Uso conforme al previsto
El reproductor de CD con radio se ha construido
exclusivamente para la re-producción de CDs de
música y para escuchar los programas de Radio. El
reproductor de CD con radio no se ha previsto
para su uso comercial o bien industrial.
No se asume ninguna garantía por daños resultantes de un uso no conforme al previsto del aparato.

Antes de realizar la puesta en servicio, comprobar
que el volumen de suministro esté completo y que
no haya sufrido daños.

Indicaciones de seguridad
• Este aparato no ha sido concebido para ser utilizado por personas (incluyendo niños) con discapacidad física, sensorial o psíquica, o por aquellas que no tengan la suficiente experiencia o
conocimientos, a no ser que, para su propia seguridad sean supervisadas por una persona responsable o reciban de ella las correspondientes instrucciones sobre su utilización.
• Vigile a los niños para asegurarse de que no
juegan con el aparato.
• Para evitar una conexión involuntaria, desconecte el aparato de la red después de cada uso y
antes de cada limpieza.
• El adaptador de red debe resultar siempre
fácilmente accesible para que en caso de emergencia el aparato se pueda desconectar rápidamente de la red.
• Los niños no deben tener acceso a las pilas. Los
niños pueden meterse las pilas en la boca y tragárselas. En caso de ingestión accidental de
una pila hay que avisar inmediatamente a un
médico.

¡Peligro de descarga eléctrica!
• Conecte el aparato únicamente a una base de
enchufe instalada y conectada a tierra de acuerdo con la normativa. La tensión de red debe corresponderse a los datos de la placa de características del aparato.
• No utilice el aparato con la línea de alimentación o la clavija de red dañados.
• Deje que el servicio de asistencia técnica repare
o en su caso sustituya la línea de conexión o bien
los aparatos que no funcionen correctamente.
• No exponga el aparato a lluvia ni utilicelo jamás en entornos mojados o húmedos.
• Cuide de que la línea de alimentación no se moje
o humedezca nunca durante el funcionamiento.
• Queda prohibido abrir la carcasa del aparato o
intentar repararlo. En este caso no estará protegido y perderá el derecho a la garantía.
• Proteja el aparato contra gotas y salpicaduras
de agua. Para ello, no coloque ningún recipiente que contenga líquido (p.ej. jarrón con flores)
encima del aparato.
Nota acerca de la desconexión dered
El interruptor de RADIO/OFF/CD del aparato nolo
desconecta completamente de la red eléctri-ca.
Además, en el modo inactivo el aparatotambién
consume corriente. Para desconectarel aparato
completamente de la red es nece-sario extraer la
clavija de red de la base deenchufe.
Riesgo de incendio!
• No utilice nunca el aparato en la proximidad de
superficies calientes.
• No coloque el aparato en lugares donde quede
expuesto a la radiación solar directa. De otro
modo podría sobrecalentarse y dañarse de forma irreparable.
• No deje nunca el aparato desatendido durante
su funcionamiento.
• Nunca cubra la rejilla de ventilación del aparato mientras que este encendido.
• No coloque nunca fuentes de incendio abiertas,
tales como p. ej. velas sobre el aparato.
Peligro de lesiones!
• Mantenga los niños alejados de la línea de conexión y del aparato. Los niños a veces menosprecian los riesgos que entrañan los aparatos
eléctricos.
• Procure un asiento estable del aparato.
• En caso de que se caiga el aparato o esté dañado, no deberá ponerlo de nuevo en funcionamiento. Deje que compruebe el aparato personal espe-cialista cualificado y en su caso que lo
repare.
• Los niños no deben tener acceso a las pilas. Los
niños pueden meterse las pilas en la boca y
atragantarse.
¡Tormenta!
En caso de una tormenta, los aparatos
conectados a la red eléctrica podrían dañarse.
Por eso, en caso de una tormenta desconecte
el aparato siempre
de la red.
Advertencia sobre tensiones
transitorias (EFT/transitorio eléctrico
rápido) y descargas electroestáticas:
En caso de un fallo por transitorios eléctricos
rápidos (tensión transitoria) o descargas
electroestáticas se deberá volver a iniciar el
producto para restablecer el funcionamiento
normal. Posiblemente se deberá interrumpir
la alimentación eléctrica y volver a conectar el
aparato a la red. Se deberán retirar las pilas
(si están puestas) y volver a colocarlas.
Advertencia:
Tenga en cuenta que los pies de goma del
aparato pueden dejar marcas en las superficies pintadas, delicadas o tratadas de otra
manera. Coloque en su caso una base antideslizante debajo de los pies del aparato.

