Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Die Lautsprecher sind ausschließlich zum Anschluss an einen PC, ein Notebook oder ein Audio-Gerät* (z.B. MP3-Player) mittels 3,5 mm-Klinkenstecker vorgesehen. Dieses Gerät ist ausschließlich für private Zwecke und nicht für industrielle und kommerzielle Zwecke vorgesehen. Eine andere oder darüber hinausgehende Benutzung gilt als nicht bestimmungsgemäß. Ansprüche jeglicher Art wegen Schäden aus nicht bestimmungsgemäßer Verwendung sind ausgeschlossen. Das Risiko trägt allein der Benutzer.

* Wenn die Lautsprecher mit einem Gerät ohne USB-Anschluss ver-

bunden werden sollen, ist ein externes Netzteil mit USB-Ausgang erforderlich (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).

Sicherheit

In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Sicherheitshinweise im Umgang mit dem Gerät. Dieses Gerät entspricht den vorgeschriebenen Sicherheitsbestimmungen. Ein unsachgemäßer Gebrauch kann zu Personenund Sachschäden führen.

Grundlegende Sicherheitshinweise

Beachten Sie für einen sicheren Umgang mit dem Gerät die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise:

■ Kontrollieren Sie das Gerät vor der Verwendung auf äußere

sichtbare Schäden. Nehmen Sie ein beschädigtes oder heruntergefallenes Gerät nicht in Betrieb.

■ Bei Beschädigung der Kabel oder der Anschlüsse lassen Sie es

vom Kundenservice austauschen.

■ Fassen Sie die Anschlusskabel immer am Stecker an. Ziehen Sie

nicht am Kabel selbst.

■ Stellen Sie keine Gegenstände, Möbelstücke o.ä. auf die Anschluss-

kabel und achten Sie darauf, dass sie nicht eingeklemmt werden.

■ Machen Sie niemals einen Knoten in die Anschlusskabel und binden

Sie sie nicht mit anderen Kabeln zusammen. Die Anschlusskabel sollten so gelegt werden, dass niemand darauf tritt oder darüber stolpern kann.

■ Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen (einschließ-

lich Kinder) mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten oder mangels Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt zu werden, es sei denn, sie werden durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihr Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu benutzen ist.

■ Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie

nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

■ Lassen Sie Reparaturen am Gerät nur von autorisierten Fachbe-

trieben oder dem Kundenservice durchführen. Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen können erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer entstehen. Zudem erlischt der Garantieanspruch.

■ Eine Reparatur des Gerätes während der Garantiezeit darf nur

von einem vom Hersteller autorisierten Kundendienst vorgenommen werden, sonst besteht bei nachfolgenden Schäden kein Garantieanspruch mehr.

■ Defekte Bauteile dürfen nur gegen Original-Ersatzteile ausgetauscht

werden. Nur bei diesen Teilen ist gewährleistet, dass sie die Sicherheitsanforderungen erfüllen werden.

■ Versuchen Sie nicht das Gerät zu öﬀ nen. Es beﬁ nden sich keine

zu reinigenden oder zu wartenden Teile innerhalb des Gerätes. Nehmen Sie keine eigenmächtigen Umbauten oder Veränderungen am Gerät vor.

■ Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von oﬀ enen Flammen

und stellen Sie keine Kerzen auf oder neben das Gerät.

■ Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Feuchtigkeit, Spritz- und Tropfwasser

und dem Eindringen von Flüssigkeiten. Stellen Sie keine mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Gegenstände (z.B. Vasen) auf oder neben das Gerät.

■ Wenn Flüssigkeit in das Gerät eingedrungen ist, schalten Sie das

Gerät aus, trennen Sie die Stromversorgung und lassen es von qualiﬁ ziertem Fachpersonal überprüfen, bevor Sie es wieder in Betrieb nehmen.

■ Warten Sie nach dem Wechsel von kalter in warmer Umgebung

mit dem Einschalten, bis das Gerät die Umgebungstemperatur angenommen hat (ca. 2 Stunden).

■ Bei Verwendung eines USB-Netzteils muss die verwendete Steck-

dose immer leicht zugänglich sein, damit in einer Gefahrensituation das USB-Netzteil schnell aus der Steckdose entfernt werden kann.

► Verpackungsmaterialien (z.B. Folien oder Styropor) dürfen

nicht von Kindern zum Spielen verwendet werden. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!

Lieferumfang prüfen

Das Gerät wird standardmäßig mit folgenden Komponenten geliefert:

HINWEIS

► Prüfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollständigkeit und auf sichtbare

Schäden.

► Bei einer unvollständigen Lieferung oder Schäden infolge man-

gelhafter Verpackung oder durch Transport wenden Sie sich an die Service-Hotline (siehe Kapitel Service).

Entsorgung der Verpackung

Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recyclebar.

Die Rückführung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf

spart Rohstoﬀ e und verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien gemäß den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften.

HINWEIS

Heben Sie, wenn möglich, die Originalverpackung während

der Garantiezeit des Gerätes auf, um das Gerät im Garantiefall ordnungsgemäß verpacken zu können.

Standfüße montieren

♦ Schieben Sie die Standfüße 7 von hinten in die Führungs-

schienen der Lautsprecher 6 (siehe Abb. 1).

