Einleitung
Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Kauf Ihres neuen
Gerätes. Sie haben sich damit für ein hochwertiges
Gerät entschieden.
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist Bestandteil dieses Gerätes. Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise für Sicherheit,
Gebrauch und Entsorgung. Machen Sie sich vor der
Benutzung des Geräts mit allen Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweisen vertraut. Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur
wie beschrieben und für die angegebenen Einsatzbereiche. Händigen Sie alle Unterlagen bei Weitergabe des Geräts an Dritte mit aus.
Bestimmungsgemäßer
Gebrauch
Die Elektrokühlbox dient ausschließlich zum Kühlen
vorgekühlter Speisen und Getränke. Das Gerät ist
für den Gebrauch im privaten Haushalts- oder
Campingbereich, im PKW und in ähnlichen Anwendungsbereichen vorgesehen wie z. B.: in Personalküchenbereichen in Läden, Büros und anderen
Arbeitsbereichen, in der Landwirtschaft und von
Gästen in Hotels, Motels und anderen Unterkünften,
in Frühstückspensionen sowie im Catering und ähnlichem Großhandelseinsatz. Das Gerät ist nicht für
den gewerblichen Einsatz bestimmt.

GEFAHR DER SACHBESCHÄDIGUNG!
ÜBERHITZUNGSGEFAHR! Nehmen Sie das
Gerät nicht in Betrieb, wenn es beschädigt ist.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, von Per-
sonen (einschließlich Kindern) mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen
Fähigkeiten oder mangels Erfahrung und / oder
mangels Wissen benutzt zu werden. Es sei denn,
sie werden durch eine für ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihr
Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu benutzen ist.
Kinder sollten beaufsichtigt werden, um sicherzustellen, dass sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

verschwitzten Händen.

Ziehen Sie das Anschlusskabel vor jeder Reinigung und nach jedem Gebrauch aus der
Stromquelle.
Schließen Sie das Gerät nur wie folgt an:
– entweder mit dem im Lieferumfang enthaltenen
230 V Anschlusskabel an 230 V∼ (Haushaltssteckdose)
– oder mit dem im Lieferumfang enthaltenen
12 V Anschlusskabel an 12 V
anzünder im PKW bzw. 12 V-Anschluss)
Lassen Sie Reparaturen nur von Fachpersonal
durchführen. Durch unsachgemäße Reparaturen
können erhebliche Gefahren für den Benutzer
entstehen.
Ziehen Sie den Stecker nie am Anschlusskabel
aus der 12 V bzw. 230 V Steckdose. Andernfalls besteht Gefahr der Beschädigung der Anschlusskabel.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht über beide Strom-
quellen zur gleichen Zeit. Andernfalls besteht
Gefahr der Sachbeschädigung.
Wenn die Netzanschlussleitung dieses Gerätes
beschädigt wird, muss sie durch den Hersteller
oder seinen Kundendienst oder eine ähnlich
(Zigaretten-
qualifizierte Person ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
Sicherheit beim Betrieb
des Gerätes
VORSICHT! STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR!
Achten Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme darauf,
dass Anschlusskabel und Stecker trocken sind.
VORSICHT! BRANDGEFAHR! Stellen Sie
das Gerät nicht in direkter Nähe von offenen
Flammen oder anderen Wärmequellen ab.
ACHTUNG! ÜBERHITZUNGSGEFAHR!
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Lüftungsschlitze auf
der Deckeloberseite des Gerätes nicht abgedeckt werden und dass beim Betrieb entstehende
Wärme ausreichend abgeführt werden kann.
Sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Gerät in ausreichendem Abstand zu Wänden oder Gegenständen
steht, sodass die Luft frei zirkulieren kann.
Schützen Sie das Gerät und die Anschlusskabel
vor Hitze, Regen und Nässe und sonstigen Beschädigungen. Beschädigte Anschlusskabel bedeuten Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Schlag.
Füllen Sie keine Flüssigkeiten oder Eis direkt in
den Innenraum. Andernfalls können Sachschäden
die Folge sein.
Tauchen Sie das Gerät nie in Wasser ein. An-
dernfalls können Schäden an der Elektrik die
Folge sein.
Transportieren Sie das Gerät während der Fahrt
im PKW nicht im Fahrgastraum.
Achten Sie beim Betrieb mit 12 V immer darauf,
dass der 12 V Stecker fest und sicher in der
Buchse des Zigarettenanzünders steckt und die
Buchse frei von Schmutz ist. Bei ungenügendem
Kontakt zwischen Stecker und Buchse kann die
Fahrzeugvibration dazu führen, dass die Stromzufuhr in kurzen Abständen ein- und ausschaltet.
Dies kann Überhitzung zur Folge haben.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden, die
durch nicht bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch
oder falsche Bedienung verursacht werden.

Allgemeine Hinweise
zum Gebrauch
Die Kühlbox ist nicht für den Dauerbetrieb ge-
eignet. Am Aluminiumabstrahler kann sich Eis
bilden. Wir empfehlen, nach einer Betriebsdauer
von 6 Tagen die Kühlbox abzuschalten. Nach
2 Stunden können Sie die Kühlbox wieder in
Betrieb nehmen.
Trocknen Sie die Oberflächen von Ihrem Kühl-
gut, um Kondenswasserbildung zu vermeiden.
Bewahren Sie bei Nichtbenutzung der Kühlbox
die Anschlusskabel in dem dafür vorgesehenen
Fach im Deckel der Kühlbox auf.
Beim Betrieb über eine 12 V Stromquelle ach-
ten Sie bei häufigem Ein- und Ausschalten des
PKW-Motors darauf, dass nicht ständig die
Stromversorgung der Kühlbox unterbrochen
wird. Achten Sie weiterhin darauf, dass bei
stehendem Motor die Autobatterie zu stark entladen werden kann.
Die beiden Ausbuchtungen 4 in der Innenseite
des Deckels können für die Unterbringung von
handelsüblichen Flaschen mit einer Stehhöhe
vom max. 42 cm genutzt werden.
Um ein Gefrieren des Kühlgutes beim 12 V Be-
trieb zu vermeiden, sollte die Kühlbox nicht unter
17 °C Außentemperatur betrieben werden.
Bedienung
Aufgrund der verwendeten Materialien, kann vor
dem Erstgebrauch ein produkttypischer Geruch vom
Innenteil der Kühlbox ausgehen. Dieser Geruch ist
unbedenklich, wir empfehlen jedoch vor der Inbetriebnahme, die Kühlbox aus hygienischen Gründen
innen und außen mit einem feuchten Tuch (siehe
auch Kapitel „Reinigung und Pflege“) abzuwaschen.
Bewahren Sie ferner keine unverpackten Lebensmittel
darin auf.
Stellen Sie die Kühlbox auf einen festen und
ebenen Untergrund. Die Anschlusskabel sind fest
mit der Kühlbox verbunden und befinden sich
im Kabeldepot

auf der Rückseite des Deckels.
Verbinden Sie nach Auswahl der gewünschten
Stromquelle entweder das 12 V oder das 230 V
Anschlusskabel mit der Buchse der ausgewählten
Stromquelle.
- Bei 12 V Betrieb = die Kühlbox beginnt sofort
zu arbeiten.
- Bei 230 V Betrieb = schalten Sie die Kühlbox
mittels des Kühlleistungsschalters
Frontseite ein.
Hinweis: Der Deckel ist im geöffneten Zustand
mittels Griff und Haken an der Innenseite des Deckels
arretierbar (siehe Abb. A1).
Funktion bei 230 V Betrieb im
„eco-Modus“
Beim Betrieb über 230 V kann die Kühlleistung mittels
des Kühlleistungsschalters
Deckels (siehe Abb. B) beeinflusst werden.
Die Kühlbox arbeitet im Normalbetrieb (Kühlleist
schalter
Drehknopf zeigt in Richtung „eco“) – siehe Abb. B)
mit einem Höchstmaß an Energieersparnis und erreicht bei einer Außentemperatur von ca. 25 °C eine
Innenraumtemperatur von ca. 14° bis 17 °C. Dies
entspricht einem Delta T (Delta T = Differenz von
Außentemperatur minus Innentemperatur) von ca.
8–11 °C. Der Energieverbrauch entspricht hierbei
der Energieklasse A++.
Da die Innenraumtemperatur einer Elektrokühlbox
durch die jeweilige Umgebungstemperatur beeinflusst
wird, beträgt die Delta T Leistung im „eco-Modus“
auch bei anderen Außentemperaturen stets 8–11 °C.
Sie können die Innenraumtemperatur durch Drehen
des Kühlleistungsschalters
Drehen Sie den Kühlleistungsschalter 3 im Uhrz
gersinn in Richtung „MAX“. So erhalten Sie einen
niedrigeren (kälteren) Innenraumtemperaturwert.
Drehen Sie den Kühlleistungsschalter 3 entgeg
dem Uhrzeigersinn in Richtung „OFF“. So erhalten
Sie einen höheren (wärmeren) Innenraumtemperaturwert.

