Finalidad de uso
Este aparato se ha diseñado para el termosellado y envasado al vacío ocasional
de alimentos en cantidades habituales para el uso privado doméstico. Este
aparato no está indicado para el uso comercial o industrial, ni para el funcionamiento continuo.
Cualquier uso diferente o que supere lo indicado se considera contrario a lo
dispuesto. Se excluyen reclamaciones de cualquier tipo debido a daños por el
uso contrario a lo dispuesto. El riesgo será responsabilidad exclusiva del usuario.
Indicaciones de advertencia utilizados
En estas instrucciones de uso se utilizan las advertencias siguientes:
PELIGRO
Una advertencia de este nivel de peligro indica una posible
situación de peligro.
Si no se evita la situación peligrosa, se pueden producir la muerte o lesiones
muy graves.
► Seguir fi elmente las instrucciones en estas indicaciones de advertencia
con el fi n de evitar el peligro de muerte o lesiones muy graves sobre las
personas.
ATENCIÓN
Una advertencia de este nivel de peligro indica un posible
daño material.
Si no puede evitarse la situación, pueden producirse daños materiales.
► Deben seguirse las instrucciones de esta advertencia para evitar daños
materiales.

Seguridad
En este capítulo obtendrá indicaciones de seguridad importantes para manejar
el aparato. Este aparato cumple las normas de seguridad prescritas.
Sin embargo, el uso inadecuado puede causar daños personales y materiales.
Advertencias de seguridad básicas
Para manejar con seguridad el aparato deben tenerse en cuenta las indicaciones
de seguridad siguientes:
■ Antes de usar el aparato, compruebe si hay signos de datos externos visibles.
No ponga en servicio un aparato dañado. Existe riesgo de electrocución.
■ Las reparaciones en el aparato deben ser realizadas sólo por talleres
autorizados o por el servicio al cliente. Debido a reparaciones indebida
se pueden producir peligro de lesiones para el usuario o bien se dañará el
aparato. Además expirará la garantía.
■ En caso de un cable de red dañado, encomiende su sustitución a personal
técnico autorizado o al servicio de posventa con el fi n de evitar riesgos.
¡En caso contrario, existe riesgo de electrocución!
■ No utilice nunca el aparato con un cable de red defectuoso. Existe riesgo
de electrocución.
■ No utilice ningún cable prolongador o regleta de bases de enchufe múltiples
que no sean conforme a las disposiciones de seguridad necesarias.
¡Peligro de descarga eléctrica!
■ La base de enchufe deberá quedar fácilmente accesible de modo que en
caso de peligro, pueda extraer el cable de red con facilidad.
■ El aparato no es apto para el funcionamiento continuo. Después de cada
proceso de envasado al vacío deje que se enfríe el aparato como mín. 80
segundos. De lo contrario podría dañar el aparato de forma irreparable!
■ No utilice ningún tipo de temporizador externo o un sistema de control
remoto para accionar el aparato.
■ No deje nunca el aparato sin vigilancia cuando está listo para su uso.
Después de utilizarlo o durante las pausas de trabajo, desenchufe siempre la
clavija de red de la base de enchufe para impedir el encendido involuntario
del aparato.
■ No permita utilizar el aparato a personas (incluidos los niños) cuyas facul-
tades físicas, sensoriales o mentales, así como su falta de conocimientos o
de experiencia, les impida hacer un uso seguro del mismo si no están bajo
vigilancia o han sido instruidos correctamente acerca del uso del aparato.
■ Vigile a los niños para asegurarse de que no juegan con el aparato.
■ ¡No abra la carcasa del aparato bajo ninguna circunstancia! ¡Existe peligro
de vida debido a descarga eléctrica!

Colocación y conexión
Volumen de suministro e inspección de transporte
El aparato se suministra de serie con los componentes siguientes:
▯ Envasadora al vacío SFS 150 B3
▯ 1 x Lámina tubular de PE-HD (polietileno de alta densidad)
▯ Estas instrucciones de servicio
ADVERTENCIA
Compruebe la integridad de suministro y si hay daños visibles.
►
► Si el suministro es incompleto o hay daños debido a un embalaje defi ciente
o al transporte, póngase en contacto con la línea directa de asistencia
(véase capítulo Asistencia técnica).
Desembalar
♦ Extraiga del cartón el aparato, la lamina tubular y el manual de instrucciones.
♦ Retire todo el material de embalaje.
PELIGRO
► Los materiales de embalaje no deben utilizarse para que jueguen los
niños. Podrían asfi xiarse.
Evacuación del embalaje
El embalaje protege el aparato durante el transporte. El material de embalaje
se ha seleccionado teniendo en cuenta criterios ecológicos y de técnica de
eliminación y por ello es reciclable.
La reintroducción del embalaje en el ciclo de materiales ahorra materias primas
y reduce el volumen de residuos. Evacue los materiales de embalaje que no
sean necesarios según las normativas locales aplicables.

ADVERTENCIA
Si es posible, conserve el embalaje original durante el periodo de garantía
►
del aparato para poder empaquetarlo correctamente en caso de aplicación
de la garantía.

Requisitos al lugar de emplazamiento
Para un funcionamiento seguro y libre de anomalías del aparato, el lugar de
emplazamiento deberá cumplir con los requisitos siguientes:
■ Al emplazar el aparato, deberá colocarlo sobre una superfi cie fi rme, plana
y horizontal.
■ No utilice el aparato en un entorno caliente, mojado o muy húmedo o cerca
de material infl amable.
■ La base de enchufe deberá quedar fácilmente accesible de modo que en
caso de peligro, pueda extraer el cable de red con facilidad.
Conexión eléctrica
ATENCIÓN
Compare antes de conectar el aparato los datos de conexión (tensión
►
y frecuencia) que fi guran en la placa de características con la de su red
eléctrica. Estos datos han de concordar con el fi n de que no se produzcan
daños en el aparato.
► Cerciórese que el cable de red del aparato no presente daños y no se
tienda sobre superfi cies calientes y/o fi los cortantes.
► Preste atención que el cable de red no se tense o se doble demasiado.
► No deje colgar el cable de red en las esquinas (efecto de cable donde
tropezar).
♦ Conecte la clavija de red a la base de enchufe.