Insertar las pilas
Para utilizar el reproductor de CD con radio con pilas, introduzca 6 pilas de 1,5 V tipo D/LR20 en el
alojamiento de las mismas (las pilas no están contenidas en el suministro).
• Abra el compartimiento de pilas en el lado inferior del aparato.
• Inserte las pilas en el compartimiento de pilas teniendo en cuenta la polaridad representada en
el compartimiento de pilas.
• Cierre de nuevo la tapa del compartimiento de
las pilas cuidadosamente, hasta que se encaje.
Manejo de las pilas
Pilas que se derramen pueden producir daños
en reproductor de CD con Radio.
• Si no utiliza el reproductor de CD con Radio
durante un tiempo prolongado, es aconsejable retirar las pilas.
• Sustituya todas las pilas usadas simultáneamente, utilice pilas del mismo tipo.
• Si las pilas se han vaciado, utilice guantes
protectores y limpie el compartimiento de
las pilas con un trapo seco.
Antes del primer uso
Colocación
• Extraiga el reproductor de CD con Radio y el
accesorio del embalaje.
• Retire todos los bloqueadores de seguridad para
el transporte y las cintas/láminas adhesivas.
Atención:
No deje que los niños jueguen con los plásticos. ¡Podrían asfixiarse!
• Coloque el reproductor de CD con Radio sobre
una superficie horizontal plana. Coloque el reproductor de CD con Radio de modo que la tapa del
compartimiento de CD se pueda abrir por completo. Para ello se ha de plegar el asa 1 hacia atrás.
Alimentación de corriente
• Conecte la clavija del cable de red a la conexión
en que hay en la parte posterior del aparato.
• Conecte la clavija de red a una base enchufe.
El reproductor de CD con radio detecta automáticamente la conexión del cable a la red eléctrica y conecta automáticamente el modo de red.

Utilización
Encendido y apagado del aparato /
Selección de fuentes de sonido
Para encender el aparato, seleccionar una fuente
de sonido con el interruptor de función:
•CD
• Radio
1.Coloque el interruptor de función a la posición
correspondiente a la fuente de sonido que desea escuchar.
2.Para apagar el aparato, coloque el interruptor
de función a la posición "OFF".
Ajustar el volumen
Puede ajustar el volumen en el regulador de volumen.
• Para aumentar el volumen, gire el Regulador de
volumen en sentido horario.
• Para disminuir el volumen, gire el Regulador de
volumen en sentido anthorario.
Funciones de radio
1. Levante la antena telescópica y desplieguela.
Oriente la antena telescópica de modo que la
recepción sea óptima.
Para la recepción de emisoras MW (AM) existe
una antena receptora fija incorporada. Gire en
modo de funcionamiento de Radio el aparato completo hasta lograr la mejor recepción.
2. Ajuste la gama de sintonización (AM/FM/FM ST.)
con el selector de bandas. Con el ajuste de
FM ST, el programa de Radio emitido en estéreo,
es reproducido en estéreo.
Si se recibe el programa con plena intensidad
de emisora en estéreo, se ilumina la indicación
de FM estéreo.
Indicación:
Si la señal estéreo del área de recepción FM ST
es demasiado débil, es posible que la recepción mejore al seleccionar la opción
ajuste el sonido es reproducido en Mono.

Utilizar auriculares
También puede usar un reproductor de CD con Radio y un auricular con conector de auriculares estéreo de 3,5 mm. La conexión de los auriculares
están ubicados en el dorsal del reproductor de CD
con Radio. Una vez que haya conectado los auriculares, los altavoces se apagarán y sólo podrá oír el
sonido a través de los auriculares.
• Inserte el Jack de los auriculares en la toma
para auriculares.
Atención:
¡Antes ponerse unos auriculares, baje el volumen al mínimo! ¡Exponer la oída a un volumen demasiado alto repentinamente o durante un tiempo prolongado puede dañarla!
3. Ajuste girando el sintonizador, la emisora de
Radio buscada.
Funciones de CD
Introducir CD
• Seleccione con el interruptor de función la función de CD.
• Pliegue el asa hacia abajo.
• Para abrir el alojamiento para CDs, presione la
tapa por el punto marcado con
continuación suéltela.
La tapa de la bandeja de CD se levantará hacia arriba.
• Introduzca el CD con la cara impresa mirando hacia arriba centrado en el alojamiento para CDs.
Preste atención a que el orificio central del CD
quede colocado sobre el cono del plato giratorio.