Drehen Sie den Kühlleistungsschalter 3 in die
Position „OFF“. So schalten Sie die Kühlbox aus.
Hinweis: Möchten Sie die Kühlleistung auf ein
Delta T (Delta T = Differenz von Außentemperatur
minus Innentemperatur) von bis zu 17 °C und damit eine niedrigere Innenraumtemperatur erzielen
als im Normalbetrieb „eco“ möglich ist, so drehen
Sie den Kühlleistungsschalter
3
in Position „MAX“.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie in diesem Fall mehr
Energie verbrauchen als im Normalbetrieb.
Nach dem Beenden der 230 V-Funktion trennen
Sie den Netzstecker von der Steckdose
Funktion bei 12 V Betrieb
ACHTUNG! Der Temperaturregler an der
Frontseite des Deckels ist nur für 230 V Betrieb
geeignet und funktioniert nicht bei 12 V Betrieb.
Beim Betrieb über 12 V leistet das Kühlaggregat
stets eine Temperaturdifferenz zur Umgebungstemperatur von bis zu 17 °C. Die Kühlleistung
kann nicht mittels des Temperaturreglers an der
Frontseite des Deckels beeinflusst werden.
Tipps für beste Kühlleistung
und Energieersparnis
Wählen Sie einen gut belüfteten und vor
Sonnenstrahlen geschützten Einsatzort.
Legen Sie ausschließlich vorgekühltes Kühlgut
in die Kühlbox ein.
Öffnen Sie die Kühlbox nicht länger als nötig.
Lassen Sie den Deckel nicht länger als nötig
offen stehen.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kühlbox nicht zu
vollgepackt ist und zwischen dem Kühlgut die
Luft ausreichend zirkulieren kann.
Um ein Höchstmaß an Energieersparnis zu er-
reichen, empfiehlt sich bei längerer Nutzung im
230 V Betrieb der Normalbetrieb (Kühlleistungs-
schalter
3
in Position „Eco“).
12 V-Sicherung austauschen
Sehen Sie auch Abbildung C.
Zum Austausch der 12 V-Sicherung 10 drehen
Sie die rote Ausgleichshülse

gegen den Uhr-
zeigersinn vom Stecker ab.
Drehen Sie die Schraube 5 mit einem passen-
den Kreuzschlitz-Schraubenzieher aus der oberen
Gehäusehälfte

heraus.
Heben Sie die obere Gehäusehälfte 6 von
der unteren Gehäusehälfte

Heben Sie den Kontaktstift 11 vorsichtig aus
dem Gehäuseteil. Die Sicherung

Hinweis: Wenn die dünne Metallverbindung
in der Mitte zwischen den beiden Metallkappen
unterbrochen ist, dann ist die Sicherung

Mögliche Funktionsstörungen
Überprüfen Sie zunächst, ob Sie die Hinweise zum
Gebrauch der Kühlbox richtig beachtet haben,
überprüfen Sie weiterhin:
– Ist das Anschlusskabel richtig angeschlossen
bzw. funktioniert der Zigarettenanzünder Ihres
PKW / die Haushaltssteckdose einwandfrei?
– Haben Sie die Kühlbox so aufgestellt, dass die
Luft frei zirkulieren kann und eine Belüftung des
Kühlaggregates gewährleistet ist?
– Ist die Sicherung im Stecker des 12 V Anschluss-
kabels in Ordnung?

– Überprüfen Sie die Stellung des Kühlleistungs-
schalter
Können Sie die Funktionsstörung nicht alleine
beheben, kontaktieren Sie unseren Kundenservice
(siehe Kapitel „Service“).
Reinigung und Pflege
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine scharfen
Reinigungsmittel. Andernfalls besteht die Gefahr der Sachbeschädigung.
Ziehen Sie vor jedem Reinigen das Anschluss-
kabel aus der Steckdose bzw. dem Zigarettenanzünder. Andernfalls besteht die Gefahr eines
elektrischen Schlages.
Reinigen Sie die Kühlbox niemals unter fließen-
dem Wasser. Andernfalls können Schäden an
der Elektrik die Folge sein.
Entfernen Sie vor der Reinigung den Elektrodeckel,
indem Sie ihn in eine aufrechte Position (90°)
bringen und ihn dann durch die rechte hintere
Aussparung drücken.
Benutzen Sie zur Reinigung des Elektrodeckels
ein trockenes Tuch.
Benutzen Sie zur Reinigung des Kühlbox-Unter-
teils ein feuchtes Tuch und eine milde Seifenlösung.
Spülen Sie die mit Spülwasser gereinigten Teile
mit klarem Wasser ab.
Setzen Sie den Deckel wieder ein, indem Sie
diesen in der dafür vorgesehenen Ausbuchtung
fixieren und anschließend die rechte Seite in
aufrechter Position (90°) wieder zurück in die
Aussparung des Unterteils drücken.

Die Verpackung besteht aus umweltfreundlichen Materialien, die Sie über
die örtlichen Recyclingstellen entsorgen
können.
Über Sammelstellen und deren Öffnungszeiten
können Sie sich bei Ihrer zuständigen Verwaltung
informieren.
Werfen Sie Elektrogeräte nicht
in den Hausmüll!
Gemäß Europäischer Richtlinie 2002 / 96 / EC
über Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte und Umsetzung
in nationales Recht müssen verbrauchte Elektrogeräte
getrennt gesammelt und einer umweltgerechten
Wiederverwertung zugeführt werden.
Möglichkeiten zur Entsorgung des ausgedienten
Gerätes erfahren Sie bei Ihrer Gemeinde- oder
Stadtverwaltung.
Garantie
Sehr geehrte Kundin, sehr geehrter Kunde,
Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie ab
Kaufdatum. Im Falle von Mängeln dieses Geräts
stehen Ihnen gegen den Verkäufer des Geräts
gesetzliche Rechte zu. Diese gesetzlichen Rechte
werden durch unsere im Folgenden dargestellte
Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.
Garantiebedingungen:
Die Garantiefrist beginnt mit dem Kaufdatum. Bitte
bewahren Sie den Original-Kassenbon gut auf. Diese
Unterlage wird als Nachweis für den Kauf benötigt.
Tritt innerhalb von 3 Jahren ab dem Kaufdatum dieses Geräts ein Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler
auf, wird das Gerät von uns – nach unserer Wahl
– für Sie kostenlos repariert oder ersetzt. Diese
Garantieleistung setzt voraus, dass innerhalb der
3-Jahres-Frist das defekte Gerät und der Kaufbeleg
vorgelegt werden und schriftlich kurz beschrieben
wird, worin der Mangel besteht und wann er aufgetreten ist.
Wenn der Defekt von unserer Garantie gedeckt ist,
erhalten Sie das reparierte oder ein neues Gerät

zurück. Mit der Reparatur oder dem Austausch des
Geräts beginnt kein neuer Garantiezeitraum.
Garantiezeit und gesetzliche
Mängelansprüche
Die Garantiezeit wird durch die Gewährleistung
nicht verlängert. Dies gilt auch für ersetzte und
reparierte Teile. Eventuell schon beim Kauf vorhandene Schäden und Mängel müssen sofort nach
dem Auspacken gemeldet werden. Nach Ablauf
der Garantiezeit anfallende Reparaturen sind kostenpflichtig.
Garantieumfang
Das Gerät wurde nach strengen Qualitätsrichtlinien
sorgfältig produziert und vor Anlieferung gewissenhaft geprüft.
Die Garantieleistung gilt für Material- oder Fabrikationsfehler. Diese Garantie erstreckt sich nicht auf
Produkteile, die normaler Abnutzung ausgesetzt sind
und daher als Verschleißteile angesehen werden
können oder für Beschädigungen an zerbrechlichen
Teilen, z. B. Schalter und Knöpfe.
Diese Garantie verfällt, wenn das Gerät beschädigt,
nicht sachgemäß benutzt oder gewartet wurde. Für
eine sachgemäße Benutzung des Geräts sind alle
in der Bedienungsanleitung aufgeführten Anweisungen genau einzuhalten. Verwendungszwecke und
Handlungen, von denen in der Bedienungsanleitung
abgeraten wird oder vor denen gewarnt wird, sind
unbedingt zu vermeiden.

Félicitations pour l’acquisition de votre nouvel appareil. Vous avez opté pour un appareil de grande
qualité.
Le mode d‘emploi fait partie de cet appareil. Il
contient des indications importantes pour la sécurité,
l‘utilisation et la mise au rebut. Avant l’utilisation de
l’appareil, veuillez lire attentivement toutes les
instructions d‘utilisation et consignes de sécurité.
Uniquement utiliser ce produit conformément aux
instructions et dans les domaines d’application spécifiés. Remettez ces documents aux utilisateurs
lorsque vous prêtez ce produit.
Utilisation conforme
La glacière électrique est exclusivement destinée à
la conservation de denrées alimentaires et de boissons préalablement réfrigérées. L’appareil est destiné
à une utilisation dans le cadre privé du domicile ou
d’une activité de camping, dans la voiture et dans
des domaines d’application similaires, comme dans
les cuisines destinées au personnel dans les magasins, les bureaux et autres locaux de travail, dans
l’agriculture, pour les clients d’hôtels, de motels et
autres lieux d’hébergement, dans les chambres
d’hôte ainsi que pour les traiteurs et les grossistes.
L’appareil n’est pas conçu pour un usage professionnel.

