Oral-B Triumph has been carefully designed to offer you and your family a new and unique brushing experience that is both safe and effective. However, when using electrical products, basic safety precautions should always be followed.
Please read carefully before use.
Important
•The Oral-B Triumph is provided with a SmartPlug with integrated Safety Extra Low Voltage power supply. Do not exchange or manipulate any part of it. Otherwise there is the risk of electric shock. Periodically check the SmartPlug for damage. A damaged or non-functioning appliance shall no longer be used. Take it to an Oral-B Braun Service Centre.
•This product is not intended for use by children under age three.
•This appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical or mental capabilities, unless they are given supervision by a person responsible for their safety. In general, we recommend that you keep the appliance out of reach of children.
•If the product is dropped, the brush head should be replaced before the next use even if no damage is visible.

Connecting and charging
Your toothbrush has a waterproof handle, is electrically safe and is designed for use in the bathroom.
To assemble the base station (h) as a charging unit, detach the base plate (g) first (1, page 3). Place the charging ring into the base station and attach the base plate as shown (2 and 3, page 3). Then insert the protective cover (i) on the back of your base station (see diagram 4, page 3).
•Plug the SmartPlug into an electrical outlet and place the toothbrush handle (d) on the charging unit. Alternatively, Oral-B Triumph can be charged by placing the handle directly into the charging ring while the SmartPlug is plugged in.
•A battery symbol should appear in the SmartDisplay (e). The battery symbol will fill up while the handle is being charged. Once the handle is fully charged, the battery symbol is completely filled with three bars. A full charge takes at least 12 hours and enables approximately two weeks of regular brushing (twice a day, 2 minutes).
Please note: If the battery symbol is not displayed immediately, continue charging. It will appear in 10–15 minutes.
•When the rechargeable battery is low, the battery symbol with one remaining bar starts flashing. Your toothbrush will slow down and then stop. It is time to recharge your toothbrush. When the battery is fully discharged, the empty frame of the battery symbol flashes. It will then need a 15-minute charge before you can use it for a 2-minute brushing.
•For everyday use, the toothbrush handle can be stored on the charging unit to maintain it at full power. There is no risk of overcharging the battery.
•To maintain the maximum capacity of the rechargeable battery, unplug the charging unit and fully discharge the handle by regular use at least every 6 months.
Oral-B Triumph is convenient for travelling because you only need the compact SmartPlug charger and an appropriate travel adapter for recharging in foreign countries. For electric specifications, see printing on the SmartPlug.

Using your toothbrush
Attach an Oral-B brush head to the handle. You can use any kind of toothpaste. To avoid splashing, guide the brush head to your teeth before switching the appliance on.
Brushing modes
Oral-B Triumph offers different brushing modes for varying oral care needs:
«Clean» – Exceptional mouth cleaning.
«Sensitive» – Gentle, yet thorough cleaning for sensitive areas.
«Polish» – Exceptional polishing and natural whitening for occasional or everyday use.
How to switch between brushing modes:
•Your toothbrush automatically starts in the «Clean» mode when pressing the on/off button.
•To shift from the «Clean» to the «Sensitive» mode, press the mode button once.
•If you wish to switch to the «Polish» mode, press the mode button again.
•To return from any mode to the «Clean» mode, press and hold the mode button.
•To turn your brush off, press the on/off button.
Please note: the «Polish» mode is best used with an Oral-B Pro White brush head (not with all models). Once the Oral-B Pro White is attached, press the on/off button and your toothbrush automatically starts in the «Polish» mode (please see «Brush heads»).
During brushing, the SmartDisplay shows the brushing mode you have selected, followed by a «smiley», when you reach the dental professional recommended 2-minute brushing time. The «smiley» will be displayed for 30 seconds before it disappears automatically. Alternatively, you can directly clear the «smiley» on the display by pushing the mode button.