Manejo y funcionamiento
En este capítulo se proporcionan indicaciones importantes sobre el manejo y
el funcionamiento del aparato.
Insertar lámina tubular
♦ Abra el compartimento de rollos e inserte un rollo de lámina tubular.
♦ Despliegue el carril guía del dispositivo de corte hacia atrás e
introduzca un trozo de lámina tubular entre el carril guía y la tapa del
aparato.
♦ Cierre el compartimento de rollos y vuelva a plegar el carril guía
del dispositivo de corte hacia abajo.
Soldar lámina tubular
ATENCIÓN
Utilice para el termosellado sólo lámina de PEHD (Polyethylen high density
►
(alta densidad)) o PE-LD (Polyethylen low density (baja densidad)).
► El grosor de lámina deberá estar comprendida entre 30 - 50 μ (0,03 -
0,05 mm). De otro modo podría verse afectada la hermeticidad del hilo de
termosellado y podría dañarse el aparato. Puede reconocer las láminas
de este tipo en los datos que aparecen en el embalaje. Según el tipo y
el grosor de la lámina varia la calidad del cordón de soldadura.
► No caliente la lámina suministrada, p. ej. al baño María o de forma similar.
Está indicada para temperaturas de hasta 60°C.
♦ Extraiga la longitud deseada de la lámina situada debajo del carril guía
del dispositivo de corte .
♦ Presione el dispositivo de corte hacia abajo y desplacese hacia la
izquierda o hacia la derecha a lo largo del ancho de la bolsa.
Obtendrá un corte limpio con esquinas de corte recto.

♦ Abra la tapa del aparato presionando los bloqueos de tapa hacia
arriba.
♦ Coloque la abertura de la bolsa sobre el hilo de soldar . Con el fi n de
fi jar la bolsa y no se deslice, coloque el extremo de la bolsa debajo de la
boquilla de succión
debe sobresalir con las marcas señalizadas con „Seal“ en el aparato.
ADVERTENCIA
► La abertura de la bolsa deberá asentar de forma lisa sobre el hilo de
soldar
♦ Cierre la tapa del aparato y presione con ambas manos la tecla de sellado .
El piloto de indicación rojo
. De lo contrario el termosellado no funciona correctamente.
. Para ello puede levantarla ligeramente. La bolsa
se ilumina.
♦ Mantenga accionada la tecla de sellado hasta que se vuelva a apagar
el piloto de indicación .

ATENCIÓN
¡Si el piloto de indicación no se apaga pasados un máximo
de 10 segundos, el aparato está defectuoso!
► Retire inmediatamente la clavija de red de la base de enchufe. No intente
reparar el aparato usted mismo. Póngase en contacto con el Servicio
posventa.
♦ Abra la tapa del aparato y extraiga la bolsa. Esta se encuentra soldada
ahora en un extremo.
ADVERTENCIA
Asegúrese de que el cordón de soldadura sea correcto. Un cordón de sol-
►
dadura correcto deberá tener apariencia de una tira lisa recta sin pliegos.
♦ Llene la bolsa. Deberá dejar como mínimo 6 cm de bolsa libre hasta el
borde donde desea termosellar.
ATENCIÓN
Llene la bolsa de manera que durante el termosellado no se derramen
►
restos de alimentos o líquidos que puedan alcanzar al aparato.
♦ Si no desea envasar al vacío la bolsa, suelde a continuación el otro lado
abierto.
Envasado al vacío lámina tubular
Durante el termosellado usted puede extraer simultáneamente el aire de la bolsa
(formar vacío):

ATENCIÓN
No forme vacío en las bolsas en las que haya líquidos. Estos alcanzarían
►
el aparato y lo dañarían.
♦ Coloque el extremo libre de la bolsa alrededor de la boquilla de aspira-
ción . Para ello puede levantarla ligeramente. En este proceso la bolsa
debe sobresalir con las marcas señalizadas con „Vacuum“ en el aparato.

ADVERTENCIA
Limpieza
La boca de la bolsa deberá asentar lisa sobre la boquilla de succión y el
►
hilo de soldar
no se realizaría correctamente.
♦ Cierre la tapa del aparato y presione ambos lados con las dos manos con
fuerza hacia abajo. En este proceso no pulse la tecla de sellado . Ahora
se aspirará el aire de la bolsa.
♦ En cuanto se haya aspirado el aire de la bolsa, mantenga presionada con
ambas manos la tecla de sellado , como se describe anteriormente, para
termosellar la bolsa.
. De lo contrario al formación del vacío y el termosellado

PELIGRO
¡Peligro de muerte por descarga eléctrica!:
► Retire la clavija de red de la base de enchufe antes de comenzar con la
limpieza.
► ¡Asegúrese al realizar la limpieza que no penetre humedad en la carcasa
del aparato!
ATENCIÓN
Posibles daños del aparato
► No utilice productos de limpieza agresivos bien abrasivos, ya que estos
podrían dañar la superfi cie de la carcasa.
► No utilice ningún objeto duro o puntiagudo para retirar los restos de adhesivo
del hilo de soldadura . De lo contrario podrían resultar daños el hilo de
termosellado o el aislamiento.