Branchez l’appareil uniquement de la façon
suivante:
– soit à l’aide du câble d’alimentation 230 V∼
compris dans la livraison (prise de courant)
– soit à l’aide du câble d’alimentation 12 V
compris dans la livraison (allume-cigares des
véhicules de particulier, c’est-à-dire une prise
12 V)
Confiez exclusivement les réparations à des
techniciens professionnels. Des réparations
incorrectes peuvent être la source de dangers
importants pour l’utilisateur.
Ne retirez pas la fiche du câble d’alimentation
de la prise 12 V ou 230 V. Sinon, le câble
d’alimentation risque d’être endommagé.
N’utilisez pas l’appareil avec les deux sources
de courant en même temps. Sinon, il existe un
risque de dommages matériels.
Si le câble secteur de cet appareil est endom-
magé, il doit être remplacé par le fabricant,
son service après-vente ou une personne
possédant une qualification similaire, afin de
prévenir toute mise en danger.
Sécurité d’utilisation de
l’appareil

TION! Avant la mise en marche de l’appareil,
vérifiez que le câble d’alimentation et la fiche
sont secs.
PRUDENCE! RISQUE D’INCENDIE ! Ne
placez pas l’appareil à proximité immédiate
d’une flamme ou d’une autre source de chaleur.
ATTENTION! RISQUE DE SURCHAUFFE !
Veillez à ce que la fente d’aération sur la partie supérieure du couvercle de l’appareil ne
soit pas obstruée et que la chaleur générée
puisse être suffisamment évacuée lors de l’utilisation. Veillez à ce que l’appareil soit placé à
une distance suffisante des murs ou des objets
présents dans la pièce, afin que l’air puisse
circuler librement.
Tenez l’appareil et le câble d’alimentation éloi-
gnés des sources de chaleur, de la pluie, de
l’humidité et des autres sources de dommages
potentiels. Des câbles d’alimentation endommagés impliquent un danger de mort par électrocution!
N’introduisez pas de liquides ou de glace
directement à l’intérieur de l’appareil. Risque
de dommages matériels dans le cas contraire.

N’immergez jamais l’appareil dans l’eau. Risque
de dommages électriques dans le cas contraire.
Lors de déplacements et voiture, ne transportez
pas l’appareil à l’intérieur de l’habitacle.
Lors de l’utilisation à 12 V, veillez toujours à ce
que la fiche de 12 V soit bien enfoncée dans la
prise femelle de l’allume-cigares et que la prise
femelle ne contient pas d’impuretés. En cas de
faux contact entre la fiche et la prise femelle,
une vibration du véhicule peut entraîner la discontinuité de l’alimentation électrique, ce qui
peut entraîner une surchauffe.
Le fabricant n’endosse aucune responsabilité
en cas de dommages causés par une manipulation non conforme ou par une utilisation erronée de l’appareil.
Généralités relatives à
l’utilisation
La glacière n’est pas adaptée à une utilisation
continue. De la glace peut se former sur le
refroidisseur en aluminium. Nous vous recommandons d’éteindre la glacière après une utilisation prolongée de 6 jours consécutifs. Après
2 heures d’arrêt, vous pourrez remettre la glacière en marche.
Séchez bien les surfaces de vos produits réfri-
gérés, afin d’éviter la formation d’eau de
condensation.
Lorsque la glacière n’est pas utilisée, placez le
câble d’alimentation à l’emplacement prévu
dans le couvercle de la glacière.
En cas d’utilisation sur une source de courant
12 V, veillez à ce que les démarrages et arrêts
fréquents du véhicule n’interrompent pas l’alimentation électrique de la glacière. Veillez à
ce que la batterie du moteur concerné puisse
être chargée en conséquence.
Les deux enfoncements 4 dans la face inté-
rieure du couvercle peuvent être utilisées pour
recevoir des bouteilles du commerce avec une
hauteur de 42 cm max.
Afin d’éviter la congélation des produits réfri-
gérés en fonctionnement sur 12 V, la glacière
ne devra pas être utilisée si la température extérieure est inférieure à 17 °C.
Utilisation
En raison des matériaux utilisés pour la fabrication, il
peut y avoir, lors de la première utilisation, une odeur
typique du produit émanant de la partie intérieure
de la glacière. Cette odeur est sans effet néfaste.
Pour des raisons d’hygiène, nous vous recommandons toutefois de nettoyer l’intérieur et l’extérieur de
la glacière à l’aide d’un tissu humide avant la mise
en service (voir également le chapitre «Nettoyage
et entretien»). Veillez à ce qu’aucune denrée non
emballée ne soit placée à l’intérieur.
Assurez-vous que la glacière se trouve sur un
sol stable et plat. Les câbles d’alimentation sont
solidement reliés à la glacière et rangés dans
l’emplacement prévu à cet effet sur le côté du
couvercle
Après avoir choisi la source de courant souhai-
tée, branchez le câble d’alimentation 12 V ou
230 V selon le cas, sur la prise femelle de la
source de courant sélectionnée. La glacière se
met immédiatement en marche.
- Lors du fonctionnement sur une alimentation
12 V = la glacière se met en marche immédiatement .
- Lors du fonctionnement sur une alimentation
230 V, vous allumez la glacière à l‘aide du
sélecteur de la puissance de refroidissement
situé sur la face avant.
Remarque:le couvercle peut être bloqué en position ouverte à l’aide d’une poignée et d’encoches
situées sur sa face intérieure du couvercle (voir fig.
A1).

La glacière fonctionne en mode normal (sélecteur
de la puissance de refroidissement
«Éco» (le petit point sur le sélecteur pointe sur la
position «Éco») - voir fig. B) avec une économie
d’énergie maximale et atteint une température intérieure d’env. 14 à 17 °C à une température extérieure d’env. 25 °C. Cela correspond à un delta T
(delta T = température extérieure moins température
intérieure) d’env. 8 à 11 °C. La consommation
énergétique correspond à la classe énergétique
A++.
Dans la mesure où la température intérieure d’une
glacière électrique est influencée par la température
ambiante correspondante, le delta T en mode
«Éco» est toujours de 8 à 11 °C, même pour
d’autres températures extérieures. Vous pouvez
influencer la température intérieure en tournant le
sélecteur de la puissance de refroidissement
Placez le sélecteur de la puissance de refroidis-

dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre. Vous
obtenez ainsi une valeur de température intérieure plus basse (plus froide).
Placez le sélecteur de la puissance de refroidis-

plus élevée (plus chaude).
Placez le sélecteur de la puissance de refroidis-

de jusqu’à 17 °C et ainsi une température intérieure
plus basse que ce qui possible en mode «Éco»

refroidissement

ATTENTION! Le bouton de réglage de la
température sur la face avant du couvercle
n’est prévu que pour un fonctionnement à
230 V et n’est pas opérationnel dans le cadre
d’un fonctionnement à 12 V.
En fonctionnement à 12 V, le module de refroi-
dissement assure toujours une différence de
température de jusqu’à 17 °C par rapport à la
température ambiante. La puissance de refroidissement ne peut pas être réglée à l’aide du
bouton de réglage de la température situé sur
la face avant du couvercle.
Conseils pour garantir une
puissance de refroidissement
maximale et des
économies d’énergie
Privilégiez un emplacement bien ventilé et à
l’abri des rayons du soleil pour installer l’appareil.
Ne placez que des produits préalablement
réfrigérés dans la glacière.
N’ouvrez pas la glacière plus longtemps que
ce qui est nécessaire.
Ne laissez pas le couvercle ouvert plus long-
temps que ce qui est nécessaire.
Veillez à ne pas trop remplir la glacière de fa-
çon à ce qu’une quantité d’air suffisante puisse
circuler entre les produits réfrigérés.
Afin d’optimiser les économies d’énergie, nous
vous recommandons le fonctionnement en
mode normal en cas d’utilisation prolongée à
230 V (sélecteur de la puissance de refroidisse-

Vérifiez tout d’abord que vous avez bien respecté
les instructions d’utilisation de la glacière, puis vérifiez les points suivants:
– Le câble d’alimentation est-il bien branché, l’al-
lume-cigares de votre voiture / la prise utilisée
fonctionne-t-il / elle correctement?
– Avez-vous placé la glacière de façon à ce que
l’air puisse circuler librement et à garantir une
bonne aération du module de refroidissement?
– Le fusible de l’alimentation du câble de 12 V
est-il en bon état?
– Vérifiez la position du sélecteur de la puissance
de refroidissement

