Il manuale di istruzioni è parte integrante del presente prodotto.
Esso contiene importanti note sulla sicurezza, sull’uso e sullo
smaltimento.
Prima di utilizzare il prodotto, acquisire dimestichezza con tutte le note relative ai
comandi e alla sicurezza. Utilizzare il prodotto solo come descritto e per i campi
d’impiego indicati. In caso di cessione del prodotto a terzi, consegnare anche
tutta la relativa documentazione.

Avvertenze di sicurezza
PERICOLO DI FOLGORAZIONE!
► Collegare l'apparecchio a una presa installata a norma con
tensione di rete di 220 - 240V ∼, 50 Hz.
► Scollegare il cavo di alimentazione dalla presa tirando
sempre dalla spina. Non tirare mai dal cavo stesso.
► Non piegare o schiacciare il cavo di alimentazione e posi-
zionarlo in modo che non venga calpestato o costituisca
intralcio.
► Al fine di evitare pericoli, fare sostituire immediatamente
spine o cavi danneggiati da personale specializzato autorizzato o dal centro di assistenza clienti.
► Assicurarsi che durante il funzionamento il cavo di alimenta-
zione non sia esposto all'acqua o all'umidità. Condurlo in
modo tale da impedire che si incastri o danneggi.
► In caso di anomalie del funzionamento staccare la spina
dalla presa.
► Prima di pulire l'apparecchio o sostituire gli accessori, disin-
serire la spina dalla presa.
► Utilizzare l'apparecchio solo con le mani asciutte e non
senza scarpe (non a piedi scalzi). In tal modo si riduce il
rischio di scosse elettriche in caso di guasti.
► Non immergere l'apparecchio in acqua o in altri liquidi.

► Per questo apparecchio usare solo gli accessori originali
consigliati dal produttore.
► Utilizzare l'apparecchio solo se montato correttamente e
completamente.
► L'apparecchio non deve venire utilizzato se è caduto, se
presenta danni visibili o se non è chiuso ermeticamente.
► Ad ogni interruzione o cessazione dell'uso e prima di ogni
pulizia staccare la spina dalla presa.

► Non infilare oggetti nelle aperture dell'apparecchio.
► Non utilizzare l'apparecchio con le aperture bloccate.
Mantenere le aperture libere da sporcizia, pelucchi, peli e
tutto ciò che possa ostacolare la circolazione dell'aria.
► Assicurarsi che l'apparecchio, il cavo di alimentazione o la
spina non vengano mai a contatto con sorgenti di calore
come piastre di cottura o fiamme libere.
► Non lasciare mai l'apparecchio incustodito durante l'uso.

Avvertenze di sicurezza fondamentali
Per un impiego sicuro dell'apparecchio, rispettare le seguenti
note relative alla sicurezza:
■ Prima dell'uso, controllare l'apparecchio per rilevare even-
tuali danni esterni visibili. Non mettere in funzione l'apparecchio se è danneggiato o nel caso in cui sia caduto.
■ Durante l'uso, tenere le porte e le finestre chiuse, per
consentire il funzionamento efficiente dell'apparecchio.
■ Non azionare l'apparecchio nelle vicinanze di gas o
materiali facilmente infiammabili, nelle vicinanze di fuochi
o in punti esposti a spruzzi di olio o acqua.
■ Questo apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini a
partire dagli 8 anni di età e da persone con capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali ridotte o insufficiente esperienza
o conoscenza, solo se sorvegliati o istruiti sull'uso sicuro
dell'apparecchio e qualora ne abbiano compreso i pericoli associati. I bambini non devono giocare con l'apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione a cura dell'utente
non devono essere eseguite da bambini, a meno che non
siano sorvegliati.

■ Fare eseguire le riparazioni solo da aziende specializzate
o dall'assistenza clienti. Le riparazioni effettuate in modo
non conforme possono causare gravi pericoli per l'utente.
■ Non esporre l'apparecchio alla pioggia. Proteggere
l'apparecchio dall'umidità e dalla penetrazione di liquidi e
oggetti nell'alloggiamento. Non collocare contenitori pieni
di acqua (per es. vasi) sull'apparecchio. L'apparecchio
potrebbe danneggiarsi irreparabilmente.
■ Non collocare oggetti pesanti sull'apparecchio.
■ Non coprire l'apparecchio (ad es. con giornali, cuscini o
coperte).
■ Evitare di esporre l'apparecchio alla radiazione solare
diretta.