Limpieza del aparato
♦ Limpie la superfi cie de la carcasa únicamente con un paño ligeramente
humedecido con detergente suave.
♦ Elimine los restos de adhesivo del hilo de termosellado con precaución
usando las uñas.
Limpiar el depósito de recogida
Si por descuido, durante la formación de vacío se han aspirado restos de
alimentos, un recipiente de recogida protege el aparato contra daños.
Limpie el recipiente de recogida , al momento que aprecie suciedad:
♦ Abra la tapa del aparato y coloque la boquilla de succión .
♦ Extraiga el recipiente de recogida con precaución mediante las asas
laterales.
♦ Limpielo con agua jabonosa templada y deje que se seque bien a continua-
ción.
♦ Vuelva a colocar el recipiente de recogida y pliegue la boquilla de
succión hacia abajo .
Conservación
El aparato tiene un enrollacables integrado en la parte inferior del aparato,
alrededor del cual puede enrollar el cable de red mientras no se esté utilizando.
Con ello evita que quede aprisionado, que se ensucie o que pueda ser una fuente
de peligro al colgar suelto.
♦ Guarde el aparato en un lugar limpio y seco sin irradiación solar directa.

Evacuación

No tire en ningún caso en la basura doméstica.
Este producto está sujeto a la directiva europea 2002/96/EC
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
Entregue el aparato a un centro de eliminación autorizado o al centro de eliminación de residuos comunitario. Tenga en cuenta las normativas actuales en vigor.
En caso de duda póngase en contacto con las instalaciones municipales de
evacuación de residuos.

Garantía
Este aparato tiene 3 años de garantía desde la fecha de compra. El aparato
ha sido fabricado cuidadosamente y ha sido probado antes de su entrega.
Guarde el comprobante de caja como justifi cante de compra. Si necesitara
hacer uso de la garantía, póngase en contacto por teléfono con su punto de
servicio habitual. Éste es el único modo de garantizar un envío gratuito.
ADVERTENCIA
La garantía cubre los defectos de fabricación o del material, pero no los

daños de transporte, las piezas sujetas a desgaste y los daños sufridos por
las piezas frágiles (p. ej. medios luminosos o interruptor).
Este producto ha sido diseñado exclusivamente para el uso particular y no
para el uso industrial. En caso de manipulación indebida e incorrecta, uso de
la fuerza y en caso de abrir el aparato personas extrañas a nuestros centros
de asistencia técnica autorizados, la garantía pierde su validez.
Sus derechos legales no se ven limitados por esta garantía.
La garantía no alarga el periodo de garantía. Esto se aplica también a las
piezas sustituidas y reparadas.
Los daños y desperfectos presentes en el momento de realizar la compra deben
notifi carse inmediatamente después de desembalar el producto, como muy tarde
dos días después de la fecha de compra.
Fuera del periodo de garantía, las reparaciones tienen un coste económico.

alimenti sottovuoto, in ambiente domestico privato e in quantità adeguata all'uso
domestico. Questo apparecchio non è previsto per l'impiego commerciale o
industriale e per l'uso continuato.
Un uso diverso o esulante da quanto sopra è considerato non conforme. Sono
escluse le rivendicazioni di qualsiasi genere in caso di danni derivanti da uso
non conforme. Il rischio è esclusivamente a carico dell'utente.

Sicurezza
In questo capitolo sono riportate importanti indicazioni di sicurezza per l'uso
dell'apparecchio. Questo apparecchio corrisponde alle disposizioni di sicurezza
prescritte. L'uso non conforme può comportare danni a persone e a cose.
Avvertenze di sicurezza di base
Per l'uso sicuro dell'apparecchio, rispettare le seguenti avvertenze di sicurezza:
■ Controllare l'apparecchio prima dell'uso per rilevare eventuali danni visibili.
Non mettere in funzione un apparecchio danneggiato. Sussiste il pericolo
di folgorazione.
■ Fare eseguire le riparazioni solo da aziende specializzate o dall'assistenza
ai clienti. Le riparazioni eseguite in modo non conforme possono causare il
pericolo di lesioni per l'utente o di danni all'apparecchio.Inoltre, la garanzia
decade.
■ Far sostituire immediatamente il cavo di rete danneggiato dal centro di
assistenza clienti o dal personale specializzato autorizzato al fi ne di evitare
pericoli. In caso contrario sussiste il pericolo di folgorazione!
■ Non utilizzare mai l'apparecchio con un cavo di rete difettoso. Sussiste il
pericolo di folgorazione.
■ Non utilizzare alcuna prolunga o ciabatta che non corrisponda ai requisiti
obbligatori di sicurezza. Pericolo di scossa elettrica!
■ La presa deve essere facilmente accessibile, in modo da poter disconnettere
facilmente il cavo di rete in caso di necessità.
■ Questo apparecchio non è idoneo per il funzionamento continuato. Fare
raff reddare l'apparecchio per almeno 80 secondi dopo ogni procedimento
sottovuoto. In caso contrario, l'apparecchio potrebbe danneggiarsi irreparabilmente!
■ Non utilizzare un timer esterno né un sistema di telecomando separato per
azionare l'apparecchio.
■ Non lasciare mai l'apparecchio incustodito se è pronto per l'uso.
Dopo l'uso o in caso di interruzioni del lavoro, disinserire sempre la spina
dalla presa di rete, per evitare l'azionamento accidentale dell'apparecchio.
■ Questo apparecchio non è indicato per l'uso da parte di persone (inclusi
bambini) con limitate capacità fi siche, sensoriali o mentali o prive dell'esperienza e/o della conoscenza necessaria, a meno che tali persone non
vengano sorvegliate da un responsabile per la sicurezza o abbiano ricevuto
indicazioni sull'impiego dell'apparecchio.
■ Sorvegliare i bambini per assicurarsi che non giochino con l'apparecchio.
■ Non aprire mai l'alloggiamento dell'apparecchio! Sussiste il pericolo di
morte a causa di scossa elettrica!