Nettoyage et entretien
N’utilisez pas de solvant ou de détergents
agressifs pour nettoyer l’appareil. Risque de
dommages matériels dans le cas contraire.
Avant de procéder au nettoyage, débranchez
systématiquement le câble de raccordement de
la prise de courant ou de l’allume-cigares le
cas échéant. Risque d’électrocution dans le cas
contraire.
Ne nettoyez en aucun cas la glacière sous l’eau
courante. Risque de dommages électriques
dans le cas contraire.
Avant de procéder au nettoyage, retirez le
couvercle électrique en le pivotant en position
verticale (90°) et en le poussant ensuite par
l’évidement situé à l’arrière, à droite.
Utilisez un chiffon sec pour nettoyer le cou-
vercle électrique.
Utilisez un tissu humide et un savon doux pour
nettoyer la partie inférieure de la glacière.
Rincez les pièces nettoyées à l’eau savonneuse
en utilisant de l’eau claire.
Replacez le couvercle en le fixant dans
l’échancrure

Indépendamment de la garantie commerciale souscrite, le vendeur reste tenu des défauts de conformité
du bien et des vices rédhibitoires dans les conditions
prévues aux articles L211-4 et suivants du Code de
la consommation et aux articles 1641 et suivants
du Code Civil.

compter de la date d’achat. En cas de défaillance,
vous êtes en droit de le retourner au vendeur. La
présente garantie ne constitue pas une restriction

La durée de garantie débute à la date d’acquisition
de l’appareil. Veuillez conserver le ticket de caisse
original. Il fera office de preuve d’achat.
Si un problème matériel ou de fabrication devait
survenir dans les 3ans suivant la date d’achat de
l’appareil, nous assurons à notre discrétion la réparation ou le remplacement de l’appareil sans frais
supplémentaires. Cette garantie implique que, pendant la période de garantie de 3ans, l’appareil
défectueux et la preuve d’achat seront mis à notre
disposition, accompagnés d’une courte description
écrite du problème rencontré et précisant également
la date d’apparition du problème.
Si le défaut est couvert par notre garantie, nous vous
renverrons l’appareil réparé ou un appareil neuf.
La réparation ou le remplacement de l’appareil
n’entraîne pas le début d’une nouvelle période de
garantie.
Période de garantie et recours
en garantie légaux
La durée de la garantie n’est pas prolongée par la
garantie du fabricant. Ceci vaut également pour
les pièces remplacées et réparées. Tous dommages
et défauts présents dès l’achat doivent être notifiés
dès que le produit est déballé, et au plus tard deux
jours après la date d’achat. Toutes les réparations
survenant après la période de garantie seront facturées.
Étendue de la garantie
L’appareil a été fabriqué selon des critères de
qualité stricts et contrôlé consciencieusement avant
sa livraison.
La garantie couvre les vices matériels et de fabrication. Cette garantie ne s’étend pas aux composants
du produit soumis à une usure normale et, par
conséquent, qui peuvent être considérés comme
des pièces d’usure, ni aux dommages sur des composants fragiles, comme les interrupteurs et les
boutons.
La garantie prend fin si l’appareil est endommagé
suite à une utilisation inappropriée ou à un entretien
défaillant. Toutes les indications fournies dans le
manuel d’utilisation doivent être scrupuleusement
respectées pour garantir une utilisation conforme
de l’appareil. Les utilisations ou manipulations déconseillées dans le manuel d’utilisation ou sujettes
à un avertissement dans ce même manuel doivent
impérativement être évitées.
L’appareil est exclusivement destiné à un usage
privé et non commercial. La garantie est annulée
en cas de manipulation incorrecte et inappropriée,
d’utilisation brutale et en cas d’intervention qui
n’aurait pas été réalisée par notre centre de service
après-vente agréé.

preuves d’achat pour toute demande.
– Le numéro de référence de l’article est indiqué
sur la plaque d’identification de l’appareil et sur
la page de titre de votre manuel d’utilisation.
– En cas de dysfonctionnement ou de tout autre
défaut de l’appareil, contactez d’abord le service client par téléphone ou par e-mail aux
coordonnées indiquées ci-dessous. Les retours
non signalés au préalable ne pourront pas être
traités.
– Tout appareil considéré comme défectueux peut
alors être envoyé sans frais de port supplémentaires au service clientèle indiqué, accompagné
de la preuve d’achat et d’une description écrite
du défaut mentionnant également sa date
d’apparition. En cas de réclamation, veuillez

Introduzione
Ci congratuliamo con voi per l’acquisto del vostro
nuovo apparecchio. Con l’acquisto, avete optato
per un apparecchio di alta qualità.
Le istruzioni d‘uso sono parte integrante di questo
apparecchio. Esse contengono importanti avvertenze sulla sicurezza, l‘impiego e lo smaltimento.
Prima dell‘utilizzo dell’apparecchio, prendere conoscenza di tutte le avvertenze per l’uso e di sicurezza. Utilizzate l’apparecchio solo come descritto
e solo per i campi di applicazione indicati. In caso
di cessione a terzi, consegnare l’intera documentazione al nuovo proprietario.
Utilizzo secondo la
destinazione d’uso
Il frigorifero portatile elettrico è destinato esclusivamente al raffreddamento di prodotti alimentari e di
bevande già fredde. L’apparecchio è destinato
all’uso casalingo o in campeggio, all’interno di
vetture e ad utilizzi simili come p.e.: in cucine del
personale di negozi, di uffici e di altri settori di
lavoro, nel settore agrario e da parte di ospiti di alberghi, motel e altri tipi di ricovero, in strutture bed
& breakfast come anche nel catering e in simili applicazioni di commercio all’ingrosso. L’apparecchio
non è destinato ad un utilizzo di tipo commerciale.

Collegare l’apparecchio solo nella maniera
seguente:

Lasciare eseguire riparazioni esclusivamente
da personale qualificato. In caso di riparazioni
eseguite in maniera errata, l’utilizzatore può
essere esposto a gravi pericoli.
Non staccare mai la spina dalla presa elettrica
a 12 V o a 230 V tirando per il cavo di alimentazione. In caso contrario, pericolo di danneggiamento del cavo di alimentazione.
Non far funzionare l’apparecchio allacciandolo
contemporaneamente ad entrambe le sorgenti
di alimentazione elettrica. In caso contrario,
pericolo di danno materiale.
Se il cavo di alimentazione dell’apparecchio
viene danneggiato, per evitare pericoli è
necessario farlo sostituire dal produttore, dal
suo Servizio di Assistenza o da una persona
qualificata.
Sicurezza durante l’uso
dell’apparecchio

ZIONE! Prima di mettere in funzione l’appa-
recchio, fare attenzione che il cavo di
alimentazione e la spina siano asciutti.
PRUDENZA! PERICOLO DI INCENDIO!
Non posizionare l’apparecchio nelle dirette
vicinanze di fiamme aperte o di altre fonti di
calore.
ATTENZIONE! PERICOLO DI SURRI-
SCALDAMENTO! Fare attenzione che le
fessure di ventilazione sul lato superiore del
coperchio dell’apparecchio non vengano coperte e che il calore prodotto durante il funzionamento possa essere smaltito in maniera
sufficiente. Fare in modo che l’apparecchio sia
posizionato a distanza sufficiente da pareti o da
oggetti, in maniera che l’aria possa circolare
liberamente.
Proteggere l’apparecchio e i cavi di collega-
mento da calore, pioggia o umidità o da altri
tipi di danno. Dei cavi di collegamento