Brushing technique
•Guide the brush head slowly from tooth to tooth.
•Hold the brush head in place for a few seconds before moving on to the next tooth.
•Brush the gums as well as the teeth, first the outsides, then the insides, finally the chewing surfaces.
•Do not press too hard or scrub, simply let the brush do all the work.
For optimal brushing Oral-B Triumph has a pressure control feature to promote gentle brushing. This helps protect your gums from excessive brushing and makes your toothbrush easy to operate.
If too much pressure is applied, the oscillating movement of the brush head will continue but the pulsation will stop. In addition to feeling it, you can also hear a different sound.
Professional Timer
For an overall clean, the «Professional Timer» helps you brush the four quadrants of your mouth equally. It signals with a short stuttering sound at 30-second intervals that it is time to move to the next quadrant of your mouth, followed by a long stuttering sound when you reach the recommended 2-minute mark.
The «Professional Timer» memorizes the elapsed brushing time, even when the handle is briefly switched off during brushing. Only when pausing longer than 30 sec. the timer resets to the initial starting point.
In the first days of using the toothbrush, your gums may bleed slightly. In general, bleeding should stop after a few days. Should it persist after two weeks, please consult your dentist or hygienist. If you have sensitive teeth and gums, Oral-B recommends using the «Sensitive» mode.
Brush heads
The Oral-B FlossAction and Oral-B Pro White (not with all models) brush heads contain a «smart chip» to communicate with the electronics inside the Oral-B Triumph handle.
The «smart chip» works for you, automatically switching to the appropriate brushing mode for the attached brush head. Nevertheless, you can select other brushing modes to customize your routine.

Oral-B FlossAction brush head
The Oral-B FlossAction brush head is recommended for everyday deep cleaning. It features MicroPulse bristles that get deep in hard-to-reach areas between your teeth, gently removing plaque. The brush head’s outer bristles surround each tooth, providing thorough overall plaque removal.
Oral-B Pro White brush head (not with all models)
The Oral-B Pro White brush head is for occasional or everyday polishing. It features a dentist-inspired polishing cup to remove stains that can come from coffee, tea and tobacco for effective brightening.
Please note: children under 12 should not use the Oral-B Pro White brush head.
We do not recommend using the Oral-B Pro White or Oral-B FlossAction brush head with braces. Oral-B‘s Ortho brush head is specifically designed to clean around braces and wires and can be used with the Oral-B Triumph.
Oral-B Triumph has Smart Technology that helps you remember when to replace your brush head for optimal brushing. Dental professionals recommend that you change your brush head every three months. As soon as your Oral-B FlossAction or Oral-B Pro White brush head has surpassed the recommended usage, the SmartDisplay shows the «Replace Brushhead» icon. Replace with a new brush head to get optimal brushing results. If you notice unusual wear before receiving the «Replace Brushhead» icon on the SmartDisplay, replace your brush head immediately.
Cleaning recommendations
•After brushing, rinse your brush head thoroughly under running water.
•Remove the brush head from the handle and clean both parts separately under running water. Then wipe them dry before you put the handle on the charging unit.
•Before cleaning your charging unit, make sure you disassemble it first. The charging ring and the SmartPlug should never be placed in the dishwasher. However, all other parts (base station, base plate and protective cover) are dishwasher-safe.

•From time to time, you can also clean the charging ring and the SmartPlug with a damp cloth. The SmartPlug charger should never be placed in water.