• Para cerrar el alojamiento para CDs, presione la
tapa por el punto marcado con
que se enclave.
En el Display se visualiza después de un parpadeo
corto „--“ la cantidad de las pistas del CD.
OPEN/CLOSE hasta
Extraer CD
• Pulse la tecla STOP y espere hasta que no gire el
CD.
El CD no debe girar al abrir la bandeja
del CD. El CD podría dañarse de forma irreparable.
• Para abrir la bandeja del CD, presione la tapa
en
OPEN/CLOSE.
• Extraiga el CD.
Iniciar reproducción
• Pulse la tecla PLAY/PAUSE.
En el display visualizará
título.
„PLAY“ y sonará el primer
Detener reproducción
• Pulse la tecla Stop.
Interrumpir/continuar reproducción
• Pulse durante la reproducción la tecla PLAY/PAUSE.
En el display parpadea la indicación "PLAY“.
• Para continuar la reproducción, pulse la tecla
PLAY/PAUSE de nuevo.
Saltar pista hacia delante y hacia
atrás
• Para reproducir el título siguiente en un CD, pulse durante la reproducción las veces necesarias
la tecla
NEXT, hasta que aparezca el número del
título buscado.
• Para reproducir el título anterior un CD, pulse
durante la reproducción las veces necesarias la
tecla
BACK, hasta que aparezca el número del
título buscado.
Avanzar y retroceder pista
• Pulse durante la reproducción la tecla NEXT o
bien la tecla
• Manténgala pulsada hasta que haya alcanzado
la posición deseada en la pista.
BACK.
Función de repetición (REPEAT)
Con la función de repetición puede repetir cada
uno de los títulos de un CD o reproducir repetidamente todos los títulos de un CD.
• Para repetir títulos individuales pulse la tecla
RE-
PEAT.
En el display parpadea RPT.
• Para repetir todos los títulos de un CD, pulse dos
veces la tecla
En el display se muestra RPT.
• Para finalizar la repetición, pulse la tecla Repeat
las veces necesarias hasta que se apague RPT.
REPEAT.
Programar sucesión de pistas
Puede programarse el orden de reproducción de
hasta 20 títulos dentro de un mismo CD. Esto sólo
es posible si la reproducción está detenida.
• Pulse la tecla
En el display parpadea el texto PRG01 para indicar el puesto de programación 1, cuyo título se reproducirá en primer lugar.
• A continuación, con las teclas
cione el título que desea asignar al puesto de
programación 1.
• Para guardar los ajustes pulse la Tecla Programa.
En el display aparece el texto PRG02 para el puesto de programación 2.
• Para programar más pistas, repita los pasos precedentes.
Si están asignadas todas las 20 posiciones de memoria, se visualizan los números de títulos en orden
correlativo en el display.
A continuación parpadea 01.
• Inicie la reproducción programada pulsando la
tecla
PROGRAM.
NEXT y BACK, selec-
PLAY/PAUSE.

La secuencia de títulos programada se borra...
- Si durante la reproducción se pulsa dos veces la
tecla
STOP. El texto PRG desaparece.
- Si se abre el alojamiento para CDs.
- Si se apaga y se vuelve a encender el aparato.

• Pulse durante la reproducción programa da la
tecla
STOP.
• Pulse la tecla

Reproducir pistas en orden aleatorio
(RANDOM)
• Pulse la tecla RANDOM.
En el display aparece RDM.
• Si se ha abierto la función RANDOM con la reproducción detenida, pulse la tecla
para comenzar la reproducción.
Las pistas del CD se reproducirán en orden aleatorio.
PLAY/PAUSE
Limpieza
• Limpie la carcasa única-mente con un paño lige-
ramente humedecido enjabón suave. Procure que
durante la limpieza noentre ningún líquido ni humedad al aparato.
• Limpie el interior de la bandeja de disco –si esne-
cesario– exclusivamente con un pincel limpioy
seco (por ejemplo un pincel de limpiar objetivos,a la venta en establecimientos de fotografía).
¡No limpie nunca en húmedo el interior de labandeja del disco!
¡Advertencia!
¡Si penetra humedad en el aparato, existe riesgo de una descarga eléctrica! Además el aparato podría sufrirdaños irreparables.
En caso de avería
• No intente desmontar el aparato ni reparar la
avería usted mismo. Podría dañar las sensibles
piezas electrónicas del interior.
• ¡Las reparaciones deben ser realizadas exclusivamente por personal técnico cualificado!
• ¡No nos responsabilizamos de los daños derivados del uso inapropiado y / o del desmontaje
no autorizado en el aparato!
• En caso de avería, póngase en contacto con el
servicio técnico de su país.
Eliminación
Eliminar el aparato
No tire bajo ningún concepto el aparato a la
basura doméstica normal. Elimine el aparato
a través de una instalación de eliminación
autorizada o un centro de eliminación público.
Este producto está sujeto a la directiva europea
2002/96/CE.
Observe las normas vigentes actuales. Si
tuviera alguna duda, póngase en contacto
con su centro de eliminación de residuos.
Eliminación de las pilas
No tire las pilas a la basura doméstica. Todo consumidor está obligado por la ley a llevar las pilas/baterías a un punto oficial de recogida de su municipio/su barrio o entregarlas en un establecimiento
comercial.
Esta obligación sirve para que las pilas sean eliminadas de forma respetuosa con el medio ambiente.
Devuelva las pilas/baterías exclusivamente en estado descargado.
Eliminación del embalaje
Elimine todos los materiales de embalaje de
forma respetuosa con el medio ambiente.