danneggiati rappresentano un rischio mortale
per folgorazione.
Non riempire l’apparecchio direttamente con
liquidi o con acqua. In caso contrario, potrebbero conseguirne danni materiali.
Non immergere mai l’apparecchio in acqua. In
caso contrario, possono conseguirne danni
all’impianto elettrico.
Durante il viaggio, non trasportare l’apparecchio
nell’abitacolo della vettura.
Durante il funzionamento a 12 V, fare sempre
attenzione che la spina a 12 V sia sempre ben
inserita nella presa dell’accendisigari e che la
boccola non contenga sporcizia. In caso di
contatto insufficiente fra la spina e la boccola,
le vibrazioni della vettura possono fare in
modo che l’alimentazione elettrica si accenda
e si spenga a brevi intervalli. Ciò può causare
il surriscaldamento.
Il produttore non risponde per danni causati
da un uso non conforme alla destinazione
d’uso o da un uso errato.
Avvertenze generali per l’uso
Il frigorifero portatile elettrico non è idoneo
all’uso continuato. Sul deflettore in alluminio
può formarsi ghiaccio. Raccomandiamo di spegnere il frigorifero portatile elettrico dopo un
periodo di funzionamento di 6 giorni. Dopo 2
ore è possibile rimettere in funzione il frigorifero
portatile elettrico.
Asciugare le superfici del prodotto contenuto in
maniera da evitare la formazione di acqua di
condensa.
In caso di non utilizzo del frigorifero portatile
elettrico, conservare i cavi di alimentazione
nell’apposito vano nel coperchio del frigorifero
portatile elettrico.
Durante il funzionamento tramite una sorgente
di corrente di 12 V, fare attenzione, in caso di
frequente spegnimento e riaccensione del
motore della vettura, che l’alimentazione del
frigorifero portatile elettrico non venga costantemente staccata. Fare inoltre attenzione che a
motore spento la batteria può scaricarsi in
maniera rapida.
I due incavi 4 nel lato interno del coperchio
possono essere utilizzati per conservare
comuni bottiglie con un’altezza in piedi di
max. 42 cm.
Per evitare il congelamento dei prodotti conte-
nuti durante il funzionamento a 12 V, il frigorifero portatile elettrico non deve essere fatto
funzionare a temperature esterne inferiori a
17 °C.
Uso
Per via dei materiali impiegati, al momento del primo
utilizzo può presentarsi un odore tipico del prodotto,
proveniente dalle parti interne del frigorifero portatile elettrico. La presenza di questo odore non comporta rischi, raccomandiamo comunque per motivi
igienici di lavare il lato interno ed il lato esterno del
frigorifero portatile elettrico con un panno umido
(vedere anche il capitolo „Pulizia e cura“). Inoltre,
non conservare al suo interno prodotti alimentari
non confezionati.
Piazzare il frigorifero portatile elettrico su di
una superficie stabile e piana. I cavi di alimentazione sono fissati in maniera stabile al frigorifero portatile elettrico e sono contenuti nel vano
portacavi
Dopo aver scelto la sorgente di corrente, colle-
gare o il cavo di alimentazione da 12 V o il
cavo da 230 V con la presa di corrente della
sorgente di corrente selezionata. Il frigorifero
portatile elettrico si mette immediatamente in
funzione.
- Durante il funzionamento a 12 V = il frigorifero
portatile elettrico si mette immediatamente in
funzione.
- Durante il funzionamento a 230 V = il frigori-
fero portatile elettrico si accende tramite l‘interruttore di refrigerazione

Funzionamento in esercizio
230 V in “modalità eco“
Durante il funzionamento a 230 V la potenza refrigerante può essere regolata intervenendo sull’interruttore di refrigerazione
coperchio (vedere la figura B).
Durante il funzionamento normale, il frigorifero
portatile elettrico (interruttore di raffreddamento
in posizione “eco“ (il piccolo puntino sul pomello
girevole mostra in direzione “eco“) – vedi la figura
B) funziona in maniera altamente efficiente dal
punto di vista del consumo energetico e ad una
temperatura esterna di ca. 25 °C raggiunge una
temperatura interna di ca. 14° – 17 °C. Ciò corrisponde ad un Delta T (Delta T = differenza fra temperatura esterna e temperatura interna) di ca.
8 – 11 °C. Il consumo di energia corrisponde alla
classe di energia A++.
Poiché la temperatura interna di un frigorifero portatile elettrico dipende dalla temperatura ambiente,
il Delta T in “modalità eco“ corrisponde sempre a
8 – 11 °C anche ad altre temperature ambiente.
Ruotando l’interruttore della potenza di raffredda-

Nota: Se desiderate portare la potenza di raffreddamento ad un Delta T (Delta T = differenza fra
temperatura esterna e temperatura interna) di sino
a 17 °C ed ottenere in tale modo una temperatura

Funzionamento in esercizio 12 V
ATTENZIONE! Il regolatore di temperatura
sul lato anteriore del coperchio è idoneo solo
al funzionamento a 230 V e non funziona in
modalità 12 V.
Durante il funzionamento a 12 V il frigorifero
portatile elettrico fornisce sempre una differenza di temperatura di sino a 17 °C rispetto
alla temperatura ambiente. La potenza refrigerante non può essere variata tramite il regolatore di temperatura sul lato anteriore del
coperchio.

Scegliete un luogo di funzionamento ben
aerato e protetto dai raggi solari.
Inserite nel frigorifero portatile elettrico solo
prodotti già freddi.
Non aprite il frigorifero portatile elettrico per
più di quanto strettamente necessario.
Non lasciate il coperchio aperto più di quanto
strettamente necessario.
Fate attenzione a non riempire eccessivamente
il frigorifero portatile in maniera che fra i prodotti contenuti possa circolare l’aria.
Per ottenere il massimo risparmio energetico, si
raccomanda, in caso di uso prolungato a 230 V,
di selezionare il funzionamento normale (interruttore della potenza di raffreddamento
posizione “Eco“).

Controllate dapprima se avete osservato correttamente le avvertenze per l’uso del frigorifero portatile
elettrico, e controllate anche:
– Il cavo di alimentazione è collegato in maniera
corretta o l’accendisigari della vostra vettura /
la presa elettrica di casa funziona correttamente?
– Avete posizionato il frigorifero portatile elettrico
in maniera tale che l’aria possa circolare liberamente in maniera da garantire la ventilazione
del gruppo frigorifero?
– Il fusibile contenuto nella spina del cavo di
alimentazione a 12 V è in ordine?
– Controllate la posizione dell’interruttore di po-
tenza di raffreddamento
del coperchio.
Se non siete in grado di risolvere da soli il disturbo

Pulizia e cura
Per la pulizia, non usare detergenti abrasivi. In
caso contrario, pericolo di danno materiale.
Prima di procedere alla pulizia, estrarre il cavo
di alimentazione dalla presa elettrica o dall’accendisigari. In caso contrario sussiste il pericolo
di folgorazione.
Non pulire mai il frigorifero portatile elettrico
sotto acqua corrente. In caso contrario, possono conseguirne danni all’impianto elettrico.
Prima della pulizia, staccare il coperchio della
parte elettrica, portandolo in una posizione
verticale (90°) e premerlo poi attraverso la
sagomatura posteriore destra.
Per la pulizia del coperchio della parte elettrica,
usare un panno asciutto.
Per la pulizia della parte inferiore del frigorifero
portatile elettrico usate un panno umido ed
una soluzione saponata dolce.
Risciacquate le parti lavate con acqua e
detergente con dell’acqua fresca.
Rimontare il coperchio fissandolo nella sago-
matura dedicata situata sul lato posteriore sinistro dell’apparecchio e premendo poi il lato
destro in posizione verticale (90°) di nuovo
nella sagomatura della parte inferiore.
Smaltimento
L’imballaggio è composto da materiali
ecologici che possono essere smaltiti
presso i siti di riciclaggio locali.
Potete informarvi sui luoghi di raccolta e i loro orari
di apertura dall‘amministrazione competente.

Non gettare apparecchi elettrici
nella spazzatura domestica!
Secondo la direttiva europea 2002 / 96 / CE relativa agli apparecchi elettrici e la sua applicazione
nel diritto nazionale, gli apparecchi elettrici usati
devono essere raccolti separatamente e conferiti al
riciclaggio in modo non dannoso per l’ambiente.
Informazioni sulle possibilità di smaltimento di apparecchi giunti al termine della loro vita utile sono
disponibili presso le amministrazioni comunali.

Questo apparecchio è garantito per 3 anni a partire
dalla data di acquisto. In caso di difetti del presente
apparecchio, godete di diritti legali nei confronti
della parte venditrice. Questi diritti legali non vengono limitati in alcun modo dalla garanzia di seguito riportata.
Condizioni di garanzia:
Il termine di garanzia ha inizio a partire dalla data
di acquisto. Vi preghiamo di conservare con premura lo scontrino di cassa originale. Questo documento servirà a documentare l’avvenuto acquisto.
Se entro 3 anni dalla data di acquisto di questo
apparecchio dovesse presentarsi un difetto di materiale o di fabbricazione, l’apparecchio verrà riparato o sostituito a nostra discrezione da parte nostra.
Questa prestazione di garanzia presuppone che
entro il termine di 3 anni vengano presentati sia
l’apparecchio che lo scontrino di acquisto accompagnati da una breve descrizione del difetto e
della data in cui esso si è presentato.
Se il difetto dovesse essere coperto dalla nostra
garanzia, otterrete un apparecchio riparato o un
apparecchio nuovo. Con la riparazione o la sostituzione dell’apparecchio non ha inizio nessun
nuovo periodo di garanzia.
Durata della garanzia e diritti
legali di garanzia in caso di
difetti
Il periodo di garanzia non viene prolungato in
caso di un intervento in garanzia. Ciò vale anche
per le componenti sostituite e riparate. I danni o i
difetti eventualmente già presenti al momento
dell’acquisto devono essere segnalati immediatamente dopo lo sconfezionamento del prodotto. Le
riparazioni effettuate dopo la scadenza del periodo di garanzia sono a pagamento.
Estensione della garanzia
L’apparecchio è stato prodotto secondo severe
direttive di qualità e controllato con premura prima
della consegna.
La prestazione di garanzia vale sia per difetti di
materiale che per difetti di fabbricazione. Questa
garanzia non si applica su parti del prodotto esposte a normale usura e da considerare dunque
pezzi di consumo oppure in caso di danni di parti
fragili, come p.e. interruttori e pulsanti.
Questa garanzia decade se l’apparecchio viene
danneggiato, non usato o non manutenuto in maniera corretta. Per un uso corretto dell’apparecchio,
tutte le istruzioni contenute nelle istruzioni per l’uso
devono essere assolutamente rispettate. Evitare
assolutamente destinazioni d’uso e azioni da cui
nelle istruzioni per l’uso si fa esplicito avviso o
esplicitamente sconsigliate.
L’apparecchio è destinato esclusivamente all’uso
domestico e non a quello commerciale. La garanzia decade in caso di impiego improprio o manomissione, uso della forza e interventi non eseguiti
dalla nostra filiale di assistenza autorizzata.