Anforderungen an den Aufstellort

Für einen sicheren und fehlerfreien Betrieb des Gerätes muss der Aufstellort folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:

■ Das Gerät muss auf einer festen, ﬂ achen und waagerechten

Unterlage aufgestellt werden.

■ Stellen Sie das Gerät nicht in einer heißen, nassen oder sehr feuchten

Umgebung oder in der Nähe von brennbarem Material auf.

■ Stellen Sie das Gerät so auf, dass es nicht direkter Sonnenein-

strahlung, starkem Kunstlicht und Heizungsluft ausgesetzt wird.

Bedienung und Betrieb

In diesem Kapitel erhalten Sie wichtige Hinweise zur Bedienung und Betrieb des Gerätes.

Systemanforderungen

▯ Computer mit Soundkarte und USB-Anschluss

oder

▯ Audio-Gerät mit Audio-Ausgang (3,5 mm-Klinkenbuchse) und

USB-Anschluss (alternativ mit externem USB-Netzteil).

Lautsprecher anschließen

♦ Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Drehschalter 4 in der Position

„OFF“ steht.

♦ Stecken Sie den 3,5 mm-Klinkenstecker 8 in die Line-Out-

oder Kopfhörer-Buchse Ihres Audio-Gerätes (z.B. Notebook, MP3-Player). Über diesen Anschluss werden die Tonsignale übertragen.

♦ Stecken Sie den USB-Stecker 9 in eine USB-Buchse Ihres

Audio-Gerätes (alternativ in die USB-Buchse eines externen USB-Netzteils). Über diese Verbindung wird die Spannungsversorgung der Lautsprecher

Ein-/Ausschalten und Lautstärke regeln

♦ Drehen Sie den Drehschalter 4 im Uhrzeigersinn, bis ein

Knacken hörbar ist, um die Lautsprecher 6 einzuschalten.

♦ Drehen Sie den Drehschalter 4 weiter im Uhrzeigersinn, um

die Lautstärke zu erhöhen.

♦ Drehen Sie den Drehschalter 4 gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, um

die Lautstärke zu verringern.

♦ Drehen Sie den Drehschalter 4 gegen den Uhrzeigersinn, bis

ein Knacken hörbar ist (Position OFF), um die Lautsprecher 6 auszuschalten.

♦ Stecken Sie den 3,5 mm-Klinkenstecker des Kopfhörers in die

Kopfhörerbuchse 5.

♦ Bevor Sie den Kopfhörer aufsetzen, schalten Sie die Lautspre-

cher 6 wieder ein und erhöhen vorsichtig die Lautstärke.

Sobald Sie einen Kopfhörer anschließen, werden die Lautsprecher 6 stumm geschaltet.

Lautstärkeregelung ist über den Drehschalter die maximale Lautstärke wird aber vom Computer bzw. vom Audio-Gerät vorgegeben. Bitte beachten Sie, dass ein Kopfhörer nur angeschlossen werden darf, wenn das Audio-Gerät an seinem Ausgang die erforderlichen normativen Grenzen einhält. Nähere Informationen entnehmen Sie bitte der Bedienungsanleitung des Audio-Geräts.

Fehlerbehebung

ACHTUNG

Die Lautsprecher dürfen nicht geöﬀ net werden!

► Es beﬁ nden sich keine zu reinigenden oder zu wartenden Teile

im Inneren. Ein Öﬀ nen der Lautsprecher führt zu irreparablen Schäden am Gerät.

Die nachfolgende Tabelle hilft bei der Lokalisierung und Behebung kleinerer Störungen:

Reinigung

Mögliche Beschädigung des Gerätes

Eindringende Feuchtigkeit kann zu einer Beschädigung des Gerätes führen.

► Stellen Sie sicher, dass bei der Reinigung keine Feuchtigkeit in

das Gerät eindringt, um eine irreparable Beschädigung des Gerätes zu vermeiden.

■ Reinigen Sie das Gerät ausschließlich mit einem leicht feuchten

Tuch und einem milden Spülmittel.

Lagerung/Entsorgung

Lagerung

Lagern Sie das Gerät in einer trockenen Umgebung.

Werfen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls in den

normalen Hausmüll. Dieses Produkt unterliegt der europäischen Richtlinie 2002/96/EC WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Utilisation conforme

Les haut-parleurs sont exclusivement conçus pour être raccordés à un PC, un ordinateur portable ou à un appareil audio* (par ex. un lecteur MP3) à l'aide d'une prise jack de 3,5 mm. Cet appareil est exclusivement conçu pour un usage privé et non à des ﬁ ns industrielles et commerciales. Toute utilisation autre ou dépassant ce cadre est considérée comme non conforme. Aucune réclamation pour des dommages résultant d'un usage non conforme ne sera prise en considération. Seul l'utilisateur est responsable des risques encourus.

* Si les haut-parleurs doivent être connectés à un appareil sans port

USB, un adaptateur externe avec sortie USB est nécessaire (non inclus).

Sécurité

Ce chapitre contient des consignes de sécurité importantes se rapportant à la manipulation de l'appareil. Cet appareil est conforme aux consignes de sécurité prescrites. Tout usage non conforme à la destination peut entraîner des dommages corporels et matériels.

Consignes de sécurité fondamentales

Veuillez vous conformer aux consignes de sécurité ci-après, aﬁ n de garantir une utilisation en toute sécurité de l'appareil :

■ Avant d'utiliser l'appareil, vériﬁ ez si celui-ci ne comporte aucun

dommage extérieur apparent. Ne mettez pas en service un appareil endommagé ou qui est tombé.