Branchement et charge
Votre brosse à dents est dotée d‘une poignée étanche, ne présente pas de danger électrique et a été conçue pour être utilisée dans la salle de bain.
Pour monter la station de base (h) comme unité de charge, commencez par détacher la plaque de base (g) (1, page 3). Placez l‘anneau de charge dans la station de base et fixez la plaque de base comme indiqué (2 et 3, page 3). Ensuite, insérez le cache protecteur (i) à l‘arrière de votre station de base (cf. schéma 4, page 3).
•Raccordez le chargeur SmartPlug à une prise électrique et placez la poignée de la brosse à dents (d) sur l‘unité de charge. Vous pouvez aussi charger la brosse Oral-B Triumph en plaçant la poignée directement dans l’anneau de charge tandis que le chargeur SmartPlug est raccordé.
•Un symbole de batterie devrait apparaitre dans l’afficheur SmartDisplay (e). Il se remplit pendant que la poignée est en charge. Une fois la poignée entièrement chargée, le symbole de batterie est plein et comprend trois barres. Une charge complète prend au moins 12 heures et permet d’utiliser la brosse pendant environ deux semaines de brossage régulier (deux fois par jour, 2 minutes).
Remarque : si le symbole de la batterie ne s‘affiche pas immédiatement, continuez de charger. Il apparaîtra au bout de 10 à 15 minutes.
•Lorsque la batterie rechargeable est faible, le symbole de batterie avec une barre restante commence à clignoter. Votre brosse à dent va ralentir puis s‘arrêter. Il est temps de la recharger. Lorsque la batterie est entièrement rechargée, le cadre vide du symbole de la batterie clignote. Il faudra alors 15 minutes de charge avant de pouvoir à nouveau utiliser la brosse pour un brossage de 2 minutes.
•Pour un usage quotidien, la poignée de la brosse à dents peut être placée sur l‘unité de charge afin de maintenir un niveau de charge complet. Il n‘y a pas de risque de surcharge de la batterie.
•Pour préserver la capacité optimale de la batterie rechargeable, procédez ainsi au moins tous les six mois : débranchez l‘unité de charge et déchargez entièrement la poignée en vous servant régulièrement de l‘appareil.
La brosse Oral-B Triumph est pratique pour voyager car vous n’avez besoin que du chargeur SmartPlug compact et d’un adaptateur de voyage approprié pour recharger dans des pays étrangers. Pour les caractéristiques électriques, reportez-vous à l’impression sur le chargeur SmartPlug.

Utilisation de votre brosse à dents
Fixez une tête de brosse Oral-B à la poignée. Vous pouvez utiliser n‘importe quel dentifrice. Pour éviter les éclaboussures, guidez la tête de brosse sur vos dents avant de mettre l‘appareil en marche.
Modes de brossage
La brosse Oral-B Triumph propose différents modes de brossage pour différents besoins de soins oraux :
«Clean » – Nettoyage exceptionnel de la bouche.
«Sensitive » – Nettoyage doux mais minutieux pour les zones
sensibles.
« Polish » – Polissage exceptionnel et blanchissage naturel pour une utilisation occasionnelle ou quotidienne.
Comment passer d‘un mode de brossage à un autre :
•La brosse à dents démarre automatiquement en mode
« Clean » lorsque vous appuyez sur le bouton marche/arrêt.
•Pour passer du mode « Clean » au mode « Sensitive », appuyez une fois sur le bouton de mode.
•Si vous voulez passer au mode « Polish », appuyez à nouveau sur le bouton de mode.
•Pour retourner de n‘importe quel mode au mode « Clean », appuyez sur le bouton de mode est maintenez-le enfoncé.
•Pour mettre la brosse hors tension, appuyez sur le bouton marche/arrêt.
Remarque : pour utiliser au mieux le mode « Polish », optez pour une tête de brosse Oral-B Pro White (non disponible avec tous les modèles). Une fois que la tête de brosse Oral-B Pro White est fixée, appuyez sur le bouton marche/arrêt et votre brosse à dents démarre automatiquement en mode
« Polish » (reportez-vous à la section « Têtes de brosse »).
Pendant le brossage, l‘affichage SmartDisplay indique le mode de brossage que vous avez sélectionné, suivi d‘un
« smiley », lorsque vous avez atteint la durée de brossage de deux minutes recommandée par les professionnels des soins dentaires. Le « smiley » sera affiché pendant 30 secondes avant de disparaître automatiquement. Vous pouvez aussi effacer directement le « smiley » sur l‘affichage en appuyant sur le bouton de mode.