■ Non collocare sorgenti di fiamme libere, come ad es.
candele accese sull'apparecchio o accanto ad esso.
■ In caso di guasti e in presenza di temporali, scollegare
sempre la spina dalla presa di rete.
■ Collocare l'apparecchio su una superficie solida, piana e
asciutta, per impedirne il ribaltamento.
■ Collocare l'apparecchio a una distanza minima di 20 cm
rispetto a pareti o altri oggetti. Osservare una distanza
minima di almeno 50 cm dalla parte superiore dell'apparecchio, al fine di garantire una buona circolazione
dell'aria.
■ Utilizzare l'apparecchio solo in ambienti con una superficie
di 15 mq e un'altezza massima di 2,4 m.

dimensione massima di 15 mq e un'altezza massima di 2,4 m (volume
ambiente massimo di 36 m).
► Inizialmente l'apparecchio emette un lieve odore di plastica durante l'uso, il
quale scompare dopo un certo tempo di utilizzo. Questo odore è dovuto ai
materiali utilizzati durante la produzione dell'apparecchio e non è nocivo
per la salute

Funzionamento dell’apparecchio
All’interno del purificatore d’aria è presente una ventola (ventilatore) con cui
l’aria ambiente viene aspirata nell’apparecchio e fatta passare attraverso un filtro di alta qualità.

Mediante la funzione ionica le particelle contenute nell'aria (atomi o molecole)
vengono caricate elettricamente (ionizzate) nel purificatore d'aria. Successivamente questi ioni vengono ceduti nell'aria ambiente tramite il ventilatore. Ciò fa sì
che gli ioni e le particelle con carica diversa si combinino nell'aria. Le particelle
cadono verso il basso e non possono più fluttuare nell'aria ambiente.
Indicatore di qualità dell'aria (anello luminoso)
Sul pannello di comando 1 dell'apparecchio è presente un anello luminoso w,
che mostra la quantità di particelle di sporco nell'aria ambiente sulla base di
diversi colori.
A seconda della qualità dell'aria ambiente l'anello luminoso

Funzioni dei tasti
Nella seguente tabella è presente una spiegazione dei tasti funzione sul pannello
di controllo 1 dell'apparecchio:

Ƈ Inserire la spina dell'apparecchio in una presa di corrente. Viene emesso un
segnale acustico e tutti i tasti e gli indicatori sul pannello di comando 1 si illuminano brevemente. L'apparecchio si trova ora nella modalità di standby. In modalità di standby il tasto On/Off 4si illumina fisso.
Ƈ Per accendere l'apparecchio, premere brevemente il tasto On/Off

comando 1 si illuminano.

Funzione ventilatore
La funzione ventilatore dell'apparecchio offre le seguenti possibilità di regolazione:
► Sleep
Velocità del ventilatore minima per un funzionamento quasi del tutto silenzioso
e una portata d'aria minima. L'illuminazione dell'anello luminoso
vata durante questa impostazione.
► Low
Bassa velocità del ventilatore per una bassa portata d'aria
► High
Elevata velocità del ventilatore per un'elevata portata d'aria
► Auto
Adeguamento automatico della velocità del ventilatore e pertanto della
portata d'aria all'attuale qualità dell'aria (vedere la tabella sotto):

Funzione Timer
Con la funzione Timer è possibile impostare la durata di funzionamento dell'apparecchio tra 1, 2, 4 o 8 ore. Allo scadere della durata di funzionamento
impostata l'apparecchio si spegne automaticamente e passa alla modalità di
standby. Per l'impostazione della funzione Timer procedere come di seguito:
Ƈ Durante il funzionamento premere brevemente il tasto Timer
vare la funzione Timer. Quindi premere più volte il tasto Timer 2 al fine di impostare la durata d'uso (1 h, 2 h, 4 h, 8 h). La durata di funzionamento impostata viene mostrata sul pannello di comando 1 e il tasto Timer 2 si illumina.

Pulizia del sensore di particelle

► Prima di pulire il sensore di particelle spegnere l'apparecchio e staccare la
spina dalla presa!

