ein hochwertiges Produkt entschieden.
Die Bedienungsanleitung ist Teil dieses Produkts.
Sie enthält wichtige Hinweise für Sicherheit, Gebrauch
und Entsorgung. Machen Sie sich vor der Benutzung
des Produkts mit allen Bedien- und Sicherheitshinweisen vertraut. Benutzen Sie das Produkt nur wie
beschrieben und für die angegebenen Einsatzbereiche. Händigen Sie alle Unterlagen bei Weitergabe
des Produkts an Dritte mit aus.
Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
Das Ultimate Speed ULG3.8B1 ist ein mehrstufi ges
Kfz-Batterieladegerät, dass zur Aufl adung und
Erhaltungsladung von 6V- oder 12V-Blei-Akkus
(Batterien) mit Elektrolyt-Lösung (WET), mit Elektrolyt
absorbierenden Matten (AGM) oder mit gelförmigem
Elektrolyt (GEL) geeignet ist.
Das Gerät ist nicht zur Aufl adung von Lithium-IonenAkkus geeignet! Das Gerät ist nicht für den gewerblichen Einsatz und nur zur Verwendung in Innenräumen bestimmt.
Für aus bestimmungswidriger Verwendung entstandene Schäden übernimmt der Hersteller keine
Haftung.

Das Ladegerät ist nur für den Betrieb im
Innenbereich geeignet.
■ Dieses Gerät kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren
und darüber so
ten physischen, sensorischen oder mentalen
Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und
Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt
oder bezüglich des sicheren Gebrauchs des
Gerätes unterwiesen wurden und die daraus
resultierenden Gefahren verstehen. Kinder
dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen. Reinigung
und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern
ohne Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.

■ Wenn die Netzanschlussleitung dieses Gerätes
beschädigt wir

■ Stellen Sie vor dem Netzstromanschluss sicher,
dass der Netzstrom vorschriftsmäßig mit 230V ∼
50Hz, geerdetem Nullleiter, einer 16A Sicherung
und einem FI-Schalter (Fehlerstromschutzschalter)
ausgestattet ist.
■ Trennen Sie das Ladegerät vom Netz, bevor Sie
Verbindungen zur Batterie schließen oder öff nen.
■ Schließen Sie die Anschlussklemme, die nicht

die Karosserie an. Schließen Sie das Ladegerät
erst danach an das Versorgungsnetz an.
■ Trennen Sie das Ladegerät nach dem Laden vom
Versorgungsnetz. Entfernen Sie erst danach die
Anschlussklemme von der Karosserie. Entfernen
Sie im Anschluss daran die Anschlussklemme
von der Batterie.

Plus-Pol-Anschlusskabel ausschließlich an den
Pluspol der Batterie an!
■ Setzen Sie das Ladegerät nicht in der Nähe von

Bedienung
Vor der Inbetriebnahme
♦ Vor dem Anschluss des Ladegerätes ist die
Bedienungsanleitung der Batterie zu beachten.
♦ Weiterhin sind die Vorschriften des Fahrzeug-

stellers bei einer ständig im Fahrzeug angeschlossenen Batterie zu beachten. Sichern Sie
das Kfz, schalten Sie die Zündung aus.

♦ Reinigen Sie die Batteriepole. Achten Sie darauf,

dass Ihre Augen dabei nicht mit dem Schmutz in
Kontakt kommen.
♦ Sorgen Sie für eine ausreichende Belüftung.
Anschließen
♦ Trennen Sie vor dem Aufl ade- und Erhaltungs-
ladevorgang, bei einer ständig im Fahrzeug
angeschlossenen Batterie, zuerst das MinusPol-Anschlusskabel (schwarz) des Fahrzeugs
vom Minus-Pol der Batterie. Der Minus-Pol der
Batterie ist in der Regel mit der Karosserie des
Fahrzeugs verbunden.
♦ Trennen Sie anschließend das Plus-Pol-Anschluss-

abel (rot) des Fahrzeugs vom Plus-Pol der Batterie.
♦ Klemmen Sie die Plus-Pol-Anschlussklemme (rot)
des Ladegeräts an den Plus-Pol der Batterie.
♦ Klemmen Sie die Minus-Pol-Anschlussklemme
(schw
arz)
an den Minus-Pol der Batterie.
♦ Schließen Sie die Netzanschlussleitung
Ladegeräts an die Steckdose an.

