Introducción

Ha adquirido un producto de alta calidad. Las
instrucciones de uso forman parte del producto y
contienen indicaciones importantes acerca de la
seguridad, el uso y el desecho de este aparato.
Antes de usar el producto, familiarícese con todas
las indicaciones de manejo y de seguridad. Utilice
el producto únicamente como se describe y para
los ámbitos de aplicación indicados. Entregue todos los documentos cuando transfi era el producto
a terceros.
Uso previsto
Este aparato se ha diseñado exclusivamente para
el espumado de leche, salsas, batidos u otros
alimentos líquidos. Este aparato está previsto
exclusivamente para su uso doméstico privado.
No lo utilice con fi nes comerciales.

Compruebe la integridad del volumen de suministro
inmediatamente después de desembalar el producto.
Retire todo el material de embalaje y las láminas
del aparato.

Indicaciones de seguridad para la
manipulación de pilas:
► No arroje las pilas al fuego. No
vuelva a cargar las pilas. ¡Existe
riesgo de explosión y de lesiones!
► No abra, estañe ni suelde las
pilas. ¡Existe riesgo de explosión
y de lesiones!
► Compruebe las pilas de forma re-
gular. Las pilas con fugas pueden
ocasionar daños al aparato.
► Si no pretende utilizar el aparato
durante un periodo de tiempo
prolongado, extraiga las pilas.
► Si las pilas tienen fugas, utilice
guantes de protección. Limpie
el compartimento para pilas y
los contactos de las pilas con un
paño seco.
► Los niños no deben tener acceso
a las pilas, ya que podrían metérselas en la boca y tragarlas.
En caso de ingestión de una pila,
busque inmediatamente asistencia
médica.

► No sumerja el mango en agua ni
en otros líquidos. ¡De lo contrario,
provocaría daños irreparables en
el aparato!
► El aparato no puede entrar en
contacto con superfi cies calientes.
► No intente procesar alimentos
duros con el aparato.
Primer uso
Antes de poner el aparato en funcionamiento,
cerciórese de que se encuentre en perfecto estado.
En caso contrario, no deberá utilizarse.
1) Abra el compartimento para pilas 2
2) Coloque las pilas conforme a la polaridad que
se indica en el compartimento para pilas 2.
3) Cierre el compartimento para pilas 2. Asegúrese de que esté bien encajado.
4) Antes del primer uso, limpie el batidor 4 de
la manera descrita en el capítulo "Limpieza".

Empleo

1) Llene un recipiente alto con aprox. 1/3 del
líquido que desee espumar.
INDICACIONES
Para generar leche espumada caliente, la
►
leche no debe superar una temperatura de
60 ˚C. De lo contrario, no se puede espumar.
► Procure soltar siempre primero el botón de
encendido/apagado 1 antes de extraer
el batidor 4 del líquido. De lo contrario, se
producirían salpicaduras.
2) Mantenga el espumador de leche a una corta
distancia con respecto al fondo del recipiente.
3) Presione y mantenga pulsado el botón de encendido/apagado 1. El batidor 4 empieza
a girar. Ejecute movimientos lentos en círculo.
4) En cuanto se genere espuma, eleve ligeramente el aparato y manténgalo en la zona de la
capa de espuma.
5) En cuanto se espume la leche, suelte el botón
de encendido/apagado 1 para detener el
batidor 4.
6) Tras esto, extraiga el espumador de leche del
recipiente.
Cambio de las pilas
Si se aprecia que la potencia del aparato es notablemente más débil, deben cambiarse las pilas.
¡ATENCIÓN!
¡PELIGRO DE DAÑOS MATERIALES!
Utilice siempre pilas del mismo tipo (1,5 V, Mignon, AA, LR6) y no mezcle nunca pilas usadas
y nuevas.
1) Abra el compartimento para pilas 2.
2) Extraiga las pilas usadas.
3) Coloque las nuevas pilas conforme a la
polaridad que se indica en el compartimento
para pilas 2.
4) Cierre el compartimento para pilas 2.
Asegúrese de que esté bien encajado.
Limpieza
¡ATENCIÓN!
¡PELIGRO DE DAÑOS MATERIALES!
► No use productos de limpieza químicos,
abrasivos ni agresivos, ya que estos productos dañan la superfi cie del aparato.
¡No sumerja el mango 3 bajo el agua!
La humedad no debe penetrar en el
mango 3.
Limpie el aparato inmediatamente después de su
uso. De lo contrario, los restos incrustados son muy
difíciles de eliminar.
■ Limpie el batidor 4 con agua jabonosa. Para
ello, sumérjalo en agua jabonosa y pulse el
botón de encendido/apagado 1 de forma
que el batidor 4 se mueva bajo el agua. Suelte
el botón de encendido/apagado 1 y aclare el
batidor 4 con agua limpia.
INDICACIÓN
Si existen restos de suciedad incrustada en el
batidor 4, pueden limpiarse con un paño o con
un cepillo de limpieza.
■ Limpie el mango 3 con un paño húmedo. En
caso de suciedad incrustada, añada al paño
un producto de limpieza suave.
Almacenamiento
Si no pretende usar el espumador durante un
periodo prolongado, extraiga las pilas del compartimento para pilas 2.
Guarde el aparato en un lugar limpio y seco.

