Drucken von Dokumenten über Ihren Computer

In diesem Abschnitt wird die Vorgehensweise für das Drucken von Dokumenten und Bildern über den Computer beschrieben.

1.Öffnen Sie die Abdeckung des hinteren Fachs (A). Ziehen Sie die Papierstütze (B) gerade nach oben und klappen Sie sie zurück.

2.Öffnen Sie die Abdeckung für den Einzugsschacht (C).

3.Schieben Sie die rechte Papierführung (D), um beide Papierführungen zu öffnen.

4.Legen Sie den Papierstapel im Hochformat MIT ZU BEDRUCKENDEN SEITE NACH OBEN ein.

5.Schieben Sie die rechte Papierführung (D), sodass sie an beiden Seiten des Papierstapels ausgerichtet ist.

Achten Sie darauf, dass die Papierführungen nicht zu eng am Papier anliegen. Andernfalls kommt es möglicherweise zu Fehleinzügen.

6.Schließen Sie die Abdeckung des Einzugsschachts (C) vorsichtig.

Wichtig

•Wenn die Abdeckung für den Einzugsschacht geöffnet ist, kann kein Papier zugeführt werden. Schließen Sie Abdeckung des Einzugsschachts.

7.Ziehen Sie das Papierausgabefach (E) heraus und öffnen Sie die Verlängerung des Ausgabefachs (F).

8. Öffnen Sie auf Ihrem Computer Dokumente oder Bilder, die Sie drucken möchten.

Die mit den Bildern und Dokumenten verknüpfte Anwendungssoftware wird gestartet.

9.Wählen Sie Drucken (Print) im Menü der Anwendungssoftware aus.

10.Legen Sie das Papierformat, den Papiertyp usw. gemäß dem eingelegten Papier fest.