Importador
El aparato tiene una garantía de 3 años a partir de
la fecha de compra. Si acaso, a pesar de nuestro
elevado estándar de calidad, usted tuviese algo
que reclamar, rogamos se ponga en contacto con
nuestro servicio telefónico.
Si la tramitación telefónica de su reclamación no
fuera posible, allí recibirá
• un número de tramitación (número RMA) así
como
• una dirección a la que podrá enviar su producto
con garantía.
En caso de un envío rogamos que adjunte una copia
del justificante de compra (ticket de caja). El aparato
debe estar embalado de forma segura para su
transporte y el número RMA deberá ser visible
directamente. No se pueden tramitar envíos sin el
número RMA.
Advertencia:
La garantía es válida en caso de defectos de
material o de fabricación.

• para piezas de desgaste
• para daños en piezas frágiles como
interruptores o pilas recargables.

Il lettore CD con radio è concepito esclusivamente
per la riproduzione di CD audio e per l'ascolto di
programmi radiofonici. Il lettore CD con radio non
è previsto per l'impiego in ambiti commerciali e industriali. L'azienda non si assume alcuna responsabilità per i danni derivanti da un uso non conforme
alla norma dell'apparecchio!

Avvertenza sulla sospensione della
tensione
L'interruttore di funzione RADIO/OFF/CD di questo
apparecchio non scollega completamente
l'apparecchio dalla corrente elettrica. L'apparecchio, inoltre, assorbe corrente in modalità
di standby. Per scollegare completamente l'apparecchio dalla rete elettrica, è necessario staccare
la spina dalla presa.

In casi di funzionamento scorretto a causa di
transitori elettrici veloci (tensione ad impulso) e
scariche elettrostatiche, il prodotto deve essere
resettato per ripristinare il normale funzionamento. È probabile che l’approvvigionamento
di corrente debba essere interrotto e poi
nuovamente collegato. Le pile (se disponibili)

Avvertenza:

Messa in funzione
• Collocare il lettore CD con radio su una superficie
piana e orizzontale. Posizionare il lettore CD
con radio in modo tale da consentire la completa
apertura dello sportello del vano CD. La maniglia
per il trasporto deve essere ribaltata indietro.
Inserimento delle pile
Se si vuole fare funzionare il lettore CD con radio
con le pile, è necessario inserire prima 6 pile da
1,5 V tipo D/LR20 nel vano pile (le pile non sono
incluse nella fornitura).
• Aprire il vano pile sul lato inferiore dell'apparecchio.
• Inserire le pile rispettando la giusta polarità,
così come indicata nel vano pile.
• Richiudere con cautela il coperchio del vano
pile fino allo scatto.
Uso delle pile
Le pile deteriorate con liquidi in fuoriuscita possono causare danni al lettore CD con radio.
• Rimuovere le pile in caso di inutilizzo prolungato del lettore CD con radio.
• Sostituire sempre tutte le pile contemporaneamente e utilizzare sempre pile dello stesso
tipo.
• In caso di fuoriuscita di acidi dalle pile,
indossare guanti protettivi e ripulire il vano
pile con un panno asciutto.
Installazione
• Rimuovere il lettore CD con radio e i relativi
accessori dalla confezione.
• Rimuovere tutti i materiali protettivi per il trasporto,
nastri adesivi e pellicole.
Attenzione:
Non far giocare i bambini piccoli con la plastica
da imballaggio. Sussiste il rischio di soffocamento!
Connessione all'alimentazione di corrente
• Inserire la spina del cavo di rete nel collegamento
del cavo di rete sul retro dell'apparecchio.
• Collegare la spina del cavo di rete ad una presa
di rete.
Il lettore CD con radio riconosce automaticamente
il collegamento del cavo di rete alla rete elettrica
e commuta automaticamente su funzionamento in
rete.