Desecho
Desecho del aparato
No deseche nunca el aparato
con la basura doméstica. Este
aparato está sujeto a la Directiva europea 2012/19/EU.
Deseche el aparato en un centro de residuos autorizado a través de las instalaciones de desecho de
residuos comunitarias. Observe las normas vigentes. En caso de duda, póngase en contacto con las
instalaciones municipales de desecho de residuos.
Desecho de las pilas/baterías
Las pilas/baterías no pueden
desecharse con la basura
doméstica.
Los consumidores están obligados legalmente a
entregar las pilas o baterías en un punto de
recogida de residuos de su municipio/barrio o
en un establecimiento.
Con esta obligación se consigue que las pilas o
baterías se desechen de forma respetuosa con el
medio ambiente. Devuelva las pilas exclusivamente
en estado descargado.
El embalaje consta de materiales ecoló-
gicos que pueden desecharse a través
de los centros de reciclaje locales.
Garantía y asistencia técnica
Este aparato tiene 3 años de garantía desde la
fecha de compra. El aparato ha sido fabricado
cuidadosamente y examinado en profundidad
antes de su entrega.
Guarde el comprobante de caja como justifi cante
de compra. Si necesitara hacer uso de la garantía,
póngase en contacto por teléfono con su punto de
servicio habitual. Este es el único modo de garantizar un envío gratuito.
La garantía cubre los defectos de fabricación o del
material, pero no los daños de transporte, las piezas de desgaste o los daños sufridos en las piezas
frágiles (p. ej., el interruptor o las pilas).
Este producto ha sido diseñado exclusivamente
para el uso particular y no para el uso industrial.
En caso de manipulación indebida e incorrecta,
uso de la fuerza y apertura del aparato por personas ajenas a nuestros centros de asistencia técnica
autorizados, la garantía pierde su validez.
Sus derechos legales no se ven limitados por
esta garantía. La duración de la garantía no se
prolonga por hacer uso de ella. Este principio rige
también para las piezas sustituidas y reparadas.
Si después de la compra del aparato, se detecta
la existencia de daños o de defectos al desembalarlo, deben notifi carse de inmediato o, como muy
tarde, dos días después de la fecha de compra.
Cualquier reparación que se realice una vez fi nalizado el plazo de garantía está sujeta a costes.

Recetas recomendadas

Wiener Melange (mezcla vienesa)
■ Vierta aprox. 125 ml de café solo e intenso en
una taza grande.
■ Espume aprox. 100 ml de leche y añada la
leche espumada hasta casi llenar la taza.
■ Si lo desea, puede añadir un poco de azúcar
al gusto.
Marocchino
■ Funda aprox. una cucharadita de chocolate con
leche.
■ Distribuya el chocolate fundido por la pared
interna de un vaso y añada un café expreso.
■ Espume un poco de leche y añada aprox. 3 o 4
cucharaditas de leche espumada.
■ Espolvoree la espuma con cacao en polvo.
Bebida chocolatada caliente
■ Espume brevemente la leche caliente.
■ Añada cacao en polvo o un producto de cacao
soluble a la leche y espúmelo todo.
■ Si lo desea, puede añadir un licor, p. ej., amaretto.
Bebida chocolatada con helado
■ Añada un producto de cacao soluble o sirope
de chocolate a la leche fría.
■ Espume la mezcla de leche y chocolate con el
espumador.
■ Añada una bola de helado de vainilla.
■ Vierta un poco de sirope de chocolate sobre el
helado.
Batido de leche
■ Vierta confi tura sin grumos o un sirope de frutas
en la leche fría.
■ Espume la mezcla con el espumador.