Installazione e collegamento
Volume della fornitura e ispezione per eventuali danni
da trasporto
La fornitura standard dell'apparecchio comprende i seguenti componenti:

▯ 1 x pellicola tubolare in PE-HD (polietilene ad alta densità)
▯ Le presenti istruzioni per l'uso
AVVERTENZA
Controllare la completezza e integrità della fornitura in relazione ai danni

visibili.
► In caso di fornitura incompleta o in presenza di danni derivanti da imballag-
gio insuffi ciente o causati dal trasporto, rivolgersi alla Hotline di assistenza
(v. capitolo Assistenza).
Estrazione dalla confezione
♦ Rimuovere l'apparecchio, la pellicola tubolare e il manuale di istruzioni dal
cartone.
♦ Rimuovere completamente il materiale di imballaggio.
PERICOLO!
► Il materiale di imballaggio non dev'essere utilizzato dai bambini come
giocattolo. Pericolo di soff ocamento!

Smaltimento della confezione
L'imballaggio protegge l'apparecchio dai danni da trasporto. I materiali di
imballaggio sono stati selezionati in relazione alla loro ecocompatibilità e alle
caratteristiche di smaltimento, e pertanto sono riciclabili.
Il riciclo dell'imballaggio consente di risparmiare materie prime e riduce la generazione di rifi uti. Smaltire il materiale di imballaggio inutilizzato in conformità
alle norme vigenti localmente.
AVVERTENZA
Durante il periodo di validità della garanzia, se possibile, conservare

l'imballaggio originale, per poter imballare adeguatamente l'apparecchio
in caso di intervento in garanzia.

Requisiti del luogo di installazione
Per l'uso sicuro e privo di guasti dell'apparecchio, il luogo di installazione deve
adempiere ai seguenti requisiti:
■ Nell'installazione dell'apparecchio, collocare l'apparecchio su una superfi cie
solida, piana e orizzontale.
■ Non azionare l'apparecchio in un ambiente surriscaldato, umido o molto
bagnato o nelle vicinanze di materiale infi ammabile.
■ La presa deve essere facilmente accessibile, in modo da poter disconnettere
facilmente il cavo di rete in caso di necessità.
Connessione elettrica
ATTENZIONE
Prima di collegare l'apparecchio, paragonare i dati di connessione (ten-
►
sione e frequenza) sull'etichetta con quelli della rete elettrica. Questi dati
devono corrispondere, per evitare di arrecare danni all'apparecchio.
► Assicurarsi che il cavo di rete dell'apparecchio sia privo di danni e non
venga collocato su superfi ci bollenti e/o angoli acuminati.
► Assicurarsi che durante il funzionamento il cavo di rete non venga teso o
piegato.
► Non fare pendere il cavo di rete sugli angoli (eff etto di inciampo).
♦ Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente.

Comandi e funzionamento
In questo capitolo sono riportate indicazioni importanti relative ai comandi e al
funzionamento dell'apparecchio.
Inserimento della pellicola tubolare
♦ Aprire il vano di inserimento del rotolo e inserirvi un rotolo di pellicola
tubolare.
♦ Rovesciare la guida del dispositivo di taglio all'indietro e tirare un
pezzo di pellicola tubolare fra la guida e il coperchio dell'apparecchio.
♦ Chiudere il vano di inserimento del rotolo e ricollocare la guida del
dispositivo di taglio nella posizione originaria.
Saldatura della pellicola tubolare
ATTENZIONE
Per la saldatura utilizzare solo pellicola di PEHD (polietilene ad alta densità
►
(high density)) o PE-LD (polietilene a bassa densità (low density).
► Lo spessore della pellicola deve essere compreso fra 30 e 50 μ (0,03 e
0,05 mm). In caso contrario, il fi lo di saldatura non si chiuderà e l'apparecchio potrebbe danneggiarsi. Le pellicole di questo tipo si riconoscono
in base ai dati riportati sull'imballaggio. A seconda del tipo e spessore
della pellicola, varia anche la qualità del fi lo di saldatura.
► Non riscaldare la pellicola acclusa, ad es. immergendola in acqua o altro.
Essa è idonea solo a temperature massime di 60° C.
♦ Estrarre la lunghezza di pellicola desiderata sotto la guida del dispositivo
di taglio .
♦ Premere verso il basso il dispositivo di taglio e spostarsi verso sinistra o
verso destra oltre la larghezza del sacchetto. Si otterrà un taglio pulito con
angoli diritti.

♦ Aprire il coperchio dell'apparecchio, premendo verso l'alto i dispositivi di
sblocco del coperchio .
♦ Collocare un'apertura del sacchetto sul fi lo di saldatura . Per assicurarsi
che il sacchetto sia fi ssato e non scivoli, collocare l'estremità del sacchetto
sotto la bocchetta di aspirazione . A tale scopo è possibile sollevarla
leggermente. Il sacchetto deve sporgere nell'apparecchio fi no alle marcature
contrassegnate con "Seal".
AVVERTENZA
►
L'apertura del sacchetto deve poggiare piatta sul fi lo di saldatura .
In caso contrario, la saldatura non funzionerà correttamente.
♦ Chiudere il coperchio dell'apparecchio e premere il tasto di sigillatura
con entrambe le mani. La spia di indicazione si accende.

♦ Tenere il tasto di sigillatura premuto fi no a quando la spia di indicazione
non si spegne nuovamente.