Lademodus auswählen
Sie können zum Laden verschiedener Batterien
bei unterschiedlicher Umgebungstemperatur aus
verschiedenen Lademodi auswählen.
Im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen Batterieladegeräten,
verfügt dieses Gerät über eine spezielle Funktion
zum erneuten Verwenden einer leeren Batterie /
eines Akkus. Sie können eine vollständig entladene
Batterie / einen Akku wieder aufl aden. Ein Schutz
gegen Fehlanschluss und Kurzschluss gewährleistet
den sicheren Ladevorgang. Durch die eingebaute
Elektronik setzt sich das Batterieladegerät nicht
unmittelbar nach Anschluss der Batterie in Betrieb,

sondern erst, nachdem ein Lademodus ausgewählt
wurde. Auf diese Weise werden Funken, die oftmals
während des Anschlussvorgangs auftreten, vermieden.
Des Weiteren wird das Batterieladegerät durch eine
interne MCU (Mikro-Computer-Einheit) gesteuert.
Reset / Einstellungen löschen
♦ Nach Anschluss an die Stromversorgung bringt
sich das Gerät automatisch in die Grundstellung
und bleibt im Standby-Modus.
Umschalten zwischen Modus
1, 2, 3 und 4
Drücken Sie die Auswahltaste MODE entsprechend nacheinander.
Das Gerät schaltet die Lademodi in folgender
Reihenfolge: Standby ( ), Modus 1 ( ), Modus
2 (
), Modus 3 ( ), Modus 4 ( ) und startet
dann den nächsten Zyklus.
HINWEIS
► Wenn Sie die Auswahltaste MODE

Dieser Modus eignet sich zum Laden von 12VBlei-Säure-Batterien mit einer Kapazität geringer
als 14Ah.
♦ Drücken Sie die Auswahltaste MODE

Sobald das Ladegerät an das Versorgungsnetz
angeschlossen ist, leuchtet die LED-Anzeige

Das Ladegerät erkennt die Batterie an Hand
folgender Kriterien:
Ist die Spannung der Batterie kleiner als 3,8 V oder
größer als 15 V, ist die Batterie nicht zum laden
geeignet oder defekt. In diesen Fällen blinken die
LED-Anzeigen
Ladegerät bleibt im „Standby-Modus“ und lässt
sich nicht durch die Auswahltaste MODE in
einen anderen Lademodus umschalten.

Impulslademodus
Dieser Modus eignet sich zum Laden/Regenerieren
von leeren, verbrauchten und überladenen 12VBlei-Säure-Batterien.
Wenn das Batterieladegerät an eine Batterie angeschlossen wird und den Ladevorgang startet, erkennt
es die Batteriespannung automatisch. Es wechselt
in den Impulslademodus, wenn die Spannung im
Bereich von 7,5V ± 0,5V bis 10,5V ± 0,5V liegt.
Dieser Impulsladelauf wird fortgesetzt, bis die
Batteriespannung auf 10,5V ± 0,5V ansteigt.

Sobald dieser Zustand erreicht ist, wechselt das

Nun kann die Batterie schnell und sicher aufgeladen werden. Mit diesem Verfahren lassen sich die
meisten leeren, verbrauchten, oder überladenen
Batterien regenerieren und können wieder verwendet werden.

Wartung und Reinigung
WARNUNG! Ziehen Sie den Netz-
stecker immer aus der Steckdose,
bevor Sie Arbeiten am Batterieladegerät durchführen.
Das Gerät ist wartungsfrei.
♦ Verwenden Sie keinesfalls Lösungsmittel oder
ander
e aggressive Reinigungsmittel.
♦ Reinigen Sie die Kunststoff oberfl ächen des
Ger
ätes mit einem trockenen Tuch.
Erhaltungsladung
Das Ladegerät verfügt über eine automatische
Erhaltungsladung. Abhängig vom Spannungsfall
der Batterie reagiert das Ladegerät mit unterschiedlichem Ladestrom. Die Batterie kann über längere
Zeit an das Ladegerät angeschlossen bleiben.
Geräteschutzfunktion
Sobald eine abweichende Situation wie Kurzschluss,
kritischer Spannungsabfall während des Ladevorgangs, off ener Stromkreis oder umgekehrter Anschluss

Sofern Sie keine andere Einstellung vornehmen,
bleibt das System im Standby-Modus. Bei umgekehrtem Anschluss der Ausgangsklemmen (Verpolung)
leuchtet zusätzlich die LED-Anzeige „Fehler“ .
Sollte das Gerät während des Ladevorgangs zu
heiß werden, wird automatisch die Ausgangsleistung
verringert. Dies schützt ebenfalls das Gerät vor
Beschädigung.