■ En cas de dommages sur les câbles ou les raccordements, faites-les

remplacer par le service après-vente.

■ Saisissez toujours le câble de raccordement au niveau de la

ﬁ che. Ne tirez pas sur le câble même.

■ Ne posez pas d'appareils, de meubles ou assimilés sur les câbles

de raccordement et veillez à ce qu'ils ne soient pas coincés.

■ Ne faites jamais de nœud dans le câble de raccordement et ne

le liez jamais avec d'autres câbles. Les câbles de raccordement doivent être acheminés de telle manière que personne ne marche ni ne puisse trébucher dessus.

■ Cet appareil n'est pas prévu pour être utilisé par des personnes

(y compris des enfants) dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles ou mentales sont réduites ou par des personnes dénuées d'expérience ou de connaissances, sauf si elles sont surveillées par une personne responsable de leur sécurité ou ont reçu de leur part des instructions préalables relatives à l'utilisation de l'appareil.

■ Les enfants doivent être surveillés pour s'assurer qu'ils ne jouent

pas avec l'appareil.

■ Conﬁ ez les réparations de l'appareil exclusivement à des entreprises

agréées ou au service après-vente. Toute réparation non conforme peut entraîner des risques considérables pour l'utilisateur. À cela s'ajoute l'annulation de la garantie.

■ Toute réparation de l'appareil pendant la période de garantie

doit être conﬁ ée exclusivement à un service après-vente agréé par le fabricant, sans quoi tout dommage consécutif ne sera plus couvert par la garantie.

■ Les pièces défectueuses doivent être remplacées impérativement

par des pièces de rechange d'origine. Seules ces pièces garantissent le respect des exigences de sécurité.

■ N'essayez pas d'ouvrir l'appareil. Il n'y a pas de pièces à nettoyer

ni à entretenir à l'intérieur de l'appareil. Ne procédez à aucune modiﬁ cation ou réparation de votre propre chef sur l'appareil.

■ N'utilisez pas l'appareil à proximité de ﬂ ammes nues et ne placez

pas de bougies sur l'appareil ni à côté de celui-ci.

■ Protégez l'appareil de l'humidité, de la projection ou des gouttes

d'eau et de la pénétration de liquides. Ne posez pas d'objets contenant du liquide (tels que des vases) sur l'appareil, ni à côté de celui-ci.

■ Si du liquide a été renversé dans l'appareil, éteignez l'appareil,

coupez l'alimentation et faites-le vériﬁ er par un personnel qualiﬁ é avant de le remettre en service.

■ Après être passé d'un environnement froid à un environnement

chaud, attendez que l'appareil soit parvenu à température ambiante pour le mettre en marche (env. 2 heures).

■ Lorsque vous utilisez un adaptateur USB, la prise utilisée doit

toujours être facilement accessible aﬁ n qu'en situation d'urgence, l'adaptateur USB puisse être rapidement retiré de la prise.

► Les matériaux d'emballage ( ﬁ lms ou polystyrène expansé, par

exemple) ne doivent pas être utilisés par les enfants pour jouer. Il y a risque d'étouﬀ ement !

Vériﬁ er le contenu de la livraison

L'appareil est livré de manière standard avec les composants suivants :

REMARQUE

► Vériﬁ ez si la livraison est bien complète et ne présente aucun

dommage apparent.

► En cas de livraison incomplète ou de dommages résultant d'un

emballage défectueux ou du transport, veuillez vous adresser au service après-vente (cf. chapitre service après-vente).

Élimination de l'emballage

L'emballage protège l'appareil de tous dommages éventuels au cours du transport. Les matériaux d'emballage ont été sélectionnés selon des critères de respect de l'environnement et de recyclage permettant une élimination écologique de ceux-ci.

Le retour de l'emballage dans le cycle des matériaux permet d'économiser les matières premières et réduit la formation de déchets. Veuillez éliminer les matériaux d'emballage qui ne servent plus selon la réglementation locale en vigueur.

REMARQUE

► Dans la mesure du possible, conservez l'emballage d'origine

pendant la période sous garantie pour pouvoir emballer et expédier l'appareil en bonne et due forme si vous étiez amené à faire valoir la garantie.

Monter les pieds

♦ Poussez les pieds 7 de l'arrière dans les rails de guidage

des haut-parleurs 6 (voir ﬁ g. 1).

Exigences requises sur le lieu d'installation

Pour assurer un fonctionnement ﬁ able et sans défaillances de l'appareil, le lieu d'installation doit répondre aux conditions suivantes :

■ L'appareil doit être installé sur une surface solide, plate et hori-

zontale.

■ Ne pas installer l'appareil dans un environnement chaud, humide

ou à proximité de matériaux inﬂ ammables.

■ Installez l'appareil de telle manière qu'il ne soit pas directement

exposé aux rayons du soleil, à une forte lumière artiﬁ cielle ni à l'air sec du chauﬀ age.

Utilisation et fonctionnement

Ce chapitre contient des remarques importantes sur l'utilisation et le fonctionnement de l'appareil.

Conﬁ guration requise

▯ Ordinateur avec carte son et port USB

▯ Appareil audio avec sortie audio (prise jack de 3,5mm) et port

USB (ou avec un adaptateur USB externe).

