'objets
contenant du liquide (tels que des vases) sur l'appareil, ni à côté
de celui-ci.
■ Si du liquide a été renversé dans l'appareil, éteignez l'appareil,
coupez l'alimentation et faites-le vérifier par un personnel qualifié
avant de le remettre en service.
■ Après être passé d'un environnement froid à un environnement
chaud, attendez que l'appareil soit parvenu à température ambiante
pour le mettre en marche (env. 2 heures).
■ Lorsque vous utilisez un adaptateur USB, la prise utilisée doit
toujours être facilement accessible afin qu'en situation d'urgence,
l'adaptateur USB puisse être rapidement retiré de la prise. Respectez à ce sujet le mode d'emploi du bloc d'alimentation USB.
■ Si vous constatez une odeur de brûlé ou un dégagement de
fumée sur l'appareil, débranchez immédiatement toutes les
connexions.

Mise en service
Vérifier le contenu de la livraison

L'appareil est livré de manière standard avec les composants suivants :

▯ Ce mode d'emploi
♦ Sortez du carton toutes les pièces de l'appareil et le mode
d'emploi.
♦ Retirez tous les matériaux d'emballage.
REMARQUE
► Vérifiez si la livraison est bien complète et ne présente aucun
dommage apparent.
► En cas de livraison incomplète ou de dommages résultant d'un
emballage défectueux ou du transport, veuillez vous adresser
au service après-vente (cf. chapitre service après-vente).
Élimination de l'emballage
L'emballage protège l'appareil de tous dommages éventuels au
cours du transport.
Les matériaux d'emballage ont été sélectionnés selon des critères de
respect de l'environnement et de recyclage permettant une élimination
écologique de ceux-ci.

Le retour de l'emballage dans le cycle des matériaux
permet d'économiser les matières premières et réduit la
formation de déchets. Veuillez éliminer les matériaux
d'emballage qui ne servent plus selon la réglementation
locale en vigueur.

► Dans la mesure du possible, conservez l'emballage d'origine
pendant la période sous garantie pour pouvoir emballer et
expédier l'appareil en bonne et due forme si vous étiez amené
à faire valoir la garantie.

Exigences requises sur le lieu d'installation
Pour assurer un fonctionnement fiable et sans défaillances de l'appareil, le lieu d'installation doit répondre aux conditions suivantes :
■ L'appareil doit être installé sur une surface solide, plate et hori-
zontale.
■ Ne pas installer l'appareil dans un environnement chaud, humide
ou à proximité de matériaux inflammables.
■ Installez l'appareil de telle manière qu'il ne soit pas directement
exposé aux rayons du soleil, à une forte lumière artificielle ni à
l'air sec du chauffage.

Utilisation et fonctionnement
Ce chapitre contient des remarques importantes sur l'utilisation et le
fonctionnement de l'appareil.
Configuration requise
▯ Ordinateur avec carte son et port USB
ou
▯ Appareil audio avec sortie audio (prise jack de 3,5mm) et port
USB (ou avec un adaptateur USB externe).
Raccorder les haut-parleurs
♦ Vérifier que le commutateur rotatif 4 est bien en position "OFF".
♦ Branchez la prise jack de 3,5 mm
ou la prise du casque de votre appareil audio (par ex. ordinateur portable, lecteur MP3). Via cette connexion, les signaux
audio sont transmis.
♦ Branchez le connecteur USB
appareil audio (ou dans une prise USB d'un adaptateur USB
externe). Le bloc d’alimentation doit présenter les spécifications
suivantes : 5 V , min. 500 mA. Via cette connexion, l'alimentation des haut-parleurs 6 est créée.
REMARQUE
► Sans connexion USB, les haut-parleurs 6 ne fonctionnent pas!
Régler la mise en marche / l'arrêt et le volume
♦ Tournez le commutateur rotatif 4 dans le sens horaire jusqu'à
ce qu'un clic se fasse entendre pour allumer les haut-parleurs 6.
♦ Continuez à tourner le commutateur rotatif
horaire, pour monter le volume sonore.
♦ Tourner le commutateur rotatif
pour réduire le volume sonore.
♦ Tournez le commutateur rotatif
jusqu'à ce qu'un clic se fasse entendre (position OFF) pour
éteindre les haut-parleurs 6.

humide et un détergent doux.

Éliminez l'appareil par l'intermédiaire d'une entreprise

La fornitura standard dell'apparecchio comprende i seguenti

♦ Rimuovere dal cartone tutte le parti dell'apparecchio e il

► Controllare che la fornitura sia completa e non presenti danni
visibili.
► In caso di fornitura incompleta o in presenza di danni da
trasporto o da imballaggio insufficiente, rivolgersi alla hotline

Smaltimento della confezione
L'imballaggio protegge l'apparecchio dai danni da trasporto.
I materiali di imballaggio sono stati selezionati in relazione alla loro
ecocompatibilità e alle caratteristiche di smaltimento e pertanto sono
riciclabili.