ATTENZIONE
Se la spia di controllo non si spegne dopo massimo 10 secondi, signifi ca che l'apparecchio è guasto!
► Staccare subito la spina dalla presa di corrente. Non tentare di riparare
l'apparecchio autonomamente. Rivolgersi al servizio clienti.
♦ Aprire il coperchio dell'apparecchio e rimuovere il sacchetto. Esso sarà
quindi saldato a un'estremità.
AVVERTENZA
Assicurarsi che il fi lo di saldatura sia stato eseguito correttamente. Un fi lo
►
di saldatura corretto deve avere una striscia piatta priva di pieghe.
♦ Riempire il sacchetto. Si devono lasciare liberi almeno 6 cm di sacchetto
dall'estremità da saldare.
ATTENZIONE
Riempire il sacchetto in modo da impedire la fuoriuscita di resti di alimenti
►
o liquidi nell'apparecchio all'atto della sigillatura.
♦ Se non si desidera ottenere il sottovuoto del sacchetto, saldare il lato ancora
aperto.
Funzione sottovuoto per la pellicola tubolare
All'atto della sigillatura è possibile estrarre al contempo l'aria dal sacchetto
(sottovuoto):
ATTENZIONE
Non eseguire tale operazione con sacchetti contenenti liquido. Il liquido
►
potrebbe fi nire nell'apparecchio e danneggiarlo.

♦ Inserire l'estremità aperta del sacchetto intorno alla bocchetta di aspirazione .
A tale scopo è possibile sollevarla leggermente. Il sacchetto in tal caso deve
sporgere nell'apparecchio fi no alle marcature contrassegnate con "Vacuum".

AVVERTENZA
L'apertura del sacchetto deve essere poggiata piatta sulla bocchetta di

aspirazione e sul fi lo di saldatura . In caso contrario, la funzione
sottovuoto e la saldatura non funzioneranno correttamente.
♦ Chiudere il coperchio dell'apparecchio e premere saldamente da entrambi i
lati con entrambe le mani. In tal caso non premere sul tasto di sigillatura .
L'aria viene quindi aspirata dal sacchetto.
♦ Non appena l’aria è stata aspirata dal sacchetto, premere e tenere premuto
con entrambe le mani il tasto di sigillatura

PERICOLO!
Pericolo di morte a causa di scossa elettrica!
► Prima di cominciare con la pulizia, staccare sempre la spina dalla presa.
► Impedire la penetrazione di umidità nell'apparecchio durante la pulizia.
ATTENZIONE
Possibile danneggiamento dell'apparecchio.
► Non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi o abrasivi, che potrebbero danneggiare
la superfi cie dell'alloggiamento dell'apparecchio.
► Non utilizzare oggetti duri o taglienti per rimuovere i resti incollati dal fi lo
di saldatura . In caso contrario, il fi lo di saldatura o la guarnizione
potrebbero danneggiarsi.

Pulizia dell'apparecchio
♦ Pulire la superfi cie dell'alloggiamento con un panno leggermente inumidito e
un detergente delicato.
♦ Rimuovere cautamente i resti incollati dal fi lo di saldatura con l'unghia.
Pulizia del contenitore di raccolta
In caso di involontaria aspirazione di resti di alimenti durante l'operazione di
sottovuoto un contenitore di raccolta
lire il contenitore di raccolta non appena le tracce di sporco diventano visibili:
♦ Aprire il coperchio dell'apparecchio e montare la bocchetta di aspirazione .
♦ Estrarre il contenitore di raccolta dall'apparecchio tirando cautamente
dalle maniglie laterali.
♦ Pulirlo in acqua saponata tiepida e farlo quindi asciugare bene.
♦ Ricollocare il contenitore di raccolta al suo posto e richiudere la bocchetta
di aspirazione .
Conservazione
L'apparecchio possiede un dispositivo integrato di avvolgimento del cavo sul lato
inferiore dell'alloggiamento, con il quale si può avvolgere il cavo di rete quando
non si utilizza l'apparecchio. In tal modo si evita che il cavo venga schiacciato o
imbrattato o resti appeso, diventando fonte di pericolo.
♦ Collocare l'apparecchio in un luogo fresco e asciutto privo di irradiazione
solare diretta.

Smaltimento
Non smaltire mai l'apparecchio insieme ai normali rifi uti domestici.
Questo prodotto è soggetto alla Direttiva europea 2002/96/

più vicino. Solo in tal modo è possibile garantire una spedizione gratuita della

You have clearly decided in favour of a modern and high-quality product. These
operating instructions are a part of this product. They contain important information in regard to safety, use and disposal. Before using the product, familiarise
yourself with all of these operating and safety instructions. Use the product only
as described and only for the specifi ed areas of application. In addition, pass

Intended use
This plastic fi lm sealer is intended for the occasional vacuum-packing of food in
typical household quantities and only for private household use. This appliance
is not intended for commercial or industrial applications or for continuous operation.
This appliance is not intended for any other use or for uses beyond those mentioned. Claims of any kind for damage resulting from unintended use will not be
accepted. The user alone bears liability.

Safety
In this chapter you receive important safety information regarding the handling
of the appliance. This appliance complies with the statutory safety regulations.
Incorrect usage can lead to personal injury and property damage.
Basic Safety Instructions
For safe handling of the appliance observe the following safety information:
■ Before use check the appliance for visible external damage. Do not put
into operation an appliance that is damaged. There will be a risk of a fatal
electrical shock.
■ Repairs should only be carried out by authorised specialist companies or by
the Customer Services department. Incompetent repairs may result in injury
to the user or damage to the appliance. In addition warranty claims become
void.
■ To avoid risks, arrange for a defective power cable to be replaced by qualifi ed
technicians or our Customer Service Department. Otherwise there will be a
risk of receiving an electric shock!
■ NEVER use the appliance with a defective power cable. There will be a risk
of a fatal electrical shock.
■ Do not use extension cables or power socket strips that do not meet the
required safety standards. Risk of electic shock!
■ The mains power socket must be easily accessible, so that the power cable
can be easily disconnected in the event of an emergency.
■ This appliance is not suitable for continuous use over long periods. Let the
appliance cool down for minimum 80 seconds after each vacuum process.
The appliance could otherwise be irreparably damaged!
■ Do not use an external timing switch or a separate remote control system to
operate the appliance.
■ Do not leave the appliance unsupervised when it is ready for use.
To avoid it being switched on accidentally, always unplug the appliance
after use or during breaks.
■ This appliance is not intended for use by individuals (including children)
with restricted physical, physiological or intellectual abilities or defi ciences
in experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or receive from this person instruction in how the
appliance is to be used.
■ Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the ap-
pliance.
■ Never open the appliance housing! There is a risk of receiving a potentially
fatal electric shock!

