2. Disassembly and Reassembly

2-1 Removal of COVER-DUST ASS Y

2-2 Disassembly of COVER-DUST ASS Y

1) Detach the COVER-DUST ASS’Y with a flat head

Loosen the four screws and detach

screw driver.

INDICATOR ASS’Y, and DAMPER ASS’Y.

2-3 Removal of Main Body

2-4 Removal of Main PCB Assembly

Release 5 screws and lift the

Separate the WIRE ASS’Y from the

BODY-MID upward.

MAIN-PCB ASS’Y and loosen the screw.

2-5 Removal of Main CASE UP Assembly

2-7 Cord Reel Replacement

Loosen the two screws and detach CASE UP ASS’Y.

1) Detach the guard-cord with a flat head

screw driver.

2-6 MOTOR replacement

1)Loosen the four screws and separate CASE-MOTOR,B from the MOTOR.

2)Lossen the screw and separate MOTOR and W/HARNESS-MOTOR.

2)Separate the CORD-REEL from the body.

3)Hold the body reel and wind the power cord to the 3 times.

4)When the winding is completed, immediately assemble the CORD-REEL to the body.