Il manuale di istruzioni è parte integrante del

presente prodotto. Esso contiene importanti indicazioni per la sicurezza, l'uso e lo smaltimento. Prima
di utilizzare il prodotto, familiarizzarsi con tutte le
indicazioni relative ai comandi e alla sicurezza.
Utilizzare l'apparecchio solo come descritto e per
i campi d'impiego indicati. In caso di cessione del
prodotto a terzi, consegnare anche tutta la documentazione relativa.

schiumare il latte, le salse, i frullati o altri alimenti
liquidi. Questo apparecchio è destinato esclusivamente all'uso in ambienti domestici. Non utilizzare
a fi ni commerciali.

ATTENZIONE! PILE!
Avvertenze sulla sicurezza per il
trattamento delle pile:
► Non gettare le pile nel fuoco.
Non ricaricare le pile. Pericolo di
esplosione e lesioni!
► Non aprire, saldare o fondere le
pile. Pericolo di esplosione e lesioni!
► Controllare regolarmente le pile. Le
pile deteriorate possono causare
danni all'apparecchio.
► Se non si utilizza l'apparecchio per
lungo tempo, rimuovere le pile.
► In presenza di pile deteriorate,
indossare guanti protettivi. Pulire
il vano pile e i contatti delle pile
con un panno asciutto.
► Impedire ai bambini di impossessar-
si delle pile. I bambini potrebbero
metterle in bocca e ingerirle. In
caso di ingestione di una pila,
consultare immediatamente un
medico.
ATTENZIONE! DANNI MATERIALI!
Evitare la penetrazione di corpi
►
estranei.
► Non immergere mai l'impugna-
tura in acqua o altri liquidi. Ciò
provocherebbe danni irreparabili
all'apparecchio!
► Non mettere l'apparecchio a con-
tatto con superfi ci surriscaldate.
► Non lavorare mai alimenti duri
con l'apparecchio.
Primo impiego
Prima di mettere in funzione l'apparecchio,
accertarsi che sia in condizioni perfette. In caso
contrario, non utilizzarlo.
1) Aprire il vano pile 2.
2) Inserire le pile nell'apposito vano 2 rispettando
la polarità.
3) Chiudere il vano pile 2.
4) Verifi care il corretto posizionamento del
coperchio.
5) Pulire prima del primo utilizzo il frullino 4
come descritto nel capitolo "Pulizia".

Impiego
1) Riempire un recipiente alto per ca. 1/3 con il
liquido da rendere schiumoso.
SUGGERIMENTI

Durante la preparazione della schiuma di
►
latte calda, il latte non deve superare una
temperatura di 60°C. Altrimenti non fa più
schiuma.
► Ricordarsi sempre di lasciar andare il tasto
on/off 1, prima di sollevare il frullino 4
dal liquido. In caso contrario, il liquido può
schizzare!
2) Tenere il montalatte a poca distanza dal fondo
del recipiente.
3) Premere e mantenere premuto il tasto on/off 1.
Il frullino 4 gira. Praticare lentamente dei
movimenti circolari.
4) Non appena si è formata la schiuma di latte,
sollevare leggermente l'apparecchio in modo
che si trovi sempre ancora nello strato di schiuma.
5) Se il latte è schiumato, lasciare il tasto on/
off 1 per fermare il frullino 4.
6) Estrarre poi il montalatte dal recipiente.
Sostituzione delle pile
Se la potenza dell'apparecchio diventa chiaramente minore, occorre sostituire le pile.
ATTENZIONE! DANNI MATERIALI!
Utilizzare sempre pile dello stesso tipo (1,5 V,
Mignon, AA, LR6), e non utilizzare mai contemporaneamente pile nuove e vecchie.
1) Aprire il vano pile 2.
2) Rimuovere le pile scariche.
3) Inserire le pile nell'apposito vano 2 rispettando
la polarità.
4) Chiudere il vano pile 2. Verifi care il corretto
posizionamento del coperchio.

