DESIGNED FOR POWERFUL SURVEILLANCE
The DCS-3110 Megapixel Network Camera is designed for business use. A 1.3 megapixel progressive scan CMOS sensor enables capture of high-resolution
images on a wide coverage area, making it suitable for sensitive motion detection as an indoor/outdoor security solution. The DCS-3110 uses its SoC (systemon-chip) to provide high quality real-time video compression in MPEG-4 and Motion JPEG formats. Furthermore, this camera supports MPEG4 multicast
streaming, letting users view content by subscribing to a multicast IP address on the network. The DCS-3110 can also be connected to a variety of external
devices such as IR-sensors, switches and alarm relays making it an ideal solution for high quality viewing and reliable recording during the day or night.
WATCH LIVE VIDEOS FROM A 3G DEVICE
The live camera feed of the camera can be pulled from the 3G cellular network by using a compatible cell phone or PDA with a 3G video player. Users are
offered a flexible and convenient way to remotely monitor a home or office in real time, anywhere within the 3GPP service area.
EASY TO SETUP WITH WIRED PoE ACCESS
For effective surveillance in and around a building, the DCS-3110 comes with a built-in 802.3af compliant Power Over Ethernet (PoE) module for flexible deployment.
It can connect directly to a PoE Ethernet switch without the need for a power cable, providing users the freedom to place the camera anywhere they want,
including high walls and hard to see locations.
SMART & EASY TO USE
D-Link’s D-ViewCam software allows you to view up to 32 cameras on a single computer screen at one central location. Users can set up automated e-mail alerts
and be instantly informed of unusual activities. In addition, this network camera supports the universal plug-n-play feature, which allows computers running on
Windows 2000/XP/Vista to automatically recognize the camera and add it to the network. Sign up with one of the free Dynamic DNS services available on the web,
to assign a name and domain to the camera (e.g.mycamera.dlinkddns.com). This allows users to remotely access the camera without having to remember the IP
address.

WHAT THIS PRODUCT DOES
The DCS-3110 Megapixel PoE Network Camera
includes a 1.3 mega-pixel progressive scan CMOS
sensor capable of capturing high-resolution images
in a three times larger coverage area, making it
significantly better than an analog CCTV camera
with the motion JPEG stream. The DCS-3110 can
effectively reduce motion blur and distorted, jagged
edges of recorded images and is useable for both
day and night applications. In addition, it supports
MPEG4 multicast streaming, a bandwidth efficient
way of providing streaming content to multiple
users through an IP address subscription, as well
as simultaneous dual streaming for live monitoring
and recording. The DCS-3110 comes with a built-
in 802.3af compliant PoE module for easy setup
and flexible placement in an indoor or outdoor
surveillance site.
REMOTE MONITORING OPTION
The DCS-3110 features 3G mobile video support,
enabling you to view a live video feed from your
camera on a compatible 3G mobile phone or PDA
anywhere in your 3G coverage area. The 3G mobile
video support allows you to monitor from a remote
location without using a computer or an Internet
connection. D-Link’s D-ViewCam software is
also included to let you manage up to 32 cameras
simultaneously from your computer, automatically
receive e-mail alerts and record video to your hard
drive and network storage when motion is detected.