Raccorder les haut-parleurs

♦ Vériﬁ er que le commutateur rotatif 4 est bien en position "OFF". ♦ Branchez la prise jack de 3,5 mm 8 dans la prise de sortie

ou la prise du casque de votre appareil audio (par ex. ordinateur portable, lecteur MP3). Via cette connexion, les signaux audio sont transmis.

♦ Branchez le connecteur USB 9 dans une prise USB de votre

appareil audio (ou dans une prise USB d'un adaptateur USB externe). Via cette connexion, l'alimentation des haut-parleurs est créée.

REMARQUE

Sans connexion USB, les haut-parleurs 6 ne fonctionnent pas!

►

Régler la mise en marche / l'arrêt et le volume

♦ Tournez le commutateur rotatif 4 dans le sens horaire jusqu'à

ce qu'un clic se fasse entendre pour allumer les haut-parleurs

♦ Continuez à tourner le commutateur rotatif 4 dans le sens

horaire, pour monter le volume sonore.

♦ Tourner le commutateur rotatif 4 dans le sens anti-horaire

pour réduire le volume sonore.

♦ Tournez le commutateur rotatif 4 dans le sens anti-horaire

jusqu'à ce qu'un clic se fasse entendre (position OFF) pour éteindre les haut-parleurs

Allumer/éteindre l'éclairage

♦ Réglez l'interrupteur LIGHT en position "ON" pour allumer

l'éclairage des haut-parleurs

♦ Réglez l'interrupteur LIGHT en position "OFF" pour éteindre

l'éclairage des haut-parleurs 6.

Allumer/éteindre l'ampliﬁ cation des basses et des aigus

♦ Réglez l'interrupteur BASS 3 en position "ON" pour allumer

l'ampliﬁ cation des basses des haut-parleurs 6.

♦ Réglez l'interrupteur BASS 3 en position "OFF" pour éteindre

l'ampliﬁ cation des basses des haut-parleurs

♦ Réglez l'interrupteur TREBLE 2 en position "ON" pour allumer

l'ampliﬁ cation des aigus des haut-parleurs 6.

♦ Réglez l'interrupteur TREBLE 2 en position "OFF" pour éteindre

l'ampliﬁ cation des aigus des haut-parleurs 6.

Raccorder un casque

REMARQUE

►

► La sortie du casque est conçue de façon passive, c'est-à-dire que

des écouteurs 5.

♦ Avant de mettre le casque, mettez à nouveau en marche les

haut-parleurs 6 et augmentez prudemment le volume.

Dès que vous raccordez un casque, les haut-parleurs 6 sont mis en sourdine.

le contrôle du volume est possible par le biais du commutateur rotatif 4 mais le volume maximal est ﬁ xé par l'ordinateur ou l'appareil audio. Veuillez noter qu'un casque ne peut être raccordé que si l'appareil audio ne dépasse pas les limites normatives nécessaires à sa sortie. Dépannage

Ce chapitre vous donne des remarques importantes relatives à la localisation et l'élimination des pannes. Veuillez tenir compte des remarques pour éviter tous risques et dommages.

Causes des pannes et remèdes

ATTENTION

Les haut-parleurs ne doivent pas être ouverts!

► Il n'y a pas de pièces à nettoyer ni à entretenir à l'intérieur.

Une ouverture des haut-parleurs entraîne des dommages irréparables sur l'appareil.

Le tableau ci-dessous est destiné à vous aider à localiser de petits dysfonctionnements et à y remédier :

Nettoyage

■ Nettoyez l'appareil exclusivement avec un chiﬀ on légèrement

humide et un détergent doux.

Entreposer l'appareil dans un local à l'abri de l'humidité.

Mise au rebut de l'appareil

L'appareil ne doit jamais être jeté avec les

ordures ménagères normales. Ce produit est assujetti à la directive européenne 2002/96/EC WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).

Éliminez l'appareil par l'intermédiaire d'une entreprise

Uso conforme

Gli altoparlanti sono predisposti esclusivamente per l'allacciamento a un PC, un notebook o un apparecchio audio* (per es. lettore di MP3) tramite spinotto jack da 3,5 mm. Questo apparecchio va utilizzato esclusivamente per scopi privati e non per scopi commerciali. Un uso diverso o esulante da quanto sopra è considerato non conforme. Sono escluse le rivendicazioni di qualsiasi genere in caso di danni derivanti da uso non conforme. Il rischio è esclusivamente a carico dell'utente.

* Per collegare gli altoparlanti ad un apparecchio senza attacco

USB, è necessario un alimentatore esterno con uscita USB (non compreso nel volume di fornitura).

Sicurezza

In questo capitolo sono riportate importanti indicazioni di sicurezza riguardanti l'uso dell'apparecchio. Questo apparecchio corrisponde alle disposizioni di sicurezza prescritte. L'uso non conforme può comportare lesioni alla persona e danni materiali.

Avvertenze di sicurezza di base

Per l'uso sicuro dell'apparecchio, rispettare le seguenti avvertenze di sicurezza:

■ Controllare l'apparecchio prima dell'uso per rilevare eventuali

danni visibili. Non mettere in funzione un apparecchio danneggiato o caduto.

■ In caso di danni ai cavi o ai collegamenti, fare eseguire le ripara-

zioni dal servizio di assistenza clienti.