► In caso di utilizzo continuo dell'apparecchio pulire il sensore di particelle
una volta al mese. Quando si utilizza l'apparecchio in modalità a tempo
parziale, pulire il sensore di particelle al massimo dopo due mesi.
Per pulire il sensore di particelle, procedere come di seguito:
1. Spegnere l'apparecchio e staccare la spina dalla presa.
2. Aprire il coperchio del vano sensore di particelle
dell'apparecchio, inserendo il dito nell'apertura del coperchio q (vedere
Fig. 1). Quindi tirare il coperchio q verso di sé finché non si apre.

3. La lente del sensore di particelle si trova a sinistra (vedere Fig. 2). Pulirla con
un bastoncino di cotone idrofilo asciutto o un panno morbido e asciutto.

Sostituzione del filtro

► Prima di ogni cambio del filtro, spegnere l'apparecchio
dalla presa!
NOTA
► L'intervallo di un cambio filtro è di 1500 ore d'esercizio circa.
► Le informazioni sull'ordinazione dei filtri di ricambio sono riportate nel pros-
simo capitolo Ordinazione dei pezzi di ricambio.
Non appena il filtro

Smaltimento
Smaltimento dell'apparecchio
Il simbolo del bidone della spazzatura barrato, raffigurato a lato, indica che il
prodotto è soggetto alla direttiva 2012/19/EU. La direttiva prevede che, al
termine della sua vita utile, il prodotto non venga smaltito assieme ai normali
rifiuti domestici, bensì venga conferito ad appositi punti di raccolta, centri di
riciclaggio o aziende di smaltimento
Lo smaltimento è gratuito per l'utente. Rispettare l'ambiente e

Questo apparecchio ha una garanzia di 3 anni dalla data di acquisto. Qualora
questo prodotto presentasse vizi, Le spettano diritti legali nei confronti del venditore del prodotto. La garanzia qui di seguito descritta non costituisce alcun limite
a tali diritti legali.
Condizioni di garanzia
Il periodo di garanzia decorre dalla data di acquisto. Si prega di conservare
bene lo scontrino di cassa. Quest‘ultimo è necessario come prova d‘acquisto.
Qualora entro tre anni a partire dalla data d‘acquisto del prodotto si presentasse un
difetto del materiale o di fabbricazione, provvederemo a nostra discrezione a riparare o a sostituire gratuitamente il prodotto oppure a rimborsare il prezzo d‘acquisto.
Questa prestazione di garanzia ha come presupposto che l‘apparecchio guasto e la
prova d‘acquisto (scontrino di cassa) vengano presentati entro il termine di tre anni e
che si descriva per iscritto in cosa consiste il difetto e quando si è evidenziato.
Se il vizio rientra nell’ambito della nostra garanzia, il Suo prodotto verrà riparato
o sostituito da uno nuovo. Con la riparazione o la sostituzione del prodotto non
decorre un nuovo periodo di garanzia.
Periodo di garanzia e diritti legali di rivendicazione di vizi
Il periodo di garanzia non viene prolungato da interventi in garanzia. Ciò vale
anche per le parti sostituite e riparate. Danni e vizi eventualmente già presenti al momento dell‘acquisto devono venire segnalati immediatamente dopo che
l‘apparecchio è stato disimballato. Le riparazioni eseguite dopo la scadenza del
periodo di garanzia sono a pagamento.
Ambito della garanzia
L‘apparecchio è stato prodotto con cura secondo severe direttive qualitative e
debitamente collaudato prima della consegna.
La prestazione in garanzia vale per difetti del materiale o di fabbricazione.
Questa garanzia non si estende a componenti del prodotto esposti a normale logorio, che possono pertanto essere considerati come componenti soggetti a usura o a danni che si verificano su componenti delicati, come ad es. interruttori,
batterie o parti realizzate in vetro.
Questa garanzia decade se il prodotto è stato danneggiato oppure utilizzato o sottoposto a interventi di manutenzione in modo non conforme. Per un utilizzo adeguato del prodotto si devono rigorosamente rispettare tutte le istruzioni esposte nel manuale di istruzioni per l’uso. Si devono assolutamente evitare modalità di utilizzo e