Disbrigo in caso di garanzia
Per garantire un rapido disbrigo del vostro caso, si
prega di osservare le seguenti indicazioni:
– Per qualsiasi eventuale richiesta, tenere a por-
tata di mano lo scontrino ed il numero d’articolo
(p.e. IAN 12345) come prova di acquisto.
– Il numero d’articolo può essere dedotto dalla
targhetta o dal frontespizio delle vostre istruzioni.
– Se si dovessero presentare errori di funziona-
mento o altri difetti, contattare dapprima telefonicamente il reparto di assistenza di seguito
riportato o telefonicamente, o per E-Mail. Le
spedizioni di ritorno non preannunciate non
possono essere elaborate.
– Un apparecchio registrato come guasto può
essere spedito a nostre spese all’indirizzo comunicatovi del servizio di assistenza, allegando lo scontrino di acquisto ed indicando il
guasto e quando esso si è presentato. In caso
di reclamo, spedire solo il coperchio della parte
elettrica del frigorifero portatile elettrico all’indirizzo del nostro servizio di assistenza.

Inleiding
Elektrische koelbox
Inleiding
Hartelijk gefeliciteerd met de aankoop van uw
nieuwe apparaat. U heeft gekozen voor een hoogwaardig apparaat.
De gebruiksaanwijzing maakt deel uit van dit apparaat. Deze bevat belangrijke aanwijzingen voor
veiligheid, gebruik en verwijdering. Maak uzelf
vóór gebruik van het product vertrouwd met alle
bedienings- en veiligheidsinstructies. Gebruik het
apparaat alleen volgens de beschrijving en uitsluitend voor de aangegeven gebruiksdoelen. Geef alle
documenten mee wanneer het product eventueel in
handen van derden overgaat.
Doelmatig gebruik
De elektrische koelbox dient uitsluitend voor het
koelen van voorgekoelde gerechten en dranken. Het
apparaat is bedoeld voor gebruik in huishoudens
of op de camping, in de auto en gelijksoortige toepassingen, zoals bijvoorbeeld in personeelskeukens
in winkels, kantoren en andere werkomgevingen, in
de landbouw en door gasten in hotels, motels en
andere accommodaties, in pensions alsmede bij
catering en gelijksoortig gebruik in de groothandel.
Het apparaat is niet bestemd voor commercieel
gebruik.

veiligheidsinstructies
GEVAAR VOOR MATERIËLE SCHADE!
GEVAAR VOOR OVERVERHITTING! Ge-
bruik het apparaat niet als het beschadigd is.
Dit apparaat is niet bestemd om door perso-
nen (incl. kinderen) met beperkte fysieke, sensorische of geestelijke capaciteiten of gebrek
aan ervaring en / of kennis gebruik te worden.
Tenzij ze onder toezicht staan van een voor
hun veiligheid verantwoordelijke persoon, of van
deze persoon aanwijzingen hebben gekregen
hoe het apparaat gebruikt moet worden. Op
kinderen dient toezicht te worden gehouden om
te voorkomen dat ze met het apparaat spelen.
VOORZICHTIG! GEVAAR VOOR ELEK-
TRISCHE SCHOK! Raak de stekker niet aan
met natte of bezwete handen.
VOORZICHTIG! GEVAAR VOOR ELEK-
TRISCHE SCHOK! Een beschadigde aansluitkabel betekent levensgevaar door
elektrische schokken.
VOORZICHTIG! GEVAAR VOOR ELEK-
TRISCHE SCHOK! Trek de aansluitkabel
voorafgaande aan het schoonmaken en na elk
gebruik uit de stroombron.
Sluit het apparaat uitsluitend op de volgende
manier aan:
– of met de meegeleverde 230 V aansluitkabel
op 230 V ∼ (stopcontact thuis)
– of met de meegeleverde 12 V aansluitkabel
op een 12 V
resp. 12 V-aansluiting)
Laat reparaties uitsluitend door deskundig
personeel uitvoeren. Door ondeskundige
(sigaretaansteker in auto
reparaties kan aanzienlijk gevaar voor letsel
voor de gebruiker ontstaan.
Trek de stekker nooit aan de aansluitkabel uit de
12 V resp. 230 V aansluiting. Anders bestaat
het gevaar dat de aansluitkabel beschadigd.
Gebruik het apparaat niet tegelijkertijd aange-
sloten op beide stroombronnen. Anders bestaat
het gevaar van materiële schade.
Als de netkabel van het apparaat wordt bescha-
digd, moet het door de fabrikant of diens klantenservice of een soortgelijke gekwalificeerde
persoon worden vervangen, om gevaar te
vermijden.
Veiligheid bij gebruik van
het apparaat
VOORZICHTIG! GEVAAR VOOR ELEK-
TRISCHE SCHOK! Let er voor de inbe-
drijfstelling op dat de aansluitkabel en stekker
droog zijn.
VOORZICHTIG! BRANDGEVAAR! Plaats
het apparaat niet in de directe nabijheid van
open vuur of andere warmtebronnen.
OPGELET! GEVAAR VOOR OVERVER-
HITTING! Let er op dat de ventilatiesleuf aan
de bovenkant van het deksel niet wordt afgedekt en dat de warmte die tijdens het bedrijf
ontstaat afgevoerd kan worden. Zorg er voor
dat rondom het apparaat voldoende afstand
tot wanden of voorwerpen is, zodat de lucht
vrij kan circuleren.
Bescherm het apparaat en de aansluitkabel
tegen hitte, regen en nattigheid en andere beschadigingen. Een beschadigde aansluitkabel
betekent levensgevaar door elektrische schokken.
Geen vloeistoffen of ijs direct in de binnenruimte
doen. In het andere geval kan materiële
schade het gevolg zijn.
Het apparaat nooit in water onderdompelen.
Anders kunnen elektrische onderdelen beschadigen.
Transporteer het apparaat tijdens een autorit
niet in de passagiersruimte.
Let er bij bedrijf op 12 V altijd op dat de 12 V
stekker stevig in de sigaretaansluiting zit en de

aansluitbus schoon is. Bij onvoldoende contact
tussen stekker en bus kunnen voertuigtrillingen
er voor zorgen dat de stroomtoevoer steeds inen uitschakelt. Dit kan leiden tot oververhitting.
De producent is niet aansprakelijk voor schade
welke wordt veroorzaakt door gebruik dat niet
in overeenstemming met het bedoelde gebruik
is, of welke wordt veroorzaakt door een verkeerde bediening.
Algemene aanwijzingen
voor het gebruik
De koelbox is niet geschikt voor continu bedrijf.
Op het aluminium afstralingsvlak kan zich ijs
vormen. Wij raden aan om na een gebruiksduur
van 6 dagen de koelbox uit te schakelen. Na
2 uur kunt u de koelbox weer in bedrijf nemen.
Droog de oppervlakken van uw te koelen
producten, om de vorming van condens te
voorkomen.
Bewaar wanneer de koelbox niet wordt gebruikt
de aansluitkabel in het daarvoor bestemde vak
van de koelbox.
Bij bedrijf via een 12 V stroombron moet u bij
het vaak in- en uitschakelen van de motor van
de auto er op letten dat niet steeds de voeding
naar de koelbox wordt onderbroken. Let er tevens op dat bij een niet draaiende automotor
de accu van de auto sterk ontladen kan worden.
De beide ruimtes 4 aan de binnenkant van
het deksel kunnen worden gebruikt om gangbare flessen met een hoogte van max. 42 cm
onder te brengen.
Om bevriezen van gekoeld product bij 12 V
bedrijf te vermijden, mag de koelbox niet worden gebruikt bij een buitentemperatuur lager
dan 17 °C.
Bediening
Vanwege de gebruikte materialen kan er voor de
eerste ingebruikname sprake zijn van een producttypische geur uit het binnenste van de koelbox. Deze
geur is onbedenkelijk, wij raden u desalniettemin
aan, de koelbox uit hygiënisch oogpunt voor de
eerste ingebruikname van binnen en buiten met een
vochtige doek (zie ook hoofdstuk „Reiniging en onderhoud“) af te wassen. Bewaar geen onverpakte
levensmiddelen in de koelbox.
Plaats de koelbox op een vaste en vlakke
ondergrond. De aansluitkabels zijn vast op de
koelbox aangesloten en bevinden zich in het
kabelvak
Sluit na het kiezen van de gewenste stroom-
bron de 12 V of de 230 V aansluitkabel aan
op de bus van de gewenste stroombron. De
koelbox begint direct te werken.
- Bij gebruik via 12 V = de koelbox begint direct
te werken.
- Bij gebruik via 230 V = zet de koelbox met be-
hulp van de koelvermogenschakelaar
de voorkant aan.
Opmerking: het deksel kan bij geopende toestand middels greep en haken worden geborgd
aan de binnenkant van het deksel (zie fig. A1).