ATTENZIONE! DANNI MATERIALI!
Non utilizzare detergenti chimici, abrasivi
►
o aggressivi Essi attaccano la superfi cie
dell'apparecchio.
Non immergere mai l'impugnatura 3
nell'acqua! Provvedere a impedire che
entri del liquido nell'impugnatura 3.
L'ideale è pulire l'apparecchio subito dopo l'uso.
I residui secchi sono infatti diffi cili da rimuovere.
■ Pulire il frullino 4 con acqua. A tal fi ne tenerlo
nell'acqua e premere il tasto on/off 1, in modo
che il frullino 4 si muova nell'acqua di lavaggio.

Initial use
Before starting to use the appliance, check that it
is in fault-free condition. If it is not, it must not be
used.
1) Open the battery compartment 2
2) Insert the batteries as per the polarity diagram
in the battery compartment 2.
3) Close the battery compartment 2. Ensure
that the battery compartment cover is fi rmly in
place.
4) Before fi rst use, clean the whisk 4 as
described in the chapter "Cleaning".

Use
1) Fill a tall receptacle up to approx. 1/3 with the
fl uid to be frothed.
TIPS
When making hot milk froth, do not heat the
►
milk to more than 60°C. Otherwise, the milk

will not froth up properly.
► Remember to take your fi nger off the on/off
button 1 before lifting the whisk 4 out of
the liquid. Otherwise, you will spray liquid
everywhere!
2) Insert the milk frother to just above the bottom
of the receptacle.
3) Press and hold down the on/off button 1. The
whisk 4 starts to turn. Guide it in slow circular
movements.
4) As soon as the milk froth starts forming, lift the
appliance slightly so that it always in the froth
layer.
5) When the milk is frothy enough, let go of the
on/off button 1 to stop the whisk 4.
6) Lift the milk frother out of the receptacle.
Changing the batteries
When the appliance’s performance becomes noticeably weaker, the batteries must be exchanged.
ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!
Always use batteries of the same type (1.5 V,
Mignon, AA, LR6), and never use a new battery
and an old battery together.
1) Open the battery compartment 2
2) Remove the old batteries.
3) Insert the new batteries as per the polarity
diagram in the battery compartment 2.
4) Close the battery compartment 2. Ensure that
the battery compartment cover is fi rmly in place.
Cleaning
ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!
Do NOT use any chemical, abrasive or
►
aggressive cleaning agents. These could
damage the upper surfaces of the appliance.
Do not immerse the handle 3 in water!
Liquid must not be allowed to penetrate
the handle 3.
We recommend cleaning the appliance immediately
after each use. Dried-on residue can be very diffi cult
to remove.
■ Clean the whisk 4 in mild soapy water. To do
this, lower it into the washing up water and
press the on/off button 1 so that the whisk 4
moves in the washing up water. Let go of the
on/off button 1 and rinse the whisk 4 with
clean, fresh water.
NOTE
If any dirt residue remains on the whisk 4, you
can clean this off with a cloth or washing up brush.
■ Clean the handle 3 with a moist cloth. For stub-
born soiling use a mild detergent on the cloth.
Storage
Take the batteries out of the battery compartment 2
if you are not intending to use the milk frother for
an extended period of time.
Store the appliance at a clean and dry location.

Disposal of the appliance
Under no circumstances should
you dispose of the appliance
in the normal domestic waste.
This product is subject to the
provisions of European
Directive 2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance via an approved disposal
company or your municipal waste facility. Please
observe the currently applicable regulations.
Please contact your waste disposal centre if you
are in any doubt.
Disposal of batteries
This appliance is intended solely for private use

is deemed void if this product has been subjected
to improper or inappropriate handling, abuse or
modifi cations that were not carried out by one of
our authorised service centres.

Damage and defects present at the time of purchase
must be reported immediately after unpacking, or no
later than two days after the date of purchase.
Repairs made after expiry of the warranty period
are chargeable.