Setting up and connecting to the power supply
Items delivered and transport inspection
The appliance is delivered with the following components as standard:

NOTICE
Check the contents to make sure everything is there and for visible damage.

► If the contents are not complete or are damaged due to defective packaging
or through transportation, contact the service hotline (see chapter Service).
Unpacking
♦ Remove the appliance, the tube fi lm and the operating instructions from the
carton.
♦ Remove all packing material.
DANGER
► Packaging material should not be used as a play thing by children. There is
a risk of suff ocation!
Disposal of the packaging
The packaging protects the appliance from transport damage. The packaging
materials are selected from the point of view of their environmental friendliness
and disposal technology and are therefore recyclable.
The recirculation of packaging into the material circuit saves on raw material and
reduces the amount of waste generated. Dispose of packaging material that is
no longer needed as per the regionally established regulations.

Requirements on the installation site
For safe and fl awless operation of the appliance, the installation site must comply
with the following requirements:
■ When setting it up, place the appliance on a fi rm, fl at and horizontal
surface.
■ Do not operate the appliance in a hot, wet or very humid environment or
close to combustible material.
■ The mains power socket must be easily accessible, so that the power cable
can be easily disconnected in the event of an emergency.
Electrical connection
IMPORTANT
Before you connect the appliance, compare the connection data (voltage
►
and frequency) on the data plate with that of your mains power network.
This data must match in order to avoid any damage to the appliance.
► Ensure that the power cable is undamaged and is not routed over hot
surfaces and/or sharp edges.
► Ensure that the power cable is not taut or kinked.
► Do not let the power cable hang over edges (trip wire eff ect).
♦ Insert the plug into a mains power socket.

Handling and operation
In this chapter you receive important information for the handling and operation
of the appliance.
Inserting the tube fi lm
♦ Open the roll storage compartment and insert a roll of tubular fi lm.
♦ Fold the guide rail of the cutting device to the rear and pull a piece
of tube fi lm through between the guide rail and the appliance lid.
♦ Close the roll storage compartment and fold the guide rail of the
cutting device
Sealing the tube fi lm
IMPORTANT
For sealing use only fi lm made from HDPE (high density polyethylene) and
►
LDPE (low density polyethylene).
► The foil thickness must be between 30-50 μ (0.03 - 0.05 mm). Otherwise,
the sealing seam will not be tight and the appliance could be damaged.
You can identify fi lms of this kind from the markings on the packaging. The
quality of the seal varies depending on the type and thickness of the fi lm.
► Do not heat the supplied fi lm, for example in a water-bath or similar. It is
construed for temperatures up to a maximum of 60°C.
♦ Pull out the desired length of fi lm under the guide rail of the cutting
device .
♦ Press down on the cutting device and then slide it to the left or right over
the bag width. You get a clean cut with straight-cut corners.

♦ Open the appliance lid by pressing the lid releases to the top.
♦ Place a bag opening on the sealing wire . To ensure that the bag is fi xed
in place and does not slip, place the end of the bag below the suction connectors
the marking "Seal", which is marked on the appliance.
NOTICE
►
The bag opening must lie smoothly on the sealing wire . Otherwise, the
sealing does not function properly.
♦ Close the appliance lid and, using both hands, press the sealing button .
The indication lamp glows.
. For this you can lift them slightly. The bag needs to extend up to

♦ Hold the sealing button pressed down until the indication lamp
extinguishes.

IMPORTANT
If the indication lamp does not extinguish after 10 seconds
at the most, the appliance is defective!
► Immediately remove the plug from the mains power socket. Do not attempt
to repair the appliance yourself. In this case, contact Customer Services.
♦ Open the appliance lid and remove the bag. This is now sealed at one end.
NOTICE
Check to ensure that the sealing seam is in order. A correct sealing seam
►
should be a smooth, straight strip without folds.
♦ Fill the bag. You must leave at least 6 cm free to the bag-edge that is to be
sealed.
IMPORTANT
Fill the bags in such a way that, under no circumstances, food remnants or
►
fl uids can run out of the bag when sealing it and permeate into the appliance.
♦ If you do not want to vacuum seal the bag you can now seal the open side.
Vacuuming the tube fi lm
When sealing, you can at the same time extract the air from the bag (vacuuming):
IMPORTANT
Do NOT vacuum bags in which there are liquids. They will permeate into
►
the appliance and damage it.
♦ Place the open end of the bag around the suction connectors . For
this you can lift them slightly. The bag needs to extend up to the marking
"Vacuum", which is marked on the appliance.

Cleaning
The bag opening must lie smoothly against the suction connectors and

the sealing wire
properly.
♦ Close the appliance lid and then press it down fi rmly on both sides and with
both hands. Thereby, do NOT press the sealing button . The air is now
being sucked from the bag.
♦ As soon as the air has been sucked from the bag, press and hold the sealing
button with both hands, as already described, and seal the bag. The
vacuuming does not stop automatically!
. If it does not, the vacuuming and sealing will not work

Risk of potentially fatal electrical shock!
► Remove the plug from the mains power socket before beginning to clean
the appliance.
► Ensure that moisture cannot permeate into the appliance during cleaning.
IMPORTANT
Possible damage to the appliance.
► Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaners as they may damage the
surface of the housing.
► Do not use hard or sharp objects to remove the glue residues from the
sealing wire . If you do, the sealing wire or the isolation could be
damaged.