Instruções de segurança
PERIGO DE CHOQUE ELÉTRICO!
► Ligue o aparelho apenas a uma tomada devidamente insta-
lada, com uma tensão de alimentação de 220 – 240V ∼,
50 Hz.
► Retire o cabo de alimentação da tomada, puxando sempre
pela ficha. Não puxe pelo cabo de alimentação.
► Não dobre nem esmague o cabo de alimentação e colo-
que-o de modo que ninguém possa pisá-lo ou tropeçar no
mesmo.
► Cabos ou fichas danificados devem ser imediatamente
substituídos por técnicos autorizados ou pelo Serviço de
Apoio ao Cliente, de modo a evitar situações de perigo.
► Certifique-se de que o cabo de alimentação não fica húmi-
do ou molhado durante o funcionamento. Coloque o cabo
de alimentação de modo que não possa ficar entalado
nem ser danificado.
► Em caso de anomalia de funcionamento, retire a ficha da
tomada.
► Retire primeiro a ficha da tomada elétrica, antes de limpar
o aparelho ou de trocar acessórios.
► Utilize o aparelho apenas com as mãos secas e calçado
(nunca descalço). Deste modo, reduz o perigo de choques
elétricos perigosos em caso de falha.
► Não mergulhe o aparelho em água ou outros líquidos.

Instruções básicas de segurança
Para um manuseamento seguro do aparelho, respeite as
seguintes instruções de segurança:
■ Antes da utilização, verifique a existência de eventuais
danos exteriores visíveis no aparelho. Não tente colocar
em funcionamento um aparelho avariado ou que tenha
sofrido uma queda.
■ Durante a operação do aparelho, mantenha as janelas e
as portas fechadas para permitir o funcionamento eficaz
do mesmo.
■ Não opere o aparelho na proximidade de gases ou
substâncias facilmente inflamáveis, na proximidade de
fogo desprotegido ou em locais onde óleo ou água
possa respingar.
■ Este aparelho pode ser utilizado por crianças com ida-
des superiores a 8 anos, bem como por pessoas com
capacidades físicas, sensoriais ou mentais reduzidas, ou
com falta de experiência e conhecimento, caso sejam vigiadas ou instruídas sobre a utilização segura do aparelho e compreendam os perigos daí resultantes. As crianças não podem brincar com o aparelho. A limpeza e a
manutenção por parte do utilizador não podem ser realizadas por crianças não vigiadas.

Operação e funcionamento
NOTA
► Nunca cubra as aberturas de passagem do ar, pois tal poderá conduzir a
um sobreaquecimento do aparelho. Ao instalar o aparelho, mantenha-o a
uma distância suficiente de paredes ou outros objetos.
► Coloque o aparelho sobre uma superfície firme, plana e seca.
► A capacidade do aparelho foi projetada para uma utilização em espaços
com uma dimensão máxima de 15 m² e uma altura máxima de 2,4 m
(volume máximo de 36 m).
► Inicialmente, ao ser colocado em funcionamento, o aparelho pode libertar
um ligeiro odor a plástico, que desaparece após algum tempo de funcio-
namento. Este odor está associado aos materiais utilizados no fabrico do
aparelho e não é nocivo para a saúde.
Sobre o funcionamento do aparelho
No interior do purificador de ar existe uma ventoinha (ventilador) que "puxa" o
ar ambiente para um filtro de alta qualidade no interior do aparelho.
O filtro limpa o ar de partículas, como p. ex. pó, pólen,

disso, o filtro de carvão ativo existente no filtro neutraliza
ou reduz os odores presentes no ar.
O aparelho está equipado com uma função de temporizador, que desliga o aparelho automaticamente, e com um
modo Sleep para uma ventilação silenciosa durante
a noite.
Função de ionização
Com a ajuda da função de ionização, as partículas existentes no ar (átomos
e/ou moléculas) são carregadas com eletricidade no purificador de ar (ionizadas). Em seguida, estes iões são libertados para o ar ambiente através do ventilador. Em consequência, os iões e as partículas com cargas diferentes aderem
uns aos outros. Isto faz com que as partículas desçam mais facilmente, deixando
de flutuar no ar.

No painel de comando 1 do aparelho existe um anel luminoso w, que indica
a quantidade de partículas de sujidade existente no ar ambiente através de
diferentes cores.
Consoante a qualidade do ar ambiente, o anel luminoso

Funções do aparelho
Função de ionização
Ƈ Com o aparelho em funcionamento, prima momentaneamente o botão da função
de ionização e, a fim de ligar a função de ionização. O botão da função de
ionização e acende-se.
Ƈ Prima de novo momentaneamente o botão da função de ionização
voltar a desligar a função de ionização. O botão da função de ionização e
apaga-se.
Função de ventilação
A função de ventilação do aparelho proporciona as seguintes possibilidades
de regulação:
► Sleep
Velocidade de ventilação mínima para um funcionamento praticamente
silencioso e débito de ar mínimo. A iluminação do anel luminoso
permanece desligada nesta regulação.
► Low
Velocidade de ventilação baixa para um débito de ar reduzido
► High
Velocidade de ventilação alta para um débito de ar elevado
► Auto
Adaptação automática da velocidade de ventilação e, como tal, do débito
de ar, em função da qualidade atual do ar (consultar a tabela em baixo):