Sie erhalten auf dieses Gerät 3 Jahre Garantie
ab Kaufdatum. Das Gerät wurde sorgfältig
produziert und vor Anlieferung gewissenhaft
geprüft. Bitte bewahren Sie den Kassenbon
als Nachweis für den Kauf auf. Bitte setzen
Sie sich im Garantiefall mit Ihrer Servicestelle
telefonisch in Verbindung. Nur so kann eine
kostenlose Einsendung Ihrer Ware gewährleistet werden.
Die Garantieleistung gilt nur für Material- oder
Fabrikationsfehler, nicht aber für Transportschäden, Verschleißteile oder für Beschädigungen an
zerbrech lichen Teilen, z. B. Schalter oder Akkus.
Das Produkt ist lediglich für den privaten und nicht
für den gewerblichen Gebrauch bestimmt. Bei
missbräuchlicher und unsachgemäßer Behandlung,
Gewaltanwendung und bei Eingriff en, die nicht

conformément aux consignes et pour les domaines
d'utilisation prévus. Si vous cédez le produit à un

Usage conforme
L'Ultimate Speed ULG 3.8 B1 est un chargeur de
batterie de voiture multi-étapes servant à recharger
les accumulateurs au plomb de 6 et 12 V (batteries)
et à électrolyte (WET), à nattes absorbant l'électrolyte (AGM) ou à gel électrolytique (GEL), et à
eff ectuer des recharges de compensation.
L'appareil ne convient pas pour recharger les accus
lithium-ions. L'appareil n'est pas destiné à un usage
professionnel et ne doit servir qu'à l'intérieur.
Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas de
dommages résultant d'une utilisation non conforme.

■ Cet appareil ne doit pas être utilisé par des
enfants de moins de 8 ans ni par des per
ayant des capacités physiques, mentales et sensorielles réduites ou qui n'ont pas l'expérience
et les connaissances nécessaires, à moins
qu'elles ne soient sous la surveillance d'une personne responsable de leur sécurité ou qu'elles
aient reçu de cette personne des directives
concernant l'utilisation de l'appareil et qu'elles
comprennent les dangers pouvant en résulter.
Ne pas laisser les enfants jouer avec l'appareil. Il
est interdit aux enfants de nettoyer ou d'entretenir
l'appareil sans surveillance.

que les restrictions applicables à l'utilisation sont
expliquées ci-après dans ce mode d'emploi.
RISQUE D'ÉLECTROCUTION !
■ N'utilisez pas l'appareil lorsque le câble, le
cor
don d'alimentation ou la fi che secteur sont
endommagés. Des cordons d'alimentation
endommagés signifi ent un danger de mort par
électrocution.
■ Si le câble d’alimentation est endommagé, il
e remplacé par le fabricant, son service
doit êtr
après-vente ou des personnes de qualifi cation
similaire afi n d’éviter un danger.
■ Avant de procéder au raccordement au courant
électrique du secteur, vérifi ez que le courant se
conforme aux prescriptions : tension de
230V~50Hz, présence d'un conducteur
neutre mis à la terre, d'un fusible de 16A et
d'un disjoncteur diff érentiel (disjoncteur à
courant de défaut) !
■ Débranchez le chargeur du secteur avant de
connecter ou déconnecter les jonctions avec la
batterie.
■ Commencez par connecter la pince qui n'est
accordée à la carrosserie. Connectez
pas r
l'autre pince à la carrosserie, loin de la batterie
et de la durite d'essence. Ensuite seulement,
raccordez le chargeur au réseau d'alimentation
électrique.
■ Après la recharge, débranchez le chargeur du
réseau électrique Ensuite seulement, détachez
la pince de la carrosserie. Après cela, détachez
la pince de raccordement de la batterie.

