Background
Lexus has determined that a requirement exists for the initiation of a Safety Related Recall Campaign and Retail Delivery Stop to be
conducted affecting a range of LX500d (FJA310), LX600 (VJA310), NX250 (AAZA20), NX350 (TAZA25), NX350h
(AAZH2#), NX450h+ (AAZH26) vehicles sold in Australia to reprogram the Display Audio software.
Problem Description
Due to an error in the software of display audio system, display audio cannot switch the screen image on display audio screen correctly
when changing the shift position or detecting vehicle speed increase.
Therefore, video image may remain displaying on display audio monitor while driving unintentionally.