Cleaning the appliance
♦ Clean the housing of the appliance only with a lightly moistened cloth and a
mild detergent.
♦ Remove glue residue from the sealing wire gently with your fi ngernail.
Cleaning the collection container
Should food remnants be unintentionally sucked in when vacuuming, the collection container protects the appliance from damage. Clean the collection
container , as soon as contamination is visible:
♦ Open the appliance lid and lift the suction connectors up.
♦ Carefully pull the collection container out of the appliance by using the
side handles to pull it.
♦ Clean it in lukewarm washing-up water and then allow it to dry well.
♦ Replace the collection container back into the appliance and fold the
suction connectors down.
Storage
The appliance has a built-in cable winder on the underside of the housing, on
which you can wrap the power cable when it is not in use. This prevents the
power cable from being pinched, damaged or soiled, and it cannot become
a source of danger by hanging loosely down.
♦ Store the appliance in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Disposal
Do not dispose of this appliance with your normal household
waste. This product is subject to the provisions of the European
Directive 2002/96/EC-WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment).
Dispose of the appliance through an approved disposal centre or at your community waste facility. Observe the currently applicable regulations. In case of
doubt, please contact your waste disposal centre.

appliance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before
delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the case of a warranty claim,
please make contact by telephone with our service department. Only in this way
can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.

This appliance is intended for domestic use only, NOT for commercial purposes.
If this product has been subjected to improper or inappropriate handling, abuse,
or modifi cations not carried out by one of our authorised sales and service
outlets, the warranty will be considered void.

Dieses Gerät ist ausschließlich für das gelegentliche Einschweißen und
Vakuumieren von Lebensmitteln in haushaltsüblichen Mengen und nur im privaten
Hausgebrauch vorgesehen. Dieses Gerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen oder
industriellen Einsatz und nicht für den Dauereinsatz bestimmt.
Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Ansprüche jeglicher Art wegen Schäden aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer

Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch kann zu Personen- und Sachschäden führen.
Grundlegende Sicherheitshinweise
Beachten Sie für einen sicheren Umgang mit dem Gerät die folgenden
Sicherheitshinweise:
■ Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor der Verwendung auf äußere sichtbare
Schäden. Nehmen Sie ein beschädigtes Gerät nicht in Betrieb. Es besteht
Stromschlaggefahr.
■ Lassen Sie Reparaturen am Gerät nur von autorisierten Fachbetrieben oder
dem Kundenservice durchführen. Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können
Verletzungsgefahren für den Benutzer entstehen oder das Gerät wird beschädigt.
Zudem erlischt der Garantieanspruch.
■ Bei Beschädigung des Netzkabels lassen Sie dieses von autorisiertem Fachper-
sonal oder dem Kundenservice austauschen, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
Ansonsten besteht Stromschlaggefahr!
■ Benutzen Sie das Gerät niemals mit einem fehlerhaftem Netzkabel. Es besteht
Stromschlaggefahr.
■ Benutzen Sie keine Verlängerungskabel oder Steckdosenleisten, die nicht den
erforderlichen Sicherheitsbestimmungen entsprechen. Stromschlaggefahr!
■ Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich sein, so dass das Netzkabel im notfalls
leicht abgezogen werden kann.
■ Das Gerät ist nicht für den Dauerbetrieb geeignet. Lassen Sie das Gerät nach
jedem Vakuumiervorgang min. 80 Sekunden abkühlen. Ansonsten kann das
Gerät irreparabel beschädigt werden!
■ Benutzen Sie keine externe Zeitschaltuhr oder ein separates Fernwirksystem,
um das Gerät zu betreiben.
■ Lassen Sie das Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt, wenn es betriebsbereit ist.
Ziehen Sie nach Gebrauch oder bei Arbeitsunterbrechungen stets den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, um versehentliches Einschalten zu vermeiden.
■ Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen (einschließlich Kinder)
mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder

Auspacken
♦ Entnehmen Sie das Gerät, die Schlauchfolie und die Bedienungsanleitung
aus dem Karton.
♦ Entfernen Sie sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial.
GEFAHR
► Verpackungsmaterialien dürfen nicht zum Spielen von Kindern verwendet
werden. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr.
Entsorgung der Verpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoff e und
verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.

Heben Sie wenn möglich die Originalverpackung während der Garantiezeit

Anforderungen an den Aufstellort
Für einen sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb des Gerätes muss der Aufstellort
folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:
■ Bei Aufstellung des Gerätes das Gerät auf eine feste, fl ache und
waagerechte Unterlage stellen.
■ Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in einer heißen, nassen oder sehr feuchten
Umgebung oder in der Nähe von brennbarem Material.
■ Die Steckdose muss leicht zugänglich sein, so dass das Netzkabel notfalls
leicht abgezogen werden kann.
Elektrischer Anschluss
ACHTUNG
Vergleichen Sie vor dem Anschließen des Gerätes die Anschlussdaten
►
(Spannung und Frequenz) auf dem Typenschild mit denen Ihres Elektronetzes.
Diese Daten müssen übereinstimmen, damit keine Schäden am Gerät auftreten.
► Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Netzkabel des Gerätes unbeschädigt ist
und nicht über heiße Flächen und/oder scharfe Kanten verlegt wird.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass das Netzkabel nicht straff gespannt oder geknickt
wird.
► Lassen Sie das Netzkabel nicht über Ecken hängen (Stolperdrahteff ekt).
♦ Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Netzsteckdose.