■ Lors du montage du chargeur, veillez à ce que
les vis de montage n'endommagent aucun câble
électrique, aucune conduite de carburant, de
liquide de frein, de liquide hydraulique ou d'eau!
■ Ne recouvrez pas le chargeur avec des objets !
■ Protégez les surfaces de contact électriques de
la batterie à l'encontr
■ Utilisez le chargeur exclusivement pour charger
les batteries au plomb de 6 V /12 V non

reliée en permanence à ce dernier, débranchez
d'abord le câble négatif (noir) du véhicule du

la batterie est en règle générale relié à la
carrosserie du véhicule.

Sélection du mode de charge
Pour recharger diff érentes batteries à des températures ambiantes diff érentes, vous avez le choix entre
plusieurs modes de charge.
Comparé aux chargeurs de batterie courants, ce
chargeur dispose d'une fonction spéciale pour
l'utilisation répétitive d'une batterie rechargeable/
d'un accumulateur vide. Vous pouvez recharger
une batterie/un accumulateur intégralement vide.

Une protection contre un raccordement erroné et
un court-circuit garantit une procédure de
chargement en toute sécurité.
Grâce à l'électronique intégrée, le chargeur n'entre
pas en service immédiatement après le raccordement de la batterie mais uniquement après avoir
choisi un mode de recharge. Ceci évite les étincelles
sinon fréquemment générées lors de la procédure
de raccordement. En outre, le chargeur de batterie
est piloté par un micro-ordinateur interne.
Réinitialiser / Eff acer les réglages
♦ Une fois raccordé à l'alimentation électrique,
l'appareil se met automatiquement en position
initiale et reste en mode Standby (Veille).

Détection automatique de batterie
Dès que le chargeur est relié au réseau d'alimentation, l'affi chage LED s'allume sur l'appareil.
Le chargeur reconnaît la batterie à l'aide des
critères suivants :
si la tension de la batterie est inférieure à 3,8 V
ou supérieure à 15 V, le batterie ne se prête pas
à une recharge ou est défectueuse. Les affi chage

chargeur reste en "Mode Standby" et la touche de

Mode Charge par impulsions
Ce mode convient pour recharger/régénérer les
batteries plomb acide 12 V vides, épuisées et
surchargées.
Si le chargeur est raccordé à une batterie et démarre
la procédure de recharge, il reconnaît immédiatement
la tension de la batterie. Il passe en mode Recharge
par impulsions lorsque la tension se trouve dans la
plage de 7,5V ± 0,5 à 10,5V ± 0,5V.

réutiliser.

Recharge de compensation
Le chargeur permet d'eff ectuer automatiquement
des recharges de compensation. L'appareil réagit
en modulant l'intensité de recharge en fonction de
la chute de tension de la batterie. La batterie peut
rester raccordée au chargeur pendant une période
prolongée.
Fonction de protection de l'appareil
Dès qu'une situation anormale apparaît (court-circuit, chute de tension critique pendant la recharge,
circuit électrique ouvert ou permutation des pinces
de sortie), l'électronique du chargeur se désactive
et réinitialise directement le système afi n d'éviter
des dégâts.
Si vous n'avez eff ectué aucun autre réglage, le
système reste en mode Standby. Si les pinces de
sortie ont été raccordées inversées (permutation),
l'affi chage LED "Défaut" s'allume en plus.
Si l'appareil chauff e trop pendant la recharge, il
réduit automatiquement la puissance de sortie.
Ce dispositif sert également à protéger l'appareil
de tous dommages.
Maintenance et nettoyage

le chargeur de batterie.
L'appareil ne nécessite aucune maintenance
particulière.

à l'aide d'un chiff
on sec.
Garantie
Cet appareil bénéfi cie d'une garantie de 3 ans
à compter de la date d'achat. L'appareil a été
fabriqué avec soin et consciencieusement
contrôlé avant sa livraison. Veuillez conserver
le ticket de caisse en guise de preuve d'achat.
Dans le cas où la garantie s'applique, veuillez
appeler le service après-vente compétent.
Cette condition doit être respectée pour assurer
l'expédition gratuite de votre marchandise.