■ Per sﬁ lare la spina dalla presa di corrente, aﬀ errare sempre la

spina. Non sﬁ larla mai tirando il cavo.

■ Non collocare oggetti, mobili o simili sul cavo di rete ed impedire

che il cavo rimanga impigliato.

■ Non fare mai nodi al cavo di rete e non unirlo ad altri cavi. Col-

locare il cavo di rete in modo tale che nessuno possa camminarci sopra o inciamparvi.

■ Questo apparecchio non è indicato per l'uso da parte di persone

(inclusi bambini) con limitate capacità ﬁ siche, sensoriali o mentali o prive dell'esperienza e/o della conoscenza necessaria, a meno che tali persone non vengano sorvegliate da un responsabile per la sicurezza o abbiano ricevuto indicazioni sull'impiego dell'apparecchio.

■ Sorvegliare i bambini per assicurarsi che non giochino con

l'apparecchio.

■ Fare eseguire le riparazioni solo da aziende specializzate o

dall'assistenza ai clienti. Le riparazioni eﬀ ettuate in modo non conforme possono causare gravi pericoli per l'utente e comportano l'annullamento della garanzia.

■ La riparazione dell'apparecchio in periodo di garanzia può avere

luogo solo tramite l'assistenza ai clienti autorizzata dal produttore; in caso contrario, in presenza di successivi danni, la garanzia non sarà ritenuta valida.

■ I componenti guasti devono essere sostituiti esclusivamente da

pezzi di ricambio originali. Solo con questi pezzi di ricambio è garantita la conformità ai requisiti di sicurezza.

■ Non cercare mai di aprire l'apparecchio. All'interno dell'appa-

recchio non si trovano componenti che necessitano pulizia o manutenzione. Non eseguire modiﬁ che o riparazioni dell'apparecchio in proprio.

■ Non utilizzare l'apparecchio nelle vicinanze di ﬁ amme vive e non

mettere candele sull'apparecchio o accanto all'apparecchio.

■ Proteggere l'apparecchio dall'umidità, da spruzzi e gocce d'ac-

qua e dalla penetrazione di liquidi. Non collocare oggetti pieni di liquido (per es. vasi) sull'apparecchio o accanto all'apparecchio.

■ Qualora fosse penetrato del liquido nell'apparecchio, spegnere

l'apparecchio, staccare la spina e farlo controllare da personale qualiﬁ cato prima di rimetterlo in funzione.

■ Dopo il passaggio da ambiente freddo ad ambiente caldo, non

accendere l'apparecchio ﬁ nché non ha assunto la temperatura ambiente (circa 2 ore).

■ In caso di utilizzo di un alimentatore USB, la presa utilizzata deve

sempre essere facilmente accessibile, in modo che in un'eventuale situazione di pericolo l'alimentatore USB possa venire rapidamente staccato dalla presa.

Indicazioni relative alla sicurezza

devono venire utilizzati dai bambini per giocarvi. Pericolo di soﬀ ocamento!

Controllo della fornitura

La fornitura standard dell'apparecchio comprende i seguenti componenti:

Controllare che la fornitura sia completa e non presenti danni

visibili.

► In caso di fornitura incompleta o in presenza di danni da

trasporto o da imballaggio insuﬃ ciente, rivolgersi alla hotline di assistenza (v. il capitolo Assistenza).

Smaltimento della confezione

L'imballaggio protegge l'apparecchio dai danni da trasporto. I materiali di imballaggio sono stati selezionati in relazione alla loro ecocompatibilità e alle caratteristiche di smaltimento e pertanto sono riciclabili.

Il riciclo dell'imballaggio consente di risparmiare materie

prime e riduce la generazione di riﬁ uti. Smaltire il materiale di imballaggio inutilizzato in conformità alle norme vigenti locali.

Durante il periodo di validità della garanzia conservare l'imbal-

laggio originale per poter imballare adeguatamente l'apparecchio in caso di intervento in garanzia.

Montaggio dei piedini di supporto

♦ Inﬁ lare i piedini di supporto 7 (da dietro) nelle guide degli

altoparlanti 6 (vedi ﬁ g. 1).

Requisiti del luogo di installazione

Per l'uso sicuro e privo di guasti dell'apparecchio, il luogo di installazione deve adempiere i seguenti requisiti:

■ L'apparecchio deve trovarsi su una superﬁ cie stabile, piana e

orizzontale.

■ Non collocare l'apparecchio in un ambiente surriscaldato, bagnato

o molto umido, o nelle vicinanze di materiale inﬁ ammabile.

■ Collocare l'apparecchio in modo da non esporlo al sole diretto,

a forte luce artiﬁ ciale e all'aria proveniente dal riscaldamento.

Comandi e funzionamento

In questo capitolo sono riportate indicazioni importanti relative ai comandi e al funzionamento dell'apparecchio.

Requisiti di sistema

▯ Computer con scheda audio e attacco USB

▯ apparecchio audio con uscita audio (presa jack 3,5) e attacco

USB (in alternativa con alimentatore USB esterno).

Collegamento degli altoparlanti

♦ Assicurarsi che l'interruttore rotante 4 si trovi in posizione "OFF". ♦ Inﬁ lare lo spinotto jack da 3,5 mm 8 nella presa di uscita

Line-Out o nella presa cuﬃ a dell'apparecchio audio (per es. notebook, lettore MP3). Attraverso questo attacco vengono trasferiti i segnali audio.

