Subject: Correction of the Firmware via DFW
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom: 1) When listen narration etc. after set the setting of "MultEQ XT32" to "Audyssey" or "Audyssey Byp. L/R" or "Audyssey Flat", the sound is echoed.
2)The data of AUTOSETUP is not saved correctly in SETUP MENU.
3)The sound might not be outputted when the surround mode is changed.
Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
METHOD OF UPDATING via RS232C.
We will supply the following program files for updating the subject models. Please refer to the following Instruction Manual for updating.