Recipe suggestions
Vienna Melange
■ Pour about 125 ml of strong black coff ee into
a large cup.
■ Froth up about 100 ml of milk and add as much
milk froth as is needed to fi ll the cup to just

little sugar.
Marocchino
■ Melt about a teaspoon of milk chocolate.
■ Spread the melted chocolate onto the inside
wall of a glass and pour an espresso in.
■ Make some milk froth and add 3 to 4 teaspoons
of milk froth to the coff ee.
■ Sprinkle a little cocoa powder onto the milk
froth.
Hot chocolate
■ Make some hot milk froth.
■ Add cocoa or drinking chocolate powder to
the milk and froth everything again.
■ If you like, you can add a liqueur such as
Amaretto.
Ice chocolate
■ Add some drinking chocolate powder or choco-
late syrup to cold milk.
■ Whisk the milk and chocolate mixture using the
milk frother.
■ Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
■ Pour a little chocolate syrup over the ice cream.
Milk shake
■ Add a little seedless jam or fruit syrup to some
cold milk.

Bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen, überzeugen Sie sich davon, dass es in einwandfreiem
Zustand ist. Andernfalls darf es nicht verwendet
werden.
1) Öff nen Sie das Batteriefach 2.
2) Legen Sie die Batterien gemäß der im Batteriefach 2 angegebenen Polarität ein.
3) Verschließen Sie das Batteriefach 2. Achten
Sie darauf, dass der Batteriefachdeckel fest
sitzt.
4) Reinigen Sie vor der ersten Verwendung den
Quirl 4 wie im Kapitel „Reinigung“ beschrieben.

Anwendung
1) Füllen Sie ein hohes Gefäß zu ca. 1/3 mit der
aufzuschäumenden Flüssigkeit.
HINWEISE
Bei der Herstellung von warmen Milch-

schaum, darf die Milch eine Temperatur von
60˚C nicht überschreiten. Ansonsten lässt sie
sich nicht aufschäumen.

► Denken Sie immer daran, erst die Ein-/Aus-
Taste 1 loszulassen, bevor Sie den Quirl 4
aus der Flüssigkeit heben. Ansonsten spritzt
die Flüssigkeit umher!
2) Halten Sie den Milchaufschäumer bis kurz
über den Boden des Gefäßes.
3) Drücken und halten Sie die Ein-/Aus-Taste 1.
Der Quirl 4 dreht sich. Führen Sie langsam
kreisende Bewegungen aus.
4) Sobald sich Milchschaum bildet, heben Sie
das Gerät leicht an, so dass es sich stets grade
noch in der Schaumschicht befi ndet.
5) Wenn die Milch aufgeschäumt ist, lassen Sie
die Ein-/Aus-Taste 1 los, um den Quirl 4 zu
stoppen.
6) Heben Sie dann erst den Milchaufschäumer
aus dem Gefäß heraus.
Wechseln der Batterien
Wenn die Leistung des Gerätes spürbar schwächer
wird, müssen Sie die Batterien wechseln.
ACHTUNG! SACHSCHADEN!
Verwenden Sie immer Batterien des gleichen
Typs (1,5 V, Mignon, AA, LR6) und niemals eine
frische und eine alte Batterie zusammen.
1) Öff nen Sie das Batteriefach 2.
2) Entnehmen Sie die alten Batterien.
3) Legen Sie neue Batterien gemäß der im Batteriefach 2 angegebenen Polarität ein.
4) Verschließen Sie das Batteriefach 2. Achten
Sie darauf, dass der Batteriefachdeckel fest sitzt.
Reinigung
ACHTUNG! SACHSCHADEN!
Benutzen Sie keine chemischen, scheuernden