♦ Inﬁ lare la spina USB 9 in una presa USB dell'apparecchio

audio (in alternativa nella presa USB di un alimentatore USB). Attraverso questo collegamento viene creata l'alimentazione degli altoparlanti 6.

AVVERTENZA

Senza collegamento USB gli altoparlanti 6 non funzionano!

►

Regolazione di accensione/spegnimento e del volume

♦ Per accendere gli altoparlanti 6, ruotare l'interruttore rotante 4

in senso orario ﬁ no a quando non si avverte un clic.

♦ Per aumentare il volume, continuare a ruotare l'interruttore

rotante 4 in senso orario.

♦ Per ridurre il volume, ruotare l'interruttore rotante 4 in senso

antiorario.

♦ Per accendere gli altoparlanti 6, ruotare l'interruttore rotante 4

in senso antiorario ﬁ no a quando non si avverte un clic (posizione OFF).

Accensione/spegnimento dell'illuminazione

♦ Posizionare l'interruttore LIGHT su "ON" per accendere

l'illuminazione dell'altoparlante 6.

♦ Posizionare l'interruttore LIGHT su "OFF" per accendere

l'illuminazione degli altoparlanti

Accensione/spegnimento dell'aumento dei bassi e degli alti

♦ Posizionare l'interruttore BASS 3 su "ON" per attivare

l'aumento dei bassi degli altoparlanti 6.

♦ Posizionare l'interruttore BASS 3 su "OFF" per disattivare

l'aumento dei bassi degli altoparlanti

♦ Posizionare l'interruttore TREBLE 2 su "ON" per attivare

l'aumento degli alti degli altoparlanti 6.

♦ Posizionare l'interruttore TREBLE 2 su "OFF" per disattivare

l'aumento degli alti degli altoparlanti 6.

► L'uscita della cuﬃ a è eseguita in modo passivo, ciò signiﬁ ca

L'ascolto di musica ad alto volume può comportare danni all'udito.

► Evitare di ascoltare musica ad alto volume con una

cuﬃ a, specialmente per lunghi periodi.

♦ Assicurarsi che l'interruttore rotante 4 si trovi in posizione "OFF". ♦ Inserire lo spinotto jack da 3,5 mm della cuﬃ a nell'apposito

ingresso 5.

♦ Prima di mettere la cuﬃ a, riaccendere gli altoparlanti 6 e

aumentare gradatamente il volume.

Non appena si collega una cuﬃ a, gli altoparlanti 6 vengono silenziati.

che la regolazione del volume è possibile tramite l'interruttore rotante 4, il volume massimo viene però deﬁ nito dal computer ossia dall'apparecchio audio. Si prega di badare che una cuﬃ a può venire collegata solo se l'apparecchio audio alla sua uscita rispetta i limiti imposti dalla normativa. Guasti e possibili rimedi

In questo capitolo sono riportate importanti informazioni per localizzare ed eliminare i guasti. Rispettare le indicazioni per evitare pericoli e danneggiamenti.

Cause ed eliminazione dei guasti

ATTENZIONE

È vietato aprire gli altoparlanti!

► All'interno dell'apparecchio non si trovano componenti che ne-

cessitano pulizia o manutenzione. Se si aprono gli altoparlanti si danneggia l'apparecchio in modo irreparabile.

La seguente tabella è di ausilio nella localizzazione ed eliminazione dei guasti minori:

Pulizia

Indicazioni relative alla sicurezza

ATTENZIONE

Possibile danneggiamento dell'apparecchio

L'inﬁ ltrazione di umidità può provocare danni all'apparecchio.

► Assicurarsi che durante la pulizia non penetri umidità nell'ap-

parecchio, per evitarne l'irreparabile danneggiamento.

■ Pulire l'apparecchio esclusivamente con un panno leggermente

inumidito e un detergente delicato.

Conservazione/Smaltimento

Conservazione

Conservare l'apparecchio in un ambiente asciutto.

Smaltimento dell'apparecchio

Non smaltire mai l'apparecchio assieme ai

normali riﬁ uti domestici. Questo prodotto è soggetto alla Direttiva europea 2002/96/EC RAEE (Riﬁ uti da apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche).

Smaltire l'apparecchio attraverso un'azienda di smal-

timento autorizzata o attraverso l'ente di smaltimento comunale. Rispettare le norme attualmente in vigore. In caso di dubbi, mettersi in contatto con l'ente di smaltimento competente.

Gebruik in overeenstemming met bestemming

De luidsprekers zijn uitsluitend bedoeld voor aansluiting op een pc, een notebook of een audioapparaat* (bijv. een MP3-speler) met behulp van een 3,5 mm jackplug. Dit apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor gebruik voor privédoeleinden, niet voor industriële en commerciële doeleinden. Een ander of verdergaand gebruik geldt als niet in overeenstemming met de bestemming. De fabrikant aanvaardt geen aansprakelijkheid voor schade als gevolg van gebruik dat niet in overeenstemming met de bestemming is. Het risico is uitsluitend voor de gebruiker.

* Bij aansluiting van de luidsprekers op een apparaat zonder USB-

aansluiting is een externe netvoedingsadapter met een USB-poort vereist (niet meegeleverd).