Função de temporizador
Com a função de temporizador é possível regular o tempo de funcionamento do
aparelho para 1, 2, 4 ou 8 horas. Uma vez decorrido o tempo de funcionamento
regulado, o aparelho desliga-se automaticamente e muda para o modo Standby.
Para regular a função de temporizador, proceda do seguinte modo:
Ƈ Com o aparelho em funcionamento, prima uma vez momentaneamente o botão
2, para ativar a função de temporizador. Prima então, conforme ne-

cessário, várias vezes momentaneamente o botão Timer 2, para regular o
respetivo tempo de funcionamento (1h, 2h, 4h, 8h). O tempo de funcionamento regulado será apresentado no painel de comando 1 e o botão Timer
acende-se.
Ƈ Para desativar a função de temporizador, prima durante o funcionamento do
aparelho, várias vezes momentaneamente o botão Timer

► Quando o aparelho é desligado, são guardadas as últimas regulações

corrente, as últimas regulações efetuadas são apagadas.

Limpar o sensor de partículas

► Antes de cada limpeza do sensor de partículas, desligue o aparelho e
retire a ficha da tomada elétrica!
NOTA
► Em caso de funcionamento contínuo do aparelho, limpe o sensor de par-
tículas uma vez por mês. Se utilizar o aparelho apenas em tempo parcial,
limpe o sensor de partículas, o mais tardar, após dois meses.
Para limpar o sensor de partículas, proceda do seguinte modo:
1. Desligue o aparelho e retire a ficha da tomada elétrica.
2. Abra a tampa do compartimento do sensor de partículas
do aparelho, colocando o dedo na abertura da tampa q (ver fig. 1).
Em seguida, puxe a tampa q para si, até a abrir.

Limpe-a com um cotonete seco ou com um pano macio seco.

Substituir o filtro

► Antes de cada substituição do filtro, desligue o aparelho
tomada elétrica!
NOTA
► O intervalo de substituição do filtro é de aprox. 1500 horas de serviço.
► Poderá encontrar informações sobre a encomenda de filtros sobresselentes
no capítulo seguinte Encomendar peças sobresselentes.
Assim que o filtro
de substituição do filtro 3 ficará intermitente. Para substituir o filtro 8
por um novo filtro 8, proceda do seguinte modo:
1. Desligue o aparelho e retire a ficha da tomada elétrica.
2. Vire o aparelho ao contrário, a fim de aceder à parte inferior do mesmo.
3. Rode a tampa do corpo do aparelho

Safety information
RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
► Connect the appliance only to mains power sockets
supplying a mains power voltage of 220–240 V ∼, 50 Hz.
► Always pull on the plug to disconnect the appliance from
the mains. Do not pull on the cable itself.
► Do not kink or crush the power cable, and route the cable
so that it cannot be stepped on or tripped over.
► To avoid risks, arrange for defective plugs and/or power
cables to be replaced at once by qualified technicians or
our Customer Service Department.
► Ensure that the power cable does not become wet or damp
during use. Route the cable in such a way that it cannot be
caught or damaged.
► In case of a malfunction, remove the plug from the socket.
► Pull out the plug from the mains power socket before
cleaning the appliance or changing accessories.

Basic safety instructions
To ensure safe operation of the appliance, follow the safety
guidelines set out below:
■ Check the appliance for visible external damage before
use. Do not operate an appliance that has been damaged or dropped.
■ During operation, always keep windows and doors
closed so that the appliance can work effectively.
■ Do not operate the appliance in the proximity of highly
flammable gases or materials, near naked flames or in
areas prone to oil and water splashing.
■ This appliance may be used by children aged 8 years
and above and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they are under supervision or have
been told how to use the appliance safely and are aware
of the potential risks. Do not allow children to play with
the appliance. Do not allow children to carry out cleaning
and user maintenance tasks unless they are supervised.

■ This appliance should not be exposed to rain. Protect the

walls or other objects. A minimum distance of 50 cm must
be maintained above the appliance to ensure good air
circulation.
■ Use the appliance in rooms with a maximum area of
15m² and a maximum height of 2.4 m.