Werking bij 230 V bedrijf in
“eco-modus“
Bij gebruik via 230 V kan het koelvermogen met
behulp van de koelvermogenschakelaar
voorkant van het deksel (zie fig. B) worden beïnvloed.
De koelbox werkt bij normaal bedrijf (koelvermogenschakelaar
op de draaiknop wijst naar “eco“) – zie fig. B) zo
energiezuinig mogelijk en bereikt bij een buitentemperatuur ca. 25 °C een binnenruimtetemperatuur
van ca. 14° tot 17 °C. Dit komt overeen met een
delta T (delta T = verschil van buitentemperatuur
minus binnentemperatuur) van ca. 8 – 11 °C. Het
energieverbruik komt hierbij overeen met energieklasse A++.
Omdat de binnenruimtetemperatuur van een elektrische koelbox door de betreffende omgevingstemperatuur wordt beïnvloed, bedraagt het delta T
vermogen in de “eco-modus“ ook bij andere buitentemperaturen steeds 8 – 11 °C. U kunt de

aan de knop van het koelvermogen

te draaien:
Draai de schakelaar van het koelvermogen 3
rechtsom in de richting van “MAX“. Zo krijgt u
een lage (koudere) waarde voor de binnentemperatuur
Draait u de schakelaar voor het koelvermogen
3
daarentegen linksom richting “OFF“. Dan
krijgt u een hogere (warmere) waarde voor de
temperatuur van de binnenruimte.
Draai de schakelaar voor het koelvermogen 3
in de positie “OFF“. Zo schakelt u de koelbox
uit.
Opmerking: wilt u het koelvermogen op een
delta T (Delta T = verschil tussen buitentemperatuur
minus binnentemperatuur) van max. 17 °C instellen
en zo een lagere binnentemperatuur realiseren dan
in normaal bedrijf “eco“ mogelijk is, draai dan de
schakelaar voor het koelvermogen

in de positie
“MAX“. Houd er rekening mee dat u in dit geval
meer energie verbruikt dan bij normaal bedrijf.
Na het beëindigen van de 230 V-functie haalt u de
stekker uit het stopcontact
Werking bij 12 V bedrijf
OPGELET! De temperatuurregelaar op de
voorkant van het deksel is alleen geschikt voor
230 V bedrijf en werkt niet bij 12 V bedrijf.
Bij bedrijf op 12 V levert het koelapparaat
steeds een temperatuurverschil ten opzichte
van de omgevingstemperatuur van max.
17 °C. Het koelvermogen kan niet middels de
temperatuurregelaar aan de voorkant van het
deksel worden beïnvloed.
Tips voor de beste koelcapaciteit
en energiebesparing
Kies een goed geventileerde en tegen direct
zonlicht beschermde gebruikslocatie.
Plaats uitsluitend voorgekoelde producten in de
koelbox.
Open de koelbox niet langer dan noodzakelijk.
Laat het deksel niet langer dan nodig open
staan.
Let er op dat de koelbox niet te volgepakt is en
dat tussen de gekoelde producten de lucht vol-
doende kan circuleren.
Voor een maximale energiebesparing is het bij
langdurig gebruik op 230 V aan te raden het
normale bedrijf te kiezen (schakelaar van koel-
vermogen op
3
positie “eco“).
12 V-zekering vervangen
Zie ook afbeelding C.
Voor het vervangen van de 12 V-zekering 10
dient u de rode huls
de stekker te draaien.
Draai de schroef 5 met een passende kruis-
kopschroevendraaier uit de bovenste helft van
de behuizing
Neem het bovenste deel van de behuizing 6
van het onderste deel van de behuizing
Neem de contactpen 11 voorzichtig uit het
behuizingdeel. Nu kan de zekering
verwijderd.
Opmerking: wanneer de dunne metaalver-
binding in het midden tussen de beide metalen
uiteinden is onderbroken, dan is de zekering

defect en moet deze vervangen worden.
Druk de contactveer 8 naar achteren en
plaats de nieuwe zekering
de daarvoor bestemde uitsparing. Vervolgens
plaatst u de achterste rand van de contactpen

Mogelijke functiestoringen
Controleer eerst of u de instructies voor het gebruik
van de koelbox goed heeft aangehouden en controleer daarnaast:
– Is de aansluitkabel goed aangesloten, resp.
werkt de sigarettenaansteker van uw auto / het
stopcontact in uw huis goed?
– Heeft u de koelbox zo opgesteld dat de lucht
vrij kan circuleren en dat een goede ventilatie
van het koelaggregaat is gewaarborgd?
– Is de zekering in de stekker van de 12 V aan-
sluitkabel in orde?
– Controleer de stand van de schakelaar voor
het koelvermogen
deksel.
Kunt u zelf de storing niet verhelpen, neem dan
contact op met onze klantenservice (zie hoofdstuk
“Producent / Service“).

Reiniging en onderhoud
Gebruik voor het schoonmaken geen scherpe
reinigingsmiddelen. Anders bestaat het gevaar
van materiële schade.
Trek voorafgaande aan het schoonmaken de
aansluitkabel uit het stopcontact resp. uit de
sigaretaansteker. In het andere geval bestaat
gevaar voor elektrische schokken.
De koelbox nooit onder stromend water
schoonmaken. Anders kunnen elektrische
onderdelen beschadigen.
Verwijder voor de reiniging het elektrodeksel,
door deze in een verticale positie (90°) te zetten
en deze dan door de uitsparing rechtsachter te
drukken.
Gebruik voor het schoonmaken van het deksel
met de elektrische componenten uitsluitend een
droge doek.
Gebruik voor het schoonmaken van het onderste
deel van de koelbox een vochtige doek en een
milde zeepoplossing.
Spoel de met zeepsop schoongemaakte delen
af met schoon water.
Plaats het deksel weer, door deze in de daar-
voor bedoelde positie aan de achterste, linkerkant van het apparaat te fixeren en daarna de
rechterkant in verticale positie (90°) weer
terug in de uitsparingen van het onderstuk te
drukken.
Verwijdering
De verpakking bestaat uit milieuvriendelijke grondstoffen die u via de plaatselijke recyclingcontainers kunt afvoeren.
Over afgifteplaatsen en hun openingstijden kunt U
zich bij uw aangewezen instantie informeren.
Voer elektrische apparaten niet
af via het huisafval!
Conform de Europese richtlijn 2002 / 96 / EC betreffende afgedankte elektrische en elektronische
apparatuur en de omzetting daarvan naar nationaal
recht moeten oude elektrische apparaten apart
worden ingezameld en op milieuvriendelijke wijze
worden gerecycled.
Uw gemeentelijke milieudienst kan u informatie
geven over de afvalverwijdering van uitgediende
apparaten.
Garantie
Geachte klant,
U heeft op dit apparaat 3 jaar garantie vanaf de
aankoopdatum. In geval van gebreken aan dit apparaat heeft u ten aanzien van de verkoper van dit
apparaat rechten. Deze wettelijke rechten worden
door onze hierna vermelde garantie niet beperkt.
Garantievoorwaarden:
De garantieperiode gaat in op de aankoopdatum.
Bewaar a.u.b. de originele kassabon goed. Dit
document is nodig als aankoopbewijs.