Technique de brossage
•Guidez la tête de brosse lentement d‘une dent à l‘autre.
•Maintenez la tête de brosse en place pendant quelques secondes avant de passer à la dent suivante.
•Brossez les gencives ainsi que les dents, en commençant par les extérieures, puis les intérieures et enfin les surfaces de mastication.
•N‘appuyez ni ne brossez pas trop fort, laissez simplement la brosse faire tout le travail.
Pour un brossage optimal, la brosse à dents Oral-B Triumph possède une fonction de contrôle de la pression permettant de favoriser un brossage doux. Cela aide à protéger vos gencives contre un brossage excessif et facilite l’utilisation de votre brosse à dent. Si une pression trop importante est appliquée, le mouvement d’oscillation de la tête de brosse se poursuit, mais la pulsation cesse. En plus de le sentir, vous entendrez également un autre son.
Chronomètre professionnel
Pour un nettoyage général, le « chronomètre professionnel » vous aide à brosser les quatre quadrants de la bouche pendant la même durée. Il émet un court son entrecoupé à intervalles de 30 secondes indiquant ainsi qu‘il est temps de passer au quadrant suivant de votre bouche, puis émet un son long au bout des 2 minutes recommandées.
Le « chronomètre professionnel » mémorise le temps de brossage écoulé, même lorsque la poignée est brièvement éteinte pendant le brossage. Ce n‘est que lorsque l‘arrêt dépasse les 30 secondes que le chronomètre revient au point de départ initial.
Les premiers jours d‘utilisation de la brosse à dents, vos gencives peuvent saigner légèrement. En général, le saignement devrait cesser après quelques jours. S‘il persiste au-delà de deux semaines, veuillez consulter votre dentiste ou votre hygiéniste dentaire. Si vous avez les dents et gencives sensibles, Oral-B recommande l‘utilisation du mode
« Sensitive ».
Têtes de brosse
Les têtes de brosse Oral-B FlossAction et Oral-B Pro White (non fournies avec tous les modèles) contiennent une
« puce intelligente » permettant de communiquer avec les composants électroniques à l’intérieur de la poignée Oral-B Triumph. Cette « puce intelligente » travaille pour vous, basculant automatiquement vers le mode adéquat en fonction de la tête de brosse fixée. Toutefois, vous pouvez choisir d’autres modes afin de personnaliser le brossage.

Tête de brosse Oral-B FlossAction
La tête de brosse Oral-B FlossAction est recommandée pour un nettoyage quotidien en profondeur. Elle comprend des poils MicroPulse capables d‘atteindre les zones difficiles entre vos dents, en supprimant en douceur la plaque dentaire. Les poils extérieurs de la tête de brosse entourent la dent, assurant une élimination minutieuse de l‘ensemble de la plaque dentaire.
Tête de brosse Oral-B Pro White (non fournie avec tous les modèles)
La tête de brosse Oral-B Pro White sert au polissage occasionnel et quotidien. Elle présente une coupe de polissage inspirée par des dentistes, qui permet de supprimer les tâches telles que celles dues au café, au thé et au tabac pour une blancheur éclatante. Remarque : la tête de brosse Oral-B Pro White n‘est pas conçue pour être utilisée par des enfants de moins de 12 ans.
Nous ne recommandons pas l‘utilisation de la tête de brosse Oral-B Pro White ou Oral-B FlossAction avec des appareils dentaires. La tête de brosse Oral-B Ortho est spécifiquement conçue pour nettoyer autour des appareils dentaires et peuvent être utilisés avec la brosse Oral-B Triumph.
La brosse Oral-B Triumph dispose d’une technologie intelligente qui vous rappelle quand vous devez remplacer votre tête de brosse pour un brossage optimal. Les professionnels des soins dentaires vous recommandent de changer de tête de brosse tous les trois mois. Dès que la tête de brosse Oral-B FlossAction ou Oral-B Pro White a dépassé l’usage recommandé, l’écran SmartDisplay affiche l’icône
« Replace Brushhead » (remplacer la tête de brosse). Remplacez par une nouvelle tête de brosse pour obtenir des résultats de brossage optimaux. Si vous remarquez une usure inhabituelle avant que l’icône « Replace Brushhead » ne s’affiche sur l’écran SmartDisplay, remplacez la tête de brosse immédiatement.
Recommandations relatives au nettoyage
•Après le brossage, rincez minutieusement la tête de brosse à l‘eau claire.
•Retirez la tête de brosse de la poignée et nettoyez les deux pièces séparément à l‘eau claire. Ensuite, séchez-les avant de remettre la poignée sur l‘unité de charge.