Veiligheid

In dit hoofdstuk krijgt u belangrijke veiligheidsinstructies voor de omgang met het apparaat. Dit apparaat voldoet aan de gestelde veiligheidsvoorschriften. Een verkeerd gebruik kan leiden tot persoonlijk letsel en materiële schade.

Basisveiligheidsvoorschriften

Neem de volgende veiligheidsvoorschriften in acht voor een veilige omgang met het apparaat:

■ Controleer het apparaat vóór gebruik op uitwendig zichtbare

schade. Gebruik geen apparaat dat beschadigd of gevallen is.

■ Laat bij beschadiging van het snoer of de aansluitingen deze

vervangen door de klantenservice.

■ Pak het snoer altijd bij de stekker vast. Trek niet aan het snoer zelf.

■ Zet geen voorwerpen, meubelstukken e.d. op het snoer en let

erop dat het niet bekneld raakt.

■ Leg nooit knopen in het snoer en bind het snoer niet aan andere

snoeren vast. Leid het snoer zodanig dat niemand erop gaat staan of erover kan struikelen.

■ Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik door personen (met

inbegrip van kinderen) met beperkte fysieke, zintuiglijke of geestelijke vermogens of met gebrek aan ervaring en/of gebrek aan kennis, tenzij ze onder toezicht staan van een voor hun veiligheid verantwoordelijke persoon of van die persoon aanwijzingen krijgen voor het gebruik van het apparaat.

■ Bij kinderen is supervisie noodzakelijk om ervoor te zorgen dat

ze niet met het apparaat spelen.

■ Laat reparaties aan het apparaat alleen uitvoeren door geauto-

riseerde vakbedrijven of door de klantenservice. Ondeskundige reparaties kunnen resulteren in aanzienlijke gevaren voor de gebruiker. Bovendien vervalt dan de garantie.

■ Een reparatie van het apparaat tijdens de garantieperiode mag

alleen worden uitgevoerd door een klantenservice die door de fabrikant is geautoriseerd, anders vervalt de garantie bij volgende schadegevallen.

■ Defecte onderdelen mogen alleen worden vervangen door origi-

nele reserveonderdelen. Alleen bij deze onderdelen is gewaarborgd dat ze voldoen aan de veiligheidseisen.

■ Probeer het apparaat niet te openen. Er bevinden zich geen onder-

delen in het apparaat die schoongemaakt kunnen worden of onderhoud vergen. Verander of repareer het apparaat nooit zelf.

■ Gebruik het apparaat niet in de nabijheid van open vuur en

plaats geen kaarsen op of nabij het apparaat.

■ Bescherm het apparaat tegen vocht, spatwater en lekkages en

het binnendringen van vloeistoﬀ en. Plaats geen met vloeistoﬀ en gevulde voorwerpen (bijv. vazen) op of naast het apparaat.

■ Als er vloeistof in het apparaat is binnengedrongen, schakelt u

het apparaat uit, koppelt u het los van de stroomvoorziening en laat u het door gekwaliﬁ ceerd en vakkundig personeel nakijken, voordat u het opnieuw in gebruik neemt.

■ Wacht, als u het apparaat hebt verplaatst van een koude naar

een warme omgeving, tot het apparaat de omgevingstemperatuur heeft aangenomen (ong. 2 uur), voordat u het apparaat inschakelt.

■ Als u een USB-voedingsadapter gebruikt, moet het gebruikte

stopcontact altijd goed toegankelijk zijn, om in noodgevallen de stekker van de USB-voeding snel uit het stopcontact te kunnen trekken.

Inhoud van het pakket controleren

Het apparaat wordt standaard met de volgende componenten geleverd:

OPMERKING

► Controleer of het pakket compleet is en of er sprake is van

zichtbare schade.

► Neem contact op met de Service-Hotline (zie hoofdstuk

Service) als het pakket niet compleet is, of indien er sprake is van schade door gebrekkige verpakking of transport.

De verpakking afvoeren

De verpakking beschermt het apparaat tegen transportschade. De verpakkingsmaterialen zijn niet schadelijk voor het milieu. Ze zijn gekozen op grond van milieuvriendelijkheid en daarom recyclebaar.

Het terugvoeren van de verpakking in de materiaalkring-

loop is een besparing op grondstoﬀ en en reduceert het ontstaan van afval. Voer niet meer benodigde verpakkingsmaterialen af conform de plaatselijk geldende voorschriften.

Bewaar zo mogelijk de originele verpakking gedurende de

garantieperiode van het apparaat, om het apparaat in geval van een garantiekwestie volgens de voorschriften te kunnen verpakken.

Voor een veilige en storingsvrije werking van het apparaat moet de plaatsingslocatie aan de volgende voorwaarden voldoen:

■ Het apparaat moet op een stevige, vlakke en horizontale onder-

grond worden geplaatst.

■ Plaats het apparaat niet in een hete, natte of zeer vochtige om-

geving of in de buurt van brandbare materialen.

■ Plaats het apparaat zodanig, dat het niet wordt blootgesteld aan

direct zonlicht, fel kunstlicht en verwarmingslucht.

Bediening en gebruik

In dit hoofdstuk krijgt u belangrijke aanwijzingen voor de bediening en het gebruik van het apparaat.

