Press the Menu on the Home screen to view all application icons. Press the Menu key again to move or hide icons, and open
the Options screen to change your wallpaper or theme and other Home screen preferences.
Press the Menu key in the phone application to set your ring tone, create speed dial numbers, and open the Options screen
to set up smart dialing and other phone options. Press the Menu key during a call to turn on or turn off the speakerphone or add call notes.
Press the Menu key in the browser to open the Options screen to set your home page and fonts, clear your browser history, and
change other browser settings. Press the Menu key on a web page to switch the page view, search for text, send a web page, and set other web page options.
Press the Menu key on the media home screen to navigate to
files on your device or media card, view memory usage, and open the Options screen to set the convenience keys to open media applications.
Press the Menu key in the camera application to view your pictures and open the Options screen to set the picture size and
quality, change the color effect, and set other camera options.

Keyboard views

If you are using your device in landscape view, the full keyboard appears. If you are using your device in portrait view, you can switch between
the SureType® keyboard, multi-tap keyboard and full keyboard. The SureType keyboard and multi-tap keyboard show more than one letter on each key. You can set your device to use one of these three portrait keyboards by default.

Press the Menu key in a picture to rotate or resize the picture, send it in a message, or set it as your wallpaper or caller ID.
Press the Menu key on the media home screen to open the Options screen to sort pictures and set up slideshows.
Press the Menu key in your list of messages to add flags to email
messages, compose a specific type of message (for example, an SMS text message), and open the Options screen to set email filters, spell checking options, and other message options.
By default, your device displays a list of suggested words as you type. You can select the highlighted word or continue typing. You can also set options for spell checking and AutoText, and add words to the custom dictionary.
The language that you are typing in determines the typing input methods that are available. For more information about typing input methods, visit www.blackberry.com/go/docs.
When you select text, your device displays a frame around the cursor. To move the cursor one character at a time, touch the cursor frame and slide your finger.
You can cut and copy text you type and paste it into applications that include text fields. You can also copy text from most web pages and paste it into other applications.
