Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom: 1) When the Main microcomputer by DPMS is updated, an unnecessary character might be displayed in the FL Display.
2)The GUI display might become abnormal when entering Menu when the equipment is connected with the HDMI input and HDMI Monitor is not connected.
3)When the video signal of a specific resolution is scaled and the video signal is output from the HDMI terminal, the video signal of the resolution to which TV cannot be displayed might be output.
4)When the AV amplifier is connected with specific TV with the HDMI cable, the picture might not be correctly displayed.
5)When the voice stream of "DTS-HD High Resolution" is input to the AV amplifier, the sound might not be emitted.
Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
MODIFICATION:
After initializing the units, please update the firmware via DPMS.
1)Turn off the "Power switch" of unit.
2)Open the door on the front panel.
3)While holding the " " and " " buttons (SYSTEM CONTROL) down simultaneously, turn the "Power switch" on.
4)The FL Display indicates all digits at interval a second.
5)Turn off the "Power switch" of the unit.
6)Please update the firmware of the unit via DPMS. (Go to item 7-1.)

Caution: It is necessary to initialize the unit before the update work begins. The customer has to initialize their A/V product. Please update the firmware after you confirm this matter to the customer beforehand.
Updating the firmware (Refer to the Instruction Manual.)
1)Turn the Power Supply of the unit off.
2)Connect the Ethernet terminal of the unit to the Network line by Ethernet straight cable. (Don't use Ethernet cross cable.)
3)The connection of the network recommends the Ethernet cable for certain update.
4)Turn the Power Supply of the unit on.
5)The unit sets the Internet. It wishes waiting for about two minutes until customer's router ends the setting.
Caution: The update doesn't succeed when the customers set cannot hook up to the Internet correctly. In this case, please confirm the internet environment of the customer house. If the customer can receive Internet radio or if the Internet can be connected this can be used to determine the internet connection status. There are some problems under the internet environment when the Internet radio can not be received.
6)Press "MENU" button on the front panel and indicates the GUI menu.
7)Press "CURSOR" button.
8)The GUI indicates, "MANUAL SETUP" > "OPTION SETUP" > "Firmware Update".
Caution: The update interrupts when it is not possible to connect it with the Internet correctly. In this case, please redo again from step 1).