Impiego
Accensione/spegnimento dell'apparecchio, selezione sorgente sonora
Si può accendere l'apparecchio selezionando una
sorgente sonora mediante l'interruttore di funzione:
•CD
• RADIO
1.Spostare l'interruttore di funzione nella posizione
della sorgente sonora desiderata.
2.Per spegnere di nuovo l'apparecchio, spostare
l'interruttore di funzione in posizione “OFF“.
Impostazione del volume
Il volume si può regolare con l'apposita manopola.
• Per aumentare il volume, ruotare la manopola
di regolazione del volume in senso orario.
• Per diminuire il volume, ruotare la manopola
di regolazione del volume in senso antiorario.
Uso della cuffia
È possibile collegare al lettore CD con radio una
cuffia con spinotto jack stereo da 3,5 mm. L'ingresso
per la cuffia si trova sul retro del lettore CD con radio.
Una volta collegata la cuffia, gli altoparlanti verranno
disattivati e il suono si udrà solo attraverso la cuffia.
• Inserire lo spinotto jack della cuffia nell'apposito
ingresso.
Attenzione:
L'ascolto di musica con le cuffie per periodi
troppo lunghi o ad alto volume può causare danni all'udito!
Funzioni radio
1. Raddrizzare l'antenna telescopica ed estrarla.
Orientare l'antenna telescopica in modo tale
da ottenere una ricezione ottimale.
Per la ricezione delle emittenti a onde medie (AM)
è stata incorporata un'antenna di ricezione. Ruotare
tutto l'apparecchio acceso in modalità radio fino a
ottenere la ricezione ottimale.
2. Impostare la gamma di frequenze (AM/FM/FM ST.)
con il selettore di banda. In modalità
tente radiofonica viene riprodotta in stereofonia.
Se la ricezione del programma radiofonico in
stereofonia avviene con segnale forte, si accende
l'indicatore FM Stereo.
FM ST. l'emit-
Avvertenza:
Se nella gamma di ricezione FM ST. il segnale
stereo è troppo debole, è possibile migliorare
la ricezione selezionando l'impostazione
Con questa impostazione il suono viene riprodotto in modalità mono.
3. Tramite la manopola di sintonizzazione impostare
l'emittente radiofonica desiderata.

Funzioni CD
Inserimento del CD
• Con l'interruttore di funzione selezionare la fun-
zione CD.
• Piegare indietro la maniglia per il trasporto.
• Per aprire il vano CD, premere verso il basso lo
sportello nel punto contrassegnato da
OPEN/CLOSE, quindi lasciarlo andare.
Il coperchio del vano CD si aprirà verso l'alto.
• Inserire il CD con il lato stampato rivolto verso
l'alto al centro del vano CD. Accertarsi che il CD
si trovi con il foro al centro del cono del piatto
girevole.

• Per chiudere il vano CD, premere verso il basso
fino all'arresto lo sportello nel punto contrassegnato da
Nel display, dopo un breve lampeggiare del simbolo
“--“ verrà indicato il numero dei brani del CD.
OPEN/CLOSE.
Estrazione del CD
• Premere il tasto STOP e attendere finché il CD non
gira più.
Il CD non deve più girare al momento
dell'apertura del vano CD. In caso contrario potrebbe subire un danno irreparabile.
• Per aprire il vano CD, premere verso il basso
lo sportello nel punto contrassegnato da
CLOSE, quindi lasciarlo andare.
• Prelevare il CD.
OPEN/
Riavvolgimento e avanzamento del
brano
• Durante la riproduzione programmata premere
il tasto
NEXT o il tasto BACK.
• Tenerli premuti fino a raggiungere la posizione
desiderata nel brano.
Funzione di ripetizione (REPEAT)
Con la funzione di ripetizione si possono riprodurre
i singoli brani di un CD o tutti i brani di un CD.
• Per ripetere singoli brani, premere il tasto
Nel display lampeggia RPT.
• Per ripetere tutti i brani di un CD, premere due
volte il tasto
Sul display è visualizzato RPT.
• Per terminare la ripetizione, premere il tasto
REPEAT.

Programmazione della sequenza dei
brani
È possibile programmare una sequenza di riproduzione con un massimo di 20 brani, sequenza nella
quale vengono riprodotti i brani di un CD. Ciò è
possibile solo a riproduzione ferma.
• Premere il tasto
Sul display lampeggia il messaggio PRG01 per la
posizione di programma il cui brano viene riprodotto
per primo.
• Selezionare con i tasti
iderato per la posizione di programma.
• Premere il tasto

Sul display lampeggia il messaggio PRG02 per la
posizione di programma 2.
• Per programmare ulteriori brani, ripetere i passaggi precedentemente descritti.

• Durante la riproduzione programmata premere

addetto al servizio assistenza!
• Per i danni risultanti da uso non conforme dell'apparecchio non ci si assume alcuna garanzia!
• In caso di anomalia di funzionamento rivolgersi
al centro responsabile dell'assistenza nel proprio
Paese.
Pulizia
• Pulire l'alloggiamento solo con un panno leggermente umido e un detergente delicato. Impedire
la penetrazione di umidità nell'apparecchio
durante la pulizia!
• Pulire l'interno dello scomparto del disco, se
necessario, solo con un pennello pulito e asciutto
(ad es. pennelli per obiettivi, disponibili presso
i negozi specializzati di fotografia). Non pulire
mai l'interno dello scomparto del disco con oggetti umidi!

Garanzia e assistenza
Non gettare per alcun motivo l'apparecchio insieme ai normali rifiuti domestici. Il presente prodotto è conforme alla direttiva europea 2002/96/CE.
Smaltire l'apparecchio presso un'azienda autorizzata

Rispettare le prescrizioni attualmente in vigore. In

Information on separating the

The RADIO/OFF/CD button on this device does

Thunder storms!
Devices connected to mains power can be
damaged during a thunder storm. If there is a
thunder storm, always remove the mains plug
from the socket.
Information on voltage surges
(EFT/electrical fast transient)
and electrostatic discharges:
If the product does not work properly due
to electrical fast transient processes (voltage
surges) or electrostatic discharge, it must be
reset to restore normal operation. If necessary,
remove the plug from the power socket and
insert it again. The batteries (if used) must be
removed and reinserted.
Note:
Take note that the rubber feet of the appliance
could leave traces on painted, sensitive or treated surfaces. If possible, place an anti-slip material under the feet of the appliance.

Inserting Batteries
If you wish to operate the CD Player with Radio by
battery power, you must first insert 6 x 1,5 V batteries of the type D/LR20 into the battery compartment (batteries are not supplied).
• Open the battery compartment on the appliance
under side.
• Insert the batteries into the battery compartment,
taking note of the outlined polarities in the battery compartment.
• Carefully close the battery compartment lid until
it clicks into place.
Interaction with batteries
Leaking batteries can cause damage to the
CD-Player with Radio.
• If you do not intend to use the CD-Player
with Radio for an extended period, remove
the batteries.
• Always exchange the batteries in a timely
manner and use batteries of the same type.
• Should the batteries leak, wear protective
gloves and clean the battery compartment
with a dry cloth.
Before first use
Setup
• Remove the CD-Player with Radio and the accessories from the trans-port packaging.
• Remove all transport fixing items and adhesive
tape/films.
Important:
Do not permit small children to play with the
plastic packaging. There is a risk of them suffocating!
• Place the CD-Player with Radio on a level horizontal surface. Place the CD-Player with Radio

power cable plug at the rear of the appliance.
• Insert the plug of the power cable into a wall power socket.
The CD Player with Radio automatically recognises
when the power cable is connected to a mains power socket and switches itself into mains power operation.

Usage
Switching the appliance on/off and
sound source selection
The appliance is switched on by you selecting a
sound source with the function switch:
•CD
• Radio
1.Slide the function switch to the position of your
desired sound source.
2.To switch the appliance off, slide the function
switch to the position "OFF".
Adjusting the volume.
You can adjust the sound volume with the volume regulator.
• To increase the sound volume turn the volume regulator clockwise.
• To reduce the sound volume turn the volume regulator anti-clockwise.
Radio functions
1. Raise the telescopic antenna and extend it to full
length. Adjust the antenna positioning so that ra-
dio reception is optimal.
For receiving MW (AM) transmissions, there is an
inbuilt reception antenna. In radio operation, turn
the whole appliance to a position where the best radio reception is obtained.
2. Adjust the receptionrange (AM/FM/FM ST.) with
the waveband selector. With the adjustment
FM ST radio programmes transmitted in stereo will
be played back in stereo. Should the program-
me be received in stereo at full strength the FM
stereo display lights up.
Notice:
Should the stereo signal in the reception range
FM ST be too weak, you can improve it in that
you select the adjustment

Using headphones
You can connect headphones to the CD-Player with
Radio with a 3,5 mm Stereo jackplug. The headphone connector is to be found at the rear of the
CD-Player with Radio. When you have connected
the headphones, the loudspeakers are disconnected
and you will only hear sound via the headphones.
• Insert the headphone jackplug into the headphone connection.
Attention!
Before putting on a set of headphones
turn the volume level down to the minimum! Your hearing could be damaged if
it is subjected to high volume levels for too
long or suddenly!
3. Through turning the tuning regulator, the desired
radio station can be selected.

Inserting a CD
• Select the CD function with the function switch.
• Fold the carrying handle back.
• To open the CD compartment, press down the
flap at the position marked with
then release it.
The flap of the CD compartment opens upwards.
• Insert the CD, with the printed side upwards, in
the middle of the CD compartment. Thereby, ensure that the CD lies with its hole in the middle of
the cone of the turntable.

Cleaning
• Clean the housing of the appliance only with a
slightly moist cloth and a mild detergent. Ensure
that moisture cannot permeate into the appliance
during cleaning!
• If necessary, clean the inside of the disc tray
exclusively with a clean dry brush (i.e. a lens
brush, obtainable from a photographic dealer).
NEVER use moisture to clean the inside of the
CD compartment!
The programmed title sequence is erased
when...
- You press twice on the button STOP during playback. The indicator PRG extinguishes.
- You open the CD compartment.
- The appliance is switched off and then back on.

Hinweis zur Netztrennung
Der Funktionsschalter RADIO/OFF/CD dieses Gerätes trennt das Gerät nicht vollständig vom Stromnetz. Außerdem nimmt das Gerät im Standby-Betrieb Strom auf. Um das Gerät vollständig vom
Netz zu trennen, muss der Netzstecker aus der
Netzsteckdose gezogen werden.

Aufstellen
• Entnehmen Sie den CD-Player mit Radio und das
Zubehör aus der Verpackung.
• Entfernen Sie alle Transportsicherungen und Klebebänder/-Folien.
Achtung:
Lassen Sie kleine Kinder nicht mit Folien spielen.
Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!
• Stellen Sie den CD-Player mit Radio auf eine
ebene, waagerechte Fläche auf. Stellen Sie den
CD-Player mit Radio so auf, dass sich die Klappe
des CD-Fachs vollständig öffnen kann. Dazu
muss der Tragegriff nach hinten geklappt sein.
Batterien einlegen
Wenn Sie den CD-Player mit Radio mit Batterien betreiben wollen, müssen Sie zunächst 6 Batterien 1,5
V Typ D/LR20 Monozelle in das Batteriefach einlegen (Batterien sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten).
• Öffnen Sie das Batteriefach auf der Geräteunterseite.
• Legen Sie die Batterien unter Beachtung der im
Batteriefach abgebildeten Polarität in das Batteriefach ein.
• Schließen Sie den Batteriefachdeckel wieder
sorgfältig, bis der Deckel einrastet.
Umgang mit Batterien
Auslaufende Batterien können Beschädigungen
an dem CD-Player mit Radio verursachen.
• Wenn Sie den CD-Player mit Radio längere Zeit
nicht benutzen, entnehmen Sie die Batterien.
• Tauschen Sie immer alle Batterien gleichzeitig aus und verwenden Sie Batterien des
gleichen Typs.
• Bei ausgelaufenen Batterien, ziehen Sie
Schutzhandschuhe an und reinigen Sie das
Batteriefach mit einem trockenen Tuch.

Stromversorgung herstellen
• Stecken Sie den Stecker des Netzkabels in den
Netzkabelanschluss auf der Geräterückseite.
• Schließen Sie den Netzstecker des Netzkabels
an eine Netzsteckdose an.
Der CD-Player mit Radio erkennt automatisch, wenn
das Netzkabel an das Stromnetz angeschlossen ist
und schaltet automatisch auf Netzbetrieb um.
Gebrauch

Sie schalten das Gerät ein, indem Sie mit dem Funktionschalter eine Tonquelle auswählen:

1.Schieben Sie den Funktionsschalter auf die Posi-
tion Ihrer gewünschten Tonquelle.
2.Um das Gerät wieder auszuschalten, schieben

Achtung:
Das Musikhören mit Kopfhörern über einen längeren Zeitraum und mit voller Lautstärke kann zu Gehörschäden führen!

1. Richten Sie die Teleskopantenne auf und ziehen
Sie sie auseinander. Richten Sie die Teleskopan-
tenne so aus, dass der Empfang optimal ist.
Für den Empfang von MW (AM) Sendern ist eine
Empfangsantenne fest eingebaut. Drehen Sie im Radiobetrieb das gesamte Gerät so weit, bis der Empfang am besten ist.
2. Stellen Sie den Empfangsbereich (AM/FM/FM ST.)
mit dem Bandwahlschalter ein. Bei der Einstellung
FM ST. wird das in Stereo ausgestrahlte Radiopro-
gramm in Stereo wiedergegeben. Wird das Ra-
dioprogramm mit voller Signalstärke in Stereo
empfangen, leuchtet die FM Stereo Anzeige.
Hinweis:
Sollte im Empfangsbereich FM ST. das Stereosig-
nal zu schwach sein, können Sie den Empfang
u. U. verbessern, indem Sie die Einstellung
wählen. In dieser Einstellung wird der Ton in
Mono wiedergegeben.
3. Stellen Sie durch Drehen des Tuningreglers, den
gewünschten Radiosender ein.
FM
Kopfhörer verwenden
Sie können an dem CD-Player mit Radio einen Kopfhörer mit 3,5 mm-Stereo-Klinkenstecker anschließen.
Der Kopf-höreranschluss befindet sich an der Rückseite des CD-Players mit Radio. Wenn Sie den Kopfhörer angeschlossen haben, werden die Lautsprecher abgeschaltet und Sie hören den Ton nur noch
über den Kopfhörer.
• Stecken Sie den Klinkenstecker des Kopfhörers in
den Kopfhöreranschluss.

CD einlegen
• Wählen Sie mit dem Funktionsschalter die CDFunktion an.
• Klappen Sie den Tragegriff nach hinten.
• Um das CD-Fach zu öffnen, drücken Sie die
Klappe an der mit
nach unten und lassen Sie dann los.
Die Klappe des CD-Fachs wird nach oben aufgeklappt.
• Legen Sie die CD mit der bedruckten Seite nach
oben mittig in das CD-Fach. Achten Sie dabei
darauf, dass die CD mit dem Loch mittig auf dem
Konus des Drehtellers liegt.
• Um das CD-Fach zu schließen, drücken Sie die
Klappe an der mit
nach unten, bis sie einrastet.
Im Display wird nach kurzem Blinken von „--“ die
Anzahl der Titel der CD angezeigt.
CD herausnehmen
• Drücken Sie die Taste STOP und warten Sie ab,
bis sich die CD nicht mehr dreht.
Die CD darf sich nicht mehr drehen, wenn
Sie das CD-Fach öffnen. Sie kann ansonsten irreparabel beschädigt werden.
• Um das CD-Fach zu öffnen, drücken Sie die
Klappe an der mit
nach unten und lassen Sie dann los.
• Entnehmen Sie die CD.
Wiedergabe starten
• Drücken Sie die Taste PLAY/PAUSE.
Im Display wird „PLAY“ angezeigt und der erste Titel wird abgespielt.
Wiedergabe stoppen
• Drücken Sie die Taste STOP.

Mit der Wiederholfunktion können Sie einzelne Titel
einer CD oder die gesamten Titel einer CD wiederholt abspielen.
• Um einzelne Titel zu wiederholen, drücken Sie
die Taste

• Um alle Titel einer CD zu wiederholen, drücken
Sie zweimal die Taste
Im Display wird RPT angezeigt.
• Um das Wiederholen zu beenden, drücken Sie die

REPEAT.

REPEAT so oft, bis die Anzeige RPT erlischt.
Titelfolge programmieren
Sie können eine Abspielreihenfolge für bis zu 20 Titel programmieren, in der die Titel einer CD wiedergegeben werden. Dies ist nur möglich, wenn die
Wiedergabe gestoppt ist.
• Drücken Sie die Taste
PROGRAM.

Im Display blinkt die Anzeige PRG01 für den Programmplatz, dessen Titel bei der Wiedergabe zuerst abgespielt werden soll.
• Wählen Sie mit den Tasten
wünschten Titel für den Programmplatz aus.
• Um die Einstellung zu speichern, drücken Sie die
Taste
PROGRAM.
Im Display blinkt die Anzeige PRG02 für den Programmplatz 2.
• Um weitere Titel zu programmieren, wiederholen
Sie die vorhergehenden Handlungsschritte.
Sind alle 20 Programmplätze belegt, werden die Titelnummern nacheinander im Display angezeigt.
Anschließend blinkt im Display „01“.
• Starten Sie die programmierte Wiedergabe
durch Drücken der Taste

Reinigung
• Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse ausschließlich mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch und einem milden
Spülmittel. Achten Sie darauf, dass bei der Reinigung keine Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät gelangt!
• Säubern Sie das Innere des Disk-Fachs – falls
nötig – ausschließlich mit einem sauberen trockenen Pinsel (z. B. Objektiv-Pinsel, erhältlich
im Foto-Fachhandel). Säubern Sie das Innere
des Disk-Fachs niemals feucht!
Warnung!
Dringt Feuchtigkeit in das Gerät ein, besteht
die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages! Außerdem kann das Gerät dabei irreparabel beschädigt werden!
Im Fehlerfall
• Versuchen Sie nicht, das Gerät auseinander zu
nehmen bzw. bei eventuellen Defekten selbst zu
reparieren. Sie könnten sonst die empfindlichen
elektronischen Bauteile beschädigen.
• Reparaturen an Ihrem Gerät dürfen ausschließ-
lich von qualifiziertem Servicepersonal durchgeführt werden!
• Für Schäden, die aus unsachgemäßer Nutzung
und/oder Öffnen des Gerätes resultieren, wird
keine Haftung übernommen!
• Wenden Sie sich im Fehlerfall bitte an den ent-
sprechenden Service-Partner Ihres Landes.