How the appliance works
Inside the air purifier, there is a fan (ventilator) which draws the air in the room
into the appliance and then through a high-quality filter.
The filter cleans the air of particles such as house dust,

pollen, fungal spores, smoke etc., so that the amount of these
particles in the air is reduced. In addition, the activated
carbon filter contained in the filter ensures that odours in
the air are neutralised or reduced

Ion function
The ion function is used to electrically charge (ionise) particles (atoms or molecules) contained in the air in the air purifier. These ions are then released into the
room air via the fan. As a result, airborne ions and particles with different charges
stick together. These particles sink more easily and can therefore no longer float
around in the room air.
Air quality indicator (illuminated ring)
There is an illuminated ring w on the appliance's control panel 1, which uses
different colours to indicate the amount of dirt particles in the room air.
Depending on the quality of the room air, the illuminated ring
of the following colours:

Button functions
The following table explains the functions of the buttons on the appliance control
panel 1:

appliance is now in standby mode. In standby mode, the On/Off button 4
lights up continuously.

Timer function
You can use the timer function to set the operating time of the appliance to between 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. After the set operating time has elapsed, the appliance
turns off automatically and switches to standby mode. To set the timer function,
proceed as follows:
Ƈ During operation, briefly press the timer button
function. Then press the timer button 2 briefly, several times if necessary, to
set the required operating time (1 hr, 2 hrs, 4 hrs, 8 hrs). The set operating time
is displayed on the control panel 1 and the timer button 2 lights up.
Ƈ To deactivate the timer function, press the timer button
(if necessary) during operation until the operating time display (1 hr, 2 hrs,
4hrs, 8 hrs) goes out and the timer button 2 is no longer illuminated.
NOTE
► When the appliance is switched off, the last selected settings of all
functions are saved. These are then used when the appliance is switched
on again. If you disconnect the appliance from the power supply, the last
selected settings are deleted.

Cleaning the particle sensor

NOTE
► Clean the particle sensor once a month when using the appliance in
continuous operation. If you only use the appliance occasionally, clean
the particle sensor after two months at the latest.
To clean the particle sensor, proceed as follows:
1. Switch off the appliance and pull out the mains plug.
2. Open the particle sensor compartment cover
by placing your finger in the cover q opening (see fig. 1). Then pull the

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from the date of purchase. If this product
has any faults, you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your statutory rights
are not restricted in any way by the warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt in a
safe place. This will be required as proof of purchase.
If any material or manufacturing fault occurs within three years of the date of purchase of the product, we will either repair or replace the product for you or refund
the purchase price (at our discretion). This warranty service requires that you present the defective appliance and the proof of purchase (receipt) within the threeyear warranty period, along with a brief written description of the fault and of
when it occurred.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product will either be repaired or
replaced by us. The repair or replacement of a product does not signify the beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs effected under the warranty. This
also applies to replaced and repaired components. Any damage and defects
present at the time of purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall be subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticulously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production faults. The warranty does not
extend to product parts subject to normal wear and tear or to fragile parts which
could be considered as consumable parts such as switches, batteries or parts
made of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged, improperly used
or improperly maintained. The directions in the operating instructions for the
product regarding proper use of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses and
actions that are discouraged in the operating instructions or which are warned
against must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and not for commercial purposes.
The warranty shall be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling, use
of force and modifications / repairs which have not been carried out by one of
our authorised Service centres.

Sicherheitshinweise
GEFAHR DURCH ELEKTRISCHEN SCHLAG!
► Schließen Sie das Gerät nur an eine vorschriftsmäßig
installierte Netzsteckdose mit einer Netzspannung von
220 – 240V ∼, 50 Hz an.
► Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel stets am Netzstecker aus der
Netzsteckdose. Ziehen Sie nicht am Netzkabel selbst.
► Knicken oder quetschen Sie das Netzkabel nicht und ver-
legen Sie das Netzkabel so, dass niemand darauf treten
oder darüber stolpern kann.
► Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzstecker oder Netzkabel sofort
von autorisiertem Fachpersonal, dem Kundenservice oder
von einer ähnlich qualifizierten Person austauschen, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
► Achten Sie darauf, dass im Betrieb das Netzkabel nicht
nass oder feucht wird. Führen Sie es so, dass es nicht eingeklemmt oder beschädigt werden kann.
► Ziehen Sie bei Betriebsstörungen den Netzstecker aus der
Netzsteckdose.
► Ziehen Sie erst den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose, be-
vor Sie das Gerät reinigen oder Zubehörteile wechseln.
► Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur mit trockenen Händen und
nicht ohne Schuhe (nicht barfuß). Damit verringern Sie im
Fehlerfall gefährliche Körperströme.
► Tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht in Wasser oder Flüssigkeiten
ein.

Grundlegende Sicherheitshinweise
Beachten Sie für einen sicheren Umgang mit dem Gerät die
folgenden Sicherheitshinweise:
■ Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor der Verwendung auf äu-
ßere sichtbare Schäden. Nehmen Sie ein beschädigtes
oder heruntergefallenes Gerät nicht in Betrieb.
■ Halten Sie während des Betriebes die Fenster und Türen
geschlossen, damit das Gerät effektiv arbeiten kann.
■ Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von leicht ent-
flammbaren Gasen oder Stoffen, in der Nähe von offenen
Feuern oder an Stellen, wo Öl oder Wasser spritzen können.
■ Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber
sowie von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt
oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstehen. Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

■ Vermeiden Sie direkte Sonneneinstrahlung.
■ Offene Feuerquellen wie z. B. brennende Kerzen dürfen
nicht auf oder direkt neben das Gerät gestellt werden.
■ Ziehen Sie bei auftretenden Störungen und bei Gewitter
den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
■ Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine feste, ebene und trockene
Fläche, damit ein Umkippen ausgeschlossen ist.
■ Stellen das Gerät mit einem Mindestabstand von 20cm
zu Wänden oder anderen Gegenständen entfernt auf.
Oberhalb des Gerätes muss ein Mindestabstand von
50cm eingehalten werden, um eine gute Luftzirkulation
zu gewährleisten.
■ Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur in Räumen mit einer Fläche
von maximal 15 qm und einer Höhe von maximal 2,4 m.

verströmen, der sich nach einer gewissen Betriebsdauer wieder verflüchtigt.
Dieser Geruch ist auf die bei der Herstellung des Gerätes verwendeten
Materialien zurückzuführen und nicht gesundheitsschädlich.

Zur Funktionsweise des Gerätes
Im Inneren des Luftreinigers befindet sich ein Lüfter (Ventilator) mit dem die Raumluft in das Gerät und dort durch einen hochwertigen Filter gezogen wird.
Der Filter befreit die Luft von Partikeln, wie z. B. Hausstaub,

Ionen-Funktion
Mithilfe der Ionen-Funktion werden in der Luft enthaltene Teilchen (Atome bzw.
Moleküle) im Luftreiniger elektrisch geladen (ionisiert). Anschließend werden
diese Ionen über den Lüfter in die Raumluft abgegeben. Dies hat zur Folge, dass
die Ionen und Partikel mit unterschiedlicher Ladung in der Luft aneinander haften.
Die Partikel sinken dadurch leichter nach unten und können so nicht mehr in der
Raumluft schweben.
Luftqualitätsanzeige (Leuchtring)
Auf dem Bedienfeld 1 des Gerätes befindet sich ein Leuchtring w, der anhand
verschiedener Farben die Menge an Schmutzpartikeln in der Raumluft anzeigt.

Tastenfunktionen
In der folgenden Tabelle finden Sie eine Erläuterung der Funktionstasten auf dem
Bedienfeld 1 des Gerätes:

Aus 4 durchgehend.
Ƈ Um das Gerät einzuschalten, drücken Sie kurz die Taste Ein/Aus
akustisches Signal ertönt und und die aktiven Tasten und Anzeigen des Bedienfeldes 1 leuchten auf.

Lüfter-Funktion
Die Lüfter-Funktion des Gerätes bietet Ihnen folgende Einstellmöglichkeiten:
► Sleep
Minimale Lüfter-Geschwindigkeit für einen nahezu geräuschlosen Betrieb
und minimalen Luftdurchsatz. Die Beleuchtung des Leuchtringes
dieser Einstellung abgeschaltet.
► Low
Niedrige Lüfter-Geschwindigkeit für niedrigen Luftdurchsatz
► High
Hohe Lüfter-Geschwindigkeit für hohen Luftdurchsatz
► Auto
Automatische Anpassung der Lüfter-Geschwindigkeit und damit des Luftdurchsatzes an die aktuelle Luftqualität (siehe Tabelle unten):