Uso conforme
L'Ultimate Speed ULG3.8B1 è un caricabatterie
per auto e moto a più fasi, idoneo per caricare e
mantenere in carica accumulatori (batterie) al
piombo da 6V o 12V con soluzione elettrolitica
(WET),con micro fi bra di vetro assorbente (AGM)
o con elettrolita in gel (GEL).
L'apparecchio non è indicato per caricare batterie
agli ioni di litio! L'apparecchio non è adatto per
l'uso commerciale ed è indicato solo per l'uso in
luoghi chiusi.
Il produttore non si assume alcuna responsabilità
per i danni derivanti da uso non conforme.

■ Durante il caricamento collocare la batteria su
una superfi cie ben aerata.
■ Il funzionamento automatico e le limitazioni
dell'applicazione vengono spiegati di seguito
nelle presenti istruzioni per l'uso.
PERICOLO DI SCOSSA ELETTRICA!
■ Non utilizzare l'apparecchio in caso di danni al
cav
o, al cavo di rete o alla presa di rete. I cavi
di rete danneggiati rappresentano un pericolo
di morte per scossa elettrica.
■ In caso di danni al cavo di collegamento del-
l'apparecchio, farlo sostituire dal produttore, dal
servizio di assistenza clienti o da personale
altrettanto qualifi cato per evitare pericoli.
■ Prima del collegamento alla rete elettrica, assi-
curarsi che la presa di corrente sia corrispondente
a 230V ∼ 50Hz e provvista di conduttore neutro
di messa a terra, fusibile da 16A e circuito di
sicurezza per correnti di guasto!
■ Prima di chiudere o aprire i collegamenti con la
batteria, staccar
■ Allacciare prima il morsetto di collegamento
non collegato alla batteria. Allacciare l'altro
morsetto alla carrozzeria lontano dalla batteria
e dal condotto della benzina. Collegare solo
dopo tali operazioni il caricabatterie alla rete
di alimentazione.
■ Staccare il caricabatterie dopo averlo caricato
dalla rete di alimentazione. Rimuovere quindi
il morsetto di collegamento dalla carrozzeria.
Rimuovere infi ne il morsetto di collegamento
dalla batteria.

Collegamento
♦ Prima del processo di carica e di mantenimento

Selezione della modalità di caricamento
Per il caricamento di diverse batterie con diverse
temperature ambiente è possibile selezionare
diverse modalità di caricamento.
In confronto ai tradizionali caricabatterie, questo
apparecchio possiede una funzione speciale per il
riutilizzo di una batteria/di un accumulatore
scarica/o. È possibile ricaricare una batteria/un
accumulatore completamente scarica/o. Il
procedimento di caricamento sicuro è garantito da
un dispositivo di protezione dai collegamenti errati
e dai cortocircuiti. I circuiti elettronici installati
permettono la messa in funzione del caricabatterie
non subito dopo il collegamento della batteria,
bensì solo dopo la selezione della modalità di
caricamento. In tal modo, si evita la formazione
delle scintille solitamente prodotte durante il
procedimento di collegamento. Inoltre il caricabatterie viene controllato da una MCU interna (unità
microcomputer).
Reset / Cancellazione delle impostazioni
♦ Dopo il collegamento alla rete elettrica, l'appa-
recchio si porta automaticamente nell'impostazione principale e resta in modalità stand-by.

Non appena il caricabatterie è collegato alla rete

Il caricabatterie riconosce la batteria sulla base dei

Mantenimento in carica
Il caricabatterie dispone della funzione di mantenimento in carica. In funzione del calo di tensione
della batteria il caricabatterie reagisce con una
diversa corrente di carica. La batteria può rimanere
collegata al caricabatterie per più tempo.
Funzione di protezione dell'apparecchio
Non appena si manifesta una situazione diff erente
come cortocircuito, calore di tensione critico durante
il processo di carica, circuito di corrente aperto o
collegamento invertito dei morsetti di uscita, il caricabatterie per evitare danni disattiva l'elettronica e
riporta il sistema immediatamente all'impostazione
principale.
Se non vengono eseguite altre impostazioni, il
sistema resta in stand-by. In caso di collegamento
invertito dei morsetti (inversione di polarità) si
accende anche la spia LED "Errore" .
Se l'apparecchio si surriscalda durante la carica,
viene automaticamente ridotta la potenza in uscita.
Ciò ha lo scopo di proteggere l'apparecchio da
danneggiamenti.
Garanzia
Questo apparecchio è garantito per tre anni
a partire dalla data di acquisto. L'apparecchio
è stato prodotto con cura e debitamente collaudato prima della consegna. Conservare
lo scontrino come prova di acquisto. Nei
casi contemplati dalla garanzia, mettersi in

Proper use
The Ultimate Speed ULG3.8B1 is a multi-stage
car battery charger that is suitable for charging
and trickle charging up of 6V or 12V lead-acid
batteries (batteries) with electrolyte solution (WET),
electrolyte absorbent mats (AGM) or gel electrolyte
(GEL).
This appliance is not suitable for charging lithium-ion
batteries. The is not intended for commercial use
and is for indoor use only.
The manufacturer accepts no responsibility for
damage(s) arising out of usage contrary to the
instructions specifi ed below.