Bedienung und Betrieb
In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zur Bedienung und zum Betrieb
des Gerätes.
Schlauchfolie einlegen
♦ Öff nen Sie das Rollenablagefach und legen Sie eine Rolle Schlauchfolie ein.
♦ Klappen Sie die Führungsschiene der Schneidvorrichtung nach hinten
auf und ziehen Sie ein Stück Schlauchfolie zwischen der Führungsschiene
und dem Gerätedeckel hindurch.
♦ Schließen Sie das Rollenablagefach und klappen die Führungsschiene
der Schneidvorrichtung wieder herunter.
Schlauchfolie verschweißen
ACHTUNG
Benutzen Sie zum Verschweißen nur Folie aus PEHD (Polyethylen high
►
density (hohe Dichte)) oder PE-LD (Polyethylen low density (niedrige Dichte)).
► Die Folienstärke muss 30 - 50 μ (0,03 - 0,05 mm) betragen. Ansonsten
wird die Schweißnaht nicht dicht und das Gerät kann beschädigt werden.
Sie erkennen Folien dieser Art an den Angaben auf der Verpackung. Je
nach Art und Stärke der Folie variiert die Qualität der Schweißnaht.
► Erhitzen Sie die mitgelieferte Folie nicht, z.B. im Wasserbad o.ä.. Sie ist nur
für Temperaturen bis max. 60°C ausgelegt.
♦ Ziehen Sie die gewünschte Länge der Folie unter der Führungsschiene
der Schneidvorrichtung hervor.
♦ Drücken Sie die Schneidvorrichtung herunter und fahren Sie nach links
oder rechts über die Beutelbreite. Sie erhalten einen sauberen Schnitt mit
gerade geschnittenen Ecken.

♦ Öff nen Sie den Gerätedeckel, indem Sie die Deckelentriegelungen nach
oben drücken.
♦ Legen Sie eine Beutelöff nung auf den Schweißdraht . Damit der Beutel
fi xiert ist und nicht verrutscht, legen Sie das Ende des Beutels unter den
Absaugstutzen
bis zu den mit „Seal“ gekennzeichneten Markierungen im Gerät ragen.
HINWEIS
►
Die Beutelöff nung muss glatt auf dem Schweißdraht liegen. Ansonsten
funktioniert das Verschweißen nicht richtig.
♦ Schließen Sie den Gerätedeckel und drücken Sie mit beiden Händen die
Versiegelungstaste
. Diesen können Sie dafür leicht anheben. Der Beutel muss

♦ Halten Sie die Versiegelungstaste solange gedrückt, bis die
Indikationsleuchte wieder erlischt.

Wenn die Indikationsleuchte nach spätestens 10 Sekunden
nicht erlischt, liegt ein Defekt des Gerätes vor!
► Ziehen Sie sofort den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose. Versuchen Sie
nicht, das Gerät selber zu reparieren. Wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst.
♦ Öff nen Sie den Gerätedeckel und entnehmen Sie den Beutel. Dieser ist nun
an einem Ende verschweißt.
HINWEIS
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Schweißnaht ordnungsgemäß ist. Eine korrekte
►
Schweißnaht soll ein glatter, gerader Streifen ohne Falten sein.
♦ Befü llen Sie den Beutel. Sie müssen mindestens 6 cm Beutel bis zur
verschweißenden Kante frei lassen.
ACHTUNG
Befüllen Sie den Beutel so, dass auf keinen Fall Lebensmittelreste oder
►
Flüssigkeiten beim Verschweißen herauslaufen und in das Gerät gelangen
können.
♦ Wenn Sie den Beutel nicht vakuumieren wollen, verschweißen Sie nun die
andere off ene Seite.

Sie können beim Verschweißen auch die Luft aus dem Beutel saugen (vakuumieren):

Vakuumieren Sie keine Beutel, in denen sich Flüssigkeiten befi nden. Diese

gelangen dann in das Gerät und beschädigen dieses.
♦ Stülpen Sie das off ene Ende des Beutels rund um den Absaugstutzen .
Diesen können Sie dafür leicht anheben. Der Beutel muss dabei bis zu den
mit „Vacuum“ gekennzeichneten Markierungen im Gerät ragen.

beiden Händen kräftig herunter. Drücken Sie dabei nicht auf die Versiege-
lungstaste . Die Luft wird nun aus dem Beutel gesaugt.
♦ Sobald die Luft aus dem Beutel gesaugt wurde, drücken und halten Sie mit
beiden Händen die Versiegelungstaste , wie zuvor beschrieben, um den
Beutel zu verschweißen. Das Vakuumieren stoppt nicht automatisch, sobald
die Luft abgesaugt wurde!
Reinigung

Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Strom!
► Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie mit der Reinigung
beginnen.
► Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Reinigung keine Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät
eindringt.
ACHTUNG
Mögliche Beschädigung des Gerätes.
► Verwenden Sie keine aggressiven oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel, da
diese die Gehäuseoberfl äche angreifen können.
► Verwenden Sie keine harten oder scharfen Gegenstände, um die
Klebereste vom Schweißdraht zu entfernen. Andernfalls können der
Schweißdraht oder die Isolierung beschädigt werden.

Gerät reinigen
♦ Reinigen Sie die Gehäuseberfl äche mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch und einem
milden Spülmittel.
♦ Entfernen Sie Klebereste vom Schweißdraht vorsichtig mit dem
Fingernagel.

Wenn beim Vakuumieren versehentlich Lebensmittelreste angesaugt werden,

♦ Ziehen Sie den Auff angbehälter an den seitlichen Griff en vorsichtig aus
dem Gerät heraus.
♦ Reinigen Sie ihn in lauwarmem Spülwasser und lassen Sie ihn anschließend
gut trocknen.
♦ Setzen Sie den Auff angbehälter wieder ein und klappen Sie den
Absaugstutzen herunter.
Aufbewahrung
Das Gerät hat eine integrierte Kabelaufwicklung an der Gehäuseunterseite, auf
die Sie das Netzkabel bei Nichtgebrauch aufwickeln können. Dadurch vermeiden Sie, dass das Netzkabel eingeklemmt, verschmutzt oder durch das lose
Herabhängen zur Gefahrenquelle wird.
♦ Lagern Sie das Gerät an einem sauberen, trockenen Ort ohne direkte
Sonneneinstrahlung.