Requisiti del luogo di installazione
Per l'uso sicuro e privo di guasti dell'apparecchio, il luogo di installazione deve adempiere i seguenti requisiti:
■ L'apparecchio deve trovarsi su una superficie stabile, piana e
orizzontale.
■ Non collocare l'apparecchio in un ambiente surriscaldato, bagnato
o molto umido, o nelle vicinanze di materiale infiammabile.
■ Collocare l'apparecchio in modo da non esporlo al sole diretto,

In questo capitolo sono riportate indicazioni importanti relative ai
comandi e al funzionamento dell'apparecchio.
Requisiti di sistema
▯ Computer con scheda audio e attacco USB

▯ apparecchio audio con uscita audio (presa jack 3,5) e attacco
USB (in alternativa con alimentatore USB esterno).
Collegamento degli altoparlanti
♦ Assicurarsi che l'interruttore rotante 4 si trovi in posizione "OFF".

These speakers are information electronics devices designed exclusively
for connection to a PC, a notebook, or an audio device* (e.g. MP3
player) via a 3.5 mm jack plug. This device is exclusively for private use,
and is not intended for industrial or commercial purposes. The device
is not intended for any other use or for uses extending beyond those
stated. Claims of any kind for damage arising as a result of non-intended
use will not be accepted. The user is the sole bearer of the risk.
* If the loudspeaker is to be connected to a device without a USB
connection, an external power supply with USB output is required

under supervision or have been told how to use the device safely

approx. 2 hours until the device has reached the ambient temperature before switching it on.
■ If you are using a USB power supply, the mains socket used must
always be easily accessible so that the USB power supply can
be quickly disconnected from the socket in a hazardous situation.
You should also observe the operating instructions for the USB
power supply.
■ If you notice a burning smell or smoke coming from your device,
unplug all connections immediately.

Installation site requirements
For safe and trouble-free operation of the device, the installation site
must fulfil the following requirements:
■ The device must be placed on a firm, flat and level surface.
■ Do not place the device in a hot, wet or extremely moist environ-
ment or in the vicinity of flammable materials.
■ Place the device so that it is not exposed to direct sunlight, strong
artificial light or heated air.

Handling and use
This section provides you with important information on handling and
using the device.
System requirements
▯ Computer with sound card and USB connection
or
▯ audio device with audio output (3.5 mm jack plug) and USB
connection (alternatively with external USB power supply).
Connecting the loudspeaker
♦ Ensure that the rotary switch 4 is in the “OFF” position.
♦ Plug the 3.5 mm jack plug
socket of your audio device (e.g. notebook, MP3 player).
The audio signals are transmitted via this connection.
♦ Plug the USB plug
(alternatively into the USB socket of an external USB power
supply). The mains adapter should have the following specifications: 5 V , min. 500 mA. The power supply for the
loudspeaker 6 is provided via this connection.
NOTE
►
The loudspeakers 6 do not work without a USB connection!
Switching on/off and adjusting the volume
♦ Turn the rotary switch 4 clockwise until a click is heard in
order to switch the loudspeakers 6 on.

Connecting headphones
DANGER
Loud music can lead to hearing damage.
► Avoid extremely loud sound levels, especially over
long periods of time, when you are using headphones.

phone socket

♦ Before placing the headphones on your head, switch the loud-

on again and carefully increase the volume.
NOTE
► As soon as you connect the headphones, the loudspeakers 6
will be muted.
► The headphone output is passive, which means that the volume

can be controlled using the rotary switch

volume is specified by the computer or audio device. Please
note that headphones may only be connected if the audio device
has the necessary standard volume limitation applied to its
output. Please refer to your audio device instruction manual for
more information.

Fault rectification
This section contains important information on fault localisation and
rectification. Observe the instructions in order to avoid risks and
damage.
Malfunction causes and remedies
CAUTION
The loudspeakers may not be opened!
► There are no parts which can be cleaned or maintained inside
the device. Opening the loudspeakers will result in irreparable
damage to the device.
The following table will help with localising and remedying minor
malfunctions:

Storage when not in use
Store the device in a dry environment.
Disposal of the device
Do not dispose of the device in the normal
domestic waste. This product is subject to the
provisions of the WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Dispose of the device via an approved waste disposal
company or collection point for used equipment or via
your municipal waste disposal facility. Please observe
the currently applicable regulations. In case of doubt,
please contact your waste disposal centre.