This charger is suitable for indoor use only.
■ This appliance may be used by children aged

■ Do not operate the appliance with a damaged ca-
ble, supply cor

■ Before connecting to the mains, make sure that
the mains current is a standard 230V~50Hz,
equipped with an earthed neutral conductor, a
16A fuse and a residual-current circuit breaker
(RCCB)!
■ Disconnect the charger from the mains before
making connections to the battery.
■ Always connect positive terminal fi rst and then
the negativ
fuel lines. Only then connect the charger to the
mains power supply.
■ Disconnect the charger from the mains power
supply after charging. Only then remove the
terminal clamp from the vehicle bodywork/
earth. Then remove the terminal clamp from the
vehicle bodywork/earth.
RISK OF EXPLOSION AND FIRE!
Protect yourself from a highly explosive oxyhydrogen
gas reaction!
■ Make sure that there are no sources of open fi re
(fl
ames, embers or sparks) in the vicinity when
charging or discharging batteries!
■ Make sure that the positive terminal connecting
cable has no contact with a fuel line (e.g. petr
line)!
■ Make sure that no explosive and fl ammable
substances, e.g. petrol or solvents, can be
ignited when using the charger!
■ Ensure that there is adequate ventilation during
charging.

Select charging mode
You can choose between diff erent charging modes
for charging various batteries at diff erent ambient
temperatures.
Unlike standard battery chargers, this appliance has
a special function for reusing an empty chargeable
battery or accu. You can recharge a completely discharged battery/accu. A protection function against
incorrect connection and short circuiting ensures
safe charging. Due to the installed electronics, the
charger does not begin operation directly after
connecting the battery, but only starts after a
charging mode has been selected.
This prevents sparking, which often occurs when
connecting. In addition, the battery charger is controlled by an internal MCU (micro-computer unit).
Reset/deleting settings
♦ After connection to the power supply, the appli-
ance automatically returns to its initial state and
remains in Standby mode

Automatic battery recognition
As soon as the charger is connected the mains
power supply, the LED display on the appliance lights up.
The charger recognises the battery on the basis
of the following criteria:
if the voltage of the battery is less than 3.8V or
greater than 15V, the battery is not suitable for
charging or defective. The LED Displays

"Standby mode" and cannot be switched to another
charging mode by means of the MODE selection
button .

Pulse charging mode
The mode is suitable for the charging/regeneration
of empty, used and overcharged 12V lead-acid
batteries.
When the charger is connected to a battery and
the charging process starts it automatically recognises the battery voltage. It will switch to pulse
charging mode if the voltage is in the range of
7.5V ± 0.5V to 10.5V ± 0.5V.
This pulse charging process is continued until the
battery voltage has increased to 10.5V ± 0.5V.
As soon as this state is reached, the charger switches
over to the previously selected normal charging
mode.
Now the battery can be charged quickly and safely.
Most empty, used or overcharged batteries can be
regenerated and reused using this procedure.
NOTE
► During the pulse charging process, the LED
display
fl ashes.
Trickle charging
The charge is equipped with an automatic trickle
charging function. Depending on the voltage of the
battery, the charger reacts by supplying diff erent
charging current. The battery can remain connected
to the charger for a long period of time.
Protective function of the appliance
If a non-standard situation should occur, such as
short circuiting, a critical voltage drop during the
charging process, an open circuit or reversed

connection of the output terminals, the charger
deactivates the electronic system and immediately
switches back to its initial state to avoid damage.
If you do not activate any settings, the system
will remain in Standby mode. If the terminals are
incorrectly connected (reverse polarity), to the LED

If the appliance becomes too hot during charging,
the power output is automatically reduced. This
also protects the appliance from damage.
