Subject: Picture noise in HDMI connection with specific television.
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom: This symptom is specific to a TV made by TOSHIBA for North
America model "SV670U/ZV650U/XV645U". When connected to the A/V amplifier via HDMI noise might be generated in the picture every two seconds when the resolution of the input signal is "1080p 60Hz/8bit" or "1080p 60Hz/12bit" (same situation as 50Hz).
Solution: MODIFICATION: Please replace the PWB Unit (633010030101D 8U-310030 DIGITAL UNIT) with modified PWB Unit (633010030200D 8U310030 DIGITAL UNIT).

We attached the thin wire on IC701 and IC702 of the 8U-310030 DIGITAL UNIT with bond.
