Thisqualityproductis,warrantedto befreefrommanufacturer'sdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship,providedthattheunitis usedunderthenormaloperating
conditionsintendedbythemanufacturer.

ThiswarrantyisavailableonlytothepersontowhomtheunitwasoriginallysoldbyDanbyorbyan authorizeddistributorofDanby,andisnon-transferable.

TERMSOFWARRANTY

Plasticparts(ie.evaporatordoor,doorrails,coversandtraysarewarrantedforthirty(30)daysonlyfrom purchasedate,withnoextensionsprovided.

2 Years Duringthefirst twoyears (2),anyelectricalpartsofthisproductfoundto bedefective,includinganysealedsystemunits,willberepaired

orreplaced,atwarrantor'soption,atno chargetotheORIGINALpurchaser.Consumableparts(ie.lightbulbs)arenotwarrantedor
guaranteedforanylengthoftime.

ThirdThrough Duringthenextthreeyears(3)anypartofthe sealedsystemfoundtobedefective(consistingof compressor,condenser,evaporator,

FifthYear dryerandallrelatedtubing)willbereplacedwithoutcharge. Thepurchasershallpayforalllabourandreturnfreightduringthisthree

year(3)periodforrepairorreplacementofanysealedsystemcomponents.Anyunitbeingdiagnosedasnon-functionaldueto sealed
systemfailureandwarrantingan exchangeduringtheexistingthree(3)yearswillbesubjecttoan appropriatedepreciationoruserfee,

includinganyandall freightchargesbeingleviedagainsttheconsumer.

ToobtainService Danbyreservestherighttolimitboundariesof"ln HomeService"dueto theproximityof anAuthorizedServiceDepot.Anyappliance

requiringserviceoutsidethetimitedboundariesof"in HomeService",it willbe thecustomer'sresponsibilitytotransporttheapplianceto
theclosestAuthorizedServiceDepotattheirownexpense.Contactyourdealerfromwhomyourunitwaspurchased,or contactyour
nearestauthorizedDanbyservicedepot,whereservicemustbeperformedby a qualifiedservicetechnician.Ifserviceisperformedon
theunitsbyanyoneotherthananauthorizedservicedepot,ortheunitisusedforcommercialapplication,allobligationsofDanbyunder

thiswarrantyshallbeat anend.

Thefollowingclausereferstosingleanddoubledoorrefrigerators,suppliedwithorwithoutaseparatefreezersection.Nothingwithinthiswarrantyshallimplythat

Danbywillberesponsibleor liableforanyspoiIageordamagetofoodorothercontentsofthis appliance,whetherdueto anydefectoftheappliance,or itsuse,

whetherproperorimproper.

EXCLUSIONS

Saveas hereinprovided,DanbyProductsLimited(Canada)or DanbyProductsInc.(U.S.A.),therearenootherwarranties,conditions,representationsor
guarantees,expressor implied,madeorintendedby DanbyProductsLimitedoritsauthorizeddistributorsanda}lotherwarranties,conditions,representationsor
guarantees,includinganywarranties,conditions,representationsor guaranteesunderanySaleof GoodsActorlikelegislationor statueisherebyexpressly

excluded.Saveashereinprovided,DanbyProductsLimited(Canada)orDanbyProductsInc.(U.S.A),shallnotberesponsiblefor anydamagestopersonsor
property,includingthe unititself,howsoevercausedoranyconsequentialdamagesarisingfromthemalfunctionofthe unitandbythepurchaseoftheunit,the
purchaserdoesherebyagreetoindemnifyandsaveharmlessDanbyProductsLimitedfromanyclaimfordamagestopersonsor propertycausedbytheunit.

GENERALPROVISIONS

Nowarrantyorinsurancehereincontainedor setoutshallapplywhendamageorrepairiscausedbyanyof thefollowing:

1) PowerFailure.

2) Damageintransitorwhenmovingtheappliance.

3) Improperpowersupplysuchastowvoltage,defectivehousewiringorinadequatefuses.

4) Accident,alteration,abuseor misuseoftheappliancesuchasinadequateaircirculationintheroomorabnormaloperatingconditions,
(extremelyhighor lowroomtemperature).

5) Useforcommercialorindustrialpurposes.

6) Fire,waterdamage,theft,war,riot,hostility,actsof Godsuchas hurricanes,floodsetc.

7) Servicecallsresultingincustomereducation.

Proofofpurchasedatewill berequiredforwarrantyclaims;so,pleaseretainbillsofsale. intheeventwarrantyserviceisrequired,presentthisdocumenttoour