oder aggressiven Reinigungsmittel. Diese
greifen die Oberfl äche des Gerätes an.
Tauchen Sie das Handteil 3 nicht unter
Wasser! Es darf keine Flüssigkeit in das
Handteil 3 gelangen.
Reinigen Sie das Gerät am Besten sofort nach
dem Gebrauch. Angetrocknete Reste lassen sich
ansonsten nur schwer entfernen.
■ Reinigen Sie den Quirl 4 in Spülwasser. Halten
Sie ihn dazu in das Spülwasser hinein und
drücken Sie die Ein-/Aus-Taste 1, so dass der
Quirl 4 sich im Spülwasser bewegt. Lassen Sie
die Ein-/Aus-Taste 1 los und spülen Sie den
Quirl 4 mit klarem Wasser ab.
HINWEIS
Sollten noch Schmutzreste am Quirl 4 haften,
können Sie diesen mit einem Tuch oder einer
Spülbürste vorsichtig reinigen.
■ Reinigen Sie das Handteil 3 mit einem feuchten
Tuch. Bei hartnäckigeren Verschmutzungen
geben Sie ein mildes Spülmittel auf das Tuch.
Aufbewahrung
Wenn Sie den Milchaufschäumer längere Zeit
nicht benutzen, nehmen Sie die Batterien aus dem
Batteriefach 2.
Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen und
sauberen Ort auf.

Gerät entsorgen
Werfen Sie das Gerät keines-
falls in den normalen Hausmüll.
Dieses Produkt unterliegt
der europäischen Richtlinie
2012/19/EU.
Entsorgen Sie das Gerät über einen zugelassenen
Entsorgungsbetrieb oder über Ihre kommunale
Entsorgungseinrichtung. Beachten Sie die aktuell
geltenden Vorschriften. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrer Entsorgungseinrichtung in Verbindung.
Batterien/Akkus entsorgen
Batterien/Akkus dürfen nicht
im Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
Jeder Verbraucher ist gesetzlich verpfl ichtet, Batterien /
Akkus bei einer Sammelstelle seiner Gemeinde /
seines Stadtteils oder im Handel abzugeben.
Diese Verpfl ichtung dient dazu, dass Batterien/Akkus einer umweltschonenden Entsorgung zugeführt
werden können. Geben Sie Batterien/Akkus nur im
entladenen Zustand zurück.
Die Verpackung besteht aus umwelt-
freundlichen Materialien, die Sie über
die örtlichen Recyclingstellen entsorgen
können.

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab
Kaufdatum. Das Gerät wurde sorgfältig produziert
und vor Anlieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.
Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon als Nachweis
für den Kauf auf. Bitte setzen Sie sich im Garantiefall mit Ihrer Servicestelle telefonisch in Verbindung.
Nur so kann eine kostenlose Einsendung Ihrer
Ware gewährleistet werden.
Die Garantieleistung gilt nur für Material- oder
Fabrikationsfehler, nicht aber für Transportschäden,
Verschleißteile oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter oder Akkus.
Das Produkt ist lediglich für den privaten und nicht
für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei
missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung,

Rezeptvorschläge
Wiener Melange
■ Geben Sie ca. 125 ml schwarzen, starken
Kaff ee in eine große Tasse.
■ Schäumen Sie ca. 100 ml Milch auf und geben
Sie soviel Milchschaum hinzu, so dass die große
Tasse bis kurz unter den Rand gefüllt ist.
■ Je nach persönlichem Geschmack können Sie

■ Schmelzen Sie ca. einen Teelöff el Vollmilchscho-
kolade.
■ Verteilen Sie die geschmolzene Schokolade an

■ Stellen Sie etwas Milchschaum her und geben
Sie ca. 3 - 4 Teelöff el Milchschaum hinzu.
■ Bestäuben Sie den Milchschaum mit Kakaopulver.
Heiße Schokolade
■ Schäumen Sie warme Milch kurz auf.
■ Geben Sie Kakao oder Trinkschokoladenpulver
in die Milch und schäumen Sie alles nocheinmal
auf.
■ Wenn Sie möchten, geben Sie noch einen Likör,
z.B. Amaretto, hinzu.
Eisschokolade
■ Geben Sie Trinkschokoladenpulver oder Schoko-
ladensirup in kalte Milch.
■ Schlagen Sie das Milch-Schokoladengemisch
mit dem Milchaufschäumer auf.
■ Geben Sie dann eine Kugel Vanilleeis hinzu.
■ Geben Sie etwas Schokoladensirup über das Eis.
Milchshake
■ Geben Sie kernlose Konfi türe oder einen
Fruchtsirup in kalte Milch.