•Avant de nettoyer l‘unité de charge, veillez d‘abord à la démonter. L‘anneau de charge et le chargeur SmartPlug ne doivent jamais être mises au lave-vaisselle. En revanche, les autres pièces (station de base, plaque de base et cache protecteur) le peuvent.
•De temps en temps, vous pouvez également nettoyer l‘anneau de charge et le chargeur SmartPlug à l‘aide d‘un tissu humide. Le chargeur SmartPlug ne doit jamais être mis dans l‘eau.

Podłączenie i ładowanie
Szczoteczka wyposażona jest w wodoodporną rączkę, zabezpieczoną elektrycznie i przeznaczoną do używania w łazience.

Oznacza to, że należy ponownie naładować szczoteczkę. Jeżeli akumulator jest rozładowany, na wyświetlaczu miga symbol pustej baterii. W takim wypadku, aby użyć szczoteczki do 2-minutowego szczotkowania, należy ładować akumulator przez 15 minut.
•W przypadku codziennego użytkowania rączkę szczoteczki można przechowywać na podłączonej do sieci bazie ładującej, aby zapewnić pełną moc urządzenia. Akumulator jest zabezpieczony przed przeładowaniem.

Připojení a nabíjení
Zubní kartáček má voděodolnou rukojeť, je po elektrické stránce bezpečný a je vhodný pro používání v koupelně.
Základnu (h) přeměníte na nabíjecí jednotku tak, že nejprve odpojíte podstavec základny (g) (1, strana 3). Do základny umístěte nabíjecí kruh a upevněte kryt podstavce podle obrázku (2 a 3, strana 3). Poté vložte ochranný kryt (i) na zadní stranu základny (viz obrázek 4, strana 3).
•Zapojte nabíječku SmartPlug do zásuvky a rukojeť kartáčku
(d) umístěte na nabíjecí jednotku. Kartáček Oral-B Triumph můžete případně nabíjet tak, že po zapojení síťového přívodu SmartPlug umístíte rukojeť přímo do nabíjecího kruhu.
•Na displeji Smart (e) by se měl objevit symbol baterie, který se během nabíjení rukojeti opticky plní. Když je rukojeť plně nabita, symbol baterie se zcela zaplní třemi obdélníčky. Plné dobití baterie trvá minimálně 12 hodin a umožní pravidelné čištění po dobu přibližně dvou týdnů (dvakrát denně

Používání zubního kartáčku
Nasaďte kartáčkovou hlavu Oral-B na rukojeť. Můžete použít jakýkoli druh zubní pasty. Ještě před zapnutím přístroje vložte kartáčkovou hlavu do vašich úst, abyste zabránili rozstřikování zubní pasty.
Režimy čištění
Oral-B Triumph nabízí rozdílné režimy čištění pro měnící se potřeby v oblasti péče o ústní dutinu:
«Clean» – vynikajicí čištění ústní dutiny.
«Sensitive» – jemné, přesto důkladné čištění citlivých oblastí.
«Polish» – mimořádné leštění a přirozené bělení pro příležitostné nebo každodenní použití.
Jak přepínat jednotlivé režimy čištění:
•Váš zubní kartáček po stisknutí tlačítka zapnuto/vypnuto začne automaticky režimem «Clean».
•Pro změnu režimu «Clean» na režim «Sensitive» jednou stiskněte přepínač režimu čištění.
•Přejete-li si změnit režim na «Polish», stiskněte znovu přepínač režimu čištění.
•Pro návrat z jakéhokoli režimu zpět do režimu «Clean» stiskněte a podržte přepínač režimu čištění.
•Zubní kartáček vypnete stisknutím tlačítka zapnuto/vypnuto.
Upozornění: režim čištění «Polish» je nejlepší používat

Během čištění displej Smart indikuje vámi zvolený režim čištění spolu s aktuální dobou čištění. Jakmile dosáhnete profesionály doporučovaných 2 minut čištění, na displeji bude po dobu 30 sekund zobrazena celková doba čištění «smajlík» a poté automaticky zmizí. Stisknutím přepínače režimu čištění můžete vypnout zobrazení celkové doby čištění «smajlík».