Timer-Funktion
Mit der Timer-Funktion können Sie die Betriebsdauer des Gerätes zwischen
1, 2, 4 oder 8 Stunden einstellen. Nach Ablauf der eingestellten Betriebsdauer
schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch ab und wechselt in den Standby-Modus.
Zum Einstellen der Timer-Funktion gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:
Ƈ Drücken Sie im laufenden Betrieb einmal kurz die Taste Timer
Timer-Funktion zu aktivieren. Drücken Sie dann ggf. mehrmals kurz die Taste
Timer 2, um die entsprechende Betriebsdauer (1h, 2h, 4h, 8h) einzustellen.
Die eingestellte Betriebsdauer wird auf dem Bedienfeld 1 angezeigt und die
Taste Timer 2 leuchtet.
Ƈ Um die Timer-Funktion zu deaktivieren, drücken Sie im laufenden Betrieb ggf.
mehrmals kurz die Taste Timer

Partikelsensor reinigen

► Schalten Sie vor jeder Reinigung des Partikelsensors das Gerät aus und
ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose!
HINWEIS
► Reinigen Sie den Partikelsensor bei Verwendung des Gerätes im Dauerbe-
trieb einmal im Monat. Wenn Sie das Gerät im Teilzeitbetrieb verwenden,
reinigen Sie den Partikelsensor spätestens nach zwei Monaten.
Um den Partikelsensor zu reinigen, gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
2. Öffnen Sie Abdeckung des Partikelsensorfachs

(s. Abb. 2). Reinigen Sie diese mit einem trockenen Wattestäbchen oder einem
weichen, trockenen Tuch.

HINWEIS
► Das Intervall für einen Filterwechsel beträgt ca. 1500 Betriebsstunden.

Sobald der Filter
wird dies durch das Blinken der Taste Filterwechsel 3 angezeigt. Um den
Filter 8 zu wechseln und durch einen neuen Filter 8 zu ersetzen, gehen Sie folgendermaßen vor:
1. Schalten Sie das Gerät aus und ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose.
2. Drehen Sie das Gerät auf den Kopf, um an die Geräteunterseite zu gelangen.
3. Drehen Sie den Gehäusedeckel
gegen den Uhrzeigersinn in Richtung OPEN , um ihn zu öffnen (siehe
Abb. 3). Entfernen Sie dann den Gehäusedeckel 9 vom Gerät.

Fehlerbehebung
Die nachfolgende Tabelle hilft bei der Lokalisierung und Behebung kleinerer

Entsorgung des Gerätes
Das nebenstehende Symbol einer durchgestrichenen Mülltonne auf Rädern zeigt

Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,
Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum. Im Falle von Män-
geln dieses Produkts stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Produkts gesetzliche
Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte werden durch unsere im Folgenden dargestellte Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.
Garantiebedingungen
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon
gut auf. Dieser wird als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt.
Tritt innerhalb von drei Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Produkts ein Materialoder Fabrikationsfehler auf, wird das Produkt von uns – nach unserer Wahl – für
Sie kostenlos repariert, ersetzt oder der Kaufpreis erstattet. Diese Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der Dreijahresfrist das defekte Gerät und der
Kaufbeleg (Kassenbon) vorgelegt und schriftlich kurz beschrieben wird, worin
der Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist.
Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist, erhalten Sie das reparierte
oder ein neues Produkt zurück. Mit Reparatur oder Austausch des Produkts beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.
Garantiezeit und gesetzliche Mängelansprüche
Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch
für ersetzte und reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden
und Mängel müssen sofort nach dem Auspacken gemeldet werden. Nach Ablauf
der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind kostenpflichtig.
Garantieumfang
Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien sorgfältig produziert und vor
Auslieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.
Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf Produktteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind und daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden können oder für Beschädigungen an
zerbrechlichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter, Akkus oder Teile, die aus Glas gefertigt sind.
Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Produkt beschädigt, nicht sachgemäß benutzt
oder gewartet wurde. Für eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Produkts sind alle in
der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten. Verwendungszwecke und Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung abgeraten oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind unbedingt zu vermeiden.
Das Produkt ist nur für den privaten und nicht für den gewerblichen Gebrauch
bestimmt. Bei missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung, Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriffen, die nicht von unserer autorisierten Serviceniederlassung
vorgenommen wurden, erlischt die Garantie.