Garantie / Producent / Service
Wanneer binnen 3 jaar na de aankoopdatum van
dit apparaat een materiaal- of productiefout optreedt,
dan wordt het apparaat door ons – naar onze
keuze – gratis voor u gerepareerd of vervangen.
Voor deze garantie is het vereist dat binnen een
periode van 3 jaar het defecte apparaat en aankoopbewijs wordt overlegd en dat schriftelijk kort
wordt omschreven wat het defect is en wanneer het
is opgetreden.
Wanneer het defect door onze garantie wordt
gedekt, ontvangt u het gerepareerde of een nieuw
apparaat terug. Met de reparatie of vervanging
van het apparaat begint weer een nieuwe garantieperiode.
Garantieperiode en wettelijke
aansprakelijkheid voor
defecten
De garantieperiode wordt niet verlengd door de
aansprakelijkheid. Dit geldt eveneens voor vervangen en gerepareerde onderdelen. Eventueel al bij
de aankoop aanwezige schade en gebreken moeten direct na het uitpakken worden gemeld. Na
verstrijken van de garantieperiode moeten alle
voorkomende reparaties vergoed worden.
Omvang van de garantie
Het apparaat wordt volgens strenge kwaliteitsrichtlijnen zorgvuldig geproduceerd en voor levering
grondig getest.
De garantie geldt voor materiaal- en productiefouten. Deze garantie geldt niet voor delen van het
product die onderhevig zijn normale slijtage en
daarom als slijtdelen gezien kunnen worden of
voor beschadigingen aan kwetsbare delen, bijv.
schakelaars en knoppen.
Deze garantie vervalt wanneer het apparaat is beschadigd, ondeskundig is gebruikt of onderhouden.
Voor een deskundig gebruik van het apparaat
moeten alle in de gebruikershandleiding vermelde
instructies exact worden aangehouden. Toepassingsdoeleinden en handelingen die in de gebruikershandleiding worden afgeraden of waar voor
gewaarschuwd is, moeten absoluut worden vermeden.
Het apparaat is uitsluitend bedoeld voor privégebruik en niet geschikt voor commerciële doeleinden.
Bij verkeerd gebruik en ondeskundige behandeling,
bij gebruik van geweld en bij reparaties die niet
door ons geautoriseerd servicefiliaal zijn uitgevoerd,
vervalt de garantie.
Afwikkeling in geval van
garantie
Om een snelle afwikkeling van uw reclamatie te
waarborgen, graag de volgende instructies aanhouden:
– Houd a.u.b. bij alle aanvragen de kassabon
en het artikelnummer (bijv. IAN 12345) als bewijs voor de aankoop bij de hand.
– Het artikelnummer vindt u op de typeplaat of
op het titelblad van uw handleiding.
– Wanneer er storingen in de werking of andere
gebreken optreden, neem dan eerst contact op
met de hierna genoemde service-afdeling per
telefoon of e-mail. Niet aangekondigde retourzendingen kunnen niet verwerkt worden.
– Een als defect geregistreerd apparaat kunt u
dan met bijgevoegd aankoopbewijs en met
vermelding van het defect en wanneer het is
opgetreden, voor u portvrij opsturen aan het
aan u doorgegeven service-adres. Stuur in geval van reclamatie uitsluitend het deksel met de
elektrische componenten op aan ons serviceadres.

The operating instructions are to be considered as
part of this appliance. They contain important information concerning safety, use and disposal. Before

Proper use
The electric coolbox is to be used solely for cooling
pre-cooled food and drinks. The appliance is intended for private domestic or camping use, or for

the appliance if it is damaged.
This appliance is not intended for use by per-
sons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capacities, or by those with
lack of experience and / or knowledge, unless
they are being supervised by a person responsible for their safety, or unless they have been
given instructions by this person concerning use
of the appliance. Children must never be allowed to play with the device.

out of the 12 V or 230 V socket. If you do, there
is risk of damage to the connection cable.
Do not operate the appliance with both power
sources connected at the same time. If you do,
there is a risk of damage to the product.

appliance

Before putting the appliance into operation, ensure that the connection cable and plug are dry.
CAUTION! RISK OF FIRE! Never place the
appliance in direct proximity to naked flames
or other sources of heat.
CAUTION! RISK OF OVERHEATING! En-
sure that the ventilation slits on the top of the
lid of the appliance are not covered and that
the heat, which arises during operation, can be
dissipated adequately. Ensure that the appliance is situated at an adequate distance from
walls or objects, so that the air can circulate
freely.
Protect the appliance and the connection cable
from heat, rain and moisture, as well as from
other sources of damage. Damaged appliances
represent a danger of death from electric shock!
Do not fill any liquids or place any ice directly
into the inside of the appliance. If you do, this
could result in damage to the product.
Never immerse the appliance in water. If you
do, this could result in damage to the electrics.
When travelling by car, do not transport the
appliance in the passenger compartment.
When operating with 12 V, always ensure that
the 12 V plug is located firmly and safely in the
connection socket of the cigarette lighter and
that the connection socket is free of dirt. If the
contact between plug and socket is inadequate,
vibration from the car can cause the power
supply to switch on and off in short bursts. This
can result in overheating.
The manufacturer has no liability for damages
which are caused by improper use or incorrect
operation.

General information on use / Operation
General information on use
The coolbox is not suitable for continuous oper-
ation. Ice can form on the aluminium cooling
plate. We recommend that the coolbox is
switched off after it has been in operation for 6
days. The coolbox can be put back into operation after 2 hours.
Dry the surfaces of your coolbox contents so
that a build-up of condensation is avoided.
If the coolbox is not being used, keep the
connection cables in the storage compartment
provided in the lid of the coolbox.
When operating with a 12 V power source, be
careful not to switch the car engine on and off
frequently, so that the power supply to the coolbox is not interrupted constantly. Also be
aware that the car battery can be run down
too far, if the engine is switched off.
The two convex indentations 4 in the inside of
the lid can be used to store standard bottles
with a standing height of max. 42 cm.
In order to prevent freezing of the coolbox
contents when operating with 12 V, the coolbox
should not be operated below 17 °C outside
temperature.
Operation
Due to the materials used, the inside of the cool box
may emit an odour typical for the product prior to
first use. This odour is harmless, but for reasons of
hygiene we do recommend wiping the inside and
outside of the cool box with a damp cloth (also see
chapter „Cleaning and Care“) prior to first use. Further, do not store unpackaged foods in it.
Place the coolbox on a firm and level surface.
The connection cables are fixed to the coolbox
and can be found in the cable compartment
in the rear of the lid.
Depending on the choice of power source
required, connect either the 12 V or the 230 V
connection cable to the socket of the power
source selected. The coolbox starts to work immediately.

Note: the lid can be locked in the opened position
by means of the handle and hook on the inside of
the lid (see fig. A1).

in “eco mode”
When operating with a 230 V power supply, the
cooling output can be controlled by means of the
cooling output switch

The coolbox operates in normal operation (cooling
output switch

and achieves an inside temperature of approx. 14°
to 17 °C at an outside temperature of approx. 25 °C.
This corresponds to a Delta T (Delta T = difference
between outside temperature and inside temperature) of approx. 8 - 11 °C. The energy consumption
corresponds with this to the A++ energy class.
Since the inside temperature of a coolbox is influenced by the particular ambient temperature, the
Delta T output in ‘eco mode’ is always 8 - 11 °C at
other outside temperatures. You can control the
inside temperature by turning the cooling output

Note: If you want to reach a Delta T (Delta T =
difference between outside temperature and inside

Turn the cooling output switch 3 clockwise in
the direction of “MAX”. This gives you a lower
(colder) inside temperature value.
Turn the cooling output switch 3 anti-clock-
wise in the direction of “OFF”. This gives you a
higher (warmer) inside temperature value.
Turn the cooling output switch 3 to the “OFF”
position. This turns the coolbox off.

and it does not function in 12 V operation.
When operating with a 12 V power supply, the
cooling unit always produces a temperature
difference from the ambient temperature of up
to 17 °C. The cooling output can not be controlled by means of the temperature controller
on the front of the lid.
Tips for the best cooling output
and energy saving
Select a well ventilated location protected from
sunshine.
Only place pre-cooled contents into the cool-
box.
Do not open the coolbox longer than necessary.
Don’t leave the lid open longer than necessary.
Ensure that the coolbox is not packed too
full and that the air can circulate adequately
between the coolbox contents.

– Have you set up the coolbox in such a way
that the air can circulate freely and that venting
of the cooling unit can occur?
– Is the fuse in the plug of the 12 V connection
cable OK?
– Check the position of the cooling output

Cleaning and care
Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents. If you
do, there is a risk of damage to the product.
Before any cleaning, pull the plug of the con-
nection cable out of the socket or of the cigarette lighter. Otherwise there is a risk of electric
shock.
Never clean the coolbox under running water.
If you do, this could result in damage to the
electrics.
Before cleaning, remove the electrical lid by
pulling it into an upright position (90°) and
then pressing it through the right rear recess.
Use a dry cloth for cleaning the electrical lid.
Use a damp cloth and a mild soap solution for
cleaning the bottom section of the coolbox.
Use clean water to rinse off those parts
cleaned with soapy water.
Insert the lid once again by fixing it into the

Dear customer,
The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from
the date of purchase. Where there are defects in
this appliance, you have statutory rights available
against the seller of the appliance. Your statutory
rights are not restricted in any way by our warranty
as detailed below.
Warranty conditions:
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please retain the original receipt safely. This
receipt is required as proof of purchase.
Should this appliance show any fault in materials
or manufacture within 3 years from date of purchase,
it will be repaired or replaced - at our choice - by
us free of charge. This warranty is conditional on
the defective appliance and the receipt of purchase
being presented within the 3 year warranty period,
and that there is a brief written description of the
nature of the defect and of the date it arose.
If the defect is covered by our warranty, you will
receive the repaired appliance back or a new
appliance. A new warranty period does not commence with the repair or with the exchange of the

The appliance has been manufactured to strict
quality guidelines and meticulously examined
before delivery.
The warranty applies to faults in material or manufacture. This warranty does not extend to product

switches and knobs.
This warranty lapses if the appliance has been

the case of inappropriate and improper handling,
use of force and of any intervention which was not