Systeemvereisten

▯ Computer met geluidskaart en USB-poort

▯ Audioapparaat met audio-uitgang (3,5 mm jackplug) en

USB-poort (of een externe USB-voedingsadapter)

Luidsprekers aansluiten

♦ Controleer of de knop 4 op de stand "OFF" staat. ♦ Steek de 3,5 mm jackplug 8 in de LINE OUT-uitgang of de

koptelefoonaansluiting van uw audioapparaat (bijv. notebook of MP3-speler). Via deze aansluiting worden de geluidssignalen overgedragen.

♦ Steek de USB-stekker 9 in een USB-poort van uw audioapparaat

(of in de USB-poort van een externe USB-voedingsadapter). Via deze aansluiting worden de luidsprekers voorzien.

Zonder USB-aansluiting werken de luidsprekers 6 niet!

Problemen oplossen

In dit hoofdstuk staan belangrijke aanwijzingen voor het opsporen en verhelpen van storingen. Let op de aanwijzingen, om gevaren en beschadigingen te voorkomen.

U mag de luidsprekers niet openen!

► Er bevinden zich geen onderdelen in het apparaat die schoon-

gemaakt kunnen worden of onderhoud vergen. Het openen van de luidsprekers leidt tot onherstelbare schade aan het apparaat.

De onderstaande tabel helpt bij het opsporen en verhelpen van kleinere storingen:

Reinigen

Door binnendringend vocht kan het apparaat beschadigd raken.

► Zorg dat er geen vocht in het apparaat binnendringt tijdens het

schoonmaken, om onherstelbare schade aan het apparaat te voorkomen.

■ Reinig het apparaat uitsluitend met een licht vochtige doek en

een mild afwasmiddel.

Berg het apparaat op in een droge omgeving.

Apparaat afvoeren

Gooi het apparaat in geen geval weg bij het

gewone huisvuil. Dit product is onderworpen aan de Europese Richtlijn 2002/96/EC AEEA (afgedankte elektrische en elektronische apparatuur).

Voer het apparaat af via een erkend afvalverwerkings-

bedrijf of via uw gemeentereiniging. Neem de momenteel geldende voorschriften in acht. Neem bij twijfel contact op met de verantwoordelijke instantie.

■ Repairs to the device during the warranty period may only be

carried out by a customer service department authorised by the manufacturer. Otherwise no additional warranty claims can be considered for subsequent damage.

■ Defective components must always be replaced with original

replacement parts. It can only be guaranteed that safety requirements are complied with if original replacement parts are used.

■ Never attempt to open the device. There are no parts which can

be cleaned or maintained inside the device. Do not perform any modiﬁ cations or changes to the device yourself.

■ Never operate the device in the vicinity of naked ﬂ ames, and do

not place candles on or next to the device.

■ Protect the device from moisture, spray and dripping water and

the penetration of liquids. Do not place objects containing liquid (e.g. ﬂ ower vases) on or near the device.

■ If liquid penetrates the device, switch it oﬀ , disconnect it from

the power supply and have it inspected by qualiﬁ ed specialists before using it again.

■ If the device is moved from cold to warm surroundings, wait for

approx. 2 hours until the device has reached the ambient temperature before switching it on.

■ If you are using a USB power supply, the mains socket used must

always be easily accessible so that the USB power supply can be quickly disconnected from the socket in a hazardous situation.

Disposal of packaging

The packaging protects the device from transport damage. The packaging materials have been selected in accordance with their environmental friendliness and disposal attributes, and are therefore recyclable.

The recirculation of packaging into the material cycle

saves raw materials and reduces the amount of waste generated. Dispose of packaging material that is no longer needed in accordance with applicable local regulations.

If possible, keep the original packaging during the warranty

Fitting the support feet

♦ Slide the support feet 7 onto the loudspeaker guide rails from

For safe and trouble-free operation of the device, the installation site must fulﬁ l the following requirements:

Handling and use

This section provides you with important information on handling and using the device.

System requirements

▯ Computer with sound card and USB connection

▯ audio device with audio output (3.5 mm jack plug) and USB

connection (alternatively with external USB power supply).

Connecting the loudspeaker

♦ Ensure that the rotary switch 4 is in the “OFF” position. ♦ Plug the 3.5 mm jack plug 8 into the line out or headphone

socket of your audio device (e.g. notebook, MP3 player). The audio signals are transmitted via this connection.

♦ Plug the USB plug 9 into a USB socket of your audio device

(alternatively into the USB socket of an external USB power

supply). The power supply for the loudspeaker via this connection.

NOTE

► The loudspeakers 6 do not work without a USB connection!

Switching on/oﬀ and adjusting the volume

♦ Turn the rotary switch 4 clockwise until a click is heard in

order to switch the loudspeakers

♦ Turn the rotary switch 4 further in a clockwise direction to

increase the volume.

♦ Turn the rotary switch 4 anticlockwise to decrease the volume. ♦ Turn the rotary switch 4 anticlockwise until a click is heard

(OFF position) in order to switch the loudspeakers

switch the loudspeaker 6 treble boost on.

♦ Turn the TREBLE switch 2 to the “OFF” position in order to

switch the loudspeaker 6 treble boost oﬀ .

The loudspeakers may not be opened!

► There are no parts which can be cleaned or maintained inside

the device. Opening the loudspeakers will result in irreparable damage to the device.

The following table will help with localising and remedying minor malfunctions:
